Filthy. Operated by teenage cheats and liars. We stayed here on an emergent basis — was recommended by our nurse when my boyfriend had to have emergency surgery as an affordable hotel to recover in. Booked through booking. Com, which advertises “pet friendly. ” Called ahead to confirm, as we were originally traveling by RV, and had our cat and dog with us. Was told this was fine, but there was an additional $25/night pet fee. We missed the animals terribly after staying in the hospital and were very happy to have them back with us. My boyfriend was still in great pain so we decided to extend. I was told the hotel was fully booked for the next week by the morning front desk staff. I looked back on booking. Com to find another hotel, when I noticed they appeared to have plenty of rooms. I went back to the front desk, seeking an explanation, where I was told by the other young girl that we were unable to extend due to our cat’s presence. Had this been disclosed upon checkin there would have been no issue leaving him in the camper. Another guest had even remarked how cute he was and that they had just met another guest staying with their cat. I even tried to reconcile this and offered immediately to return him to the camper. I was denied. My boyfriend can not walk, with strict bed rest instructions for this week. I explained this at length, and was told “I’m sorry it’s our policy. ” I asked multiple times for said policy, which the clerk was unable to produce.

We stayed over night and the breakfast was great. Clean room. Nice staff. We will stay again when we go up that way.

Noisey at all hours, management doesn't care about their guest. Smoke detectors went off at 7 am still no management addressed the problem. Was promised a phone call… still waiting for one. Save your money and skip this one…

Hidden Gem outside of Sedona. This was the perfect spot to get a good nights rest and relax during our trip. The room was clean and had everything we needed. A special Thank you to Graeme who was outstanding. Thanks Again!

So we we're looking for options to stay up in Prescott on the weekend with short notice. And for some of these places they were charging way to much! But Green tree was super affordable and relatively nice looking. The receptionist was super helpful and able to make accommodations for us. When we got to the room I was blown away! Because for what I paid the room was super cozy and clean and above anything didn't smell. Like at all! Breakfast in the morning was great! Had waffles and wife had Biscuits and Gravy. Plus there were tons of other yogurts, cereals, pastries, everything anyone would want. And by the way this hotel is next to EVERYTHING! Over all Thanks Green Tree for making my weekend!

Very nice clean rooms. The staff is super friendly. My husband and I stay here atleast 8times a year for date night.

Clean, good location, breakfast had hot foods and ends at 9:30 on the weekend.

We had a two bed room. It was very clean and roomy. We stayed one night and used the pool which is open 24 hours. It was a great place to stay!

They say rooms can sleep 5 adults. Lie! Very small rooms with only 2 queen size beds. Narrow walkways between furniture as well. Would not recommend for more than a night.

Had stayed on previous weekend without reservations and arrived at 1200. No waiting required. Room was clean except for carpet which needs a thorough steam clean due to smell/stains. It was also right behind office and pool. Rested nicely without noise. The next weekend with reservations we were placed at rear of second building. Tub with footprints of previous visitors. Mold with 2 inches of ice. Although, refrigerator switched out rather quickly. This carpet also needed a good cleaning as well. No rest first night due to kids running up & down corridor & trampling above us. Awakened at 2 AM with fire alarm. Next night, barbecue/party in front of our room untill 10 PM with kids running in corridor & yelling at each other. Apparently baseball tournaments are held on the weekend. If you do stay, request rooms facing office. Breakfast for both stays included scrambled eggs & sausages. Servers very attentive.

Clean and a good location but I've stayed in better places for less. No room safe was an issue for me too. Spartan. Vanilla. Parking issues. Very good things to say about every staff member that I interacted with. Good people.

Overall a very nice hotel. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is by far the most accommodating. The room has a rather large TV for a hotel room, fridge, microwave, coffee pot with coffee you can make, iron and ironing board, and several very good movie channels. The AC is exceptional, customer service is exceptional, and the pool/spa is open 24 hours there's just a noise compliance after 10 pm.

Green tree is a great affordable getaway. The beds are big and comfy cozy. I fell asleep right away. Guest services were quick and attentive to my needs. I feel at home away from home. I will definitely be returning for more stays.

The GreenTree Inn is probably the dirtiest place I stayed in and paid for on a vacation. My son was graduating from Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University And all other hotel / motels were sold out. The one night stay was $174.00 plus tax. And I am here to tell you that we got robbed! Because the inn wasn't worth $50.00 dollars let alone the $174.00 that we paid The rooms are very dated and dirty. There is a foul stench in the room upon entering. The toilet lid / toilet was so disgusting that we had to squat too use the bathroom. The bathtub was equally filthy, so we opted to drive the six hours home for a bath. This place needs to be torn down!

Pool was shut down. Breakfast was ok but 3rd day ALL POWER went out. Rooms were nice, but thats it. We needed a place to stay for 5 months because we were waiting for our house to be ready and we had already sold our other house. We stayed here one week before switching to the comfort suites. If you travel a lot or you stay in hotels many times I would check out comfort suites because they offer rewards for each night that you are a guest.

Probably the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. We stayed in room101 April 21 and 22. They charged $25.00 each night for a pet. Luckily I brought her bed. The floor was tile it appeared not to be washed in months. We went to breakfast and returned before 11:00 am with a card on door that we would not get maid service. We ran out of toilet paper had to find a cart to get tp. Found a pair of socks under desk with months of dust on them. Floor so dirty I used towels to walk on to avoid nasty floor. Also no doggie bags for dog waste. Trash in rear walk way overflowing both days. It was so bad we now laugh about it.

Clean the bathrooms much better. We arrived and our toilet had not been cleaned and had poop splattered around the bowl of the toilet. There was also a worm on the floor and in the bathroom. I called front desk, the gentleman said there is no one help me until the next day when housekeeping is there. There was much more to this terrible stay here to get into. Will not be staying here again.

It was clean and presentable. Room was cold don't think the heat worked all that great. Shower creaked and felt like you were going to fall through. Should have stayed at the Hampton Inn for 20 dollars more.

Pleasent stay, only bad part was the bed sheet would not stay on the bed, seemed to small and the toliet was running pretty frequently.

No TV at all last night was too tired to complain about it.

Greeters Inn is and has been the best hotel I've stayed that you feel safe and very clean and the staff the best I've ever had in my travels any where. Don't miss out on this place!

Pretty good… but bring your own soap or you'll smell like pine car freshener. Other than the pine scented "soaps" the place is decent with good prices.

Stayed here for one night on 10/21/17. Booked solely off the pictures online, as we needed an inexpensive room for one night (were attending a wedding in Prescott). Obviously newly renovated, but cheaply. Pretty much just new paint, new carpet and cheap bedding. For the cheap price the room was, it wasn't bad. The beds were super comfortable and that's about all we enjoyed (tho the comforter had a huge tear in it). Our cellphone chargers didn't work in the outlets, only on the extension cord that was in the room. Our shower had a weird leak that had mold coming out of it. Wasn't the cleanest room, but it was fine for the 12 hours we were there. Debatable if we'd stay there again.

Don't trust this place with your credit cards! Called to reserve a room told the girl on the phone I would pay cash when I got there, she said they don't accept cash. I told them forget it and went to the Apache motel in Prescott. (Great experience at the Apache! Very clean newly renovated) They ran my American Express card anyway! I never authorized any transaction! They charged $102 three days in a row! I never stepped foot on the property.

Not a terrible place, but oddly enough the power outlets are ridiculously bad. They won't hold a plug at all. I've never encountered this before, and I don't even know how that happens. Had to get creative to charge my phone.

BED Bugs! Booked a two night stay with family. Check in was good. We got room 218. Room smelled like smoke (cigarettes and chemicals). Went to tuck my child into bed pulled sheets and out came two bed bugs. Also found another bed bug in bathroom floor. We packed up middle of night and went to another hotel very inconvenient! Never have I had issues at hotels with bed bugs but we put ourselves at risk all the time. Staff at hotel refunded money, then said usually it's a mis~ diagnoses. This hotel is dirty despite the good reviews. Pretty sure bed bugs are common at this location.

It was nice and clean. Good service. Pool was clean.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The maids are lazy! We had four people staying in our room, almost everyday we got one maybe two clean towels. I went to the front desk and the lady was brushing her teeth AT THE FRONT DESK! She told me to go get towels from the laundry room, and to tell the ladies there that she needs more towels at the front desk. The breakfast lady was the sweetest lady! She had everything stocked! The Denny's (almost in the parking lot of this motel) had great service! If you show them your room key you get 20% discount! Overall this MOTEL sucked, staff, rooms, everything! Our sheets where never changed, we stayed for 5 days, 6 nights. The room was barely vacuumed, the garbages were never emptied and like I said above the towels were never restocked. There is a nice Hamtonn Inn and Suites down the road, pay a little more and stay there!

Arizona inn was a very pleasant place to stay the night. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very curteous.

Very clean quiet. Also helpful for maps and extras in office very convenient. Very peaceful.

Dirty Rooms — there were cigarette ashes all over (in a non-smoking room! ), weird yellow stains on the sheets, and they refused to switch our room in the rudest way possible. Oh. I almost forgot: they gave us BED BUGS and charged us for an extra night!

These people are literally thieves! We were charged an extra night, and noticed before checking out. The employee assured us that it would be taken care of — It was not. We called back several times, and were treated rudely each time. Once we were even told to call back after 11pm (! ) to talk to the night auditor — to help them solve their problem! Absurd! We ended up having to go through our credit card company, and dealing with everything that entails. As we left, we passed a couple complaining over being charged six times for one night. Six times. So. I guess it could have been worse…

We needed a room in a pinch that would take our dog. We were snowed out of the house. No complaints. Fast Wi-Fi, discount at Dennys right next door.

The front desk employee David was very friendly and helpful the rooms are large and beds are very big. Very clean towels and comforter very clean and great breakfast overall will stay there again very recommended. Perfect very happy thx…

Great stay. Great place, and the staff is friendly. Just make sure room is closer to the WI-FI signal if your on business and need the access.

My mother and I stayed at the Arizona Inn of Prescott Valley 7/3 thru 7/6/14. We were visiting family not aware of it being rodeo weekend. We booked our room 5 weeks in advance. The hotel was packed. It is an older motel, but nicely maintained. We had a handicapped accessible room on the 1st floor in the non-smoking section. The room, the sheets and the bedding were very clean. I checked the beds as soon as we entered. The service was excellent! The complimentary breakfast was a large selection and very well displayed and maintained. Also across the street from Denny's. They give you 20% off each time when you show your room key! Great location — stores across the boulevard. We saved $90 calling directly rather than going thru expedia rather than staying at a larger named hotel chain. The pool was wonderful and we were overall very pleased with everything. Only one issue that I had was the Wi-Fi. It's an open Wi-Fi and since they were packed, my laptop kept dropping the line so it was very slow to get online. Thankfully, I had my phone and that was all I really needed. Excellent service, would recommend it to anyone — great price! Thank you Arizona Inn for making a nice trip nicer for my mom who has stage-4 cancer.

Here on work for a few weeks. First week stayed at super 8. Yeah big mistake, should have just came him from the beginning.
