Best value in Prescott. Only 30 min to downtown, VA Hospital, Etc. Clean and quiet. Night desk girl needs to be replaced, her health keeps her from being helpful.

Location is convenient. The costumer service was very good. But the room we tried booking for one night was just horrific. Ended up leaving after 10 min. That's where the customer service kicked in and they were able to fully refund the room.

Very nice and accommodating allowed early check in and front desk were very pleasant and the rooms were exceptional. Booked online and there were no problems.

Decent budget hotel at the beginning of Prescott Valley sorta tucked away behind a strip mall. Rooms are nicer than one might imagine, although it wasn't cleaned that well. Loud mini fridge, functional bathroom, and small but better than nothing free breakfast.

Clean quiet very friendly staff the rooms are comfy and they smell and look clean love staying here when in prescott valley.

Worst hotel ever stayed in. Not clean, rude front desk staff, dirty carpets and breakfast is a laugh.

Definitely awesome for the price! The indoor pool and hot tub is the best part for sure! They have all the premium channels on the TV as well!

I received horrible service. There was no coffee pot in my room which they advertise online nir 24hr coffee in the lobby. When I asked about these amenities I received a huge attitude from the man behind the counter. Then the following morning as I am leaving my room I notice house keeping walking around in a tube top with her breasts all out and out of uniform while her child played in the guests rooms. They also have dirty mattresses in bags in the halls which make me believe there are bedbugs as well. This is extremely unprofessional and I would not recomend these place to any living person.

This is my favorite place to stay while in Prescott Valley. It's no Marriott, but it's a very cute, quiet place. I've never had a bad experience; whether it be customer service or cleanliness. The front desk is always very polite and friendly. The rooms are always very clean and maintained. The rooms have up to date tvs, microwaves, and fridges for a comfortable stay. The hotel also has a pool and spa area so you' can relax and enjoy your stay.

We had a good stay… staff was nice… pool was great kids enjoyed it… breakfast was ok but what do you expect for free… waffles were good.

The first thing I notice is poo on the toilet paper dispenser and wall. Second, some (idk what) on the telephone. I checked the bed, sheets, pillows, and cases. Brand new beds, bleach cleaned sheets, very clean. Checked the floor, also clean. I haven't gone further into my inspection, but after reading reviews, you'd think they would do something about these unreliable cleaning staff. Newly renovated, which is nice. Yet, the poo all over is a very disgusting problem. It's plain as day and very noticeable. Should have read the reviews before hand. That was my mistake.

This is the BEST one my husband and I have ever stood in! The facilities were Imaculte and this manager had extremely great customer service.

Just not happy with our choice. Maybe it's the smell in the rooms … And the manager or whatever his position is was rude and told us to get the hell out of here when we were checking out… The place is just unclean as well… Walls are very thin. A very bad place to stay… So if you do… Good luck… Not worth $135.00 we spent.

We've been staying in this hotel for a couple of years now. And we love coming back here because the management were so cool. Clean room, excellent Wi-Fi, nice indoor heated pool and jacuzzi.

For what you will pay to stay here, it is definitely not worth the money. When we arrived, the staff was doing laundry in the lobby. There were random beds in the hallway. They don't even provide complimentary soap?! The pillows were all flat and uncomfortable. The furniture is smoothed into small rooms. Our fridge didn't work and they had to come and fix it. The maintenance staff was friendly but the front office staff was anti social. Definitely not staying at another Americas Best hotel again.

This place was clean and the staff was polite. Didnt have time to experience the indoor pool but it looked cool. This was my second d time in the area and this place was WAY better than the last place I stayed. I rate heavily on cleanliness and this place delivered. Definitely would stay there again.

I'm sure they mean well and the woman at the front desk was kind… But the "clean" towels in the bathroom actually had blood stains and there was a wet wash cloth in between the sheets. Absolutely disgusted.

Great price, room is a little old, doesn't seem cleaned, there was a child's bouncey ball on the floor.

Location is conveniently near the main road and the town. There's no elevator so luggage has to be carried up the stairs. Maintianance could be a bit better, there are some small issues that could use repair but nothing serious. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good value. The manager is very kind and helpful. Overall I'm happy with my stay.

Pretty nice place, in room microwave, refrigerator, ironing board and iron, large bathtub, indoor pool and jacuzzi, free Wi-Fi, and breakfast in the mornings. Smoking and non smoking rooms. All the times I stayed it was under $70. The cheapest and cleanest rooms in the trip city area in my opinion.

I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel staff is friendly and non-interfering. Helpful in directions. Also the comp breakfast is usually nice. They have yogurt, that is different. The rooms are clean and very big. The beds are comfortable, but watch out for the chairs in the room they are usually stained with God knows what types of substances. Lol. They indoor spa and swimming pool are worth the stay despite the room chairs. Also, it is very safe.

Recently stayed there for one night. Price was good. Room was nice size, king size bed comfortable. Cooler evening/night so loud heater went on and off the majority of the night. Was not impressed with check in procedure. When we got there, clerk helping someone in front of us which was a complicated reservation. I was okay with waiting the 10 minutes until it was our turn. However, at no time in that 10 minute wait did the clerk ever acknowledge that we were there, despite her leaving the front desk to try to track down someone wanted for a phone call. A simple "hi folks, I'll be with you soon" or something similar would have at least acknowledged she cared we were checking in and having to wait. Continental breakfast was mainly muffins, waffles, and cereal. Could not locate where milk might be. We decided to eat elsewhere. Would not recommend the place or stay there again.

A friend had a bad experience w/this franchise in another state. However, for the price, the room was more than adequate, our stay was very pleasant. Clean room, issue w/a room light was resolved promptly, manager was helpful and friendly. We stayed here 8 nights, would stay again should the need arise.

This place was a very nice place. I would stay here again, and I would tell others how nice it was to stay here. There were no problems encountered and I felt really relax.

Stayed here last weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. I've stayed with the same chain in the past, and it wasn't great to say the least. We didn't use any of the facilities or do breakfast, but the staff was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. REALLY comfortable bed! Slept great.
