Don't let looks fool you, it's an older place but very nice.

Not the best, but not the woest affordable, and a cal King bed. The cleaning job was kind of crappy and a lot of updating could be done. However the history is strong with this location I could see this being one of the first hotels on the strip back in the day. With some updates this place will be lit! Very Bates Motel vibe, definitely loved that aspect, because I had a gun and know how to handle, plus I loved adventure. Best part is it's directly next to the best damn sushi place in all of Yuma!

The room was terrible the fan above bed was off balance kept bumping the ceiling the bathroom was tough to turn water on… Definite my needs a remodel. Door had two locks On one was broken in too made me feel safe? someonehad just finished doing crack it was the carpet the bath room… Was in need of serious up grade. Should of checked out to tired too keep looking for room…

Stayed 2 weeks. Excellent housekeeping staff. Older room but well appointed and kept scrupulously clean. New management working hard to make customers happy. Close to everything. Don't let the farm workers stop you from staying. They are gone most of the time and quiet when they are there. We saw NO evidence of illegal activity and we were there a lot.

Best food everywhere with a flair for just the right spicy lunch and dinner to all flavors for delicious meals. The waiters and hostess serves this delicious meal with flavors enticing you to return time and time again. Many variations of food choices and will even add extra spicy meals upon request. I personally like taking my spicy salad, brown rice and hot and sour soup and mixing them together to make my own delicious soup. I also add on one of their three sushi add on under the lunch special and have a fantastic meal with friends. Enjoy, enjoy and enjoyed! .

Food was fantastic! Inexpensive and great quality. Waiter was amazing and provided comic relief throughout out meal. Highly recommend!

This was the best service I've ever had. The food was delicious there was a lot of it to portions were very big and the price the price was great it was low cheap and I just can't express how did the service was I loved.

If I could have rated this hotel lower than one star I would have this is literally the worst place I have ever been Not only was the owner creepy the place was reminiscent of the Bates Motel the Locking door was in actuality a patio door do not go to this DNA infested place.

Wi-Fi was suck. Bath room was also suck. This place was the worst accomdation in my life.

Under New Management cheap rates large rooms and very friendly.

It was okay but I was not book another room again.

An upgrade on the room s since the last visit yet the security on the doors can use an upgrade.

The Percio is good 35 per night. It is nothing very here but it is well to sleep the night or have company.

If I could give it no stars I would. Could barely see TV cz it's inside a closet… bugs in the bath tub. They don't allow NO VISITORS not even to drop u off. They have really bad attitudes all around a waste of 40 dollars. Knights inn is way better ijs and the towels were still dirty.

The owners are very rude and will go through your room. I stayed for several day's and was horrified by this place. Stay somewhere else.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. There was a syringe wedged under our desk with some kind of fluid and I spotted a small bug crawling under an old thermostat. Don't know if it was a bed bug or not but when I asked for either a refund or another room, I was denied either and was accuced of bringing the syringe substance myself. I was yelled at also. Right now waiting for police. Never again. Don't come here.

Descusting dirty rooms paid for two nights before checking the room big mistake do not come here.

Great service for a cheap hotel.

As a two star hotel it was good in every way. Clean, friendly staff, good price and very quiet despite location beside the airport. Slept about the best we have in several nights of a long trip. Will return.
