The fact that you are not offering flexibility to customers in a time like this is terrible. There is a big difference canceling a reservation compared to canceling for a national emergency. All of the other hotel chains are happily accommodating their guests. You should be ashamed to be taking advantage of this situation. Terrible customer service. You will lose a lot of future business. I for one will never stay a Choice Hotel again.

Very disappointing. Rooms were barely ok. Dirty walls and giant rip in screen. TV remote didn’t work unless you stood right in front of the TV. The breakfast was the worst, not because the food wasn’t good, but there was nothing left and they were “serving” for more than another hour. Trash can overflowing in the breakfast area. No milk left, no eggs left, no forks left, biscuits or gravy left. Waffle maker wasn’t working correctly. Just walked out. I’ve stayed in many Comfort Inns and this was the worst in recent memory.

I've never felt this kind of discrimination after staying 6 nights the seventh night turned into hell with Kelly. I've never felt so disrespected in my 43 yrs.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. The bathroom was really quite luxurious. The pool was a little dirty but in the property's defense, the afternoon I arrived the weather was insane, strong winds, rain, some lightning. I still enjoyed it though. The continental breakfast was really quite nice, scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, various muffins, bagels, coffee etc… I would definitely stay here again, and the price through Booking. Com was Quite reasonable.

Guest check in agent was very friendly, swift, and professional. Room has comfortable mattress, TV good, Wi-Fi good, very clean, bathroom shower is nice as walk in, no tub, room needs remodeling like refinish furniture, fix glass closet door which scrapes along carpet, bathroom needs some updates, towels very filled and clean, housekeeping on time, makes stay nice bonus, breakfast considered full, just very greasy for us and the si si take it or leave it attitude by cook, provide nice vending machines, ice machine, comps with coffee, lemon water and popcorn. Thanks.

Lt was very nice and confortable for us leary travelers. Fast check in fast check out. And the biscuts and gravy are to die for! Delicious!

Well this hotel has its pros and cons Pros: the room was clean and staff was friendly Cons: we drove a long way and the pool was not available the area is sketchy there are homeless people living in the parking lot in the morning I woke up I looked out the window and there was a lady fighting with herself the hotel itself was run down for me it’s way too expensive for what’s its worth.

Very friendly staffs, the room and bathroom was clean, breakfast was delicious. We stayed there four nights, we were only stay one, but everything was just right, so we decided to stay longer.

45 minute plus wait in the lobby to check in. Only one employee in the entire hotel. Very clean room. However, key card only worked once. Ice machines don't work and the base was fool of tan colored water. Visited pool, but code did not work. Other guests said, just reach over and unlock it. Pool was very dirty, leaves, debris, etc. Hot tub jets didn't work when time was turned on and was equally dirty. The bottom was mostly covered with a light soil and debris. Four trips to get the key issues fixed and was told not to hold cellphones too close to the key. Advised, we did not. Employee made a new key and at our request, accompanied us to room. It did not work for her. Spent an hour, almost two, in the lobby waiting to get into room. Nothing to eat or drink since our wallets were in the room. Many guests waiting excessively long to check in. One guest we overheard just got his truck broken into. Front desk clerk was polite and did all she could do. Not at all her fault. Very clearly management/owners do a horrible job maintaining and scheduling, to include understaffingthe hotel.

Bathroom was Dirty, made me wonder what else they skipped in the cleaning process… The Lobby and elevator where hot and we got there af night, maybe the a/c was broken… It did Look nice, the bed, the fixtures.

Staff are super friendly, at least all that I interacted with were very nice and accommodating. A bit musty in somewhere of the stairwells and corridors, but rooms were good. The staff is very attentive to problems or room concerns, if you do have any issues. I wish the breakfast was extended to check out times or noon; so you could grab a bite after you check out. I always miss the breakfast! Will definitely stay again.

I had a awesome time here in Phoenix Arizona, doing a refresher course with knight transportation. So this stay was the best choice conveniently close to the terminal, there is a shuttle that pick you up in the morning and the evening after class and back to hotel. Very comfortable and peaceful here it has a gym so you get the good start of the day…

Booking. Com screwed the reservation date, speaking with nice young lady at the desk was told there was the same room available. Checking booking com said there was no rooms available. I was not willing to suffer a 20 dollar price difference.

Excellent breakfast (options! ), clean hotel, free coffee, very nice staff, pretty property. Very close to foods too. Haven't tried the pool but looked busy the whole week I was there so must be good.

Stayed there for a month some staff were nice some were rude and had no business in customer service. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfy breakfast was decent. Was a decent place to stay down falls only one washer for the hotel, walls were thin can hear everything. Kids enjoyed it while we were there. Quite a Few places near by to eat.

Heated outdoor pool and hot tub are nice, clean exterior, not so good neighborhood at night. Don't allow kids to go to store alone day or night. In room fridge, cable and Wi-Fi, nice staff, shuttle weekdays only. Fast food and convince stores very close by easy walk. Rooms are clean and comfortable has elevator for its 3 stories. Breakfast looks like your typical inedible motel food but it's not. Its actually yummy!. Has guest laundry a workout room and a business center. The beds and pillows worked for me, I slept great. A/c and heat also worked well. The tub was removed for an updated bathroom with A a nice glass enclosed walk in shower. The 2 flaws, the toilet was tiny and low, were talking on the floor low and made for kids. Not good. The carpet in the stair wells is so old its lifting off the floor creating a tripping hazard. Overall, I always enjoy my stay here.

This location stole our money for my husband’s stay. He checked out early and was due a refund for the days he didn’t stay. Told us 7-10 for refund. It’s been 3 weeks and they will not return our money nor will the GM return our calls. I’ve got our check out receipt stating a $128 refund is owed us. We are now going through our bank to process a fraud claim against this location. If you value your hard earned money, do not use this hotel. Stay with a great place like La Quinta that only charges you for days stayed.

Comfort Inn rooms look great and the bed are comfortable. The same room was rent to a classmate was rented to me. The heat would not shut off and he switched rooms day later the room was rented to me! I switch rooms left my underwear, t-shirt and ankle socks in a draw in room 246. The following day I noticed and the room was not rented out, I inform desk got key and processed to get my underwear t-shirt and ankle socks out the draw. The t-shirt and socks grew legs and open the draw and walked out of the room!

Staff is very wonderful. Went out of way to get me here and very helpful and kind customer service was exceptional. Thank tou for the friendly service and helping me get here. They took care of everything for me. Thank you again. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the great smiles.

If you like being locked out of your room (8 times on a 10 night stay) Being accused by disinterested staff that you must be putting the key cards too close to your cell phone! Or Having the water cut off without warning and not even being given approximate times or even a note under the door, Shoddy room service with not one change of bed linen, Then this is the place for you, I only continued to stay because the company was paying but I will strongly recommend that we take this place off our approved list. Worse comfort in I've ever stayed at, TAKE MY ADVICE, USE THE HOLIDAY INN JUST ONE BLOCK AWAY.

Room was clean and the property grounds were well kept, but they're doing some repair/renovations above the tile ceiling. Understandable, but since nobody was there working, they maybe could have placed the tiles back where they belong. It just seemed unsafe and looked pretty ghetto.

Have been having a great experience. If you’re a day sleeper like myself and a lot of truckers are though they’re currently doing construction. Other than that a true 5 star experience in my book!

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Nice clean clean comfortable beds and rooms. Linens where good quality. I can say a lot about the stay here. Breakfast was great every day it was the weekend and the gal was so accommodating and friendly. Restaurant feeling. This place is under construction and in no way were we inconvenienced by this at all. I look forward to returning for three weeks for shopping with Knight Transportation. They put many of their employees up there. Now I know why. They have lots to chose on t. V. We truly got to relax and enjoy time out of our truck. Thanks to an amazing staff. This place is also located close to lots of inexpensive places to eat and quick markets that are close to walk. They also have a shuttle to transport customers to training while they stay.

Decent room. They're going through a renovation so it gets a bit dusty. No problems. Plenty of food in the area. Real nice staff.

I'm so surprised at the reviews that I read. All had negative feedback. I guess that I am the exception. I rolled in at 3am delirium from the hours of freeway driving had got the better of me finally. The doors were locked for the late night registration, for obvious security. The clerk at the front desk noticed me before I had a chance to get the phone and call the front desk and tell them that I was here and wanted a room. She gestured with a wave and the doors swung open by some unseen pushing of a button. She had a cheerful tone in her voice as she went through the, obviously rehearsed by years of repetition, checking in questions and needed room information. When we were done with our quick little check-in process she asked if she could bring my things up to the room for me. I hadn't heard this offered in years. And then it was at a full blown resort not a freeway exit hotel. I'm in a wheelchair so it could just have been an irregular curtesy, but I was very happy to be asked. I'm strangely stubborn and a little old fashioned and would certainly never let a woman go through the hassle of going out to my car and bringing my suitcase up for me. But it's the being offered that impressed me. When I had got my bags and went up to my room I was pleased again by the clean room and goose down pillows and comforters. I'm just so pleased with my short little stay here and am now going to try this hotel chain again next time the need arises.

Worst hotel experience ever! Only 1 star because it would not let me post without it! Not a secure property doors left open, no water, dirty carpet and all you can smell is marijuana in the hallways. Still waiting for general manger Tommy Dewitt-Kline to call me after leaving multiple messages. Had to move to another hotel! Almost 2 weeks and manger still has not returned call!

Currently staying at this hotel. It's close to work while I look for a new apartment. It's in the process of being remodeled. Which it really needs. The employees are helpful and friendly, however the construction crew works 7days a week. Almost 24hrs a day. They work above your room in the middle of the night. They also shut the water off for 5 to 6 hours in the middle of the day. They were shutting it off at night and it was on at 4am. For what they want for these rooms really think about dealing with rude construction forman that thinks the customers are an incovience. Have no water and not be able to sleep.

Would recommend staying somewhere else. At least for the time being. I believe the entire 3rd floor is being remodeled so plan on listening to work above you until some time between 11 and midnight. They seem to advertise a popcorn machine but it only magically showed up when the place was packed for the few sporting events that were in town that weekend. The coffee is 24 hours but it's not real coffee, it's some sort of powdered type of coffee that a machine mixes with hot water as it's being dispensed… it's garbage. Also, don't count on reliable Wi-Fi, it will randomly cut out for no reason, especially when trying to video call Apparently the owner shuts off the Jacuzzi for the winter (cheap owners). A co worker of mine needed a room and had to fight for it because we get a discounted rate and it seems the motel was trying to save the rooms to get the premium rate. Carpet is bothersome, it appears filthy, worn out and no carpet pad left underneath. Room wasn't too bad tho, not one time did the room service actually make my bed and tuck the edges in, they just flop the blanket over then straighten out the wrinkles and pillows. breakfast was a delight. Typical fake eggs and cheese that you expect from any motel, but they change the waffle batter flavors tho. Kept getting weird looks from the staff when I'd walk back to my room with a couple plates full of snacks for the day, which was extremely annoying, but o well. Room comes with 2 free waters.

Nothing too fancy. Room is more than adequate. My only disappointment is the very dirty carpet. I must say breakfast was the bomb. Loved it. Coffee was out of a machine and surprised me how good it was. I would come back and probably will.

When we checked in Vanessa Parra greeted us with a smile. My fiance has lifelike on all cc. She knew what he was on about and we got situated rather quickly. Thank you Vanessa PArra and comfort inn for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

Amazing hotel. They go above and beyond. They already great hotel but now with the really nice renavation that is in progress it I will be the best in side of town I will only stay herenow here just one picture of the new pool furniture.

No Wi-Fi and nothing but excuses about that, called tech support, the whole place has 3 Mg… that's pathetic… ice cold "hot" tub… at least 5 stains on the carpet within 3ft of me right now, and my day started on the construction companies schedule as I was lucky enough to have been given a room exactly where they were unloading containers… complete crap experience… not to mention that even though they have a contract with my company it doesn't involve our new address so they wouldn't send the shuttle… pretty sure any of the other 4 choices nearby would be distinctly superior!

Beds have an unpleasant odor. Linen, pillows, comforters smell sweaty and dirty as if they do not wash and change after each guest. Carpets, curtins are torn and stained. Did not like the fact that some of the staff is a lil rude and all up in your business. Privacy is important to guest! Was not asked for a ticket for breakfast until the last day of stay and was inconvenienced with having to go all the way back to the room to get it! Surrounding are is just as bad.

Clean room, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi that actually works, outdoor pool. The "fitness center" is sorry, don't waste your time. I couldn't figure out how the treadmill worked, called the front desk, and they didn't know. Hotel is close to many fast food options, but I recommend Food City supermarket for savings and healthier choices. It is less than 1 mile away. I walked there in 15 minutes. There is also a Dollar Tree in the same strip mall.

Very nice staff. Clean room. Great little breakfast. The room has a fantastic bed and plenty of room for two people. We will definitely be coming back.

The pool and jacuzzi was nasty and they stole money off my card and their taking forever to replace it… I found glass in the carpet and took forever to check to see if we needed our room clean the next day… tub had hair in it I had to clean it myself jus to shower… will never stay at comfort inn again… and I'm telling everyone I know not to stay at any of there hotels… I will stick to Best Western for now on. As a truck driver that travel all over I expected better accommodation… called customer service and the bitch was rude ss hell… they lied and told us that is was big truck parking. We had to pay addition my to the hotel next door jus to park… comfort inn is a joke and should be put out of business… so much for signing up for the rewards program they should be giving rooms away.

Parking was okay due to semi trucks taking most parking. The carpet throughout the hotel was dirty. Also upon entry into the hotel it had a smell and the air freshener used was over powering. It's pet friendly, nice staff, they offer free breakfast which was excellent and easy access to the highway.

Hotel was fine, did not have washcloths and the bathroom had a bit of an odor. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel was quiet and calm.

Quiet staff, convenient location, very clean, and organized rooms. Overall great visit to Phoenix, AZ due mainly to this Comfort Inn.

One star is for housekeeping. I go to my room and pull the sheets back and find all kinds of body hair on sheets. Housekeeping come in and look and say the sheets were clean. I pull out my brite light and show them all the hair on the sheets. Then they agree and say they wasn't changed, but what got me is when they say (Carol) need to get a light like mines. I simply replied if you do your job you wouldn't need a light. Back and forth so then I asked when someone check out, don't the sheets get changed? Replied yes. So if anyone ever stayed here before more than likely slept on dirty sheets. They simply do not change sheets!

My room and bathroom are big desk and a sofa to rest very well, refrigerator and microwave.

My carpet had tears all over it! Breakfast was "ok" if you like 100% carbs in the morning. Luckily my coworker (also staying) is a computer engineer because the business room computer had to be fully serviced in order to use the printer… and a simple hand bag left on one of the beds cause house keeping to fully bypass remaking one of our beds And the vending machines on all floors were out of basically everything. But eh it's only a "mid priced" hotel.

Tried to book a stay for 3 weeks. On their website it said there were two rooms left for the time I requested. I couldn't put in my company info online for my company's rate, so I called the front desk. While the gal I spoke with was friendly, she said they had absolutely no rooms. So I was forced to book a hotel across the street at a higher price. When I tried to submit feedback online that the availability of rooms needs to be updated more often, I got an automatic response that said the inbox I tried sending to was full and couldn't accept my email. What the heck? Good job in losing out on three weeks of my money.

I am an extensive business traveler Just some things for management to consider… Wastebaskets in bathrooms are really great to have. Please consider adding. Having housekeeping finally appearing at 6:45 pm to clean your room and not even have towels available to freshen can be annoying. Gong down for breakfast at 6 AM every day only to find eggs, oranges etc already gone is a bit frustrating. Waiting in line on a daily basis to get new keys made because they do not work from day to day can be annoying (no I didn't have them next to a atmagnet or my cell phone) with the help of an experienced operations person you can remedy. I would consider the investment.

We use this property when in Phoenix because it has a great pet policy. Yes there are some drawbacks like the area is a trucking/commercial area, the rooms need some refurbishing, and sometimes the Internet is slow. Overall I typically have a good experience at this property. The breakfast is OK, its not the best but what can you expect when its free? I am sure if the owner invested in modernizing the facility, the rates would have to go up and it would no longer be a budget friendly property.

The website failed to mention the internet was very poor. The room was very dirty. We found a chicken bone behind the dresser. We found wires and clips and change on the floor. Some of the dresser drawers were sealed shut, so we couldn't use them. The maids would not make the bed because I had my own blanket on it. When we thought someone had been in our room uninvited, the clerk told us the camera on our hall was not working so he couldn't check on it. There was so much dirt under the mini fridge the dark brown finish was white. The coffee in the lobby was old and cool even though breakfast was still being served. We were missing the ice bucket and the maid actually checked the bathroom to make sure we didn't have one before giving us a replacement. I LOVE Comfort Inn but will not stay at this location again.

Dump! I walked into the room and the lights wouldnt work the TV is old and outdated toiled wouldnt flush and ove only been here for 5 minutes smh.
