Fantastic Property with a great location off Old Highway 66. Centrally located with drive time to the Grand Canyon of about an hour with lots of things to do locally within the Williams city limits. The rooms were clean and the whole property was very inviting. I would be happy to stay at this location again in the future.

Everything is standard fare, however I notice the attention to detail to how they have the rooms prepared for guests. Looks cleaner than most Motel 6s I've been to. Only gripe is most of the rooms are upstairs and you have a lot of luggage to carry. Some might prefer being upstairs though.

They have ample parking and in the shade the bed is comfortable and the room is spacious but the bathroom is small and the tub in the room that touched us towards a noise as if it moved the floor.

Very spacious room, large bed (200x200) and comfortable, and everything was very clean, all with an economical price.

Is what it is. Good place to stay before visiting the Grand Canyon. I chose it because they are pet friendly and I was cruising the country with my husky. Affordable, you get what you pay for. Was updated inside and modern looking. Staff were very friendly.

Very light of hearing, but OK and good location.

This place was decent but they were priced $20 over what a normal motel 6 is. I'm assuming because it was so close to the Grand Canyon. Be prepared when you go anywhere near the Grand Canyon. You'll pay extra for the scenery. Most of the food around here was double what it should be.

Very good value for money. Well-equipped room, well-located.
No breakfast, although it offers the possibility of making coffee.

The motel was very reasonably priced and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helful. Would have liked 2 pillows and no spares were available. Complimentary coffee was available in the morning only and not great tasting. Overall great value for money.

Staff very friendly and helpful, Williams is a small beautiful town, the hotel is in a convenient location with parking, front there is a big supermarket, beautiful place, hotel with big rooms, beds a little uncomfortable but nothing serious, housekeeping to improve. Convenient location to visit the canyon.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very good. The downside is that it did not include breakfast, although it had a small dining room, microwave, coffee maker etc that came in very good.

Room spacious and comfortable, quiet, equipped, 1 hour from the grand canyon and close to the shops. Very charming and helpful staff.

I have subtracted a star to my rating because during my stay I was cold. The air conditioner despite putting it in heat was cold. Also the bed only had a very fine quilt, which made it go cold while sleeping. There were No extra blankets in the room.

The new look is refreshing. The room, including the bed, and bathroom were comfortable and clean. However, the sound traveled throughout the hallway and into the room — I could hear people talking and the ice maker disbursing ice throughout the night as though the people/machine were right next to the room (even though they weren't). The TV reception was spotty. Wi-fi worked pretty well.

The rooms were clean. The front desk person was very helpful. The location was great. If I ever go back to Williams Arizona I will only stay at Motel 6 EAST.

This is a good, very basic hotel with pretty much zero amenities, but the price reflects that. Very clean, in our experience. The mattresses are not great though, hard and thin. Not a problem for us but I know that can be important for other folks. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy walk to lots of Williams restaurants and shops, right across the street from a grocery store. Nice budget option, we would definitely stay here again.

Our reservations were messed up many times and still on the time of arrival they still couldn’t find us. When we got into the rooms we realized this is not where we wanted to stay. The room smelled like sewage. There were bugs in the room, no alarm clock, no Kleenex’s, no shampoo and to top it off the seal on the bottom of the door is torn off, the door doesn’t sit in the jam correctly you can see the hallway from inside our room and the door handle is taped together with scotch tape. The rooms were dirty upon arrival and when we tried to turn on the heat it smells of burnt something. We were also told to park in the east parking lot and when we tried getting into the hotel the door handle wouldn’t work. Appears there are many other hotels in town, I would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

I am a long time Motel 6 customer. They offer exactly what I'm looking for: an affordable, no-frills, quiet, clean room for a weary traveler to rest overnight. This site was one of the nicer properties that I've stayed at. Rooms are updated, free parking, coffee included in the morning, quick check-in and checkout. It's located around an hour south of the Grand Canyon.

Large rooms, free parking. Bathroom in separate room but sink in room. In the surroundings there is a large supermarket and restaurants. A good starting point to get to the Grand Canyon (by car about 1h). From Williams there is also a train that will take you directly to the Grand Canyon.

Always love staying here when we come to Williams. Very clean motel and unbeatable price. Front desk very friendly.

Williams is a great little friendly town. One hour from Grand Canyon and one hour away from Sedona. Grocery store is across the street with hot food and a lot of other stuff. You can literally walk across the street. The hotel is all indoor, which means your room door opens into an indoor hallway. Rooms are newly remodelled with flat screens and hardwood floors. They are pet friendly with no hassle, money or paperwork needed.

My experience was very pleasant, the only thing I didn't like was that there were no extra pillows. After driving 7 hours to get there it would have been nice to have extra pillows.

Went to polar express train ride stayed at motel 6 west they upgraded my room to there best and most popular room. Thank you Anet at the front desk. Open Ministries non denominational church Prescott Arizona! Will always be thankful for you God bless.

Good location, needs a better place to walk dogs but vacant area across the street worked out. Room was fairly clean, basic and fairly comfortable. Ok for an overnight stay.

Receptionist seemed pre-occupied with something and the welcome seemed more mechanical than warm but service was was to the point and we got our room without any problem. As a disabled vet I kind of wished a floor level unit had been available but it was not and it was an 'event' getting our luggage up to the room. Price reasonable. Rooms clean. Window stuck a bit. Probably the best motel we stayed in overall.

It was a 2 star experience. The water was hot, there were enough towels, and the place didn't have bugs. It's a Motel 6. What do you expect. No extra pillows and the beds were terrible, lumpy and… Basically just a box spring.

Bathtub facet had a leak, even when you turned the water off. The water leaking was hot and because of the sound, I had to shut the bathroom door. Whenever I opened it, it was hot and steamy (and not in a good way). Comforters on bed were also super thin. Should offer blankets.

Room was clean. Desk person when out of her way to help us to get a downstairs room. There were no luggage stands so suitcases went on floor. Bet were very hard Hotel was noisy. Room cost was very high… $129.00 per night. We had a 2 night reservation and left after 1 night. It has been awhile since we stayed at Motel 6. We have found places like Super 8 to be not much more for cost and more conformable.

We were greeted by a very rude young woman. She refused to check us in or to even check if our room was ready even though it was on 20 minutes before 3:00. My family went back to our car and waited. We went back in a little after 3:00. Again we were rudely told "it isn't 3:00 yet" I pointed out to her that her clock on the wall read 3:05. She then growled that she couldn't check us in until shift change. We do not often go on vacations and we chose this hotel do to the value and location. We truly could have done without the hateful attitude to begin our family vacation.

Very clean, recently renovated, great AC and very quiet on the second floor! Our keys had to be reset because all the doors were difficult to open. Right across from Safeway, which was very convenient. Motel 6 is the bare-bones motel (no shampoo, fridge, microwave, breakfast, etc) but our stay was very comfortable.

Just enter to Chequig we block 3 credit cards with what this implies because the girl did not know how to do well the operation of collection.

Very nice motel, with friendly staff. Beds and rooms were comfortable and quiet. Perfect place to stay to visit Grand Canyon. Only downside: no fridge in the room (but we could leave sandwiches at reception to be kept in a fridge before an early departure for the Canyon). Williams is a very pleasant little town to stay. Hotel is also well situated.

We went to visit the Grand Canyon which is about an hour and a half because they were not in Tusayan. Much better than others in the chain! Very new, spacious rooms, super good value for money (considering that in August, the prices of the rest were high in those areas) and good breakfast included. Quiet and very clean, with soap and towels. And I say this even when we were assigned a room of two for three, but the receptionist was very friendly and we solved it very quickly! He put an extra bed right away, because the hotel was complete and we could not relocate and we discounted $30 of the price. No bails like in other hotels and on top there was a small pool. Very nice as hotel by Paso! The village is very nice and authentic to visit.

When we arrived we got the room, despite asking for a non smoking room and signing a consent as we couldn't smoke our room smelt a lot to snuff, we said it at reception and they said they couldn't do anything, the next day we already They knew it smelled like tobacco.
It was quite annoying and we were not given any solution.

The hotel is very well located in one of the villages on Route 66 where you can enjoy a very pleasant atmosphere.
Highly recommended.

The evening Manager is superb! She was able to accommodate me with a 1st floor room, as I just had right knee replacement. Beds were hard though. We tossed and turned. And, no tissues in the tissue box. Loved hearing the trains! Reminded us of back in NJ when we lived there over two years ago. Would stay here again. Great value!

How motel meets expectations. The old and small bathroom. The furniture looks all very new, the mattress is on a wooden board and moves easily. Wi fi very good and new TV. At reception they don't speak Spanish but they called a housekeeping staff to help us out. The day we arrived rained and did not have a place to park and get to reception without getting wet. No Elevator, if you carry a lot of suitcases it's very awkward. To be a day is fine. I'd go back if I had to stay 1 or 2 days.

Cheap, but quite ok. No washing machine/tumbler available.

Good price performance. Clean. Extremely. An hour's drive to the Grand Canyon.

Wi-Fi not usable. Toilet was not cleaned properly. Otherwise OK.

Calcified faucet. Musty toilet. Otherwise everything is fine. Well suited to the Grand Canyon before arrival. Staff very friendly and helpful. The place is rather sleepy and has not all too much to offer.

Space for 2 beds was good for my family and large dog. My only complaint is the Internet was terrible.

Expected more from Motel 6. I realize that it is a budget motel, but some things should be a given in a motel. Quiet rooms is one of them. You won't find that here. Sound insulation is non-existant. You will hear every sound outside your door and in the room next to you as well. We picked this motel because of its proximity to the Grand Canyon Railway. Had we known ahead of time of the noise factor, we would have stayed somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly and had lots of information. The rooms were renovated but also not that great. The bathroom tub felt like you might fall through the floor. The rooms were very clean though and comfortable to come back to after a long day. It's located a short walk away from a lot of restaurants and across the street from a safeway. If you're looking for a cheap nights stay somewhere this is the place to go, just don't be expecting luxury.

Room was OK for price. Night manager was a grump. Thin walls.

Made a reservation. I show up and no one is in the front office so I had to cancel after driving across country! Im exhausted! How is there no one here! HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!

We made a last minute trip to the grand canyon and figured we'd stop at one of the motels for an overnite stay. The Motel 6 proved to be an good and comfortable choice for us. The checkin staff was great and had good recommendations for both supper and breakfast and was happy to assist us. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast coffee hit the spot. The house keeper was full of smiles and greeted us with a honest "good morning" as we prepared to leave and overall was a good stay.

Loved this Motel 6! You'd never know it was a Motel 6 by just looking at the rooms. If we get back to the Grand Canyon, we'll be staying here again!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel chosen for the low cost. Good location slightly out of the Centre of Historic Route 66 but a 5 minute walk. Good room and bathroom simple but furnished with new furniture. Good cleaning and linen, friendly staff. Fast Wi-fi and always working. Lacking hair dryer but just ask in reception and is delivered. Recommend this chain for a road trip with frequent displacements and short stays.

Last minute decision to stay in Williams after a day at the Grand Canyon! Motel 6 is doing a great job rehabbing their rooms. I love the no carpet, modern look — rooms smell and appear much cleaner and fresh! Great value and great front desk staff!

The hotel is clean, bare bones even for the brand. Be sure and bring along your own accessories (hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner). The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi is good and the room is clean. Our bathroom was extremely small and was difficult to move in and out of for some of our family. Front Desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Very helpful.

Good, friendly staff — cute motel. Right across the street from an old Dairy Queen — love it! The new rooms in the very minimal style with hard floors is WONDERFUL and so much cleaner etc. Very much enjoyed my stay — have already reserved for next year! :-)

Great value. Clean room. Redecoration is nice. A few blocks away from the concentration of Route 66 businesses but it's not that long of a walk. Safeway is conveniently across the street as is a Dairy Queen and a Conoco (gas/diesel). Overall I would say this is a great place to serve as a low-cost place to hang your hat while you're visiting the Williams area which includes, of course, the Grand Canyon. You could spend a lot more money to stay at a hotel closer to the National Park, of course but if your purpose is to spend you time at out of door either enjoying the scenery, shopping, or dining, then you don't need to have such a fancy place to store your luggage or to sleep.

Best Motel 6 I have ever stayed in and I used to stay in them regularly. No coffee in the rooms, but they were very clean and comfortable.

This place can be PRICEY! on the weekends or during events. The sign that says 50.00 a night was taken down finally, because every time we come through the rates as quoted has been 125 plus dollars for me and my wife and 18 month old daughter. This place is real NICE for a motel 6. In fact it's one of the best I've seen. You need deep pockets. To say here though.

I can not believe how inexpensive this place was. It's very nice and the most modern hotel (for 2-3 star) I've been to yet. Everything was clean, the flat screen TV had a HDMI outlet. Floors were laminate, not carpet, which was so nice. It smelled like pie when we got in. It's pet friendly and the front desk girl was so so so nice. It's not some high end hotel but it's a very cute clean hotel. I will stay here again.

Stayed during Memorial day long week end and I really loved it. It was a great experience. Rooms were in good condition, spacious, bed linens were good. Rooms seemed to be newly re-modeled. Front desk was very friendly and check in check out was quick. Went with my wife for one night stay on the way to Grand Canyon and I will recommend this to all my friends.
