I think it’s just horrible you won’t let my sister who is coming in for my wedding cancel her reservation 3 days before her arrival date. A 4 day cancellation policy is ridiculous and pure greed when the hotel is completely sold out. It’s not like you won’t be able to rent the room out.

I have to stay the staff here are great. The friendliest, attentive front desk staff. The beds are comfy and had the pool to ourselves!

Reasonably priced, and clean enough where it counts (minor stains on some of the furniture). Our daughter, in a separate room, said she found the hotel rather noisy, but it wasn't too bad for my wife and I (we've stayed there twice). Not a lot of nearby restaurants deliver to the hotel, but the ones that do are good — try the pizza place. The complementary breakfast is good as well, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Very clean, cozy, spacious, comfortable. There is a gym, which is a TV, water in bottles, dispenser, apples red and green, towels, balls, fitball; The pool Laundry for 75 cents can be washed, for 75 cents to dry laundry. Immediately at registration give a choice of several items cola, nuts.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and their shuttle service is very efficient. The front desk staff is awesome. We arrived at almost 2 p. M. And they allowed us to check in even though check in is at 3 p. M. The pool is nice and clean, however, the carpet in our room, 312, was filthy… it really needs to be shampooed! Every thing else was satisfactory!

Stayed 1 night. An hour after arriving mother nature struck and blew a transformer down the road. I can understand an act of God occurng but to not have a working generator? We watched the staff hook up jumper cables in an effort to get it running. Power was not restored u til roughly 3am… very hot room without ac. The staff never checked on guests… at least not us. By 8am took a shower with no hot water. Oh and did I mention no discount was offered whatsoever.

The staff there were extremely nice and friendly. The breakfast had a wide selection and was also delicious. Room was clean and tidy as it should be.

The place was clean, staff friendly and I loved their breakfast. Real food, make your own waffles, premade omelettes were delicious. Bagles, toast, a variety of juices. Real bacon and sausage. All you can eat with a reasonable time window. (Breakfast closes at 10am. ) Swimming pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean too.

Hampton Inn's are always great. This location was very good. Quite and no issues. Love the breakfast!

I’m visiting Arizona for my graduation from Grand Canyon University. I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and GCU. Today, I requested the shuttle it was 1.8 miles to be exact. The front desk representative called “Kevin” to the front. He asked me the address and cross street. Of course I didn’t know “I’m visiting” to add insult to injury a representative walked in and said the old GM needs a ride to the airport. Kevin said well he takes precedence over you. So wait here I’ll take you when I come back. Of course I was furious I had to be at an appointment by 5:30pm this happened at roughly 5:15pm.

Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Cold lemon water in the lobby much appreciated on a warm day. Convenient to the airport's antiquated car rental hub.

Clean, quiet, good breakfast and the airport shuttle is very convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

This rating should really only be 3.5 stars at best. I would give the hotel and front desk staff four stars. But even three stars for the shuttle service is generous. The drivers are inconsistent and you MUST call very early to be picked up reasonably quickly at the airport. When they say 10 minutes expect 30 minutes for a pick up. And expect a side order of attitude if you have to call multiple times and dare point out their lateness and misinformation.

Wonderful place. Didn't use pool but looked nice. King-size bed was super comfortable with extra toiletries. Has a shop for anything you've forgotten. Warm staff and excellent breakfast.

Reasonably — priced, especially considering proximity to the airport. Room was fairly clean, with the exception of the bathtub… which had dust/dirt, and soap scum in it. The rest of bathroom was clean, however.

Some areas of my room had small signs of wear, very minor. I looked really hard to find dust in corners and other indicators of slack in housekeeping, they are doing a stellar job cleaning rooms here. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was decent. I have pretty high standards, this a solid 4 star hotel w/o restaurant or bar, there is a bar and restaurant 2 minutes walking time…

Honestly, we didn't spend much time in the hotel as it was an in-and-out stay for us before a flight. The hotel itself seems fine, a typical Hampton Inn. However, I believe the thermostat in our room was broken because it was extremely warm and wouldn't really cool down. Also, I like to turn on the fan on the AC unit when staying at airport locations to drown out the noise but the fan function would not work. Finally, we were left extremely disappointed after we checked out. We are 100 percent sure we left a couple items of clothing in the room accidentally. We realized this early in the afternoon after checking out. We called the hotel and had them check twice, including talking to Johnnie, the manager, but they claimed the items were not found. We know for sure the items were left and it is disappointing they were not returned. I don't have enough information to lay blame on anyone specifically, but we were disappointed in the outcome. Because of this, we would not stay here again.

Very nice, quiet place. Conveniently located across from a Chinese Cultural Center w restaurants. Good bkfst w hot & cold options.

Not a bad spot. Accommodations were more or less as expected, although a bit on the cheap side for everything. The overall value is good since the place was nice and clean, and the room was quite large. Overall I'd definitely stay again.

Just the worst experience, completely sorry to choose this hotel, are simply thieves!, they charged me 2 times and continue to charge my card.

We frequently stay at Hampton Inn when we travel. This one was particularly good. It was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff at this hotel. Very courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean. The area around the hotel is quiet and beautiful. Over all a very good experience. Would definitely recommend.

Do not stay at this hotel unless you are prepared to have your vehicle broken into. My husband, myself and our two teenage boys stayed at this hotel the night before our 2 week trip to Aruba and had ALL of our luggage, my Macbook Pro work computer, brief case, house keys, everything from my glove box and middle console… These criminals stole absolutely EVERYTHING from our car. While parked right in front of this hotel! THEY DO NOT HAVE CAMERAS OR SECURITY. When we realized what happened, I ran inside the hotel and explained to the man at the front desk what had happened and he acted like he couldn't care less. I asked if I could use the phone to call the police or if he could, and he said, No. He was very rude and never even offered an apology or expressed any empathy at all. We decided to still go on our vacation. Thank God my husband thought of taking a small back pack to our room, with our passports in it. When we got back from Aruba we filed a police report and were told that this hotel doesn't have cameras or security. We were also told that there are a lot of transients that are found looking in vehicles with flashlights in the evenings. I'm not the type to post negative reviews, ever… but just wanted to post this, to keep someone else from having a horrible experience. This was very traumatic for our whole family and we had some very sentimental jewelry and expensive clothing clothing stolen from us. I've never felt so violated!

Staff at check-in were excellent, offered a map of area restaurants and menus of delivery options. Breakfast was standard fare. Room was generally nice, bathroom showed its age. The bed also felt strange, like all the coils in the headboard area were soft or it wasn't being supported by the box spring. I didn't notice this until my second night.

Can't say enough good. 2 small flaws were so overcome by the extremely great customer service at EVERY turn. Each day got better. It was quite unbelievable and such a pleasant surprise. Actually really decent location.

I had a fabulous experience at this hotel. I arrived the airport around 9:45pm. The shuttle arrived within 10-15 minutes, and when I walked in the door, the lady at the front desk (Tony) had already checked me in and had my room keys ready. The room was clean, the fitness room was well stocked, and the breakfast was great. Terrence drove the shuttle to the airport the next morning so that I could get my rental car. He was extremely friendly, and we had a great conversation on the way to the airport! I highly recommend this hotel!

Great staff, very nice room and if you need a shuttle, make certain you get Terence as your driver. He is one of the best I've ever had.

Good hotel. Pretty dated, but the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful with local restaurant recommendations.

When I arrived, the hotel was clean and quiet. Just what I needed after a long drive into the evening from Las Vegas. Chris Johnson handled my reservation with a welcomed smile. The breakfast was standard for this hotel chain. The kitchen and dining area was clean and welcoming. And, there was Chris again, smiling. He mentioned he had come in the evening before because someone had called out. And, he was back again the next day serving the guests with a welcoming smile. I was grateful and appreciative of the positive experience. Keep up the good job!

Staff very friendly somewhat helpful. Room needed attention in the shower. Some mold behind caulk and drywall repair looked incomplete. To go sacks for early departers.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Good bed and shower. Lighting good. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Like it here a lot.

Very nice total, staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all questions. The breakfast was very nice and had a wide range of options. The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable mattress. The pillows were the one minor thing I wish had been more firm. Overall, highly recommended!

Checked into our room, dropped off our luggage and left. Came back to settle in for the night and found blood stains on the floor. So we asked to be moved, and the desk clerk was very friendly and concerned. She moved us to another room, and once in the room, we discovered some kind of beetle on one of the bed spreads. Looked it up immediately and happily it wasn't bed bugs. Found another one over by the desk lamp that was dead and had been there a while. So, already concerned at this moment about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Found partially dried cup rings on the desk, along with a fingernail clipping. Also found a dried spilled cola ring, or it could've been dried milkshake too. Not sure. At this point, more than disgusted with the cleanliness. It was 10pm at night, and we had already dropped the rental car off, or we would've changed hotels altogether. While getting ready for the night, in the bathroom, yet, more dried blood on the latch part of the bathroom door. And one more note, over by the air conditioner, we found black mold where the wallpaper had peeled. We did check the bed linens for bugs, but found none.

It's very close to Sky Harbor with shuttle service to the airport. Extended parking available at a small cost. Needs a spa and a restaurant & bar to make it 5-star.

The rooms and staff were immaculate. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was timely and comfortable as well. I highly recommend this place

Room and bathroom perfect. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast in self service with BP of choice. Only downside: No restaurant nearby if one has no car and the choice of prepared dishes, to warm DS the microwave of the room, is limited to the worst frozen!

Wonderful personal and best nights sleeping. Their beds are amazing! We stayed 2 weeks in a row, one night when we arrived to Phoenix and second night before we left. They made it so easy for us to take their free shuttle. And their breakfast, worth dropping the diet for or enjoy their fruits and yogurts.

We are Diamond members @ Hilton Properties and always have a peaceful, restful visit… service is always great and most of the time beyond what was excepted… we give you five for our stay and service received while on property.

We stayed one night in this hotel before catching a flight out of Phoenix the next morning. There was a stain on the floor between the beds that looked like a red drink had been spilled and was never cleaned up. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall and we had luke warm water (at best) when taking a shower. I showered before going to bed since we were heading to the airport early the next morning so it's not like there were tons of people showering at that time to cause the hot water to be out. Also, we asked for breakfast bags since we would miss breakfast the next morning. The lady said they would have them ready for us in the morning. When we came down the next morning the front desk said they didn't provide breakfast bags on the weekend. He went ahead and put an apple and a muffin in a couple bags, which was nice, but apparently there is confusion among the staff as to what's provided to guests and when. I was not impressed with the cleanliness or rather the lack of cleanliness of this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They will shuttle you to the light rail station. Breakfast was basic but good.

So I never leave reviews, but the staff here made me. These people took care of me for my week stay. From chocolate on the pillows, to unlimited shuttle rides, to watching my luggage as I went to grab lunch. A lot of little things that added up to one amazing stay.

Refreshing! Great staff! Spent a week and never wanted to leave the hotel. Everyone just made you feel like you were at home. Thank you.

I am a trainer that travels all over the country. This Hampton is great. I have training meetings here before. The are great about getting it correct. I live and travel from ATL. Please use this Hampton Inn. Ken the trainer. Very close to airport.

I stay here regularly and until this trip I would have given it 4 stars. However this time the first room I got, the a/c cover fell off when I went to turn it on. The 2nd room had a heavy air freshener smell. The staff was friendly and helpful. Time for some upgrades and refurbishment.

We got a room with a great view. And the food was even better then we expected. It was great service and everything was really clean. Room service messed up on our order but they were quick to fix it and give us a discount. They are good to us and we probably stay here again.

Sorry to give such a low rating, but for the price this hotel is just subpar. It is old, and just had a musty smell like it was old — don't get me wrong, it was clean, just could really use some upgrades. For being so close to runways I'm surprised at how long it still took me to get to the airport entrance. Friendly staff, typical good hotel breakfast, Nice pool. I just think they should do some remodeling for what they charge. : (.
