Little concerned about lack of masks but nice place in a neat town.

Loved the stay… shout out to Pam, manager of Holiday Inn in Globe, Az. Thank you for amazing hospitality!

Employer made my reservations. Arrived and checked in. While at the counter my phones GPS said "signal lost. " The employee told me that service in and around the area was spotty and the Hotel's
Wi-Fi was not much better. Had to ask where my room was? Was directed to park in the rear by the pool as that door would be closer to the elevator. Drove around, and began to take my things inside. The elevator was gross, sticky gross! Went to my room, which had scuffs all over the walls, boogers, a large red stain on the carpet, and the sheets had dark spots. I sent photos to my wife back at home who said I should not have to put up with the conditions and she herself contacted the front desk. Amy came up and listen to my complaints and allow me to choose another room. Each room that she showed me also had black scuffs and boogers and stains everywhere. I asked her if there were any rooms that had recently been deep clean or renovated. There was not. Upon glance I chose a room which had less apparent grunge than the others. I sent my stuff down and thanked Amy for showing me the other rooms. I tried to settle in and went to put a few cold items into the refrigerator in the room. I open the refrigerator and there was a box of pizza with slices sticking out. Who misses an entire box of pizza? It was apparent that the cleaning team never even looked in the fridge. I went back down to the front desk and discuss the matter.

We booked our 2 bed room Monday. When we arrived there was only 1 bed. There was a blood stain on our pillows and some other stain on the comforter and will not move us to another room. Very disappointed.

One of the nice hotels in the area. I was out here for business and the room was clean, no complaints there. The staff was friendly except maybe some housekeepers I ran into accidentally. But front desk was great.

This is the newest hotel in Globe and already it is dirty, not maintained well, and seems like a lot of corners were cut to build it. Probably will not stay here again. Checked into the room and the TV doesn't work. We asked for assistance and the front desk lady Alice said she could move us to another room. We declined and when almost asleep, they called and offered to fix it. We booked the room with points and card. They charged us full price. The hot breakfast was great.

"not bad at all" clean, organized, laundry facility, breakfast, clean pool, microwave, fridge. A very nice room over all. Hope this helps? the lady at front desk very helpful and nice.

Ok visit but would not stay again. The pool area has no shade or plants, just very boring and not inviting. My shower was cold!

Nice hotel in a small town. Rooms were clean and staff very accommodating. Pool was not heated due to local regulations. They can't help that!

I would have given you a 5 star review. The dining area doesn't have enough seating. Plenty of space just needs more seating. Elevator is also very slow for 3 floors.

One of two modern hotels in Globe, AZ. Customer service is good. The hotel is clean and modern looking. Sort of brand new. The bed is very comfortable and the pool and Jacuzzi are clean. I stayed during the week for a few days and there were hardly any other guests during the day. Seems like everyone gets here after work around 4pm. Mostly mine workers like consultants. And some people who pass by. The things I didn't like are the following: breakfast, about $20 more a night than best western, the staff don't seem happy, one of the main desk employees is chain smoker, cleaning is slow and not great, and the exercise room is very small. In my opinion, you get a better deal at best western. The biggest deal breaker for me besides cost is breakfast. Their selection and quantity is very small. I am talking like a near empty fridge and fruit section, we are out of half and half, and running out of hot food by 8:30am when there is one more hour to go. Maybe that is why best western is booked most times, even during the week in such a small town.

Good hotel, clean rooms. Your typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast.

Best place to stay Globe/Miami, AZ. Good size rooms, comfortable beds, assortment of pillows, mini fridge, HBO, and friendly staff. Could use more parking and functioning side doors to afford better access from parking lot (had to park in side parking lot and walk around to front entrance, side door wouldnt open from outside).

Nice hotel in the area, trouble is their prices cater to the mining and the business Industries around. So the local traveler or visitor has to pay bigger money. Nice clean place, and the breakfast is good.

Had a room on the ground floor, it was large with plenty of space to move. Large variety for breakfast. Even gave us a bit of a discount because we came into town late at night. Bed are pretty firm, pillows are really soft, but not uncomfortable. Good night's sleep. … showers can be set Very hot, so the test temp before you jump in.

I didn't stay here, I was here for business reasons, but the lobby and kitchen and public bathroom were exceptionally clean. The receptionist Latisha was extremedy helpful and friendly! If I ever need to stay there, I would definitely recommend it!

Hotel is only 2 years old so my room was very clean and well kept. This also meant that the rooms and lounge were pretty modern. Would've given it 5 stats but the breakfast just isn't doing it for me… I've stayed in plenty of hotels for work and maybe I'm just tired of hotel breakfasts, but this one just isn't special. Also the Wi-Fi, while free, simple sucks! Can't eat h youtube at any resolution greater than like 270p… Just not acceptable in today's day. However this place is nice for Globe AZ! All in all it is a good hotel with lame Wi-Fi lol.

There's not a large variety of options in Globe. The property seemed relatively new, well kept and the staff was great. I would stay again. I was traveling by motorcycle and I felt safe with it here (not always the case).

The room was beautiful, the bed as comfortable, other than the unexpectedly high room rates, I haven't got anything negative to say.

Hot tub broken, not informed until check in but when making reservation was assured it was working. Upon arrival clerk couldn't find reservation. No cinnamon rolls or bacon available for breakfast. When asked was told she wasn't making those today. Room was clean, but children jumping off beds and noisy in room above. I give it a motel 6 rating.

The lights in the fitness room did not work during the entire length of the stay. There solution was to just close the 24-hour fitness room if it was dark outside. Bad cell data reception in that area, and the Wi-Fi was also not very good. The room door did not shut flush, always made a bad squeal sound when shutting, and had to push extra hard and check to make sure it actually latched. The elevator also made some ominous creeks while going up and down. Other than that it seemed clean and new.

New and clean. Staff was friendly. Hot tub was hot. Not much to walk to but I guess that is the case for most of SW Arizona. Morning breakfast was OK, but the automated pancake machine was confusing and we gave up. There were problems with the business centers printer, so I wasted like 20 minutes printing my boarding pass. The front desk girl tried to help and was very accommodating, but she couldn't fix it. … I suggest they install better lighting in the bathrooms.

Booked a room for one of my employee's for two nights. Was exceedingly surprised when the amount deducted from the card was nearly $150.00 per night, when website advertises $117.00 per night. I have stayed numerous times at the Holiday Inn Express in Phoenix near the airport, was charged considerably less for much nicer facilities (restaurant, beautiful courtyard, secure parking, etc. ). I did call and inquire as to charges and was disappointed with the explanation. Neither I nor any of my employees will stay at the Globe location again. I will continue to recommend the Holiday Inn Express near the Phoenix airport to all friends, family and business associates, but will strongly suggest they find another hotel in Globe. The Globe location is not worth the money.

Brand new hotel very friendly staff outgoing amazing breakfast best hotel in Globe Arizona.

I was traveling from Tucson back to New Mexico and, became ill. I remembered the new holiday inn there in Globe, so, I stopped. Even though it was just a little after noon, the manager gave me a room… on the top floor, in the corner, in the back, a nice quiet room, perfect for sleeping, which is what I needed. Very nice hotel, very clean room with comfortable beds. If I ever find myself in Globe again, which is entirely possible, since I travel to Tucson and, the Safford area regularly and, am in need of a room, I will gladly stay again!

Very clean and up to date hotel. Best breakfast bar management of any holiday inn I have stayed in. Wifi could stand to be a little faster since cell service isn't the best.

Cold Coffee! No Breakfast! Not only was my experience a bad one the reason we stay here is the service. They lost a great asset. GM on duty and Cold coffee. Bad call. And No cinnamon rolls old bananas, no pancake, and milk case locked!

The staff is amazing! I have to stay here often for business and they make me feel at home each and every time. They have an awesome rewards program and this hotel is impeccably clean. The complimentary breakfast is just the frosting on this yummy lodging cake!

Best place in the area to stay, by far.

A nice comfortable room, price was worth the rest. But shower was slippery and I slipped and bruised my side. I am not a person who makes a big deal of things, I laid a towel down the next day to shower and went on my way. I hope management takes a look into this.

Well how nice to find this new hotel. So fresh, clean, barely broken in. Yep it costs a few more bucks a night than the other cheap motels. Man is it worth it. So what do I like about this well get ready! Big comfy overstuffed chair in the room to relax, lots of plugs for computers phones and cameras, plugs by the nightstand in the lamp, USB plugs by the desk, fluffy big towels, very very clean, cool door keys, a selection of yogurts at breakfast, a selection of bagel types, lots of fruit, nice juice, large breakfast area, a free newspaper, a quiet refrigerator, a microwave, tea in the room, solid core doors, quiet ac, cold ac, nice ergonomic desk chair, friendly engaging staff, clean grounds, cool tile, great shower head, cool shower curtain, cfl lighting, easy parking, shaded unloading area, a smooth cart for unloading and a few other things I may have over looked. When in Globe, this is the place for me.
