Room was freshly painted and had new Pergo floors, it was clean. Desk clerk refused to honor the price on the sign. There was no shampoo. Towels used the first night were not replaced on the second.

I've stayed at motel 6's in the past, but this by far was the worst experience I've ever had. The 1st room we wereally given had a dirty towels and a toilet that wasnt clean by evidence of what looked like feces. Once I reported it, the front clerk immediately changed our room. The 2nd room had a clean toilet, but that was all. We didn't get to inspect it like we should as we had an engagement but when we came back and peeled back the covets, the sheets had not been changed. On both beds! There was long brown hair all over the sheets, pillow cases and what looked like a pizza stain. We ended sleeping on top of the covers. We should have left but it was so late and we were tired. I understand its a motel, but simple cleanliness is still required. Even the soap in the plastic looked like it had been sitting there collecting dust. Overall, it was a disappointment and I wish I could get my money back. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it should be dirty. I challenge the management to spend one night in those rooms and see how they feel, if they could even stay without calling housekeeping to clean it all over again.

Do not I repeat do not stay here! Booked for 2 nights so I left my six pack of corona in the mini fridge! Come back from work thinking of a cold one and guess what! It disappeared into thin air! Called the front desk and they just made it seemed like if you leave something behind even if you book for 2, 3, 4, 10 days it will not be there if you leave your room unattended! Talk about worst customer service ever! Stay away from here!

We are staying in a double. The girl at the front desk when I checked in was extremely nice. I loved her. The room is very clean, the Wi-Fi is great. The cable is decent with a lot of channels. The air works good, but the sun is at the window for so much of the day, so the room isn't as cool as it should be, & we only had 1 towel in the room. I'm sure if we ask they will give us more though.

Staff was kind and efficient. The room was simple and had tv. The carpet appeared worn and was bubbled in areas. The bed was in decent shape. The sheets were clean.

Beware of staying here! This property charged my husband's card a whole year after we stayed here for the exact same amount that we paid when we stayed there last July. We called 4 times and each time we called there wasn't a manager there to take our call. To make it worse, the manager to this date STILL hasn't returned our calls and we still haven't received a refund. We escalated the issue to corporate, providing them with proof that we were double charged and still have not seen a refund. Terrible customer service! Terrible experience! They are scam artists for sure! We will never stay at another Motel 6 again! It's scary to think that a year after staying there they charged our card.

The new owner is a crook they overcharged are card 4 times and refuses to refund our money even tho he's undeniably wrong the proof is right in front of him. And before that he tryed to have us kicked out the night before saying we didn't pay when the police come and we showed them the proof they told him he had no choice but to let us stay but the fact that it came to that was absolute bs and then not only did we pay they overcharged us 4 times. This guy deserves to be in jail for fraud not own a business he's an idiot there's no way they'll be open much longer with management like that.

This is basically where the scum of Madison resides. There are frequent shootings, fights, and disturbing stuff happens there. There was a couple that were beating each other and I called the desk 3 times about it. It took the motel over a day and a half to resolve the issue. I was at one of the shootings and the GM blamed some of the guests for what? Almost being shot at because of their lack of security and negligence for the safety of guests. They also lied about having security on the premises. They allowed a group of people from waffle house to fight in the parking lot and shoot at thir guests and then blame the guests. If you have an officer on duty at all times then where the hell were they? The GM should be fired, this motel basically allows a bunch of criminals to reside there cause theyre broke. I wonder why, the management sucks. Even the madison police told me that place is for scum. Piss poor rooms and management. Dont stay here unless you want to be killed.

Convenient location and decent rooms. Definitely needs work. Loose railing on top floor and some stairways closed down.

The blood stains on the carpet give this place a nice touch. There's no alarm clock either. The TV is very small. I would never recommend this place. Even for the price. They're disgusting. Especially when they don't even bother cleaning up a big blood stain. Also check out is 11 not 12 like they have on the door and they're extremely rude about it. Do not come to this place.

The Motel 6 in Madison, AL is in poor condition. There is water damage to the structure of the wall in our room. The nearby staircase going to the second floor had been taped of, as it appeared ready to collapse. I will not be staying there again.

$35 a night including tax for clean room is great value. Not a fancy place, basic minimums covered. It has free Wi-Fi. Very friendly staff. No alarm clock, old CRT TV. Well lit parking lot.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Rooms are outdated and could use a face-lift. Non smoking rooms have been smoked in, even has an ashtray with a nonsmoking sign in it. No joke, and ashtray with a no smoking emblem. Lol. But for sub $40 price range we know it's not going to be the idea hotel, but it is clean.

The room was ok until I decided to get a second night, was gone 3/4 of both days I was there and the second day I go to charge my phone and my charger went missing. Because I had decided to get another night I left everything in the room. I had searched the entire room and I even pulled everything out of my truck and still not there. Then the staff said because I had a dog they didn't mess with my room… how am I supposed to know that the staff or the other tenants didn't go into my room, half the camera's at the hotel didn't work and the doors don't shut completly. I would never stay at that motel6 again.

Stayed at this property in the past and was disappointed how it has degraded. Numerous cigarette burn holes in the bed spreads. The TV (old) barely worked, lost signal numerous times, and the channel selections were very limited. Coffee in the lobby was very weak and barely drinkable. The price I reserved the room for on line was less than I had to pay and was blamed on the website not being up to date (? ). Very disappointing to say the least.

This room was MORE than a bargain for what I paid for it. I got good, clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations for a bargain price. I will stay there again and have already recommended it to other people.

Had a wonderful stay here overall. Very quiet and no drama. I want to make a special thanks to Sue, KJonn and Caricca. They each were wonderful and helpful thank you guys so much as well as the maintence guys, they were fast and efficient. You guys definitely made me feel at home, gave me lots of laughs, and helped my time here go by much smoother. Thanks for being so kind and helpful.

The floor had multiple stains, some of which had made the carpet stiff in areas as if they had not been properly cleaned or perhaps cleaned at all. In addition the area behind the mattress was littered with flower petals and dead bugs. We also found a can of Dinty Moore soup under the edge of the comforter that had remnants of soup and meat in it on the floor. Had the bed actually been attended properly this should have been easily found as there is no way for it to get under the bed since there is a barrier. We also found a urine stain on the sheet of the bed, further implying the room had not been properly cleaned (was the bed even stripped and re-made from the last visitors in the room? ). The bed itself was practically falling apart as every single spring in the mattress would creak and crunch whenever we made the slightest move on it, along with having a broken frame in the lower corner that made it unsafe to sit or lay near, resulting in the single worse sleeping experience in a motel in my entire life. On top of all this the bathroom had urine splattered on the wall around the toilet and the opposite wall and the fan would rattle so loudly we couldn't keep it on during or after our showers in the morning. Furthermore the heating and a/c unit was impossible to set properly and would rattle uncontrollably whenever it turned on, adding to the impossibility of sleep.

Stinks but bathroom was clean TV dusty carpet dirty no iron, but you get what u pay for glad we only needed to take a shower.
