Beautiful hotel with great customer service. We go once a year for a large golf event and don’t feel the need to even leave the resort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Living here is the BEST! Desert AND Traditional Golf Courses! No one has BOTH…but we do!

My First time having a full body Champagne Massage was Awesome this. Morning and having access to. The whole Resort was also included… The pool and Resort are so relaxing and inviting. The staff were very welcoming and cheerful. I will definitely be back…

The staff was incredibly polite. I went for a marriage retreat conference. We were provided all 3 meals and the food tasted pretty good. The resort itself seemed a bit dated and could use some upgrades. My husband and I stayed in the 500's. Two really cool facts is the font use paper towels in the bathrooms, they offer an actual hand towel and they have fresh fruit in the lobby for their guest!

Nice room, great golf course, terrific staff. The folks at this resort bend over backwards to make sure your stay is everything it should be. It was quite refreshing to have consistently great customer service, from the front desk to the golf shop, restaurants, pool, and the bell staff. Everyone was so accommodating. The staff is empowered to make things right. There was never a “let me get back to you” answer to any of our inquiries. Go try this place out.

Incredible Room, Great Service I recently stayed at the Omni Tucson National Resort while on a business trip to Tucson. I chose this Resort due to its location to where my meetings were being held. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my room was in an individual Hacienda and it was quite spacious and the amenities were very nice. I arrived very late in the evening and the front desk offered to drive me to my room via golf cart. The resort is beautiful and while I didn't eat any meals at it due to my schedule, I did have drinks in the bar late one evening and the prices were very reasonable and the service outstanding.

Attended a wedding here and the food was great. Very pretty. The rooms are really nice with plenty of space and beautiful decor. I also got my brother and his wife a room here as a gift for their wedding weekend. They said it was nice and the staff was very helpful with delivering balloons and a snack basket to their room before arrival (by request) Fairly priced.

The Omni at Tucson is a very good place to stay and play golf. Unfortunately, some of the rooms require a refresh. Ensure you simply ask to have a room that’s been updated more recently. With the exception of the older rooms, it’s a fantastic place to stay. The pool is large and nice, the golf course is top notch as well as the staff that run it, and everyone was very pleasant to interact with throughout the facility. If you have a chance, you must dine at Bob’s. The food is outstanding. Our server, Andre, was excellent. 5 stars to him and all of the support staff that made our dining experience exceptional!

Greatest group of Employee's and efficient with all areas of a 5 star hotel. If you visit please stop by and meet the greatest Concierge and group of staff they will truly make your stay feel like they were waiting for your arrival. We were Married at the hotel in a private service and the Concierge, Johnny handled everything so we returned for our anniversary and the same staff and great feeling of comfort. Overall a nice place to visit and get away. But I feel like the rooms are a bit dirty, and not well cleaned. There is a lot of dust, water pressure in shower is very low and makes your shower twice as long. Needs a bit of a renovation. Also the main pool doesn't have enough seating, so each family ends up with one chair for like 5 people. I think for the price you pay, that things need to have a little more attention and up keeping.

A favorite place to golf with two great courses. It's more expensive than most others in the area, but the courses are in good condition. Legends is a good 19th hole but prices are resort prices, nearly twice what another restaurant would charge.

I would recommend Bob's Steakhouse to anyone looking for a nice date night. The food was delicious and the service was absolutely amazing. We'll definitely be back!

The service I received from arrival through check out was outstanding. Every staff member had a smile, solved any small problem immediately. Everyone took a moment to visit a bit to make the stay more personal. The room I stayed in was spacious but in need of a bit of updating. Which is the only reason this visit did not get 5 stars.

Wonderful location and views. Great for early walks. Delightful golf courses. Pool area is gorgeous. Food is a bit pricey but first rate. Highly recommended!

The grounds & pool are simply beautiful; however the rooms are not updated & tub in our room was terrible. We called 5 hours in advance to make sure our room was ready & they confirmed it was, but when we got there they advised us that they over booked the resort & they accidentally gave our room to someone else, so we had to settle for a 1 bed room king & a rollout bed. We were not happy at all.

We had a pretty awful stay with the Tucson Omni over Easter Weekend. There we're bugs all over the first couple nights and then our keys expired on our second day. Worst of all when we returned to our room for our third night there were so many flies flying around our room in the bathroom. It was disgusting and they did send someone but what could you do. The rooms were not the best. All in all the stay was not worth the money spent. We will not be staying at this specific resort again. Too outdated and not very clean.

I attended a party of some friends. I was not made to be worth paying so much for this hotel. Everything was very expensive and the quality was nothing from another world. It is also located far away from everything.

Hotel is okay. Shae that worked in Legends is awesome. Not sure about the chef. Food wasn't cooked right. They did provide complimentary chips & sales, but for $100 dinner for 2 I'd have expected more. I presume they gave us the cheaper room as it was booked on Expedia, but the room are old, and outdated. Turned the heat on and bad odor came through for 15 minutes. You'd think for $200 the rooms might be nicer. Tiny TV, and no creamer on the room for coffee. It's okay, but wouldn't stay there again.

Awesome hotel, service and food, beautiful golf course with mature trees for shade when you golf. To bad they are for some odd reason cutting down more and more of those very old trees down that have already established roots system and don't need much water and areva shelter for hundreds of bird species including owls!. Pretty soon there would be no birds singing in the morning and no shade whatsoever for golfers in the hot Arizona desert. I don't think they will get much golf going on especially during the summer which is already very mediocre because of the weather. They don't even plant any new desert young trees on the outskirts of the golf course or desert patches here and there. The main gate is very outdated and the roads are the worst I have ever seen! A pile of crumbled rocks in some places degraded to sand, there is no asphalt. You cannot walk on it and when you drive it feels like you have a flat!

Omni Tucson National boasts two great championship golf courses. The layout embraces plenty of scenic elevation changes, a good variety of stylish bunkering and a few holes where things will appear quite tight from the tee. With plenty of trees lining the fairways and eight small lakes to negotiate, the Catalina will feel more like a (testing) walk in the park than a trek through the desert.

Everything here is excellent. From the staff to the course to the food and drink. My favorite place to play. Beautiful views. They take great care of the course. Great job as always!

Beautiful grounds driving into Bob's. Restaurant is very stately with a lovely view of golf course and city. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Food was average, especially for the price.

The grounds are impeccable. The staff friendly and helpful. The spa services affordable and relaxing. Lunch at Legends was delicious. We set out on the patio and enjoyed the view. We worked out in the fully stocked gym. I can't wait to return next month when they have Valentine's specials.

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms and beautiful golf course but the customer service is terrible! I had to stay here for 30 days for work and one day at 1130 at night the key card gadget on my door stopped working. I called front desk to fix it. They said it would take only a few minutes. To make a long story short I was outside my room for over 30 minutes before I suggested to stay in another room. No one could explain the problem and I had to just sleep in another room in my work clothes. Unreasonably inconvenient being that I had to work early in the morning and they couldn’t even tell me If they could open the door. No one cared that I was locked outside my room at midnight all they could do was apologize for the inconvenience. Free room service for one night would’ve been nice! I didn’t get back into my room until the next day at 6AM and still didn’t get a keycard. Would NEVER stay there again!

Stayed here for an anniversary and was really impressed. The Friday night stargazing is a great little touch and the on-site restaurants and bars were good. Great rooms, and the fire pit outside of our door was a great place to spend the evenings. Amazing views of the mountains too. I’d definitely come back!

One of the finer places I've been in Tucson! Great ambiance food and service. Recommend taking somebody special!

Omni has been our choice resort for many years now. We have had nothing but great experiences. This Christmas we decided to spend 4 nights at Omni and regretted it every step of the way. When we arrived at check in we were told that Omni changed our reservation. We were advised by the front desk and management that the Resort was overbooked and therefore our reservation could not be honored. We reserved two queen beds with a full kitchen and refrigerator. Management, without apology, offered 2 queen beds with no kitchen or refrigerator. Only problem is we purchased grocery for a 4 night stay. The manager made us wait for almost an hour at the front desk while he “called for authorization” to put us in a room that had a king bed and a roll away mattress, but had the full refrigerator and kitchen. Our kids were uncomfortable the entire time. They did not sleep well. Our room had a big hole in the door that allowed it to be unlocked from the outside and without a key (room 505). The heater made a knocking sound all night and the toilet broke due to a plumbing issue. We were sent to another room after Omni realized that they couldn’t fix the toilet. The next room had a broken golf cart park outside the gate (room 515). The couch was torn, the bed had no linen and the shower curtain was dirty. We called and someone came to make the bed.

Great for kids. The pool was nice and had a bar. Also had a decent sized hot tub.

I have been having an amazing time here at the Omni Tuscon Resort! The course is beautiful. The staff has been extremely friendly. And I definitely plan on coming back. Getting to relax and not do anything over Christmas break makes this trip even better!

Event Professional. Delicious food, good wine, and do place is clean. The street is super ugly and there is no valet parking, so view comfortable.

We didn't actually stay at the resort, just used the facilities while at a golf tournament. We were a little early for the check in and had an awful time of it. There were no staff to take our bags, we got yelled at for trying to go to the range to warm up. When we asked where we could get breakfast they sent us to the grill that was closed. Once we found an open facility for food it cost $20 for a breakfast burrito. Just absurd. The grounds are beautiful and once the staff was in place they were good. But, our first hour there was not good. Then at lunch the burgers were undercooked and we both got sick. Not a good day overall.

I stayed at omni last night, never again. The king suite was very dated, too much space and repaint. The bed was rock hard, lime sleeping on concrete. I tried the couch, too small for my 6.2 frame. Tried the chair with ottoman, no go. Called front desk, they said all beds in resort were same. Brutal sleepless night. I did eat at Bob's steakhouse, my filet mignon was awesome, the homemade bread was crazy good, cocktail sauce for appetizer was fantastic. But when you spend $450.00 between food and room for two you expect nicer rooms and a MORE COMFORTABLE BED.

Visited with people stayng in an airbnb. Had dinner at Legends. Sat outside early evening, wather perfect. Our waiter was attentive and accommodating and the food wonderful. I had their small plate of calamari. Menu said it was a combination plate of shrimp/calamari, but as I am allergic to shellfish, she spoke with chef and no problem. One of the best calamari dishes I have had. Definitely enough as an entree dish. My husband and I will definitely go back even tho a 45 minute drive.

Our nearly $200.00 a night room was disgusting. Old, dirty drapes half hanging off the hooks, didnt shut all the way, the bathroom faucet handles and spout were loose with one not working at all, the electrical outlets are so worn couldnt hold the plug, the outside porch stunk with moldy dirty seat cushions and I had to kill a cockroach. Told the front desk, he didn't offer any concessions. On the flip side, the Spa package was the best I've ever had and I've been to several over the years. Use the spa but find another hotel to stay at.

This resort was one of the best I have ever visited. The room was beautiful… reminded me of a small apartment. Huge closet, perfect bathroom with soaking tub, additional sink for primping, comfy bed, patio overlooking the driving range and mountains, refrigerator, safe. All the comforts of home. Champagne with chocolate strawberries on arrival, pool time, fantastic steak dinner at Bob's, the service was impeccable, culminating with a turn down service with robe and slippers. Loved every minute and would highly recommend to everyone. Fabulous.

We have stayed here twice and both stays were wonderful. The staff is welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and serene. The rooms (we stayed in the traditional king suite) are spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. If you are looking for a resort package that gives you massages for 2, this is the place. The spa package that gives you a massage per person per night is the way to go, even 18% gratuity is included for each service voucher with this package. The spa facilities are relaxing and accommodating, too. They've thought of everything. The thoughtful touches that the staff arranged throughout our stay for our special occasion were so nice and made us feel so welcomed. We will be back, soon!

I love this hotel and place.

It is in need of remodeling. The first room we were shown was old and warn out. We had to ask for a remodeled room which was nice but of course cost more. Felt like a bait and switch situation. The pool area and the main holes are old and beat up. All the pool chairs need replacement but you can pay a $125 to get a cabana which has nice lounges another bait and switch. For the price I would not recommend coming to this hotel. These are all my opinions.

Excellent experience and the service was wonderful. My only complaint the resturant was not open all day. Lunch would also be a good time to be open. Otherwise 5 stars.

One of the finer options for a Tucson resort. Service staff is friendly. The place is always clean and well kept. Also, that have the best wings in town! Definitely worth a visit.

Beautifully renovated suits. Bob's has the best chocolate cake I have ever had. In room dining was reasonable and delicious. Gave it 4 stars because the pool is just ok and doesn't always look clean.

Let me start off with, WOW! Me and a friend booked through groupon, upon arrival our reservation hadn't gone through yet, so we had some time to kill, once that got cleared up, we arrived at our room which I believe got mysteriously upgraded? I'm not sure if it was complimentary due to the initial wait when we arrived, or if it was all they had left, but wow, the mountain Vista room is amazing to say the least. It's like a small apartment, it even has a walk in closet. No kitchen tho, but a fantastic bar area with a special cooler. The bathroom is breathtaking. Marble counter tops, bathtub, and fully enclosed walk in shower, talk about elegance. This room blew me away, I had no idea it would be this luxurious and comfortable. You get your own sitting area/living room complete with couch, two chairs, TV, a office nook just off the back of the couch, and a private patio, and of course the beds, either a king or two queens, we got the two queens. We haven't even experience the spa yet, but we plan to tomorrow, so far an amazing stay! — well we completed our stay, and it was incredible to say the least. The Swedish massage was so relaxing, I slept for 12 hours straight that night! This resort is so comfortable and relaxing, we were so comfortable we didn't even get a chance to try the pool. Everything was so perfect, I live in Oregon and am sort of sad I live so far away from this place! It was exquisite. The only down side that wasn't quite as nice as I expected was the food.

The Omni's service is the best. They keep very clean. The restaurant offers wholesale and the food is of good quality.

We spent a very pleasant staycation day here, enjoying the views, the grounds, and particularly the big pool (though I wished it was a little more shaded, and the deck was ridiculously hot for bare feet). The room was nice, spacious, and very clean — but you had to call to get a fridge delivered if you wanted one, which was a little strange, and the room's telephone wouldn't connect. After my husband went to the front desk to request the fridge and a travel crib in person, both items were delivered and set up within minutes. The service at one of the restaurants — Legends Bar and Grill — was the opposite of prompt, apparently because a very large spa order had come in just before we sat down, which would have been very nice to know before ordering, particularly since I was trying to eat with two small children, a demographic not notorious for patience when hungry.

We stayed in the casitas. Not the main building. In our casita the pullout sofa was bent and broken, laminate on the doors was peeling, the shower head broke off while my husband was showering, carpet was stained and unravelling near the walls, and the beds were sagging and old. Basically, the interior needs cosmetic updating. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are wonderful, the tennis court surfaces are good and the service was great. Breakfast also was really good.

The room is huge and so is the bed. Comfy clean sheets and long soft pillows. The bathroom has dual sinks and plenty of complimentary toiletries. The ironing board and iron work well and emits steam evenly. The shower has plenty of pressure but it when it hits the back of the shower, it flowed onto the floor and made a big puddle. The internet went out on the second day and I couldn't get a hold of the front desk to tell them about it. Overall, good stay.

This is a resort beautiful with a wonderful view. Employees very attentive.

Staff was friendly, beautiful atmosphere and the main pool was really nice, however, there is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms, the coffee maker in the room didn't work, no coffee served in the lobby, no complimentary continental breakfast, had to drive to Starbucks at 6am to get coffe, no vending machines on property, I'm sorry but for the price yoy pay here, the amenities are awful. We stayed in the older rooms because we needed 2 beds (the newer one only have one king), the room was cute, but the bathroom had no privacy, when I went to the bathroom felt like I was doing right in front of everyone in the room. Very very few drawers to keep your clothes and toiletries, no drawers in the bathroom, one drawer in the night stand and the only dresser was an old beat up tiny 3 drawer dresser in the closet. It's all in the details and they definitely paid no attention to the details at this place. Would rather have stayed at a motel 8 and saved my money.

Went to the Legends Bar in there, a cool little spot that's not well known. It has great tap Guniess and they have pool and standing shuffleboard which is pretty cool. Sometimes the actual members that visit can cause some irritating problems but never had one with the place itself.

Very classy resort, and Bob's Steakhouse is amazing! No lie… Best steak i've ever had, amazing glazed carrot with every meal, and great atmosphere. Pricey, but not too pricey. More than worth it. This is a must visit destination for date night, or just for a damn good meal.

Took my girlfriend to Bob's Steakhouse for a Valentine's dinner. Everything was amazing! The Prime Filet Magnon is by far the best steak I've ever has but is obviously a bit pricey. Great place to go if you are looking for a nice dinner with your friends or significant other.

The spa is always relaxing and wonderful, Legends and Bob's both have good service and excellent food.

Great place to have an event. The staff was nice and helpful. The food was excellent. We got some time to hang out by the fire pit at night and play with the shuffleboard during our breaks. If it was warmer, the pool would have been a nice place to relax too.

Attend the Omni every year for my company sales meeting. The staff is friendly and professional. The facilities are clean and well kept. I would recommend the resort to any of my friends.

Golf and Lunch — The course was a ton of fun. Well maintained grounds and friendly staff. We had drinks, lunch, and played some pool. Great time had by all!

Can't play this track worth a damn, but it's still a good track. Nice practice facilities and the course provides plenty of challenging holes.

Our stay revolved around our wedding and noon-time luncheon for 70 folks. The wedding and luncheon turned out wonderful, with special thanks to the Catering and Sales Manager and her staff. About 20 rooms were reserved for out-of-town guests and local folks that wanted to share the weekend with us. Everyone, to the person was treated as a member of your extended Omni family and only had great things to say about the facilities, staff, accommodations… but mostly about the staff. Wow, what a fantastic group of folks who are only interested in treating Omni guests as if a member of their own families. You can't fake loyalty and dedication and the thing we noticed most is the Tucson Omni Team believes in their brand. They all seemingly love working for the Omni and it is evident in the friendly, professional way they treat their customers. We experienced a nasty 100-year storm that knocked out power and Air Conditioning for a lengthy period of time, but the one thing everyone in my party noticed was the professional way the Omni staff handled the situation. I believe they recalled some of their staff and systematically ensured everyone was safe, prioritized the problems and as if a routine, went about resolving the issues. We all are very impressed and will always visit the Omni family when we visit Tucson…nothing compares.

We had friends from out of town visit at the end of March and I had recommended the Omni to them since it was close to our house. I had suggested to my friend that she request a room by the pool as I had been told that they were nicely updated. Unfortunately, the hotel placed her in one of the casitas near the back pool. The casitas are not only in dire need of updating but they are filthy as well. In addition, the back pool is more like a pond and she even texted me a picture of a snake in the rocks at the pool. She tried to switch to one of the more updated rooms but the front desk staff appeared to not care if she stayed or left. She left and went to the El Conquistador Hilton which turned out to be fabulous. The pool area was very nice and clean, as were the accomodations. If you choose to stay here, do NOT let them put you in a casita.

So relaxing, we have stayed with Omni in S. D and lovely accommodation every time. Spa services were lovely and really appreciated both my masseuse and esthetician. They were wonderful.

I have traveled extensively, and. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and the room was beautiful, tasteful and exceptionally clean. The appointments included great details like a soaking tub as well as a shower with very high pressure, and a large walk-in closet. I was here for work, and they were able to accommodate my need for efficiency, but when it was my day off I was able to luxuriate. Thank you Omni Tucson for a perfect stay!

I was very excited to finally get a night to ourselves. Upon arrival my fiance dealt with someone and didn't seem like she cared if we stayed or went after they told us about a hold on our credit card. I am very well aware of holds and the website mentioned a certain amount. But when we got there the amount was different. I went in and spoke with a gentleman and showed that he did not want to lose a guest. He helped us out in our situation and was very polite and extremely helpful. Wish I had gotten his name to personally thank him.
