Pet friendly, morning breakfast. Direct tv. Nice visit.

The rooms were very clean, very spacious. Very little noise, if any. Dog friendly, and the truck parking was an added bonus. Staff were all very helpful and very friendly.

Here now and the guest above us has an 🐘 with them apparently. Called the front desk I was told they can't do anything until after 10 pm.

I am very disgusted on the service presented by this facility. My family and I were stuck in towns over, and the road to get to the quality inn was closed down due to severe accidents and dangerous weather conditions. We were told by police to turn around. We called the quality inn several times throughout the day with no one answering the phones. When we finally got ahold of the desk assistant, he would not tell us his name, told us the manager was not around, and stated we could not be refunded if we did not arrive, he also hung up on me. So we tried to reroute our trip putting our lives in danger for several hours. I’m very saddened by the fact that the “quality” inn in Williams, AZ, put profit before customer safety. Will not be recommending this place to any of my family, friends, etc.

By refunding my credit card. We paid for & reserved a room at 1 am for our kids who were traveling by car, across state, and would be in sometime after 3 am. Explained circumstances and situation to Caleb who took reservation, knowing they'd be crashing for a couple hours and checking out by check out time. He refused them the reserved room when they arrived at 4:30. Horrible man. Horrible chain. Will never work with them again. Called their Customer Care Hotline who also did nothing to rectify situation. Manager not in until Monday. Don't bother with this hotel.

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had thus far. The receptionist at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. We arrived pretty late at night and we were tired. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Room temperature was easily controlled and we were pleased. The shower and bathroom area was very clean, I was impressed. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to do the Grand Canyon the next day! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Friendly staff! This is a pet friendly hotel. They provide continental breakfast with eggs and flat sausage. The coffee was very good. The breakfast service was kept full for the duration. There are two pro waffle makers. It was a very pleasant stay!

Check in was easy (we had already booked online), the room was neat and tidy. Then the hot tub was absolutely horrifying! After getting in the hot tub we could see nasty chunks of a milky film looking slim, hair, skin and other particles in the water. It wasn't a little thing to be brushed away it was every where. Couldn't stay in it without thinking about what you have sticking to your skin. The pool looked much much clearer and cleaner. I would sugesst sticking with the pool. After a shortened visit to the hot tube getting in the shower the curtain had a few black stains on the inside and the shower head had a good bit of lime scale built up effecting the water pressure and stream. Their breakfast was very good. The ladies working kept plenty of food out and continually washed the counters picking up spilt food and crumbs.

Easy check in! Cruz was very pleasant and helpful! Nice size rooms and very clean! We had a roll away bed added for $10 a night, breakfast was good, Very crowded but eventually gained order lol, we will stay at quality inn again! Thank y'all!

I enjoyed our stay. Jets didn't work on the hot tub, but the pool was nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

About as close as you can get off the freeway, while still keeping everything we needed nearby. Good, quiet rooms and a great breakfast made our stay a treat.

Stayed one night with my partner while travelling through to the grand canyon. The location is great, walk to town ans lots to do in town in the evening. The beds are comfortable, clean and big rooms. The facilities in the room are great. However, breakfast was a joke! There is not enough space to fit everyone in. People walk by and bump your table while you try to eat. We were enjoying our breakfast and got asked if we are leaving because someone wanted our table. They continued to stand watching us eat because they wanted the table. My partner felt so uncomfortable because another lady wanted the table as well and was standing at the spare chair holding on to it observing us eating! My partner left her food, didn't finish eating and left. Breakfast facilities are horrible!

Go in to check in then told it's a different building. Not a big problem but we are on the 2nd floor with no elevator. It's not horrible but don't want to lug everything up and down stairs.

Altho in a great location and really clean rooms. Staff doesn't respond to calls of noisy neighbors. Breakfast one day was eggs and hot dogs. Yes hot dogs for sausage. Talk about cutting pennies.

Clean. Friendly staff even if they got confused about our room arrangements for a bit. Breakfast is decent. Pet friendly! Small TV in room. Firm beds but I liked it. Although not one single room in the hotel was cleaned at 230pm. They said they'd make sure our room would be clean by 3… came back at 330 and our room wasn't done until almost 4. A bit ridiculous but it was really clean.

The room was clean, warm and a good size. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We got a great rate with free delicious breakfast A+

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Could not hear people in the other rooms or outside in the hallways. Beds are comfortable and the water for showering gets super hot. There is no gift shop but there is a gas station next door that sells everything you could need. Plus there is a grocery store close by. The route to the Grand Canyon is very close by as well. Staff at hotel are super friendly greeting you as soon as you walk in. Breakfast is decent I've had better. I think that the eggs should definitely be REAL eggs instead of what they are using. Other than that it's the typical hotel food. Other options are right down the road a 1-2 min drive. Overall, my stay here was relaxing and comfortable and most importantly very affordable! I will definitely be staying at Quality Inn again.

Nice place. Clean room. Decent bathroom. Free breakfast. For 48$ a night I think it's a great value. I can't complain. I would come back.

If ALL you want is a bed to sleep on this place is for you. Jacuzzi closed for the season! Hello! This is Jacuzzi season! Light switch outside of the bathroom. Only one ice machine on property. Near the office. I was in a separate building! So I had to deal with 25 degrees if I wanted ice. Would I stay here again? No.

Oh my God! The best people work and stay here… I loved visiting this town… Great place to stay if you need a warm clean bed…

Nice place to stay for a Grand Canyon visit! Great value, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast! Also recommend checking out the town of Williams on old Route 66. (Cheaper gas than by I-40! )

It appears the place has been updated and then the carpet in the hallway was in dire need of cleaning…? Food stains, smelly, etc. We made a res for two queens and they asked to put us in a king room… ok… it was a handicap room and I am 5'9" in my stocking feet which required lots of bending for me. Then we are looking to relax and rest after a day at the canyon. Not to happen. Family in the next room with an adjoining door (with no insulation or sound proofing) to ours, had a child that had two sounds… loud and louder with parents that allowed the behavior… there were lots of bumping noises too. We got to sleep after they did but were awakened around 6 am to hearing every word the child and father were saying. I informed the front desk and all I got was "oh, that's too bad". And just so you are prepared, breakfast is "fat and sugar food" only… no fruit and good for you food. But enough sugary and prepared foods to keep the loud and louder kid going all morning The bed was ok.

We arrived late after a long day of traveling and visiting the Grand Canyon. Check in was easy and the gentleman even held the door for us as we exited the lobby to head to our building. The room was very clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of plugs with which to charge our electronic devices. Breakfast was good (typical fare). Check out was fast and staff was pleasant. Overall an excellent experience.

Located directly on the interstate hotel, there is only a slight background noise. The rooms are fine, the beds very good. The pool area quite nice. You could still work on breakfast.
The location for Grant Canyon is very good. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the park entrance.

It was nice, although, we turned the air conditioner had a really foul smell. They offered us a new room, but we were already getting settled, so they sent maintenance who cleaned one of the filters, my husband cleaned the other and it smelt better. The maintenance guy said the air conditioner was a new unit but it was very loud the entire night. The TV turned on randomly in the middle of the night, the screen was black but we could here it so we had to unplug the unit, it woke our baby up. The alarm clock wasn't set, the phone was unplugged when we got in. Breakfast: powdered eggs, sausage, very crowded breakfast area but seating outside was nice. The front desk staff was very nice. Only 2 restaurants deliver to this hotel: New China and Pizza Hut (which is across the street. ) Only one ice machine in the lobby, but the hotel is small so it wasn't too inconvenient. They have an outdoor pool and spa, small parking lot, limited sidewalks for luggage carts, pet friendly. The trashes throughout the hotel were overflowing in the morning, there was also trash on the ground throughout the property, although the room itself was very clean.

Okay hotel. First room we were put in had some crazy static. Couldn't touch a thing without getting shocked. When the front desk was made aware of it they first stated that they had no other rooms available. Once the front desk girl went to check the room and saw how bad it was she decided that there was a room open. Once we got to the new room it wasn't too bad. Pretty clean, beds were okay. A little pricey for what you get though.

The rooms were very clean and newly decorated. My 2 grandchildren loved the pool. The only thing I thought was lacking was that there werent enough tables in the breakfast room.

Overall, the hotel is considered good. Rooms: good. Location: satisfactory. Bed: satisfying. Bathroom: good. View: good. Pool: satisfying.

This hotel is cheap and completely ok for 1-2 nights.
The cleanliness can be improved, however, the view is excellent when the room is on the right side.

Checkin was quick. Arrived after 8 pm w/o reservation. Liked the easy access after a day of sightseeing at the GC. Rooms appeared updated; very clean.

Pretty rooms, but noisy. I couldn't sleep due to constant foot traffic overhead. Our room also had the flimsiest window lock ever which was unlocked when we came in. That plus a messed up security lock made me feel uncomfortable considering I was a woman traveling alone. I'd have loved to give the front desk some feedback but I was too annoyed watching the front desk manager checkout 5 people other than me while the clerk helping me was stuck with a broken computer and no help… for 15 minutes, and they never got around to asking how my stay was. Breakfast was a messy crowded affair with tasteless food that was rarely refilled and nowhere near enough seating. I'm exhausted after staying at this place. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had, and I really wish I'd gone some where else…

Me and my boyfriend were a bit sketchy about this hotel but ended up really surprised when we walked into our hotel room and found out that it was remodeled, bed is nice and clean and very comfortable, I really love that it is none smoking as well. The cute house keeping ladys were very sweet and helpful, they definately made sure our stay here was pleasant. Not to mention the wonderful desk attendants at the front, very nice and friendly. We were also very surprised on the different breakfast items you could choose from, there breakfast in the morning is awesome, and fresh. Thanks so much for the friendly service!

The room was nice but the complementary breakfast was way nicer than most hotels. It was really good breakfast.

Pretty decent budget motel within about an hour's drive of the Grand Canyon. Pool was closed due to the season, but rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast wasn't too shabby!

Room was clean and comfortable. Price was good. Plenty of space to park our pickup and livestock trailer. Enjoyed our stay.

When we checked into the hotel there was was a pair of dirty underwear hanging in the shower and the hand towels were dirty and looked like they had been used. I brought it to to the attention of the staff and they laughed and didn't even apologize. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and cleaniness of this hotel. Also the reception area smelled liked wet dog. I will not be staying there again.

Good location right off I-40, clean, comfortable room, nice variety at breakfast. Only negative for me, the Wi-Fi is horrible, little or NO SIGNAL.

This place was a godsend. We had been on the road for 18 hours, and had planned to stay in flagstaff. When we got to flagstaff all the hotels we packed, they had rooms avalible but nowhere for us to park our truck that was towing a car. We were exhausted bit continued down the road. We were going to sleep in the Luvs gas station parking lot, but happened to see this place. Ariana was the night desk attendant. She made our day because not only did she have a room available she let us park our truck and trailer in the front of the building and put us at ease by saying she would look out for our little dirt bike we had in the bed of the truck (we were worried about it getting stolen). The rooms are recently remodeled, very clean and beds comfy. As far as I'm concerned she deserves the customer service of the year award!

The management team at Quality Inn Williams AZ was very accommodating in my billing problems. They were swift and helpful in getting a fast turn around on what could have been a disaster. My wife and her sisters enjoyed their stay at this hotel and we highly recommend this hotel!

It is a Hotel very close to the town of Williams is very typical of the movies of US in the west zone. In this beautiful town in Arizona you can enjoy a multitude of places theme though, the hotel as such is not a wonder but the positive side is its great receptionists, room service and its fantastic and terrific restaurant.
