As far as the staff and the friendliness they were awesome! But unfortunately when I checked my room after arriving I pulled back the cover and pillows and there was a baby roach crawling around and a larger roach begins the bed! I reported and they sent house keeping to change the beds and also to spray! 👀 As if I was gonna stay in a room where roaches were found and fresh roach spray 👀! My response was OH NO you'll will have to move me and they did expediently across the hall! If I had a vehicle I would've requested to be moved to one of there sister hotels but unfortunately I didn't have a vehicle and the event that I was attending was being held there! So I felt almost safe again after being moved and I looked around and didn't find anything! Well low and behold Saturday night while getting in the bed, I looked and on the other bed a baby roach was crawling around! I was finished after that! Wasn't no need to move at this point because I would be flying out @5:00 am! So they offered me $10 off of each night👀👀👀😳! Moral of the story I wouldn't ever do business with them again! People please stay woke when checking into these hotels check your beds, closets, dressers, bathroom etc! Don't assume that it's immaculate! Happy Friday! warm regards, Latrella Ardis.
