This is truly a fantastic hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve stay here several times throughout the year and always stay here when I’m working out of our Chandler location.
Of all the Hilton properties that I stay at around the country, this location is always my favorite.

Hilton Is our preferred chain. We booked the weekend for my Son and his family here for a visit to see us here in AZ. Great accommodations and Lauren went above and beyond for them. They missed their flight out, so we drove back to the Hilton and Lauren again came through with superb customer service! I can't say enough good things about her! Thank you Lauren for taking care of our family! You truly are a person who perfectly represents Hilton hotels! Glad to be a Hilton Member!

Just had the BEST hotel breakfast I've had all year. We've spent 70 nights this year at a Hilton. Cynthia and Carl did a great job. Delicious breakfast burritos. Glad we will be here a few more nights!

My family I decided to eat out for Thanksgiving, and we picked this location. The Thanksgiving buffet and service was excellent. Food server were very attentive, and worked very hard to make sure everyone had a good dining experience. The Executive Chef was seen speaking with guest, and checking on the food. I said hello. I heard that they have a excellent lunch menu as well. I also walk the lobby to see whhere I saw a number of banquet rooms, fitness and pool area, Starbucks, computer area. I highly recommend the Hilton in Chandler located at Price Road, and Fry Road.

Great hotel, lovely spacious rooms. Nice workout facilities, good restaurant, gorgeous pool and hot tub. Nice executive floor level amenities including snack room, quick grab n go breakfast. Staff very friendly and super accommodating from the moment I walked in door. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for business trip and was extremely happy with the service and my stay. As a Hilton Honors member, the extra touches such as the bottled water and welcome appetizer tray are definitely a nice touch. The front staff were helpful and made sure any offsite transportation went well. Room was clean and turn down was on point for my 5 day stay. I didn't get to experience any other amenities, but I'd definitely stay again.

My wife and I were moved from Michigan to Arizona a month ago, while we were waiting for our furniture we stayed at the Hilton, for what we thought was for a few nights, turned into 22 nights cause we were victims of a moving scam, however, I do not want that to overshadow the excellent customer service provided by this great staff who went above and beyond. Every single staff member made a very stressful situation into an excellent stay, from Lauren sending up cookies and milk to our daughter after her first day of school to Lauren and Alyssa buying our daughter a Barbie to help sooth the situation. Great customer service, professionalism and conversations were given by Danyl, Anthony, Chris, Brandi, Kirsten, Zach and Megan… you guys are the best. I feel we truly have made friends. We will definitely come back for a drink and check in. Thank you so much for everything, words can not express our gratitude, everyone at the Hilton will have a special place in our hearts!

I used to really love this hotel, insisting staying here, even when my meetings are in Glendale. I’ve only been here one night, and I’m sorry I came and spent the thousands of points I spent years saving to stay here. I turned on the heater to cut the chill and left to get a soda from the Executive Lounge, and came back less than a minute later to smell burning plastic. I reported it, and was told by the front desk it was just dust. I became ill from the smell, and asked for another room and was refused. The air system hasn’t functioned right all night. The bathroom is falling apart, and my room is directly under some roof top air system, making the ceiling vibrate so hard I can’t sleep. Even the bed is vibrating as I am writing this. I requested another room and the girl working the night shift had no sympathy for my treatment here, and seems to think she can touch my luggage as she pleases to put it in a different room. I am beyond exhausted and pissed. I am sorry I am here.

The Hilton Phoenix Chandler is an awesome place to stay. Four stars hotel for sure, beautiful place inside, you have very updated rooms. When you first walk into the lobby you are greeted with the most outstanding service counter personnel and a full bar to wet your whistle. The location is great because you are right off of the freeway. This hotel is great for any occasion. You will love your stay at this hotel and the staff is the best!

One of the best hotel in the US I have been. The breakfast is very nice, not like the always mentioned "continental breakfast". This is real. This could be anywhere in Europe, it would be accepted. The pool in the back is very clean, they check the water quality time to time. The jacuzzi is a little bit hot I think. I used the gym several times, it is well equipped. There is water, fruit, towel also if you need them. The receptionists are always polite and smiley. The room is tidied up every day.

Great experience after spending a week here! Greeted with a hello and smiling face every time I walked through the door. Breakfast staff was very accommodating and provided fast quality service. Also utilized the gym which was always clean with a variety of equipment. Hotel is conveniently located to many great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Ever single member of the staff was pleasant and accommodating. I have honestly never been treated better at a hotel by literally every employee we encountered. The pool is serene, gorgeous, and CLEAN. The backstroke drink is lovely, and the attention to detail at the pool and pool bar was amazing. The Eggs Benedict we’re amazing from room service, as was the Chicken Fried Filet Mignon. Highly recommend. We will absolutely stay again.

Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with gluten free choices. Lobby clean. Burgers at dinner were very good. Bed was alright. Some water damage in bathroom. Clean.

The building is well kept, and looks nice. The area isn't noisy. Making it easy to sleep. Nothing about my visit was notably unpleasant.

Absolutely one of the best Hilton Hotels in the country. My family loved the fitness center, the pool and the service. So we would stay at list location again if given the opportunity. One of our favorite places to stay!

Loved the rooms, the pool, fitness center & the fact that the front desk people will make you a Starbucks espresso any time of night & fetch you extra blankets. (Thanks Alex at the night desk! ) The breakfast is pretty decent & you can't beat the coupon for $4. However, the service at breakfast was terrible. We were offered a card to order eggs, which we did not, and that's the last we saw of any server on both mornings. Despite having to get all our own food and wishing someone would at least come by and refill water, we left cash tips both mornings. The second morning we put the tab on a card & left a cash tip. After we left, and having written zero additional tip on the receipt, we realized the staff tipped themselves an additional 20% on the card anyway! How petty and deceitful.

Excellent place. Clean and friendly service. Bar can be a little rowdy great location a deftly recommend you staying here. Stay on the executive floor if possible the executive lounge kicks butt.

Awesome property. Staff is friendly and helpful. Check in was very smooth and all our requests were fufilled promptly and correct. I would recommend to anyone looking for a get away to stay here. Can't say enough good things about it. I can't wait to go back to chandler and stay again. Sparkling pools. Just beautiful.

We had a very nice stay. The customer service was spectacular! There were two reasons why I didn't give the hotel 5 stars. Reason 1: We stayed in an executive suite and there was no door separating the living space and the bedroom. It was much openness and I can't sleep like that. Reason 2: Our room was next door to the electrical room and we could hear the workers voices almost as clearly as if they were in the room with us and there were loud noises that actually startled us a few times. We'll definitely be back but we'll be sure to request a different room next time.

Great Hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. The entire staff was GREAT. Toby went "above and beyond" helping me via telephone before I arrived and again after I arrived and a fellow passenger on my flight had spilled his soda pop on my pants. Thank you Toby.

Plenty of parking, clean open walkways. The staff is very helpful and the banquet room is clean and spacious. Restrooms are clean. Food was great.

This place, the staff, the restaurant and the rooms… All very, very nice. Never disappointed! They take great care of us! Stayed here, probably 10-12 nights over the last several years, and look forward to each visit.

This is the best hotel in the area! This hotel has the absolute best customer service. Everyone greets you with a smile and a very positive attitude. Any need you have they meet. I was dissatisfied with the laundry and even though it really wasn't a huge deal and I wasn't too upset, they reimbursed me for the whole bill! The food is top notch. The gym is huge and we'll equipped for a hotel gym. Pool and hot tub are fantastic and we'll maintained with beautiful trees and foliage. Free newspapers. A full service Starbucks in the lobby. Well appointed executive lounge. Full service bar with live music every night. On demand shuttle service with 5 mile range will take you wherever you want, whenever you want. (Within range). In my opinion the service at this hotel is far superior than the resorts you'll stay in at Walt Disney World. All those 'little 'thing' they do to make your stay just that much more enjoyable make all the difference.

I went here for a wedding and the service was amazing. They cleared our plates and brought out food as soon as it was ready. The staff was everywhere but also nowhere. They kept everything stocked up but also stayed perfectly out of the way. Everyone was incredibly polite and the place was pristine.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were exceptional clean. The business center has fast internet and printers. Kimberly Morales who worked at the front desk was a tremendous help and helped me print some reports that I needed. This is my second stay with them and I would come back again!

Nice enough but large gap under the door so you can hear everything outside and if in the hall can hear inside room when walking by. Hallway and room doors could be cleaned. Room was clean though with fridge. 50 inch TV but remote didn't work most of the time and when I turned it on it was stuck on the religious channels, til the remote started working. Room service food was delicious and fast. Exposed outlet and coral under desk could have been cleaned up. Robes are scratchy and wouldn't use. Bathroom soaps and lotions are nice quality. Would stay here again if needed but could use some work. Everyone who worked here was nice and helpful.

We stayed in a standard King room for 3 days. We were here for a wedding. The rooms were nice. The air conditioner worked fine and kept our room consistently at 68 degrees even though it was 107 degrees outside. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff was what really stood out at this property. During check in we were just chit chatting with the staff, asking questions about the area. They informed us that they would shuttle us anywhere within a 5 mile area for free until 11 at night. We took them up on there offer and had them drop us off and pick us up from a brewery. They were very prompt. The pool is very nice, and a great way to beat the heat. My father in-law had a sore hip and really enjoyed the hot tub. Overall, I was impressed. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely​ stay here again.

By far the best hospitality of anyplace I have ever stayed! Front desk, bar, dining room, shuttle drivers, housekeeping, all top notch! Even free Starbucks in the lobby! My goodness it was amazing! Assistance during a visit to the pool and hot tub exemplary! Highly recommend staying here if in the area!

Service from front desk was exemplary. Water pressure in the shower was not. Breakfast was typical Hilton. I'd give 4.5 for service.

Dawn and Kirsten at the bar were phenomenal. Adrian in the kitchen made some awesome food. Drinks were great and happy hour deals were awesome. I spent about 5 hours there and enjoyed every minute of it.

Went here for an early mother's day brunch. The staff was attentive and courteous, the buffet was fresh and we'll maintained, with a nice variety of standard breakfast fare and a delicious fruit bar. 10/10, would dine again.

I can't say enough about the service here. Our every request was handled quickly and efficiently. The room was very nice and clean. I stay in Hilton properties several times a year and have never had a better experience than this. Highly recommend.

The staff was quick, knowledgeable, and client first 100% of the time. Food service was immaculate and timely. We had a full day meeting and conference and were treated as highly as a full time guest.

Great location, close to shopping and food. Customer service is awesome, everyone is very attentive and kind. I was in room 605 executive Room. Very top quality room, very clean and new looking. The hotel amenities are awesome, the executive lounge is the best. Good snacks, drinks and lounging. Bar is nice and breakfast at the executive lounge and at cafe 2929 are superb. The pool is nice as well as the fitness room. For the price, I feel like I got a steal of a deal.

Conference room was clean and the lunch was right on time and cleaned up so quickly and quietly. Never distracted from what business what was going on. Every staff member was kind, knowledgeable, and more than happy to quickly address needs and questions.

I stayed in room 349, the hotel feels like any other hotel when you first walk in, lobby, small elevator, narrow hallway. But the room is spacious and well lit. The shower was especially spacious (and this is coming from a big 6'4'' guy). The staff is friendly but unfortunately I did not get to try any room service, though I am sure it would have been great.

Hotel appears well kept and is clean. The staff wrnt out of their way to welcome me and privide bottled water before I arrived. My bathroom, however, has suffered from a shower leak, causing mold in the wordwork/molding and degradation of some tile.

Came here for a wedding reception, and had a great time. The place stayed clean throughout and the staff quickly picked up any finished plates or drink glasses. They were also extremely efficient in setting up and executing the event.

Went there for a business conference. The room was setup well and comfortable. Lunch was provided and laid out well. All in all positive experience!

I’ve been here and it was awesome. The receptionists are very accommodating to the customers. The interior designs are awesome. They also have delicious foods. The ambiance are so good. Everything is alright.

The service here is amazing. Everyone on the staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms were incredibly spacious with high ceilings. The windows were huge from ceiling to window, hidden refrigerator, safe, big closets, amazing bathroom with huge tub, and a lot of channels courtesy of direct tv.

Best place I've ever stayed at. I'm a truck driver they have plenty of space to park a big rig. Very friendly.

This is a newer Hilton, and it is really fantastic. I was really impressed that the front desk staff made a point to always say "Have a nice day! " as you left and "Welcome back! " as you return. It actually became a little bit of a fun personal challenge to sneak past them without being greeted, in which I was unsuccessful! Pros: -The rooms are very clean and well appointed. -The AC works VERY well. -Everything I ate in the bar and restaurant was very tasty. -Minifridge in the room. -Cheerful and professional staff. Cons: -Doors are a bit thin, so you can hear everything going on out in the hallway. -Wi-Fi was on the slow side, but usable. -No complimentary coffee in the lobby (although there's a coffeemaker in the room). -Breakfast is expensive ($15), if you're not Hilton HHonors Gold or above.
