Great team working together. Very accommodating helpful and through.

Bed was comfortable, room clean.
looks very worn in the room (room 328). Very stained and soiled, worn out carpeting, window curtain sheers were thread bare and ripped, desk chair was worn and ripped, only stocked with decaf coffee, no laundry bags in the closet.
place badly in need of and overhaul / remodel.
HVAC system, plumbing and bed were fine, which are the basics I used. Is not worth this market pricing they ask for it. Thank goodness I saved with discounting on Priceline. Com.

Touring comedian Kurt Green stayed here recently after a performance nearby, and they were very glad they did! The rooms were perfect after a long day on the road and performing, very clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough to stream netflix before falling asleep. Waking up to a free breakfast is always a treat as well, it really makes the day better! If you’re touring or performing in the area you should be staying here!

The Country Inn and Suites in Dothan was welcoming as soon as we walked in, with hot coffee and cookies ready to fuel us up. We loved the indoor heated pool (open til midnight! ) and exercise room and they conveniently put our room next to the ice and vending machines for easy access. The room was very comfortable and smelled really fresh as soon as we entered, and their location is right in the middle of lots of restaurants, shops and more.

Very disappointing. Dirty rooms, Filthy stained carpet, dirty coffee pot that had dried coffee in the bottom,, black mold in the bathtub, thick dust in the heating unit so bad I kept sneezing. No internet service in the room and we were close to the reception area! Breakfast was not very good, stale mini cupcakes. The hallway smelled really strong with marijuana! It was so bad it filled the entire downstairs including the reception area! The positive was Fresh coffee at al…l times, scrambled eggs were good, Soft beds and pillows, strong water pressure, and roll away beds. I would not stay here again. We stayed 3 nights.

I got a chance to stay at The Country Inn And Suites last night and I was satisfied. The room was clean and spacious enough for me. There are many restaurants in the area and easy to find. The hotel featured an indoor pool and fresh cookies. Two thumbs up you guys.

Do not waste your money. Have stayed at a half dozen or so County Inn's and always pleased. This one is not just a bad Country Inn, it is worse than any hotel at a third of the price. Cold coffee, sour milk, microwave hash browns and overall a staff that seems to not want to be there. Most unaccommodating stay anywhere ever.

As a gold club member I was very disappointed. Noname recognized, no gift bag in room. Had to ask for gift bag at desk. The two items in bag we're both out of date. The pretzels were from last year. All of the other Country I'm locations that I have stayed at are head and shoulders above the rest. Bathroom floor was not cleaned any day that I was there. Just not up to a Country Inn standard compared to others. Probably won't stay here again!

King suite is great, housekeeping is awesome! No spa and the pool has a serious chemical imbalance along with a loud continuous squealing coming from the chemical room.

King suite is wonderful, housekeeping is amazing, breakfast at 8:30 had an ok selection but hot plate was full of cold eggs, sausage, and pancakes (definitely going with waffles tomorrow) pool has a definite chemical imbalance, odor is so strong eyes were burning and watering, then something behind a door stating “chemical room” had this horrible continuous loud squealing noise! Very disappointing.

Clean and abundant amenities, comfortable beds, great showers, friendly staff and complementary breakfast every morning. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Everything was exceptional. Only complaint was the comforter was a bit lumpy… but very clean, and the coffee maker needed a thorough cleaning. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Location is convenient on Ross circle. Any corporate entity is in reach within minutes. A little on the older side. Breakfast is usually eggs and biscuits. Friendly staff. The manager is really friendly. Small pool. More for kids to play. Slow elevator (Not important with only 3 stories). Lots of parking opportunity.

Very Clean Hotel. Some Staff Was AMAZING some was Not. I called and Made a Reservation and Had ask for and extended check out for the next day Due Having Surgery. Made sure At Check-in that The Details Had been Noted On Our Reservation. The Next Day After First Part Of Surgery. I Called As We Headed Back To The Hotel to Double Check Extended Checkout. Was Informed All Was Well. My Mother And I Got Back To The Hotel And Was Told That Our Room Was Being Cleaned. I Ask If House Keeping Could Circle Back To Our Room. We Would Only Be Here For About 45mins. We are Allowed Into Our Still Paid For Room Only To Be Called 10mins Later Asking Us To Get Our Possessions And To Leave The Property. I Ask What This Was ALL About To Be Told That The Manger RANDY BROWN wanted us out of the room. I Am Very Respectable Person. I walked Up to The Front Desk And Asked To Speak To The Manger And He Refused To Speak To Me. Be Aware This DOTHAN AL. Location manger randy brown is the reason for the 1 star review!

Entire facility needs updating. Carpet really needs replacement. Biggest problem was the internet was terrible. I only got connected 1 out of 5 nights but needed help to do that much. I finally gave up and decided to move to another hotel for my remaining 10 days. On the plus side Home Depot was right next door and several restaurants were within walking distance.

Nice hotel and friendly staff, but main reason for choosing this hotel was for the heated pool, it was COLD and had little pieces of trash floating all around inside it, we heard other people staying at hotel commenting about it also, we mentioned it to clerk and she said she would report it. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. VERY comfortable bed and room Very clean.

Staff is great. Rooms are pretty decent. Bed is a little lumpy for my tastes and the same can be said about the pillows.

My husband and I spent our 53rd anniversary at this hotel. Everyone was super nice; we really felt pampered. The indoor pool was very clean, and a family with children was able to enjoy it even though it was 45 degrees outside. The hot breakfast was very good, and the staff was eager to help us with our questions about local spots we wanted to visit. The room was very comfortable, and the bed slept better than our bed at home! We will be going there again when we're in Dothan.

We stay here often. This is our hotel of choice when we come to Dothan. Always clean and comfortable. Heated indoor pool is great. We love the king rooms with jacuzzi tub in room! Beds are very comfortable and fresh, crisp sheets and comforter every time. Staff is always polite and kind. Reservation service is very helpful and we have never had an issue booking. Overall great hotel, no complaints.

Falsely advertised room but made it right after we brought it up by moving us to a suite. The "heated" pool was cold but the rest of the experience was good. Quiet and clean, breakfast was good and had a decent variety. Beds and pillows were comfortable and shower was normal for a hotel.

Advertise heated indoor pool. They keep the water way to cold. Was not able to enjoy pool AT ALL. I have been to many hotels with indoor pools during cooler weather and this is the only one I've ever complained about. I chose this hotel just for pool.

Getting in late, it's great to start your day with a workout. While many hotel fitness centers have a treadmill or two, the Country Inn has more, allowing you to get some weight training in as well as cardio. Breakfast was filled with options and well stocked throughout the morning. Just as importantly, the area was kept clean, which is tough so many guests coming through. The room was spacious and comfortable. Whether relaxing watching TV or working at the desk, the area was laid out well. Our client got a great night's sleep, We thank the Country Inn & Suites for taking care of our client and look forward to sending more clients to this property.

My husband and I had a terrible experience. We rented a king whirlpool suite over $100 a night celebrating our anniversary while traveling passing through Dothan. We checked in late in the middle of night. Due to a family reunion it was loud and twice in the middle of the night someone knocked on our door looking for their cousin, that was not the hotels fault however they could have been more understanding the next day. The Next day at checkout time we were very tired and my stomach was upset. I called the front desk to inform them we were running behind. Even after calling I still received two calls to our room and a visit from staff which delayed us even further checking out on time. A really rude guy named Juan beat on our door and told us it was check out time I told him they were harassing us and we were trying to get our things together ”I even washed out the whirlpool for the maid”, he raised his voice at me and told me 12:00 was hotel policy and he was going to charge us another night. He was not tactful and definitely not courteous. When we actually checked out and got our checkout receipt it was only 12:20! The parking lot was empty and no one was waiting on the room it was just hotel staff being uptight jerks for no reason at all! Terrible very stressful experience!

As I pulled into the parking lot it looked to be the back of the building but it wasn't. It was the front door without a covered entrance and a few people outside in chairs smoking. That aside, the room was nice and it was clean. The breakfast was just adequate but missing the staple biscuits and gravy.

Laundry room good beds and good breakfast. Weekday breakfast not as good as weekend but still nice to not have to go out every morning and buy food. Over all nice place.

I was passing through Alabama on my way to Florida and I decided to spend the night in Dothan. I am so glad I chose the Country Inn & Suites! I cannot recall a better experience in any hotel in any city! At check-in, the GM was offering suggestions on things to do in the area that evening, which really helped since I had never been to Dothan before. Then… we I got to my room, I realized I had been upgraded to a jacuzzi suite! The room was perfect… plenty of space… the bed …was so comfortable that I hated getting out of it in the morning. The Wi-Fi was fast and free… the shower was amazing, plenty of hot water and pressure. I hate when I get a hotel and the shower is bad, not an issue here. Just terrific! And, the jacuzzi? oh man, that was a welcome treat! I chose to sleep in since the bed was so awesome, so I missed the breakfast, but compared to everything else at this property, I can only assume that it was outstanding as well. If my travels take me back through the Dothan area, I will definitely stay at this Country Inn & Suites again! A total homerun!

We were lucky enough to get a day off while performing downtown and loved it here! The location was perfect for local restaurants and sight seeing. The room was great, quiet and comfortable. There was a free breakfast in the morning too!

Definitely NOT a $100 room! The room was spacious. However, the bed was not comfortable as it sank in the middle. The office chair in the room was torn up and had exposed foam all over it. The carpet was old, worn out, and very dirty. The rest of the furniture was nice, though. Definitely liked the amount of convenient plugs. The customer service was disappointing as we were not even asked about our stay upon checkout! Not the best Country inn that I have stayed at at all.

You have countless options within walking distance from the hotel. Aside from it's location, the hotel has an incredibly friendly staff and my room was comfortable and clean. Big king size bed and plenty of outlets for your electronics. Free breakfast in the morning. Since I'm a comic, I don't really wake up early. Again, no worries here, breakfast served till 10:30am on Saturday. Nice work out room and great indoor pool for recreation and exercise. Loved my stay.

This is the best place ive ever stayed the rooms clean and comfortable the staff is great very friendly and helpful the general mananger Randy Brown treats us like family he does everything possible to help you and make you comfortable and happy I cant imagine any high priced hotel being as great as this place is. Country Inn is the best place you will ever stay you wont be dissappointed im really amazed that this day and time you can find this kind of service and quality especially for the cost. Great place to stay — staff is very nice and friendly — There is also a pool and a place to workout if you choose to do so. There is a wonderful complimentary breakfast. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. The rooms are very spacious and there is free internet with great service. Great place to bring your family or to stay while on business.

Awesome stay! Clean and comfy beds and rooms that are very spacious too. The gym has cardio equipment, a cable machine, towels, and waste fountain. There's also an indoor pool. The hot breakfast buffet is delicious with different selections each day. One day was omelets and biscuits. The next day was corn beef hash and sausages. They also have other healthy options too. Will stay again!

I was looking forward to visiting this hotel on our trip until I called the hotel directly and spoke to the front desk. She was very short with me, acted as if she did not want to be bothered by my concern. I was trying to confirm that the room I booked thru expedia was the same as the room they reserved. She was not helpful at all and did not even try to be. She told me Expedia would have to discuss the reservation with me that what she had read to me was all that she could access. So I called Expedia explained my concern and the representative so graciously helped me to book with another hotel that was willing to answer my questions politely. BTW if you have more than 6 guests regardless of ages you might want to look elsewhere. According to the lady I spoke with, only 5 guests are allowed due to fire safety.

We stopped here for the night on our way from TN to FL for family vacation. Clean rooms, nice staff, and an indoor pool/hot tub. The suites have a sleeping room and a living room area separated by a door, which is perfect for separating kids. Plus there is a Cracker Barrel next door that you can literally throw a rock at and hit so dinner was an easy option. We'll do this one again.

Wow what a nice hotel with an elevator. The hotel was pretty nice with the pool, the hot tub, our bedrooms and our bathroom is with shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, the sink, a shower and the toilet and that was on summer vaction.

Had a great weekend get away with my wife and the stay here could not have been better. Great staff. Highly recommend this hotel for any occasion.

This is a very clean hotel and the staff courteous. The breakfast is on par with other hotels that provide breakfast. It is within walking distance of Panera, Cracker Barrel, Chilis and a nice Publix Grocery store that had soup, salad bar and other ready to eat meals. This hotel is a wooden structure not cement. If you are a light sleeper you may want to stay on the third floor. I was woken at 1:30am by what seemed like a team of elephants entering the room above me. Other than this my stay was pleasant and I will stay there again.

Clean. Leann at the front desk was super sweet. But the carpet in the room needs to be replaced — — and the foldout bed too.

The rooms are good, but the high speed network does not work very well, myself and others that I work with are unable to get on to check E-mails or complete expense reports that we have to do every week.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at if you are in the area. The rooms are very nice, the building is very nice, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast was great, and most importantly it was very very clean! If ever in the surrounding area and needing to stay overnight, you cannot go wrong here.
