Really attentive staff, David was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is good, and the location is pretty desirable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay here again in the future.

The "handicap accessible" room can't even fit my dad's Wheelchair into the bathroom or past the built in immovable tables to get to the bed! My Mom is trying to find us somewhere else to stay!

Seriously lacking in customer service. Given wrong rooms on separate floors. Employee was indignant, rude, and uninformed. Beds are uncomfortable, rooms are cramped, pool is tiny, breakfast is plastic and cold. Overall terrible experience. Never been treated so rudely at a hotel. Do better! Customer service training might help. One star rating is for the hummingbird art in the lobby.

Our room was set up nice and clean. The desk attendants were very helpful. Wish the bed was more comfortable, maybe just me? And of course the window A/C was a little noisily. Breakfast was great with the exception of the bacon. All and all recommended.

We checked in June 7th, and when we walked the receptionist were very nice and accommodating. They had a great coffee table right across the receptionist, some of the best coffee I had. They also had some really good cookies on that table as well. Both the rooms and bathroom was clean. Had a comfortable night of sleep. In the morning they had free breakfast. Pretty big sized lounge to eat at. Various foods including hot items such as their special western omelette, really enjoyed that. Angie worked really hard to make sure that everything was restocked as everyone kept taking food, keep up the good work. Thanks Hampton inn, will recommend this place to family and friends.

They got me into the last room left without a wallet when my house burned down. Then comped me a night when a system glitch delayed getting into my room from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM. Diane on graveyard and Tiara on morning shift ROCKED the customer service.

Visited during renovation. Staff did their best to accommodate with poor conditions. Should NOT Have been open during these.

Very nice staff. Room was amazing, laid down in bed and passed out shortly after. Shower pressure was awesome. The hot tub was so relaxing and awesome. It massaged my back and made it feel so much better. The breakfast, to me is amazing because it wasnt just muffins, bagels, and doughnuts. Even though they are making rennovations, the staff was exceptional at making sure us and all guest were well taken care of. Nikki worked nights or rather until 11. She made sure there was plenty of coffee and didn't let the kiddos that were there run a mock. When we get another chance we will def stay there again. Very relaxing night for our 10 year anniversary. Thank y'all for being amazing.

Will rate higher when major remodeling is complete. Could not stay there with paint, glue & solvent smells in the building. Excellent staff who refunded our reservation.

Even under construction this place is great. The staff is helpful and very attentive it's quiet and I can't wait for the construction to be done the price is way fair and the rooms are spacious and clean the staff deserves to 10 stars.

Rooms were nice just could have been cleaner. The location Is right on the hwy so it's easy to get anywhere you need to go. The service was actually better than the last time I stayed.

Very helpful staff, nice room, excellent bed. Good hot breakfast with lots of choices. My service dog was welcomed warmly. Our ground floor room was somewhat noisy.

Nice hotel with a great view. They even have, Tesla charging and a great free breakfast bar. Too bad they don't have charging for, all the other plug in cars yet. Check out the Hummingbird banding and places closeby. Its, amazing.

A great place to stay. Their free breakfast was very good with lots of choices. They even made fresh cookies the night before as, a little snack. They have Tesla charging too. I asked that they get a J-1772 so any plug in car can stay there too.

Did not start well. Arrived at 1pm and found the reception desk not covered. Had to wait some time before someone finally walked out of the office. When I commented about it, all the employee stated was "sorry about that. " In fact, that seemed to be a common phrase. As a long time golf member, was very disappointed. Definitely not up to Hilton standards. Other than that I found the hotel indistinguishable from a lower priced Quality Inn type facility. Cost me 39, 000 points. Worth more like 20, 000.

Sadly Disappointed! Upon check in, I asked for a top floor. Employee said let me see. Oh yes we can accommodate you. Once inside the room, 2 Queen beds, what? I booked a King through AAA. I call down to the front desk wanting my King room. She was going to give me a handicap room. My husband went down to change keys, where the manager said, I can't give you that room, I may need it. Once we settled down, I noticed a note inside a tin, containing a few snack items. It apologized for not accommodating our request. So when I checked in, she already knew, I wasn't getting my room. First be honest, second, call me and say so ahead of time. Don't wait till I'm checking in, to play some stupid game, pretending you didn't know! We stay at Best Westerns and they are always delivering. There was not a Best Western in Sierra Vista AZ, so I picked this Hampton Inn. Do yourself a favor and don't bother here, they basically said because I booked through AAA, they couldn't do anything for me. What the heck, I'm a paying customer, no matter how you slice this pie, you are getting paid. Our room had a mold smell, Wi-Fi sucked, our TV keep turning off and then back on, based on the refrigerators on/off cycle. Their attempt at putting some m&M's, a bottle of water, drink mix, chex mix, mint candies didn't even work, after just not telling the truth. You didn't handle this well and I will never stay at Hampton Inn again!

We had a nice overnight stay. The room was well appointes, the staff was helpful and friendly, and breakfast was hot and plentiful.

Dirty, filthy rooms. I had to stay here for locum tenens assignment and I don't think I have ever been grossed out by such filthy hotel rooms before. The study chair and extra chair were so dirty that you could literally see the sweat/grime in the sunlight. BLEH! I wanted to study but didn't even want to go near those gross chairs. The bedspread in rough and difficult to touch at night. The cleaning ladies are wonderful and try to keep it tidy as much as possible (I've seen them work) but the carpet and furniture is disgusting. This place needs a renovation along with improvement of front desk attitude.

Based on my experience the one bed room I stayed in was clean and to dry. The room was stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. Hotel staff has been friendly and went out of there way during check-in to accommodate my stay with them.

Good breakfast each morning. Ordinary room. Lumpy bed. Friendly staff. Quiet. Wished there was some type of outdoor space like deck or pool area but nothing like that. On busy highway corner which did make it convenient. Fairly priced.

Great hotel! Allowed us earlier than usual check — in to allow us to get ready for my husband's retirement ceremony on base. Great staff, and clean! Thanks Hampton for another great experience. We are loyal Hilton honors members, and love all the Hilton hotels and amenities!
My only minor comment is that the hall carpets needed a deep cleaning as they are looking a tad worn and dingy. (January 2017)

I now have scabies all over my body, from staying in this hotel. Don't stay here not worth all the medicine in the world.

CONS-The biggest issue is the water pressure is HORRID. Also, oddly enough the do not supply trash bags in their trash cans in the room. The carpet is old, there are stains in the 3rd floor carpet and the carpet in the rooms is fair. PROS-Great staff, always courteous. The rooms are clean. Good location. Monday-Wednesday they serve wings, bread sticks and cookies from 430p to 6p. Breakfast is served daily. I am a Diamond Hilton Honors member, if I did not have status with Hilton I honestly would stay with another hotel. The low water pressure and average appearance inside are a let down for anyone that travels frequently.

Came in late from San Diego for business. Missed dinner waiting for a coworker to fly in, due to a couple of flight delays. Most nearby restaurants were closed and I was starving, but Daniel noticed my dilemma and took the initiative to go way out of his way to accommodate me by bringing some dinner to my room. I know… right? Not too long ago, I let Hilton Miami know of a bad hire and told them that no amount of training can fix that persons deficiency. You can't teach a pe…rson how to care. That comes from good character within. Daniel understands the hotel service… and at such a young age. What a fortunate advantage to find a great person who you can trust to show impeccable hospitality. Keep an eye on this fine young man because he is out performing his peers! Great hotel! Clean facilities! Nostalgic decor! And fine people! Hampton, you nailed it! 5-stars!

Great experience. Hot breakfast every morning (including eggs). Gym, pool, and hot tub were fully functional the entire time. Hot snacks, fruit, and water were served most days of the week in the afternoons. Friendly and professional service. Clean room.

Our first experience staying at this Hampton Inn. The reservation person by phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sign in was met with the same top notch persons and helpfulness. Room decor and cleanliness was A1. Thanks, Hampton Inn, Sierra Vista, AZ.
