This place is amazing. I definitely recommend it!

Un heated pool. No hot tub. Lousy service. No bar. No food. Nothing. Stay away.

This hotel is NASTY. Do not stay! This hotel honestly makes a Motel 6 look like a Marriott! When we walked to our room, we spotted a COCKROACH. We told staff, and they didn’t even care or clean it. Our rooms were gross and didn’t even look like the bathrooms were clean. The toilet had (what I am assuming is pubic) hair on it. We were suppose to stay for 3 nights. Checked out immediately, and will be staying elsewhere.

I enjoyed our luncheon & briefing there and the food was pretty good too! It was a little on the warm side but all in all, a good meeting place for Thunder Mountain Republican Women (& men).

I love the home town feel. I felt very welcomed.

I was rather surprised at how nice it was when I walked in the door. I was attendibg and event with more than 150 people and after a while a the A/C was unable to handle all the people present. Though the site was quite impressive.

I was here for a poker event. Only 4 stars because it did get a little warm in the event room. The event was catered with food served in the bar area, which was very comfortable. I could see myself getting drinks with a buddy at the bar here. The coffee was good by hotel standards as well.

Good location, food at banquet was very good, friendly staff.

Great rate for summer pool pass! Awesome staff. This is the second year we’ve had the pass and it’s a fun outdoor pool for the kids. Pays For itself in no time. What I love most is there’s some mature trees and umbrellas for shade. Staff at front desk is very friendly and the rooms are very reasonable and super clean. Our favorite stay-cation place!

The summer swim pass! Highly recommend! Pays for itself right away for a family of four. Clean fun pool for the kids and plenty of lounge chairs and shade for mom ;) )

Clean, large and efficient. Furnishings and sockets sparse. Great breakfast buffet, included. Very nice pool and shady chaises.

Very nice rooms with modern look. Breakfast area seems to have been a nice restaurant at some point and a good breakfast selecrion is offered until 9 am. Gym is in disrepair with machines not working (see pictures) and AC set at 83 degrees with controls that don't work. Hotel also provides a guest laundry room. Rooms have a microwave and mini fridge and that is a definite must for hotels in Arizona.

Came to the gun show. It looks like a really nice hotel. The parking is plentiful. The lobby warm and welcoming. The public restroom was clean, which is a big plus. I noticed that you could even purchase those little bottles of an assortment, of alcohol which is so cool! I think I may stay at this hotel on my next trip and see if the rooms are just as nice. Thank you for allowing the gun show to be there. As someone who has been in the hotel industry for most of my life, I know how difficult it can be to host an event.

Good clean hotel. The continental breakfast was well stocked. Could tell that the place was older, and well kept.

The restaurant here has closed permanently or indefinitely (no one seems able to say, exactly), except for special events and guests' breakfast — so, this is a pretty property with extensive facilities and an elegant gleaming lobby, but no on-site restaurant is a deal-breaker.

We've held our annual event at the Windermere for four years now, and we've never been disappointed. The food is always excellent, the service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is just right.

Older hotel not up to the standards of the newer, large named chain hotels in town. The breakfast was good but the restaurant was closed for supper the three nights I was there; they were losing too much money so they closed it on Monday through Wednesday. Definitely older hotel; the carpets need replacing and the bathrooms could use updating. Very little water pressure or amounts of hot water.

Was there for my company's Christmas party. The staff there were very friendly and accommodating. The Center was very clean and inviting.

The room with two queen beds that we had was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning unit was very loud though. The bathroom was stocked with all amenities including makeup removing wipes! The restaurant was unfortunately closed due to repairs but hopefully has been reopened as it was 2 weeks ago. Good price too!

We have been staying here for 14 years about twice a year. This trip it is not near as clean as we are used to. We had to ask for toilet tissue. Trash was piled up by the door yesterday all day and still there this morning. We love this place but it will probably be our last time to stay.

Good food, decent prices, not too great for small children, but good service…

I think I agree with most. It clean, friendly, it works. But it seems to be struggling to stay current. We were told the fresh made breakfast has been discontinued. In its place is a continental breakfast. But its not a bad place. They seem to be working on it. Fresh paint, Looks like new countertop in the bathroom. I will stay here again. But I was looking forward to a fresh made breakfast.

Probably one of the nicest places to stay while visiting Sierra Vista. Nice restaurant and bar. Centrally located.

Very clean and accommodating in all aspects. Friendly staff and wait staff. Food was excellent! Hey, a free drink coupon and free breakfast buffet for all 4 of us! And the lodging fee could not be beat!

Great restaurant inside, awesome free breakfast included with room rates. Staff is friendly but they do not allow Noon checkout times. You must be out at 11am no exceptions according to the management today.

Went to the restaurant for the lunch. Food was great service was good and the place was really clean.

We bought the pool membership for the summer and it was affordable, plus the staff has been excellent. The kids love it!

We went to the Windemere Hotel for a social event. It was hot because of the amount of people but the staff understood and set out ice water for everyone. They also had a cash bar which was nice and they served guests promptly.

Another epic fail for this "Conference Center". Replay of the disastrous New Years Party. Lessons not learned. Over 400 people attended what was supposed to have been a fun filled evening with some drag queens putting on a show. Here's what we got: 20 minute wait to get a drink from a hastily set up remote bar which ran out of soft drinks and ice before the show ever started. The line was 35 plus people long at one point. How do you expect to make money like that? A DJ with a sound system that couldn't fill a walk in closet with sound, microphones that made the performers sound like they were talking through a pillow, 90% of us couldn't understand what they were saying and their running commentary was supposed to have made this whole thing entertaining. This left the vast majority of the audience listening to muffled noises coming from a conversation between a couple of men dressed as women that only a handful of people could understand. The room temperature at one point reached 92 degrees. The room began to empty throughout the evening to the point where fewer that 100 were left when it all ended. To their credit, the performers tried hard but their inability to live up to the hype and expectations was caused the Windemere's failure to provide them with an adequately prepared and staffed venue.

The pictures online make the hotel look nice and updated. We checked in tonight and the lobby is nice but you turn down the hall to go to the rooms and it starts looking bad. The room is not nice and cleannlike the pictures and the bathroom is small and the shower is kind of creepy. We needed to do laundry but there's 2 washing machines in the whole building of 3 floors and onenis out of order. I'm not very happy with this place at all and definitely would not recommend it.

Comfortable clean hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. However, I was disappointed when I returned to my room at 10:00 pm and there was no sign that housekeeping had been there. I had to fetch my own towels from the front desk. No bueno. If not for the housekeeping problem, I would have rated this higher.

I will always remember the professional front desk and General Manager, Pam Colabella. In mid December, I was scheduled to attend a senior dinner and misread the date on my receipt. Pam saved my holiday meal by giving me a gift certificate to the restaurant. She was not required to do that, as it was not the hotel's function. It is goodwill like this that has created their well deserved good reputation. Thank you Pam.

Great place stay, clean rooms, comfy beds. The staff was very friendly and food was good too! Very convenient to everyone we came to visit, the grandkids loved the pool. And the free breakfast was a yummy bonus! The waitress Lynn was so pleasant to meet each morning for breakfast! Definitely our future place to stay!
