Uncleanlinesses, unfriendly, & unprofessional. Rude management who cares nothing about concerns of guest and uses personal Facebook account to argue with customers. Not only did we come in to the room to be greeted with a wrong room assignment that was previously paid for a week in advanced we also came into dirty beds/linen. See picture. I hope they consider some managerial role changes because the managers here show no care for guest concerns and are dishonest and do not keep their word.

Great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Only stayed overnight for a doctors appointment but wished I could have stayed longer.

We had a great experience. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Only complaint would be the elevator made an awful noise. That being said, I believe one lady found Jesus when it made the noise. She was calling out to him!

Staff was very friendly and attempted to appease the needs of my granddaughter, who is a very picky eater period. The rooms were spacious and clean, and very comfortable.

Too tired to make our original destination, we stopped here for the night. Kim at the front desk was very helpful. There is a little street noise but acceptable. We had a restful night, a hot breakfast, then back on the road!

Very clean, and well maintained inside and out. Very friendly staff and atmosphere, pet-friendly yet quiet. Also the hotel is near several large outlets and restaurants.

Room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was divine! Cannot rave enough about Cheryl at the desk! She and my daughter laughed and joked all day! Cheryl was friendly and just all around bubbly personality that definitely made our stay better!

The front desk was very kind to us and made check in easy. Our room already had the ac running so it was comfortable. The room was clean and had a lot of space. We had two queen size beds but they seem smaller than the queen we have at home. There was a small sitting area with a pull out couch. The closet is a nice size with an iron and ironing board. Also a coffee maker with coffee grounds, mini fridge, and mircowave. The room also has plenty of places to set up a laptop or work area and outlets. The breakfast was good they had a lot of options.

Large comfortable cool rooms. The new manager was very professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend a stay here. I will return!

Nice front desk sraff, updated decor, but there was a dirty wash cloth left in our room. The front desk staff did call and apologize.

Room was very comfortable. However, there were temporary setbacks. A group of kids were playing tag throughout the hotel and grounds until around 11. Then, an overnight power surge took out the hot water heater, so tepid showers all around. Any other night, this would have been an excellent stay, so taking off a star for the experience, not the hotel itself.

Just left the hotel 4/14/18. Manager last night was rude-couldn’t find our reservation and accused us of not making one. Finally found the right button to push I guess because it popped up. Then she accused us of just making it! Very sad representation of Comfort Suites! Talked to other guests this morning-same rude experience.

Horrible check-in clerk. I checked in at 7:30 PM. Clerk mumbled something and I said "excuse me". She took a step back, rolled her eyes and said "calm down girl. Everything will be alright". Extremely rude. Had to come up and down elevator 4 times to get my room key activated. No AC in room, just blew air. No hot water when taking a shower. It was like warm.

Very clean room, no complaints with the service, and the beds were completely clean and freshly washed. You may want to bring your own pillows, though.

Most employees here r nice & very helpful. There r a few sour apples but u find them every where u go. But I love my room, its pretty much set up like a lil home away from home. Ill Defently b back.

I had a great stay. The Manager Pam was very friendly as well as the other team members that I encountered. The breakfast was hot and there were many options. Nearby to a few places for dinner and shopping. My room was clean and comfortable. Thank you I will be back again soon.

I stayed here over the holiday with my family. There was good and bad. We were transferred to the front desk from reservations due to a mix up and the reaction from the female that answered was bland and unhelpful. However, we were greeted warmly by someone else when we arrived and that made me less apprehensive. Breakfast was good and there was a decent variety of items. The first morning the person attending the breakfast area was pleasant and cheerful. The next day the attendant was rolling her eyes at people, sighing and giving off a general air of disdain. I understand she was working the front desk as well as the breakfast area and that it was Christmas day but it just made my family uncomfortable. You could tell she didn't want to be there (I get it, it is the holidays. ). We headed out to see my family for an hour before coming back to check out and found ourselves locked out of our room an hour before check out time. Same female at the desk as at breakfast didn't apologize or even attempt to really speak to us. If I didn't know she was the same person that was so uncaring on the original phone call I would have excised it due to being at work on Christmas but I feel like this is her daily. She really needs to work on her people skills. The room was clean and the rest of the staff were great. The only other thing I would say is that if you have a dog walking area with a waste station then you need to empty it.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay during work or vacation. Close to restaurants and a Wal-Mart is nearby. Kinda hard to see from the road. Staff was friendly. The concession here is pretty expensive, but they have free breakfast. Washer and dryer here for doing your laundry and a nice gym. Highly recommended!

Awesome spacious rooms, great beds and pillows, super nice staff. There was a good breakfast but the time changed and I didn't get it but once. Clean.

The service is nice, they always do room service and the people are kind. They have breakfast every morning and is usually different everyday. The air conditioning is all nice and cold. It has three stories and bathrooms, ice machines, water fountains, etc.

Very disappointed In the quality. I've stayed at many comfort suites and NEVER experienced the nastiness I experienced here. When I very nicely brought this to the attention of the staff they suggested I put another set of set on top of the bed to sleep. The gentleman also stated they was all booked up and had no other rooms to offer. So my son slept on the floor that night. The next morning I brought this to the attention of the manager and when I showed her these photos she said "I can't verify that this is our hotel room" I said to her can I go to the room to show you what I'm talking about (mind you I had JUST checked out 5min ago) she said no I can't let you back in the room.

Sad place to stay. General manager Pam Kitchens is the most obnoxious person I've ever met. Very rude. Makes a lot of racial slurs in front of Caucasian descent people thinking we would agree to the n — — word. Thankfully people like me do not think that way. Front desk clerks are polite. General manager shouldn't be working in a public sector. She said the owner is a Russian terrorist. That's sad she represented as a choice advantage specialist.

Staff are sweet and professionally friendly. The general manager makes racial slurs and yell at all the employees. Pam Kitchens need to work where they're not humans involved. She raises her voice too much to the people who pay high dollars to stay there. Stay here if it's an emergency due to weather. Stay where you will be respected. This hotel makes choice hotels a bad name.

Great stay! Room was nice. Pool was small but really nice. Overall excellent service.

Very honest and friendly staff! Stayed here on an overnight on our way to Florida. We needed to leave early so was going to miss breakfast. The reception clerk heard our conversation and gave us 2 "to go" bags for breakfast for our departure. In a rush to leave early, I left my favorite necklace in the bathroom. Called the hotel and it was turned in to the Manager's office. Will definitely stay here again!

Wi-Fi didn't work. Walls were thin so you heard every conversation that passed by.

Kids riding bike in hallway and playing soccer all over hotel stoping around all night I will not ever stay there again I complained to management and they would not do anything the biggest waste of 150.00 I have spent on a room in a long time.

The rooms were OK for the price. The elevator and hallways smelled of Roach spray and cigarettes. There was a hole in the floor near the second floor elevator that was simply carpeted over.

Arrived last night tired. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Came up to room with wife and daughter and everyone got ready for bed. I started ac set it to 60 degrees, wife noticed unpopped popcorn on floor next to bed, hair in sink and stained wash cloth on towel rack. We decided not to complain as we were tired and already in night clothes. All fall asleep only to toss and turn all night due to room never cooling down. Room never dropped below 76 or so degrees. I am a diamond choice privileges member and stay with choice properties most of the time. This hotel has let me down greatly. We normally stay at the sleep inn up the road and will return there from now on.

Arrived quite late but the reception staff could not have been more helpful, accommodating and courteous. The room was lovely and bathroom spotlessly clean. Great breakfast too. Would recommend and stay again. one small point although not the hotels fault was the cost of a taxi to the airport. $20 and it is only 4 miles. Maybe the hotel could offer a shuttle for business customers.
