Room stunk of cigarette, AC did not work, celing had a leak in it and the staff was horribly rude.

Absolutely the worst dump! Feces smeared on bathroom wall! The carpet was literally sticky to walk on! The bed sheet had chewing gum stuck to it! Are there not any standards or health dept codes for motels in Phoenix? It is what appeared to be where drug dealers and human trafficking is the standard of this place… Sad just sad!

It's a shame that the name DAYS INN would be a disappointment to me and my whole family. I hope you take what I'm saying very seriously. Let me start by saying that customer service at check in was unpleasant. We arrived, and not a smile or a welcome. They had a "bad mood" attitude. Our rooms smelled bad, even though they were "cleaned". It smelled like damp, kinda moldy smell. The carpet was gross looking like it needed a good cleaning or just replaced. The walls were dirty and grungy. The bathrooms, don't even get me started. The tiles were broken around the toilet area. The toilet was slightly twisted and not straight standing. The tub had a dark ring around it, not too bad, but you can still see it. The wall sockets were broken. The beds were lumpy and smelled of mold and feet. The pool was disgusting! My son was going to get in and you couldn't even see the bottom of the pool, the water was cloudy and the it was green. I would really hope that if your reading thi you would reconsider staying here. I travel with family and if your like me, we want our families to be safe and comfortable and free from any kind of germs. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

The worst customer service, carpet is filthy & stained, TV is so ghetto and speakers are broke. The smoke detector is missing and wores hanging ftom ceiling. Blood stains on door.

The staff really needs to go back to some Customer Service classes. Manager on duty refused to give her name and cancelled reservation after I had already checked in. When requesting to speak to management she gave me a buisness card with no other numbers. When I asked for corporate office she told me to look it up on website. I traveled with my 3 children but only got one body towel one wash cloth one hand towel and a floor towel. Tried to request more towels and was kicked off property. They talk down to you, have poor customer service, and make up there own rules without working with the customers.

No. Don't stay here, don't even think about staying here. Hotel is in the middle of bum f*** nowhere, rooms smell like a**, electrical socket blew up when charging my phone and cut off power I'm the room, towels smell sour, sheets are nasty, and three rooms later everything is the same. There is a trap house on the second floor, and everyone staying here looks like a bunch of bums. I'm pretty sure the people at the front desk work for ISIS, especially with the 'business' they're trying to run here. I booked 7 nights here but am leaving (without a refund) to stay in a more respectable hotel after just 1 night. I would rather sleep on the curb in front of IHOP before sleeping in these beds again. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT STAY HERE.

This place suckss… like I'm not exaggerating at all. If you can stay at any other hotel I'd advise you to do so. First off the hotel is secluded and hard to find. Second off from the moment we went to check in the staff was rude and gave off a vibe of its an inconvenience to serve us. Then to just add to the flame once we finally got into the room it smelt like something died in there. We had to go get some febreze and other scenty products just to alleviate some of the terrible odor. Once that was done we felt that the nightmare was over. But we were wrong. There were no towels, no soap, no hot water, and no batteries to the TV remote. Then for the grand finale my friend was going to plug in his phone charger and the wall socket completely blew up on him and the sparks burned his hand. We went to call the front desk but the phone doesn't work, so we went down to the office to ask for help it took them exactly 34 minutes to respond to something serious as that. Never again, I do not recommended this hotel to anybody. I would rate this place negative stars if I could. Sleep in your car if you have too cause it's way better than staying at this place.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, was changed from 3 different rooms because of the horrible quality. Never will I stay here and I don't recommend it to anyone in the area or thinking of staying here. Carpets are moldy and room smells horrible! Blankets and towels are terrible. Stay away from this hotel even the workers are terrible!

My room had pizza crust left in the night stand, only 2 small towels with no wash clothes, toilet paper with no toilet paper roll holder anywhere, the room was not clean — felt like they put no effort into cleaning the room. Was very iffy about the beds. No remote and no soaps (shower, shampoo, nothing) never going to stay there again.

Horrible. Dirty. Falling apart. Spiders. Just awful. As soon as we got here people were out in the parking lot, yelling and acting crazy. Room didn't have towels, carpet is nasty, bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Staff was ok. They did what they could to get us a new room away from the commotion. But that room was just as gross. We were just passing through Phoenix and only stayed one night. Will never stay again.

Very very bad place change room literally everyday I stayed ac didnt work n one mold everywhere n other YES MOLD ALOT OF it just a terrible experience would recommend to my worst enemies dab place sickening.

Worst hotel experience ever. Staff rude. No towels. No blanket (wouldn't even sit on the bed cover). Room phone didn't work. Elevator filthy. When asked about some bath towels the desk cluck said there wouldn't be any until tomorrow morning. Are you kidding. After 30+ minutes he produced 2 feeble towels and just threw them towards my wife. Called corporate and we'll see what they do. These people have no business attempting to run a business. Disaster.

The room was filthy, from carpets, curtains, bed linens not clean and hairs on towels. The breakfast was minimal, and wasn't enough for the guests in the hotel. The room was on the furthest corner and the internet didn't even work in the room.

Dirty dirty rooms. Poor service. Halfway thru my shower the water pressure dropped to basically a drip.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Right when we got to the lobby to check in, there was already a long line of people waiting to complain. The floors were dirty, lights did not work and there were red stains on the shower curtain (not sure if it was blood or not). We requested a non-smoking room, which we got, but clearly smelled of smoke. The breakfast was not all that. The "apple juice" was pink and tasted like water. Do not go here.

Awful service, did not clean our room the whole entire time, even after we complained. Carpet made our feet black. No hot water and people at the front desk were not helpful at all. Plus Wi-Fi didn't work. And they didn't leave us towels. A total disaster. Run while you can bc it was that bad. I would never stay or recommend it to anyone.

Trashy like motel 6 and the freeway is very loud.

Poor customer services. Very unprofessional.
