It's a great hotel extremely reasonably priced and the staff is always very friendly and happy to help!

Nice and clean, spacious, plenty of towels… surprisingly nice.

Hotel was run down, lights were barely hanging and sink was spraying everywhere.

Awesome vibe from staff. Great breakfast. Cool layout very fun. Will definitely be staying there agian.

Sadly, I can no longer recommend this hotel, and I used to recommend it to everyone! My sister comes from Florida every summer and stays here, I had to let her know that she needs to find a different hotel now. She was very disapointed!
This used to be our favorite place to stay. Our last visit in December 2019 was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and the hotel peaceful. My husband and I decided to stay this weekend for our anniversary and were extremely disappointed! I don't know if there was a change of management, but this place has gone way downhill! The rooms are gross, they smell bad and I had to clean the toilet myself before using it. The carpets are sticky and my feet were black after only a few minutes of being in the room. They now have some extended guests who are clearly tweakers! I couldn't leave my room without one of these people bothering me. The one lady would not leave us alone, she was clearly unstable… There were also young kids running around screaming at 1:30 am… On top of all that there was no hot breakfast, and the coffee was terrible and the pool was closed : (

Due to the Corona virus my husband's grandfathers funeral was limited to 10 people. We unfortunately we not able to fly from Illinois and attend because of this. We are still be charged a $79 cancelation fee because of circumstances out of our control. Shame on Sierra Suites for being so selfish.

Beautiful about an hour and 15 minutes east of nogales. Great breakfast reasonable price very clean rooms beautiful country we will stay at Sierra suites here again next time we come on business or vacation highly recommended.

All of the staff were awesome and the room was very clean and nice. The place in general is showing some age, but it's definitely going to be my first choice when I stay in Sierra Vista.

Love this place! Stayed many times over the last 3 years. Can't be beat for the price. Looks older on outside, but rooms are modern and bedding is top notch. They also provide a great hot breakfast in the price. Can't say enough about them, I will continue to stay here indefinitely!

My whole family stayed for a week while we visited our son in Ft. Huachucca. The staff was VERY accommodating and pleasant! The rooms were clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

A nice and reasonably priced hotel. They worked with us to ensure that our kid's room was close to ours, even though they were fully booked up. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The amenities like the fitness center, Wi-Fi, and breakfast was all nice. The pool and hot tub was all clean and working. It is an older place and basic repairs and signs of wear and tear ding this place a star but I still recommend it for an inexpensive stay in Sierra Vista, AZ.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried to book a banquet hall/room for a 60th Birthday party. The manager in charge of this was very unprofessional. Couldn't remember our meeting times. Gave us a verbal and written quote. We agreed to it, she never sent us the agreement, then changed the price and said " quotes expire"… what? Milk expires, not quotes. We have all our correspondences with her. She was in the wrong and refuses to make it right. Will NEVER book here again, found a much better venue, which is/was half the cost and much larger and nicer.

The staff does work hard and is friendly but the cleanliness of my room was not up to my standards. I am updating my review because I received a genuine and sincere phone call from the owners and they made everything right. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Fort Huachuca area. The level of care and service is truly uncommon.

I stay in Sierra Vista often — Always try to get Sierra Suites. Just got back — and love all the recent up grades. The free high speed internet is GREAT. The Sierra Suites was much cleaner. The room was spotless and very roomy. The staff makes me feel like Family — Thank you!

All of the staff were very nice and helpful, and the service was great. The rooms were clean. We enjoyed the spa and pool. The grounds were well maintained. We will be staying (probably repeatedly) because we are looking for a home in the area. Great stay.

A very enjoyable stay in Sierra Vista. The Nancy at the front desk and a very sweet lady in the breakfast area, made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. A quiet hotel but on the main street. The room had great air conditioning in the room and a ceiling fan which we loved!

I have to say even if we ran into difficulties checking in I didn't even mind because when you are treated with great customer service nothing matters. They fixed it and they were so great! I liked the rooms even if showers need updating I really enjoyed our stay! I WILL be back again. Thank you Nancy for your wonderful customer service my kids loved you and thanks for the cookies!

I honestly can’t figure out how this hotel has good ratings. We showed up on a Wednesday three hours before checkin, after traveling for 12 hours, and they wouldn’t let us check in early. There was no one there, there were obviously rooms open. When we finally got into our room, we were unimpressed with the filthy carpet and small room. Apparently the mini fridge and microwave make it a suite… not in my previous experiences staying in suites. Their breakfast was absolutely horrible. The location was sketchy, which was made worse by the fact that the door opens to the outside like a motel. When we needed to go to the front desk, we had to walk around the entire hotel since there isn’t a direct way to get there from the other buildings that make up the hotel. I would never stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was amazing, it was peaceful, the experience was so delightful. I would recommend to everyone that drives through. ♥️

I have no complaints about this place. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked and it had good channels on the TV. It was a little more money than Motel 6 but well worth it.

This is a nice place. The people were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well remodeled and well kept. The rates were very reasonable. There was nightly snacks and breakfast. (I wasn't able to indulge in the breakfast. ) I will say they could spend a little more time on the outside. Just a few leaves, weeds and trash. That would make it look a little better. That being said. I will be back. You should to.

We had stayed at this hotel and loved it in April. Booked again for this last weekend and was extremely disappointed. When we got our room which was a suite the carpet was stained, cobwebs in the upper corner of room and a filthy air vent and no black out curtain on one of the windows. When we came back from shopping we found that the air conditioning was not working. When went to ask for different room they said they had no more suites. I asked if we could get a discount since we had paid for a suite and they could not since I had already gotten a discount rate. (I felt I should get the room I booked or at least compensated when moved to a smaller room). Ironically the room we were moved to was the one we stayed in when we were there in April. Once again this time the carpet had big stains on it. Overall the hotel has gone downhill significantly since our last visit. The only thing that was still the same was the sweet lady in charge of breakfast. She works so hard to make sure everything is just right.

I recently PCS’d from NY to AZ to live on base with my husband. After a long road trip my best friend and I stayed a few nights at this hotel. This is an amazing place to stay. It is only minutes away from the gates to get on base. It is clean. It is comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning is always a plus! I was very impressed by the overall experience. You can’t beat the price either! This hotel is truly worth more than they charge you. Take advantage of this great deal.

I was amazed at the size of room we were in. Not the typical claustrophobic after an hour kind of room. I regret not taking pictures. The staff was friendly, our linens were clean. NO stains on the mattresses! They have Tv's in the rooms as well. The carpets could use a cleaning but for around $69 a night you really can't find a better deal in Sierra Vista.

Loved this hotel! Way nicer than I thought it would be for the price. The rates were a little higher than I saw online, but still cheap for the offered amenities. The staff was amazing and actually seem to care about you and your stay. I will not stay anywhere else while in town. Thank you all for an amazing stay!

Wonderful hotel, gracious persons at desk, nice facilities people assisting with directions. Great rate. And, among other restaurants the concierge shared, I went to the lovely Mexican restaurant next door. Blue Moon and In the Mood on the accordion, kind of a Mariachi Cole P. Pictures say it. Very friendly staff. Dena was very attentive at breakfast, which was great! Loved our room, very spacious not cramped at all like most hotel rooms.

Every morning they had breakfast and/or you can get a bag that has been prepared by the front desk with an apple, a muffin, and a nutri bar. This is a good combination for a to go breakfast. Also it come with a bottle of water. Laura and Dena are the best. They have taken care of me since I first got here. I will definitely stay here again just because of them.

Buy far the best hotel I have ever stayed at before. The service is amazing and Pearlie is one of the best front desk receptionist I have ever had to deal with I would recommend this place to family and friends.

I wrote a review on Yelp. This is a health issue. Imagine a room that the sheets we're not changed after the last occupants. This is the case at Sierra Suites. Pubic hairs in the bedding. Dust on the night stands. To accumulate that much dust it had not been wiped in weeks maybe months. The floor was not vacuumed I noticed that right away. My wife noticed that there was hair in the shower they had not cleaned the tub. After all that my guess is that they don't even use disinfectant. I don't trust this place and I don't recommend it to anybody. They probably get away with this more times than not. We just drove 8 hours and we're very tired we watched them change the sheets if we hadn't watched them change the sheets there's no way we would have been able to stay in that room for even one night. One word to describe the room was filthy. We did not look for the cheapest rooms in town we could have found a cheaper room that was cleaner than this. We paid $69 for one night. My wife saw that it had four star rating I don't know how it just doesn't make sense. After my experience I actually think they write their own reviews to sucker people in. And to be fair it's possible after we called the office and complained maybe they fired the staff. I just can't recommend this place I don't trust them.

Awesome staff, very friendly! Amanda went the extra mile for my wife, and Marie did a great job of helping out my autistic son when he got upset that there were no pancakes for breakfast on Saturday morning, as well as giving us some advice on which schools had the best autism support in the area, and what neighborhoods to look at and avoid since we might be moving to the area soon. I normally don't give 5 star reviews, but Sierra Suites definitely earned it!

Clean room with a microwave and a mini-fridge. The pool was small but had an attached hot tub. Breakfast was limited but edible. Located next to a nice Mexican restaurant where you can get 10% off by showing your room key.

Service was good, room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Absolutely no complaints. It's an amazing hotel for the $. I've stayed at more expensive hotels that we're not nearly as nice or comfortable. Best deal is through their website!

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and polite. I was disappointed that the pool was not heated but that was my only complaint. I had a very relaxing pleasant stay.

Super quality and quite place. I have stayed 4 weeks for business travel. Very clean. Each room has a kitchen with dishwasher and a full size fridge. The workers are very polite and helpful. Most of the rooms are 1 bedroom suite. I would definitely stay again if I need. Thanks for great hospitality.

Moved here for my husband (military) and my apartment wouldn't be ready for a whole week. So I decided to stay here and I loved it ever since! For the whole week it was amazing. Food is fantastic. Rooms and pool are gorgeous. People are amazing. It is a little old fashion country feel not modern at all but I love it and it works amazing. Nice and cozy!

Great price for our stay had everything you would need. Including a fridge and a stove for home meals.

I wish I would have read the Reviews on other sites first. My husband was told twice and even got it in writing that we would get our $100 deposit back. It has been 10 days and we still havent received anything. This is extremely upsetting considering I had to do all the cleaning myself and got no house keeping services while there. The room/building had a weird odor and the towels were hard. The only reason I gavevit two stars is because the kitchenette came in handy and it was nicely located. I will definitely not be recommending this place to people pcsing.

Though it has its quirks, this little hotels got alot going for it, for its size and management, it's a great price for the avid bargain hunter and a great place to stay when visiting the town, friends and loved ones. On top of that it's in such a convenient location! With everything pretty much within 5-10 minutes of the place. Staff is great! They'll work with you and help you out in any way they can, whether it be needing a simple aspirin to a cooking pan for making dinner. It's my main place to stay when coming down to Sierra Vista.

Clean, secure, good size room, nice to have the kitchenetteand good tv. Cinnamon roll and coffee in the lobby each morning on my way out. The owners are so very nice and friendly! Only place I'll stay in Sierra Vista from now on.

We have stayed twice at the sierra suites and coming from england we had the most warmest of welcomes, we enjoyed it in 2014 when we went to tombstone helldorado, however this time was even better in october 2016 the staff were brilliant and they even did breakfast and dinner for us, stay here you won't be disapointed, thanks to glen n woody, fran, tiffany and a special thanks to dena the cook who like the others took great care of us thanks again ian, brent and steve.

If you ever need a place to stay in the Sierra Vista area, Adda and I highly recommend the Sierra Suites. We love the layout of the place, the rooms, and the breakfast buffet.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was clean, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast, included in the price of the room, was spectacular! I would most definitely stay here again.

Room was ok. Bed wasn't made the 2nd day nor was the sink cleaned. The guy at the front counter said it was because we had one of our own pillows on it and they weren't supossed to touch stuff on the bed. That's weird. Also from the first day we were here, there was garbage in the courtyard that stayed on the ground the entire time even after I told two people at the front desk about it. Breakfast was good and the woman tending to the breakfast room was super nice and very friendly. Jacuzzi was hot and great.

Wifi is intermittent, trouble with the door the first night. Continental breakfast is pretty good. Close to Ft Huachuca.

Nice rooms however in my opinion they are a little pricy especially for its location.

Service was a bit hurried but the room was great, very spacious, very inexpensive and well cared for. Recommended if you're in the FT. Huachuca area.
