It was overall great food service but the bartender at the Zane Grey room DID NOT KNOW how to mix drinks, even after accessing the internet on his phone the drinks sucked. I let the person who paid for this know because it was an open bar — company Christmas party.

My family truly enjoyed the lunch we had in the pub. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich l, chicken tender, and flagstaff sandwich were all very filling and full of flavor. Greatest birthday lunch ever.

Great murder mystery dinner theater.

This is not only historic, it’s a great place to stay and enjoy real hospitality. Great staff! Next time, we’ll be staying over a weekend so we can enjoy the Zane Gray Room.

Love the old time charm of this place. Staff was very kind and helpful. It’s a great location if you wish to enjoy a night in downtown Flagstaff.
Things I don’t like is you’re going to hear all the goings on at the bars until they close down for the night. Not a problem if you’re one of the ones closing the bars down. Bed was just ok. Would of appreciated ability to get news and sports on TV but amazon prime was nice.

Cool place upstairs bar. Overlooking the street. Great appetizers and cocktails. Never stayed at hotel, but it's on the bucket list. Step back in time!

Historic Hotel with 3 bars and a restaurant. Right in the middle of downtown, small but charming rooms and always had great service here. Upstairs bar has great balcony for people watching and a pretty good view of the peaks. Have stayed here and enjoyed the room even though it was small and kind of loud on weekends.

Josh needs a raise! The man is phenomenal with the highest level of customer service. The Gopher Hole was an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay! Our friends were getting married in the area and stayed at the hotel for their wedding night, so a group of friends did as well. Rooms are small, but well cared for and historic. Amenities were limited — no coffee maker or iron in the room. Fan and air conditioning was a plus! Check in took a bit because the checkin desk is not staffed. A little spendy (I’d say the rooms should be valued 15-20% less) but I recommend staying here. It’s historic charm and history is worth it!

Our server was prompt and just attentive enough. Our food order came quickly as did our beer. And speaking of beer, there’s a good selection of locally brewed craft beer. Definitely will return when we’re back in Flagstaff.

Sorry Charly… but I wouldn't serve this food to a hungry shark. Dog food jokes were made for the remainder of our trip.
This was a birthday/Easter dinner for my 6 year old, and while he sorta liked his kids meal chicken tenders, my husband and I thought the food was absolutely atrocious.
Hubby ordered the boneless wings (read: chicken tenders with wing sauce) and I ordered the $25 J. W. Sirloin, with the unfortunate burgundy mushroom soup as a first course — even the gnat that landed on the edge of the bowl didn't seem to want to dive in. I don't blame it.
I haven't had a steak that bad in years — not since I was served a grey filet at Applebee's. Our server Calvin was unsure of what kind of potato came with the meal, but did offer to find out — he got a 20% tip due to his accommodating demeanor. Please keep him; he was one of the better aspects of our dining experience (ambience being one of the others).
The mashed potatoes with melted cheddar-esque cheese half-hazardly melted on top were subpar, but arguably passed for edible. They were the star in this cluster of a meal.
The mixed veggies tasted strongly of sauté oil — very nasty sauté oil. There was an odd choice of crunchy papitas mixed in, as an afterthought take on 'southwestern'. If this is southwestern food, kindly shove it where the sun don't set.
The steak was rancid… I'm still amazed that even the blue cheese butter was disgusting. How does one mess up butter?!?

I enjoyed the old fashioned feel of this hotel — We stayed in one of the three rooms with the shared bathroom, which was really strange and not something I'd do again — but was a unique experience for us.
Upon making the reservation we were warned of the bars on site and that it'd be noisy; however, I didn't realize this also meant that there would be individuals allowed to wander the halls making excessive noise — that was frustrating.
The service in the restaurant was decent, the food was good but a tad overpriced for what we got.
The staff were mostly nice and we didn't have any specific issues or needs. Might give it another go, but stay in a room in a bathroom and heat — I was freezing at night.
