Room were great. Lobby was very busy but Desiree did a great job and kept smiling they it all She gave Outstanding service.

Room was perfect! Ball room was amazing.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. The tub was dirty (zoom in on the picture), hair on the shower head, hair on the shower walls, stained towels. It looked more like a 2 star motel. It was truly disgusting. They claim they clean extra due to covid. The thick layer of dust shows different story. They just change towels, make beds and move on. The bathroom fan didn't work. Even the mirror was dirty! We were forced to become Radisson members, otherwise they would charge us for parking ($7.50/day). Parking is VERY limited. They told us other option was street parking — it's not a safe area! Ice machines on floor 3 and 4 were not working, so I spent 15 minutes going from floor to floor trying to find ice machine.
Also, we were evacuated at 5am due to the deadly shooting INSIDE of the hotel. This shows the area around the hotel. Not safe at all. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Also, a generic "apologetic" message that is posted to every negative review will not make me want to give Radisson another chance. You have to try harder if you want customers to come back after such negative experience. There are MANY other options out there.

As most places these days the Radisson is struggling with help. There was only one bar tender who was awesome but over worked with attending to all the tables, bar, taking food orders and serving the food. She diffently needs help! The room was nice and clean!

Very nice respectful place.

The room was great, but a bit disappointed that in being a Radisson rewards member that we got a room with a view of air conditioning units. I was really hoping to catch one more sunrise and sunset. Unfortunately we had unpacked already. It was room 216.

Pretty clean and acceptable rooms, lovable atmosphere.

Tonight I had to call over ten times for someone to answer the front desk phone. I landed and got my bags out of baggage claim and started calling for a shuttle. I will never park my car here again. They were a last minute option because my first choice (Hilton) was booked.
I thought I was going to have to get in a Lyft to go pick up my car.

Pool area is nice. Internet is slow up on level 5

We had fast friendly service from Mark upon check in he found our reservation promptly. Our room is very clean and comfortable. We are before arriving so I have no comment for room service or the restaurant.

They overbooked hotel and did not provide when I went there. I booked a week ago from the day of stay. On top of that when I insisted to have room with confirmation email, They threatened to call security if I fo not leave there front desk. It all happened midnight, never visit this scum.

Restaurant not good, Gym small equipment broken, a/c noisy, staff have a don't care attitude.

No soap in my room and I left a note and they still didn't leave any soap.

Restaurant food is great drinks are strong and plentiful bad reviews might be because you have too high expectations uncomfortable my room is sweet.

It's good, not great. The bar service is awesome though. George the bartender is the best thing about this place. Super friendly, knowledgeable and just the man to know. Rooms are good but there was a fan in the middle of the hallway because it smelled like mold on our floor. This place can really be great if they paid attention to detail when assigning rooms.

Very close to the airport, lots of parking, the pool and hot tub were nice. Got good margaritas from the hotel bar. Rooms were nice and cold, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff provided wonderful hospitality throughout our clients stay. The property is well maintained. Staff was professional from check in to check out. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

The Raddison Phoenix Airport is an excellent property. The staff was very helpful and welcoming even with our late night check in. There was refreshing lime-water waiting at checkin, the rooms were clean and spacious, plenty of parking for our van/trailer. It looked like it had been remodeled recently, very elegant and modern, Great value for the money. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Remodeling is being done. Every employee greeted us and was smiling and asked us if we needed anything. Would stay there again.

The hotel is in the midst of a major remodel. The rooms are clean and the staff are great. However the noise from the remodel can be annoying at times but it doesn't last all day. I can't wait until the new rooms are available. Then this will be a 5 star hotel. I would come back again.

It was a wonderful place! Everyone so Friendly and helpful! Enjoyed the server Devin! Neek at the front counter was informative, adorable and very friendly. The shuttle driver missed his name. Very nice courteous and helped with my bag. He was Awesome talked football with me! I really enjoyed the clean rooms and comfortable stay! I would definitely go stay there again!

The front counter/check-in staff are rude. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, the wait staff is friendly but are very busy, so it's hard to get their attention at times. The rooms are decent. The bathroom we had was very spacious. This location has a pool.

They let you pay to park in their lot and shuttle you to the airport for only $6 per day. Best deal I could find for air port parking. I highly recommend.

Worst Hotel ever! You have better choices in the zone, try to avoid the Radisson at all cost. Bad administration, people have a bad time in the checkout due extra charges on the credit card. Oh! of course they don’t take care of you as a client. The driver of the shuttle crash due his bad driving attitudes (perhaps no enough tip), well I needed to wait two hours for another shuttle to pick me up after the accident and the administrator instead of ask me are you ok, she just told me “We need a report”. Avoid this hotel.

My husband and I used the airport parkinh service and were very pleased. We were gone 16 days and the car was perfect when we came back. Pick up on their shuttle was very easy and quick. I would highly recommend.

My son and I had a great time. Clean rooms, a great pool and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. We had a very enjoyable time.

Very disappointing — used to really like this place-feels like it’s gone down hill as far as service and quality.

I booked in advance, yet it took them over an hour to check me in, at midnight, after I had been travelling all day. I realized several days later that they had decided to fix whatever problem they were dealing with by just charging my credit card a second time… without telling me, when I thought I was only giving it to them for the deposit. I'm still working on getting the money that they stole back while they give me the run around. This has to be the worst experience I've had at a hotel, or really with any purchase. Would recommend avoiding at all costs. Edit: I did reach out to their employees directly. They were not helpful.

Nice hotel really close to the airport. My layover flight got cancelled so I booked this last minute, and it was perfect for a one night stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel had a good shuttle and restaurant. The design and furniture is definitely old though, and could be updated.

A great place to stay. I came to Phoenix for a basketball game and decided to book with this hotel, while I did drive it was extremely close to the airport within walking distance which is great for people flying in. The hotel room itself was nice, large (2 beds) and was clean. The view was nice as well nothing crazy but it was better than I expected. The beds and restrooms where clean and it came with a nice TV and good amount of channels to choose from. The staff here is great and very friendly they helped me out and the check in process was quick and easy. It is in a nice part of town and fairly close to other stores and places to eat and go look around. Defiantly will be staying at the Radisson whenever possible. Thank you for a great experience.

So our rental car window was smashed and burglarized Saturday evening and several personal effects were stolen. Reported to the hotel and all they told us to do was to call the cops! There was NO manager on duty and never even bothered to follow up until 30 min ago, of which she stated, they have no responsibility as there are signed posted releases them! And this was an email not even a call! She further went on to say to file a claim with our insuarnce. Now this lot was ON hotel grounds and in fact we even had to pay for the parking as well! I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this is just flat out sleazy! I will NEVER stay in ANY Radisson property for all my days! Oh and to top it off when I initially spoke ot them they said they have nothing to do with it since I booked through Orbitz! In closing do your due diligence, as I should have, and STAY AWAY!

Quiet, clean, AC didn't work but I didn't need it and I'm sure they would have moved me. Room service breakfast was delicious, chef quality. Airport shuttle was efficient and it is far enough away from the airport to be quiet. Left behind a Kindle and they sent it to me. Thanks.

Dirty rooms, terrible craftsmanship in the rooms i. E. Exposed drywall, loose screws sticking out of drywall, water leaks out of shower, and peeling paint on furniture, for a room that sleeps 4 people and they didn't even give enough towels or washcloths, found trash in drawers, the pool is broken and they charge for breakfast that at other hotels you'd get for free. Avoid this dump if you're going to pay for nice go somewhere nice.

All staff, from the front desk to the shuttle driver, were very courteous, friendly and helpful. You can park anywhere, not relegated to a back, dirt lot! Will park there again & recommend them to those flying out of Phoenix.

Nice place clean good atmosphere wonderful decor the night manager is absolutely awesome he was so helpful. I cannot truly speak enough about him he made my stay perfect!

Had a rough day and a half from traveling with my 1 year old. Late flight and the front desk agent, Jason, was so helpful, super nice, fast and very accommodating. He even helped me with bags, to the elevator. Jason, left a great impression for me! Had a double bed room, very clean, comfortable bed, the room even had a fresh and relaxing smell. It was definitely a good stay and the service was awesome!

It has a Parking service even if you are not staying.

The entryway was very elegant and the staff knew exactly where to go for the job fair that I was attending. The ballrooms that were available were spacious and well-equipped for the various people and tables as well as the staff knowing where the various events that were going on around the valley were. The shop was actually within reason and I was able to quickly get what I needed and get on my way. Will definitely be recommending!

Really neat rooms with its own bedroom and a full wall mirror. Bed was very comfortable. Had an issue with the bathroom that was dealt with promptly. Front desk staff very courteous.

The staff are excellent, beds and pillows are nice as was the hot tub and fitness facility. The food was not the best, but service was great. The bathroom needed some repairs and carpet has seen better days. I would give this hotel 3.5 if it were an option.

This seems to be a quiet hotel. I hadn't planned on staying at the Radisson, but "took over" my wife's room after checking her in to the hospital for an issue not related to the Radisson. The room was quiet, clean, recently refurbished, with comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it to travelers.

Don't make the mistake of booking through a third party. You will be treated like a second class citizen. We were almost allowed to check in early until the representative discovered we had booked through a third party, despite having paid much more than the current advertised rate. Radisson enters into these business relationships with the third parties, why do they treat those customers who use them differently?

Great staff and rooms. Somethings are a little dated but they make up for it with personal service. They are constantly making improvements. Very close to the airport and skytrain. Awesome for pilots and flight crew. Desiree the house keeper I had is an amazing person, a real sweetheart. She definitely was the highlight of my stay.

I am in the middle of a 12 night stay and I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed. This hotel has good Wi-Fi, decent rooms, and conveniently located to Sky Harbor airport. They do not offer complimentary coffee or even a continental breakfast. The first morning I went down for breakfast I was billed $16 for breakfast. My room did not have a coffee maker which I discovered after I went looking for coffee and was rudely told that I could make my own in the room. Every process seems to have an air of cost saving instead of providing guests with great services. The worst is that on three separate occasions I went to the front desk looking for information, and was made to wait several minutes while the attendant answered phones instead. I would recommend a different hotel away from this area for extended stays.

It's a nice hotel but had an older cooling system so all night long the air conditioner kicked on and off sounding like someone slammed a door each time it shut off. Nice swimming pool and whirl pool. Crazy that you have to pay for parking even if you're staying there.

Very nice place to hold an event. Attended a professional event at the hotel. Service is excellent and very professional. Facilities are very clean and enjoyable.

This is a great hotel to stay at before a flight! The place seems very fancy, and clean, but its not the place where you'd want to have to wear a tie, the rooms are very good, and is overall great!

The lobby was nice but our room really needed updating. The paint was chipping off the door frame in the bathroom and the grout was grungy in the shower. The bed was comfy, the breakfast buffet was good and the staff was very nice.

Great value! The staff were all INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, the rates are really low, and the hotel has a free shuttle to the airport or within 2 miles (which includes the light rail stop to get you anywhere). I would definitely stay here again.

Great pool and hot tub. Rooms have free Wi-Fi and fridge. The only things missing are no microwave and no free continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice rooms.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around… From the moment we checked in the staff was friendly, courteous and engaging. The hotel was quiet and the rooms perfect. We stayed on property for our entire visit utilizing the pool, bar, and premier restaurants. The food was exquisite and the wait staff engaging and on point. The entire hotel was clean. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Great service, clean, and comfortable rooms, very friendly & welcoming staff. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me after a computer system wasn't showing my reservation, due to the site I used to book, I believe. I was given a free upgrade on my room, plus discounted breakfast. I highly recommended for anyone on business in the area or stuck with an over night layover flight.

Nice room. Very clean and most of the staff was very friendly. Only downside was that the fire alarm went off 3 times around 4 am one of the nights I stayed there.

I stayed at this hotel in August and found it to be pretty repulsive. The lobby is great, as is the food, but my room was dirty and run down. The pink mold growing in the shower was probably the straw that broke the camel's back. I also didn't need the dirty sock that was left under the desk by the previous occupants.

Nice rooms, great staff, plenty of parking, reasonable prices. It will be my choice when visiting Phoenix.

I've stayed twice for Phoenix Comicon. They have a great convention rate and although it's by the airport the light rail is just a short walk away. The rooms are great, especially the beds! I can't remember the last time I slept so well. The food is expensive and only so so but the service is excellent. We wanted to take a few beers up to the room on our last night there. Not only did the bartender suggest a good beer that wasn't on the menu but she put together an ice bucket and bottle opener for us! She could not have been nicer. That's just the thing you want after triple digit Phoenix heat! If I come to the convention next year I'm staying here for sure.

Fantastic service except for my breakfast service which was just very slow. Food was mediocre at best and there were a couple issues with the room. I would stay here again especially because of the front desk and bar service.
