By far the best hotel experience. Hospitality was stellar! Off the charts 🌟 From front desk and beyond. Spectacular views. Clean. Immaculate. Gorgeous patio area and one of the best guys behind the Jacy and Dakota bar in the morning. Make him a manager. Give him a raise. He was so on point. So personable. A welcomed start to my mornings Better, cleaner, calmer than the Renaissance downtown. The pool was the icing on the cake. Quiet. Gorgeous views.

@WestinPhoenix is a WASTE OF MONEY! The room’s air was not working. The customer service desk said it would take a while. Obviously she was not listening when I said no air was blowing. It took two hours to finally give us a room with air. Never again.

We were so excited for this cute hotel after a week of camping. Unfortunately, this booking quickly turned into a sh**show. We bought a breakfast and Wi-Fi with our booking. Wifi access was never given to us. And we were charged an additional $60 for a breakfast that we already paid for. You’re required to put a card on file when you get there and they tell you “everything is paid for unless you decide to order anything up to your room”. Well that was a lie. Because on top of the breakfast that was supposed to be already covered, they tagged on a $25 resort fee? Staff didn’t know what it was even for when I asked. When we got to our room, after a long day of traveling, we wanted to relax, shower and decompress. The shower head didn’t work. And the shower knob comes off. One of our two key cards didn’t work. And neither did their card reader. Upon giving them THREE debit cards, the lady at the front desk was positive it was our or our cards fault & seemed to treat us differently after this. (All three cards had plenty of money — we’ve used them across the country this past week with no issues). Very disappointed in our stay that we were so excited for.

The room was nice and comfortable, comfortable bed. Nice and quiet. Nice city view. The staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Nothing special. Could have stayed in something better for the price. No room service past 11pm.

Hubby and I loved the room. It was very clean and quiet. Parking across the street at basically 1.00/hr. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and would go again, thank you Jr.

Only stayed one night but it was one of our best experiences. Our 25th anniversary is definitely starting out great. Mochi loved looking out the 16th floor windows.

Customer service is lacking. Booked a room for work, ended up not needing the reservation. Called to verify we could cancel it, was informed we could. At that point there was no mention of it being a prepaid room and refunds were not available. I was not aware refunds were not available until I looked at my statement and was charged the full amount for 4 nights. I then made phone calls and was sent an email stating there was nothing they could do. It was an honest mistake booking a prepaid. I tried asking to have that rolled to a future reservation or any concession and there is absolutely no consideration. Beware they will rob you blind under the disguise of policy.

Great customer service! Love the access to the club lounge for quality snacks and food and drinks with good music while relaxing in the lounge. Has Starbucks coffee too and Espresso drinks. Love Courtney for her great customer service! And of course the rest of the staff who were all helpful in making our stay a great stay. Love Westin! Will stay here again! Of course I have Jasper with me, my furry pomeranian. Love that is a pet friendly hotel.

We had a stay this weekend for PHX Fan Fusion and the hotel was amazing! We always have amazing service from the staff. Rose at the front desk was amazing today! We had some confusion with our bill but she was extremely professional in the way she handled it and went through her process. I highly recommend this hotel!

The Westin Phoenix Downtown was a great hotel and restaurant. It is centrally located near city Hall and Comerica theater where we saw a concert that night. We had dinner reservation for 10 at 6pm. We were able to make it over to the concert before 8pm. The food was fantastic! The lobby was beautiful. I had to use it for a phone conference. I would definitely go there again. Just know that the area after 11pm is empty except for homeless people sleeping under benches around the Federal building.

I loved our stay immensely. The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were like a spa. I was not to happy about the price of parking each day — $32 valet… but in a downtown area that is to be expected. The valet service was wonderful and they always had our car within minutes of us calling down. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very clean and modern hotel. Probably the nicest Westin I've stayed at. Being upgraded to the Corner Suite didn't hurt at all. The room was gigantic and so was the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for another stay.

Even our participants who stay the night are constantly mentioning how comfy the beds are, showers are great, etc. The staff always greets you in the halls. The GM is super warm and accommodating. The valet team are absolute super stars, too. Can't say enough good stuff about this hotel.

One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. Best views of Phoenix I've seen. Rooms were spacious, clean, and we'll organized. Customer service was top notch.

Check in was easy. Hotel is beautiful with many amenities. Love that it's centrally located. Valet is pricey, but there are other options in the vicinity for parking.

This is by far the best hotel in Phoenix. Huge rooms, all glass windows, perfectly laid out stuff. The best part are the elevators, I don't know how they program it but there is always a elevator available when you press the button! The corner suites are just a dream!

Loved it. The accommodations are wonderful. Comfy bed with large ceilings and huge rooms. Room was clean and ample space in the closet. Fridge included. They offer running tours on Tues and Thurs and you can rent workout clothes. Although I was not impressed with the dinner menu the breakfast was great at the restaurant downstairs. Great location! Ask about a room with a view and you won't regret it.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown Phoenix. All hotel facilities seem to be brand new and very up to date. Hotel gym is very spacious and all new equipment. Plenty to eat within a short walk from the hotel. Located right next to the light rail for easy access around Phoenix.

Didn't actually get to stay here because my flight out of NYC was cancelled due to weather but the front desk was really understanding about my situation and refunded my deposit even though I had to cancel while the booking was already in progress. This shows great care and customer service so I'm more than happy to leave a 5 star review. Maybe next time I'll even get to see the hotel ;)

This is a really nice hotel with spacious rooms and done is typical Westin style. The staff is nice. We had a couple service requests and the clogged tub was unclogging super-fast while the box of tissues took two requests to get. Also, not their fault but watch out for crazy homeless people in the area! We had a couple really weird encounters with people who were obviously not well and seemed like they could get violent. Still, overall a very nice hotel.

The hotel was clean, the staff was great and the room was immaculate. Wee didn't have much of a view from the 12th floor but not gong to fault the hotel for all the construction gong on around them.
The price for the room was ok but we were shocked that they didn't offer free or discounted parking for their patrons. Also, if you wanted top use their Wi-Fi, that too, was an additional up charge.
I've started at many hotels before and have always had some sort of continental breakfast but that wasn't the case at the Westin.
Would I stay here again, possibly but it would have to be last resort.

This hotel is amazing and worth every penny. To start, the customer service is incredible and they go above and beyond in trying to make you feel at home. The upgrade to the Executive Lounge is worth it. The food is fresh and delicious, plus it beats having to find breakfast in the morning. The beds are super comfortable and the corner suite we had was HUGE! It had a big bed, a sectional couch, a bathtub, huge shower and more all overlooking the downtown area. I’d highly recommend this hotel for all these reasons. Plus it’s right on the metro. I’d definitely return.

The Westin, located in downtown Phoenix, was extremely convenient to every event and activity I had planned. The room was huge and featured all the luxuries of an upscale hotel. From the spacious, serene and beautiful room, right down to the extremely comfortable and large jet tub, to the large king size bed. The very large rooms featured an overstuffed couch. I highly recommend!

Always love staying at a Westin! Heavenly beds, great sized rooms, club breakfasts, excellent customer service and of course, the Westin scent! Consistently a 5 star experience.

My wife and I came to Phoenix to visit family for the holidays. After staying at the Westin in LA, it seemed like a foregone conclusion that the Westin in Phoenix would be just as good. And, boy was I wrong. They were even better and that’s not slighting LA in any way. Westin Phoenix has wonderful staff, their club lounge upgrade is exemplary, and they’re views of downtown are breathtaking. We will return here, no doubt.

Very pleased with Weston. Very nice location, lobby, room and executive lounge. Front desk bumped up our reservation to executive because the tan out of king size beds. I thought this was an extremely thoughtful way of providing a nice method of apologizing for a situation that wasn't that bothersome but it enabled them to change a sleek negative into a nice positive. The food was very good and staff very friendly. We would definitely return and select Westins in other cities.

Myself and some coworkers are in town from Columbus, Ohio for a conference. This hotel is absolutely amazing. 5 star rating in my book. The service, the rooms, the restaurant and everything has been beyond reproach. Highly recommend this hotel and their restaurant! We've had breakfast in his restaurant every morning and it is some of the best food and service we've ever had and amazing customer service.

I am so impressed with this hotel. This is my first time staying here and I am completely hooked — I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Phoenix! The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, the decor is spot on and the amenities are amazing. My room was huge, the bed incredibly comfortable and the always available room service was helpful when traveling for work. They also have a unique feature where you can rent workout gear so you don't have to pack your cothes and can take advantage of their 24/7 facility.

Due to a family emergency, we were forced to find a place to go out for Thanksgiving. We went to Province, the Westin's restaurant. The decor was modern and airy, and there's a non-smoking patio that's full-service. The menu looked really good, though we opted for the special holiday meal. We tried a bunch of different cocktails and they were all delicious! The food came out delicious as well, and the presentation was really lovely. Our server was really friendly and attentive.

Beautiful property in a downtown setting. Rooms are modern and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and so focused on details. Look forward to my return.

I went to the Province restaurant to eat lunch. I talked to the Chef who I had seen on TV showing some dishes that was on the menu of the restaurant. I had the Cubano for lunch. It was so good and I highly recommend. My server Christina, was the best. Her smile and plesentness was very nice. Free valet parking was free after restaurant validated. Great! All and all a good experience having lunch there.

Nice cheap hotel. The bathroom is extremely small but the room itself is clean. The mini fridges motor was noisy, but disconnecting solves that problem. Morning Breakfast was good and lunch at the Mexican Restaurant located next to the Hotel was really good. If you're in the area and just need an affordable place to sleep, this is the place for you.

The hotel emailed me a few days before scheduled to arrive, to see if there was a social occasion for the visit, if there was any room requests, or if we needed any suggestions for dinner. I responded back that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and that we would like extra pillows. We checked in the day of our reservation, and had a room on the 16th floor. The room was spacious, with vaulted ceilings. The bed was comfortable, and we had extra pillows. After my wife and I returned to the hotel after dinner, we arrived to see a chilled bottle of champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries. What a kind gesture. Great hotel near light rail, great service, comfortable room. I highly suggest!

Everything about this hotel is classy. Well trained professional staff. Large comfortable room. Great bed and pillows. 12 minute walk to MLB and NBA. Light rail stop right at front door also takes you to sports venues. A/C in room probably the quietest I have ever experienced. Will definitely stay here next time I am in downtown Phoenix.

I stayed here for one week in March 2017 for a conference. It was superb. Super clean and the staff are very friendly. The room was super convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay back.

Very nice corner suite with soaking tub. Towels weren't quality and scratchy. Bed was great and sheets were soft. Nice big room with a nice view of stadiums and downtown. We had a southwest facing room. Pool was a bit small but not bad. The club lounge or whatever it's called had a great breakfast with healthy and fresh options. When I pulled up to valet there was no concierge or help with bags or even someone to bring a cart for luggage. Also was informed that valet was 32 dollars a day which is a bit steep considering I wasn't informed prior to reservation which would have been nice. No soda machines at all so I had to go all the way down to gift shop and have someone up it up and pay 3$ for a soda, just a hassle. Overall room was nice and tub was great. Also staff was nice.

My room had a great view and the employees were the most polite I have ever encountered. There was no soap or shampoo when I arrived, but it was replaced the next day by room service, after a had bought some. Other than that, it was a perfect visit. Wi-Fi was pretty fast too (about 65 Mbps).

It was beautiful! We had a corner suite on the 18th floor and the view was amazing! The restroom was almost so beautiful and all of the rooms looked over the city. The pool was also a bit small but very pretty. I had a wonderful time.

The Weston must pay their employees super well to have each and every one of them treat their guests like garbage. I visited friends who were in town for a convention there and we wanted to cool down for a bit (being Arizona in June after all) and we were stopped by security and asked to show our IDs and made to wait for 20 minutes while they looked us up in the guest registry. They made lewd comments to us about it being odd that we were coming in at a certain time (2:30 in the afternoon is odd? ). So after we showed them our key cards and IDs for 20 minutes they finally let us go up to the room. This hotel is over priced and not that nice for what you are paying. Book in advance and just stay at the Hyatt.

While the room itself was amazing (super clean, very spacious, large bathroom) I can say the staff was the rudest I had ever encountered. I stayed at this hotel because I was attending comicon and every time I re-entered the building I was treated like a homeless person. Even though you need your room key to access the elevator to get anywhere I was constantly stopped and asked to show my room key or identification. Wether I was in costume or in nice slacks and a shirt, it didn't matter. The staff always treated me as if I didn't belong here.

Check-in process was fast, took just a few minutes. My room was spacious, plenty of closet space. In addition to the padded bench at the foot of the bed, there were chairs on either side of the bed. The desk was spacious, equipped with network connection and other amenities. I love the in-room Wi-Fi that allows up to 4 or 5 devices (free to guest). The bathroom is a 'wow' for me. It is bigger than my own bathroom at home. There was so much counter space on either side of the sink. The area underneath the sink has racks so you can put things on it. I found spare towels, toilet paper etc there. The shower is huge, with 2 types of shower heads. I only ate at the restaurant once and the kale salad was yummy. In terms of location, the convention center is just three blocks away. I love how the light rail is just outside the door. The valet staff was very police and nice. They got me a tax within a minute. Front office staff was professional. I love this hotel.

Have stayed here many times. The staff is always available and accommodating. I can't imagine staying at another hotel in the Phoenix area.

From the valet to the housekeepers, everyone st this hotel was sowarm and welcoming. We even got upgraded to one of their corner suites because it was our wedding night. We definitely will be returning to this beautiful hotel many times!

Second stay here, each one was excellent. Rooms are great, comfortable, & well appointed. Rates are great, but I do have SPG status which helps. I would recommend anyone sign up for it for the perks. The staff was super nice, professional & helpful. The restaurant is superior for a hotel venue.

Rooms are huge and very well maintained. Having to pay 29 dollars to park overnight seems just silly considering there are 2 public garages across the street.

My wife books here all the time for business. There were several issues from manager Jason who attempted to charge us 100 in addition to the amount already paid for the room. He then said all rooms were booked, but could somehow open the room for the 100. Long story short charges were reversed when manager Matt helped us. And apologized for the issues. Thanks Matt.

There was lovely staffing the girl megan at the front desk was helpful and incredibly friendly! Everything was super clean and nice in the room. I ran into a man by the name of Jhonny and he was so nice and asked and made sure everything was great in the room and went above and beyond to make the experience one of a kind, he made it feel like my company and I were family'! Highly recommended!

Conveniently located in downtown Phoenix and only about a 10-15 minute walk to Chase Field and other attractions in the area, the Westin is a sleek, modern, hotel with top of the line finishes. Great views, clean / modern spacious rooms. I wish valet parking was a little cheaper, but as a whole, I highly recommend.

We had a spectacular experience here. The corner suite with a city view is incredible! Using the huge bathtub overlooking the city was an experience I won't soon forget.

I really like Westin, so I booked my stay for couple of days to attend an international conference. Comfort: Very much. I believed I asked for a higher story and I got 12th floor. Great view for the eyes. Nice bed. Wish pillows could be a bit firmer. Very quiet floor for good overnight sleep. Convenience: 15 minutes’ drive from PHX Sky Harbor Airport; 10 minutes’ walk to Convention Center; 3 minutes’ walk to ASU; 5 minutes to local restaurants and bars, and 1 minute to a Metro station. It is close to other large hotels, all located at the center of the city. Services: Staff are very responsive to questions and requests. They deliver bottled water and meals in very short time's notice. Towels are replaced in gym while I didn't even see working staff around so that I can be myself on treadmill. This is good. Advice to front desk, I'd be better having more eye contacts and smiles when with customers while working on computers. Facilities: The interior design is bit out of line with other Westin I stayed. I’d with it has a more contemporary style. I could still feel the traditional feeling before the hotel was converted into Westin. Although gym is not huge, but equipment are new and thoughtfully positioned so that I don't feel it'd be crowded even if it's fully occupied. Ceiling to floor windows let sun in and perspective stretches far. I dined in the restaurant Province but will have a separate review about it. "Make a Green Choice" program.
