I'd recommend it, but my stay was not quiet, doors slamming all night, til 2 am, breakfast is a bagged sweet bun (yuck! ) but I think its just an off time, due to covid. Would come here again.

Very convenient to the Pub across the street.

Amazing day at the zoo we had fun everyone should come visit.

It is a lovely hotel, rooms are very clean and modern, bathrooms are bright, clean and updated.

Seems like a nice place. They have a happy hour every night between 6 and 8. Have cheap drinks. The pool is nice and pool area cozy. In a remodel bit can't tell. Lobby area is beautiful. Mexican restaurant right across the street is amazing.

We had some wonderful days in this hotel! We enjoyed it. The room was large and very well maintained. On the second floor you could even see the mountains. Very nice!

Wonderful courtyards! Real old world charm. Beautiful pool area. Happy hour, by the pool with free chips & salsa, and a $4 Margarita. Rooms are basic suites, carpet is old and needs cleaning. Our first room smelled too funky to stay in. Second room fine. Great breakfast!

Great value for the price. Stayed in a suite with king size bed and sitting area. Very spacious. Nice sized eat-in kitchenette area. Very comfortable bed. The AC was blasting to keep the suite cool (over 100°F outside), which made sitting on the couch a bit chilly. Lovely free breakfast spread. Overall a great stay.

Decent clean spot to sleep and enjoy breakfast. I was not expecting the location though. I the corner of a shopping center. Despite that location it was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. A bit old, but clean… housekeeping staff were wonderful.

I love how the place is built. Beautiful courtyards, block walls, and southwest style woodwork. Housekeeping was great, breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the restaurants close by, riding the loop by the Pantano wash and also Sabino Canyon.

Quaint place with rooms surrounding courtyards and fountains. You can take elevators to get your travel bags to the second floor. After that, you can take the stairs up and down — wooden steps and railings along the balconies. Our room had rather harsh fluorescent overhead lighting, but beyond that was quite comfy.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The staff was great the breakfast was unbelievable the room was phenomenal the hot tub and pool were fantastic the little open-air courtyards full of beautiful plants… I can't say enough nice things about this place! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

My family and I go here when visiting the family on my dad’s side. It’s a nice hotel with aesthetic appeal. I love the area in the middle of the rooms where there’s a tree and sun enters through the square where the roof connects. It also has great breakfast in the morning. The pool is nice although can be a little bright sometimes. The hot tub was very relaxing. The location is nice because there are many shops around it like Big Lots to look around in.

For "American conditions" very good hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Will book it again in any case.

Comfy beds and a clean room upon arrival. Breakfast was decent with sausage and eggs, self-made waffles. Cereal and fruit available also among donuts and other breakfast items. Juices and coffee available as well. Overall it was a nice stay.

My entire extended family was staying here for a family reunion. My children and I were arriving first so we called days in advance to make sure there was no confusion and was told we could check in by 1:00 pm. When we arrived (after driving for 10 hours) they told us we would have to wait until 5:00 pm and we were not allowed to wait in the lobby. They suggested we go "to a mall or a movie". I have never been treated so poorly by any establishment in my life! The bathroom was dirty and there was a live bug in our bed. Also, the room had no blinds so the sun would shine on the TV. They brought us a blanket and said to try hanging it up over the window. It wouldn't work. I would give it a rating of lower than 1 star if possible.

Much smaller than expected in pictures but there room size was fantastic. Has a eating table and sofa in all rooms I believe. The happy hour at the pool was fantastic!

The place is beautiful and conveniently located! The rooms however are pricey for what you are getting. Also, there was some confusion about the room rates. My in-laws booked a room a month in advance and told it was going to be $69 a night. When they showed up to check in, the rate they were asking for wasn't just completely different, it was $115 for the one room with one queen sized bed! We backed down right away. The hotel just a bit further down the street was only $64.99 a night for the same thing. So, Comfort Suites matched their price rather than hold them to the $115 a night. This was smart and much appreciated.

Location was great. I was 2 miles from the Tucson medical center. There was a great Mexican restaurant across the street. The room was clean and fairly quiet. The air was a little heavy inside, I kept the window open most of the time and that helped. But overall it was a good stay.

Great hotel, somewhat weirdly located in a parking lot. Stayed here multiple times to visit grandparents. It's a good home base for most anything in Tucson.

This hotel was pretty cool! Rooms were nice. It is located to the side of a little strip mall so there is plenty of free parking. TONS of places to eat very nearby. There is a Dunkin' Donuts located in the same parking lot which is nice. They don't advertise it very well but every night from 6pm until 8pm they have a happy hour that includes bottles of Corona, blended margaritas and red wine for $2.50 each.

My family just loves to stay here when we visit. The rooms are so clean, the beds are so comfortable and the staff are always so pleasant! Not to mention how we love the happy hour, relaxing out on the porch in the evenings with a margarita. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable, for the 3rd year in a row!

The rooms where more worn and dated that the web site portrayed. It also was located in the parking lot of a strip mall. Staff was friendly. Included breakfast was good as was the coffee. Overall it was fine but not fabulous and was less than expected because if photos on web page.

Nice place… for just a few dollars more you can get a big suite. Several good restuarants, including great organic food, a short walk. Highly recommended, bang for the buck!

Sorry, wasn't a fan. This place is rustic but in a run down kind of way and our room smelled really bad (not of smoke but musty and old). Lighting and outlet placement was poor and nothing gave the impression of being clean. Really needs a remodel and not just a refresh. This is my third Choice hotel (Comfort Suites) in a row that has let me down. Time to look at other options.

Beautiful place to stay! We loved the wooden staircases and vines. The water fountains were very entertaining for our littles.

Room is a bit small, but clean. All rooms open to a courtyard, so it doesn't get terribly hot though the windows… But no natural light either. Hot tub is ok, but the pool is pretty small. Morning included breakfast is ok, nothing special. Internet speeds seem reasonable so far. (I am still at the hotel as I type this. )

It's very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms come with pretty large mini fridges and microwaves. Breakfast is provided which is really nice, especially a selection of yogurts and bagels and it wasn't too packed when I was there. They have a small area up front with water bottles and snacks for you to purchase as well as a free coffee drinks maker. There is a pool and a jacuzzi which I did not use but looks clean. Sometimes cute lizards run by and hide in the bushes!

This place had everything we wanted for our stay. We checked in late and April was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the breakfast was ample and tasty, the courtyards were beautiful and peaceful. We spent a little time in the enormous hot tub and relaxed. They have a daily happy hour across two enormous patios. Would definitely stay here again!

The location, while convenient, is a tad odd, being in a discount store complex. But don't let that stop you. Distinctive architecture and gardens, clean rooms in good repair, comfy beds and friendly service make this a great, affordable place to stay.

Room is clean, TV is alright. Lots of power plugs. Bathroom is small and shower is not great, but lots of warm water. Fridge and microwave are good. AC is also good. Wifi is fast. Breakfast is on the better end of average. Location is nice too. Staff is friendly.

I enjoyed my stay here. Service was great; they had everything you needed. I really liked the coffee machine in the lobby.

Quiet! Lovely hotel with atmosphere. Nice room with a kitchenette. Good breakfast.

Friendly staff, breakfast had a decent selection but quality could be improved in some items, rooms were sufficient, fridge and microwave, a little noisy (could hear doors of other units closing). Fountain in the lobby and porch with lights are for a nice ambiance. They also had food and drink items for sale in the lobby which was convenient. Used the washer and dryer, both worked well with no issues; got quarters from front desk staff.

Awesome staff and a great location. Close to lots of amazing restaurants, many within walking distance. A central location for many tourist attractions and only four miles from Sabino Canyon. Reasonably priced and breakfast included as well as evening snacks.

It was a nice hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. My only complaint is that the air conditioning would not drop in temperature and part of the room got stuffy.

Shower didn't work. We switched rooms, our pillows had hair on them and smelled like perfume. The sinks did not drain. The pull out couch was stained, smelled like urine, and wad basically aprings wrapped in a sheet. Very uncomfortable. The houskeeping ladies knocked on our door at 6am both mornings even though our do not disturb sign was on the door. We do not recommend this place especially with the outrageous prices. Old and rundown, they advertise that they remodeled but they basically polished a turd. Do not stay here.

Traveling across country, stopped here for the night. By far the best stop we've had. Nice pool, outside of the building didn't look great but inside was amazing. Would recommend to anyone I knew traveling through Tuscan.

Fantastic! Room was great, breakfast was fabulous, ample parking and friendly staff. When I called to make a reservation Lisa was so nice and friendly that when I got off the phone I said to an associate of mine, "that was one of the nicest customer service representatives I have ever encountered! " When we arrived Lisa happened to be at the front desk and as nice as she was over the phone, she was even nicer in person! My congratulations to the person who hired her, you chose an excellent representative for your front desk and hotel! I will most definitely return to this hotel and I hope Lisa will still be there… Kudos to you Lisa!

Great south west feeling with a great staff. Great price too. If we return I know where I will be staying.

We have stayed here on and off since 2005. Great location and less then 100 rooms. We have 2 complaints from our just completed 12/26 — 1/2/2016 visit. HOT WATER wasn't. Luke warm at best for 7 days. Time of shower was irrelevant, water was not hot… Appears to have been 100% booked and water strained, with OLD WATER HEATERS, not up-sized for full occupancy… Breakfast is good, but never enough tables, seating or food. Have to wait for 10 minutes between egg, bacon and toast replacements. Only ONE person working 200+ people breakfast, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR, BOWL GAMES. The rooms are very accommodating, quiet and the AC/HEAT works great. A few MINOR changes, will be WELCOMED. happy new year 2016…

Comfort Suites at Sabino Canyon has a lovely, large lobby with high ceilings, comfortable seating and a beautiful fireplace. Our room was clean and well kept and the beds and bedding were fantastic. The service was great and the price was too. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a nice hotel but not really worth the money. The area surrounding has plenty of shopping and stuff to do.

The room was nice. The only thing I would say I didn't like was the pet fee. $25.00 per pet. Ouch. This is the very most you would pay at most hotels for up to 3 pets. I will say that after speaking to Lisa at the front desk, she did cut us a deal, $25 for both dogs, after all they're only little jack Russells. Thank you Lisa.

Truly surprising. Especially for the price. The rooms are outside rather than hallways, and they face inwards. Every door opens to small ceilingless courtyards with fountains, plants and benches. The whole place is accented with cabin style wood until you get inside your room which is very up to date and clean. I passed on the snackage at the front desk and took them up on a few beers… That's right, they sell beer here. Two thumbs up and five stars from me and my dog (who does not have any thumbs to offer, but would I'm sure)

Maria at the front desk was a welcoming and helpful person a credit to hotel staff. Husband and I are allergic to room deodorizer and Maria went out of her way and air out our room prior to our arrival by opening the window. We stayed in room 408 and had a comfortable and relaxed evening. We greatly thank you Maria. Breakfast, a variety for anyone's choice of food. Hotel has a Spanish feel a hacienda with private court yards which is unique and to be experienced. We will definitely stay here again.

The grounds are beautiful and my room was just right! Very clean and well maintained. Staff was polite and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Our room and Stay were fine. I used my hotel points for the stay to celebrate my Granddaughters birthday. I am a non-smoker and have never smoked and no one smoked in the room. The only people ever in the room were me and my 12 year granddaughter and her 12 year old friend. The room did not smell like smoke at check in or check out. I was charged a $150 smoke fee! Management has so far refused to refund. I will continue to complain. I was told the maid claimed the room smelled like smoke when she went in to clean it. There is no way that it was my room.

Light bulbs are energy saving but room is dark with all the lights on. Bee in the room took half an hour to kill. Needs new carpeting. Patio facing the front had empty beer cans that housekeeping did clean patio, one broken chaise in patio. Needs more than a paint job, needs bath renovated.

Our first choice in Tucson for affordability and comfort. We stay here an average of 15 nights per year and have never been disappointed (except when we couldn't get a room because they were all booked. ) The beds and linens are super comfy and we enjoy the tranquility of the water features in the courtyards. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Worth the extra drive from the freeway. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

Hotel is 15 minutes from Interstate 10 freeway but worth the drive. The rooms are super clean, the beds comfortable. They provide room with plenty of towels. Breakfast is well served and fresh. Also, they have towels by the pool. Overall I give them a 10++.
