They really pay attention to detail here. The beds have 3 pillows of 3 different firmnesses, they bake cookies in the afternoons and have them available for guests, little vases with fresh flowers adorn the breakfast tables, the beds are made up beautifully, the towels are folded creatively just right, the pool is very nice, and all of the attendants are very friendly.

This is such a cute hotel! I read here that it got 2 stars… (? ) What? It deserves 5! They have a hair dryer, iron, iron board And a full bkfst… well worth the stay! Beds are very comfortable as well. I hope to come back soon! Front desk is so friendly & helpful… thank you for a wonderful wknd! Love it here!

A must stay! Beautiful grounds and nice clean rooms. Had an amazing breakfast with fresh omelettes, hash browns, fruit, waffles, french toast. Everything you could ask for! But the best part was the amazing service! The manager and front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay for our 25th wedding Anniversary amazing! Thanks so much!

Jennifer, Doraine, and Fred were awesome. Wonderful people, Great customer service and great to talk to! I would love to come back here again. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was really good and filling. They have great recommendations for places to visit. We had a beautiful view of the mountains.

The room was good and clean, good value for price paid. Nothing exceptional here, just a room really. The service was good and very friendly at the front desk, the breakfast was passable, but just barely. Interestingly enough — I use a travel mug for coffee, so that I do not need to throw a bunch of cups in the garbage (one a day is a lot of extra waste). This location specifically "forbids" you from using a reusable mug here. Not sure why, but they do that… you would think they would encourage it to lower costs, but not so. We were here for a short overnight, so we didn't use the pool. It looked good and clean, but only from outside the gate ;)

Big room. AWESOME and COMFORTABLE king size bed. Easy in and out location. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon arriving the staff were friendly and welcoming. The suite, which we had was/seemed to be remodeled/modernised recently in the last 6 months… It was clean, meet our needs of x2 adults and a pair of 3 year old twins. Nothing fancy but it met our needs. Clean and close to local amenities. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a room/suite last minute when there isn't anything else available, or if you are on a budget in this location.

Clean rooms and comfy beds right off 89a in Sedona. Not a place with sweeping views but great value after hiking all day. The room was updated and they have a continental breakfast. Eggs, fruit, waffles, French toast, coffee, yogurt — what else could you ask for?

Reasonable pricing for a decent room and view. I was bummed to find out that the hot tub was broken which is one of the key features that attracted me to this location over a few other lower priced hotels in the area. Upon finding out about the broken hot tub, I was told the pool was heated. My husband, son and I went down to the pool to find it freezing cold. When telling this to the hotel staff, he looked at me in disbelief and told me that it should be set st 80 degrees and that he wasn't sure if maintenance was even on site to look at it. Losing both of these amenities caused a damper on my stay.

We just finished a two night stay in a king suite. The staff was very friendly. The room was newly renovated with nice hard floors and the size was decent. We didn't have issues falling asleep on the bed, but we did have issues with pressure points when we laid in one position for more than about 20 minutes at a time. My biggest issue with the room was the cleanliness. When we got there, there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom and on the bed that weren't ours. It looked like when they cleaned the room, they used the same cloth to wipe everything down so hairs from previous guests were just spread around. We reported the issue to the front office and they were very apologetic and nice. The next day, the room definitely smelled like it had been cleaned, but there were still random hairs everywhere. The best thing about this Inn is the extremely affordable pricing. It's definitely one of the best priced in Sedona especially considering the size of the rooms. I would stay here again, and the only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because of the cleanliness.

Had a great stay at the Green Tree Inn the last week of January on advice from a friend. I came into Sedona very late from Phoenix, and everything was as I hoped — — Tosha provided an easy check-in, the suite was immaculate, and it appeared as if things have been recently renovated in a low-key, modern style. Bed was very comfortable with a zillion pillows. Plenty of hot water, with excellent water pressure. The included breakfast was good, and their coffee did the job. The suite itself was nicely appointed with a hide-a-bed couch, nice and large TVs, mini-fridge etc — — all well done and worked flawlessly. Definitely worth the price and will mostly likely stay there again!

The main stretch of Sedona was pretty small so the hotel was right in the middle of most everything, including little shops and restaurants. The price was also very nice, compared to the other places in the area.

It is an auto hotel, very good, they speak English and are very friendly.

Great Location and place to stay in Sedona We stayed in a king suite Room was spacious for us to enjoy! Some issues we did not like Water pressure from the shower was absolutely horrible While I appreciate the conserving of water it made taking showers a long slow process! Housekeeping was disappointing at times Empty tissue box not replaced No bath mat left one day Long black hairs which were not ours seen on a towel and in the sink. Breakfast was adequate for being included though seating areas is terribly limited. Overall for the price we’d return. Hopefully housekeeping can be informed of these issues we encountered and how bout doing something with a better shower head in the tubs?

We arrived about at midnight but we had been alerted by phone and had responded that there were no problems, there is always someone there.
However on our arrival (2 rooms for 1 night) The girl did not nearly look at us, she charged right away and shipped to the room.
The room was spacious and clean. The pillowcases seemed stained though.
The heater was off and it was a little chilly, them are about 1200 meters and the evening/December morning is cold. I work in the same sector so if you know you get a room (plus you know what time it comes) it would be a nice courtesy to turn on the warming half an hour earlier, would suffice.
Very small breakfast included in the buffet. Nobody says goodbye when you leave.
Of course there is not going to the warmth of the reception but for the low cost of the room. They also have a pool.

Awesome little motel. The room was clean, staff was supper friendly, and breakfast was also included. The upper floor rooms even come with a private balcony. I would definitely stay again.

Very warm hospitality, excellent service and good breakfast.

Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable, but it is nothing fancy. Overall, it is a decent hotel for the price especially if you aren't planning to spend much time in your room. It is located in West Sedona away from the traffic of Uptown.

This is an excellent hotel for the rate and service. We booked last second from Hotel Tonight and they were ready for us when we arrived just minutes later. The pool is clean and the coffee at the free continental breakfast is hot!

Clean room. Our room was bellow ground from one side so our patio was in the basement. The washroom was a little small too. The service was nice though. Breakfast was small but good enough to satisfy your needs. There is a gas station across the street where you can buy water and alcohol and other things. Overall it was nice.

Very nice and modern rooms! There is nothing I don't like about this place. The price is fair and what you get is decent! They even have green tea toiletries! How cute is that! By far the best hotel I've stayed at.

Great cozy clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice pool area, and VERY reasonable pricing! My husband isn't such a great planner so we found this place out of luck but had the best hotel experience. Quiet during the night and hard to get out of bed in the morning it's so comfortable. Definitely definitely will be staying here again the next time around.

For a 2-star hotel, it was an amazing low-cost find. Rooms were big and clean. Secluded and private area immediately outside the room to relax and read. Nice pool and hottub. Included breakfast was great with hot and cold options. Motel is very central, quick access to main road and attractions.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Breakfast was good although they didn't keep the hot food trays full as often as they could've. The price was unbeatable, but I got it on priceline so I don't know if that made a difference. Over all it has been the best hotel we've stayed at so far on our trip. Will definitely stay again.

This was by far the best motel we stayed at during our California/Arizona road trip. Our budget was modest so I can't compare Green Tree to the posh end of the market but the room was very spacious, the bed huge and we also had a nice balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. It was a lovely change to have a cooked breakfast option too! Sedona is a place we'd love to visit again sometime and we'd book Green Tree Inn as well.

The exterior and pool area are very nice here, and the location is excellent with an excellent view. The beds, Wi-Fi, and staff are very good, but the bathrooms and breakfast rooms are tiny. We stayed 3 days and were served the same food each day. Although the rooms are large enough, the chairs are quite uncomfortable for TV viewing. Outlets are minimal and furnishings are dated. Makes Sedona available at a reasonable cost, however.

Comfortable and very well priced accommodation a short drive from the Sedona township. Although we were situated closest to the main road, traffic noise was not an issue. Breakfast was good with great service although room in the dining area was at a premium, but the highlight was a great blues performance from Alex on the last morning of our stay. Be sure to ask him to bring out the guitar during your stay! All in all a recommended stop.

It's a cheap and valuable hotel on the west side of Sedona. A room was clean and spacious. The bathroom handful, but ok. The staff was nice and helpful especially the breakfast guy!

The room was very clean and spacious, very quiet area. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The price was not too bad for last minute reservation.

We stayed here the day after Christmas. The hotel was close to Basha's and not very far from Sedona downtown. The hotel room had a living room and a bedroom separately — different from the rest of the rooms I have ever been. Although the furniture was old — I liked the room. They had free breakfast — there were only 4, 2 person tables, so for that day they couldn't accommodate all of us — so most of us took breakfast to room. They were refilling the food very fast too (all the rooms for full because it was end of December). Comfortable king bed. I wish they cleared the snow in the parking lots. Apart from that, it was fun.

We stayed in this hotel and liked it so much we decided to come back and stay another night. The first time we stayed in the older part of the hotel. The old spanish style was paired with modern upsacle linens and open fireplace. The second night we were placed in the new part of the hotel. The room was nice with more of a modern feel. We did run into a few issues the second night including no refrigerator in the room, dirty water glasses and non-functional lights. Our first evening at the hotel was so great, that I would still rate this a 5 out of 5 and stay again.

Completely overrated. They charge an addition "resort" tax and this is far from a resort. With taxes it was $380 for a Sunday night and the restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday. We checked out early to stay at the Marriott Courtyard (only opened 3 weeks ago) which was much nicer, better amenities, and significantly cheaper! The spa was nice but the prices were pretty high and they did not provide the services for the full hour we signed up for. My husband wanted to speak to a manager the next day but we were told that he would not be in until the next day and the general manager probably couldn't help us… seriously!? Would not stay here for future travels and if you're smart, you wouldn't either.

First off this is a motel not a hotel or an inn. Having stayed at a Days Inn before that was a hotel that's what I was expecting. You get the most basic of basic accommodations here and that's fine since that's all we needed. The breakfast was okay. Pretty limited offering. No hot food at all. And the coffee was terrible. I likely would not stay here again unless it was a last resort sort of thing.

Finding dog-friendly hotels for our road trip wasn't easy, but we lucked out with the Sedona Rouge and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in this beautiful area. The prices were fair, the room was clean and every single interaction I had with members of staff were excellent — everyone was happy to help me and make sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well kept. We'll be back!

Motel-style stereotype, not just new construction. Rooms clean, spacious with a small private balcony. It is not in the location the particular. Swimming-pool with jacuzzi open until 22 very enjoyable. Recommended x the practicality and cost (Sedona has crazy prices)

Really spectacular place! Edgar (Concierge) was a wealth of information and helped us plan our entire trip while in Sedona. He is very knowledgeable on the best local hikes and restaurants. He suggested we take a Pink Jeep tour on Broken Arrow and it was a blast! I would recommend Sedona Rouge and Edgar to my friends and family! 10/10

We stayed here for a friend's wedding in town. It's a cute, boutique style hotel. The location is good, with many good restaurants in walking distance. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the room was nice. The bed was super comfortable. I only gave it four stars instead of 5 because the room didn't seem well insulated and we could hear all the noises from guests in the hall and courtyard. If you're a really light sleeper who likes to go to bed on the early side, it's probably not the best place for you. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Our eatancia at Days inn sedona was very pleasant, beautiful landscapes, had a garden with a theme of desert that we loved. The employees were very friendly, we received with a smile and even allowed us to stay to breakfast, after having arrived after breakfast hours. Very close to several attractions. Definitely one of my best staying in a hotel.

This hotel is a bit down the road from all the action of untown, but nothing is all that far away in Sedona. The room was clean and updated with a patio off the back. The bathroom was small, but the shower was large. The continental breakfast was decent but needed more seating to accommodate guests. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our choice to stay at the Days Inn in Sedona was perfect. The hotel served its purpose because while you are in Sedona you only need a place to stay and shower. To pick a top of the line resort, you will not get to use all the accommodations. Sedona is a place to visit all sites. We enjoyed the Days Inn because it was particle. The rooms were clean and the service was extremely accommodating. Brian right from the start gave excellent customer service due to a misquote of our room rate. Hunter was very pleasant and provided a lot of help to us in regards to a choice of a restaurant. He helped with the insight of Devils Bridge Trail and that was so helpful and saved us time. The only suggestion I have in regards to the breakfast is to accommodate non-allergen foods. Our daughter has a severe allergy so it would have been great to have gluten bread (usually this is Soy Free) and that would have been helpful. Plus the cereal choice would have been helpful to have one soy free. It is important to consider all NON — Allergens when choosing a continental breakfast to accommodate all. Just a suggestion to improve the continental breakfast menu. Otherwise a good hotel for the price in Sedona. Sedona was a beautiful place to visit and honestly you are never in your room but to sleep and shower.

Perfect for hikers and mountain bikers. Two things negative regarding our stay. First, we could easily hear the people in the unit below us. I would think the floors would have been more soundproof but I could almost make out the actual conversations they were having. Plus, listening to the guy snore wasn't terribly soothing. Second, the free breakfast was pretty meager. There was only toast (white or raisin bread), a couple cereals, and instant oatmeal. Although there were few options, I will say they kept the supply going well during the rushes.

Giving 1 star because I can't rate lower. The fact the GM wouldn't speak to me and will not stand by their published rates. The AAA book has them in for $80 — $110 max. Unlike most hotels they say black out dates may apply. Not the Days Inn but quoted $179. Work on your customer service before quoting rates out of your league and next time you publish something make sure that you put a disclaimer…

Great views! One of the fantastic red rock features is just outside the hotel. Lots of great food nearby. Really enjoyed our stay!

I LOVE this hotel. I have stayed here twice and I had a great experience both times. The rooms are extremely clean and they have a great breakfast in the morning. The location is really great as well. I'm definitely staying here every time I come to Sedona!

Nice hotel, a little out of the Centre. Right on the main street, the noise, you can't hear but. Spacious rooms with air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Private pool and Jacuzzi for free use, In the price included breakfast and Wi-Fi. Price / performance ratio very good ($ 70. — / night, incl. Taxes). It is fast in the Centre and in the Red Rock Park. From the hotel you can see the red rocks. Very nice. We would book this hotel again.
