When we arrived at the hotel they had overbooked and bounced me and my family to another hotel arcoss the street which said THEY overbooked and sent us back. They gave us a room after a few minutes which had a gentlemen replacing a broken tv. Also our room had zero pillows (we are a family of 5) which said gentlemen said they would run up immediately. After we came back a couple hours later from dinner we still had no pillows and when I requested some a female employee brought one pillow up and said that was all she could find. Service is lousy and we will NOT be staying here again and possibly any Mariott’s here after.
Very nice rooms, breakfast was good, comfortable rooms n shopping centers all around us…

We showed up at around midnight last night, and they had canceled our reservation, and booked our rooms to someone else. They then locked my husband out of the hotel, when he came out to tell me what was taking sooooo long. There we were, with 4 kids, and our elderly service dog, and we had no where to stay. We worked all day long, drove 7 hours to get there, for a family vacation— which should have been a great time, for them to treat us this way. SHAME ON YOU! — Cassidy Crawford— The Assistant Manager was who canceled our stay. She left a family, who was not from Phoenix, try to figure out where to stay after midnight, on a very busy weekend for this area. They flagged our account for “ security reasons” even though they had not even talked to us. No contact or anything was made of our cancellation, we showed up to complete disappointment. They told my husband they had zero rooms available, which was a complete lie, when we talked to the customer service line, they told us there was plenty of rooms there. I am shocked at how terrible the customer service is at this hotel. Would NOT recommend. SMH 🤦🏻♀️
