Renting a room for $350 a week. Very clean and spacious the room has two beds, one in a private room. Two TV's. Two dressers, a small kitchenette with a two stove burner, microwave, full sized fridge and freezer, sink. Tons of cabinet space. A dining table with chairs couch and a coffee table. Really great for a few people who need a place to stay that's great. It has a pool. The staff is professional and extremely helpful.

Great Rates and very clean rooms. They have a Great non-smoking policy and the are friendly and courteous. The 2 bedroom suite is very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend InTown Suites to friends and colleagues.

I have been on a spiritual journey for the last 14 months. I ask God to order my steps. I've traveled all over the USA and it has been wonderful. I rate this a five star because when I got here it was like coming home. I know you expect certain things when you pay for it like cleanliness safety courtesy but you get something money can't by here. It feels like coming home to family here. The true care and love the staff put into this little slice of heaven kind of rubs off on all the guest making it a larger family. I love the staff and highly recommend you stop and rest here a while you won't regret it.

This place fit our needs perfectly. We worked night shift. It was nice and quiet. The staff was friendly. The laundry facility although not large, was nice and worked well. The beds were great. Very comfortable. No complaints really. A well kept hotel with decent amenities at a good price.

Wonderful, professional staff. They went above and beyond several times for us several times. Hotel is in a good location, lots of restaurants and stores in the immediate vicinity. If our work takes us to Decatur in the future, we will stay here again.

This place sucks. Debbie will lie to you over the phone about working with you on cleaning the rooms while working nights, but my room had not been cleaned in 2 weeks and counting. I'm moving on see ya! Sorry management. This place sucks.

The room was not what it showed to be in the photo. Looks can ve deceiving. The lady working was not accommodating and actually lied to a call to the manager about our complaint. The manager was trying over the phone to accommodate. We settled for less still and to top it off we were called twice rudely asking if we didn't commit to extend at that moment we wouldn't be able too… The guests are friendly the lady working their is NOT!

Office closes at 7pm. When I made my reservation I informed booking agent I would be a late arrival. No one was there so my sister and I had to wait for 30 min in a parking lot at midnight for someone to show up. There were no linens on one of the beds, entire place smells like cigarettes, our room smelled like cigars. No elevator so if you have a lot of luggage get a first floor room. Rooms are cleaned only once a week! You have to empty your own trash and carry your used towels, linens to the laundry and ask for replacements. Water pressure is minimal for showering. The only shining star is the front office clerk, Sheila. She is very polite and courteous.

The entire place smelled like cigarettes! All of my things smelled like cigarettes when I left and I don't smoke. There were dirt tracks on the steps in the hall and stains on the chair in the room. The staff was nice but. Pass on this place!

The place it self is lovely but the so called high speed Wi-Fi is kinda bad, for online gaming is not good at all cant even connect. The location is good but also kinda hidden.

They were horrible all they want is money and bugs was all though there.

They are rude, they go through your things, they are ugly to children I did not enjoy my experience here.

Overall the place was very run down. Clearly the hallways had never been vacuumed and commonly smelled like smoke. The front desk was not very helpful. For a room that occupied 4 people we were only given/allowed one room key. Would NOT recommend staying here.

Terrible place with rude staff. There are many good places to stay in Decatur and this is definitely not one of them.

Excellent place to stay. They just need to fix their back door that won't open even with a key.

My son stayed here for a month and loved it! I visited and it was nice.

Okay room. Has a bad roach problem at the hotel. They don't clean up like they should.

Very nice hotel. The staff is awesome and understanding. I have stayed in hotels from coast to coast this may not be the Hilton, but at least you don't have to be confined to your room with outrageous rules! They have gas grills, laundry facilities, HD tvs, full size refrigerators, stove tops in every room, restaurants all around, but best of all great personalities. If I'm ever back in decatur I'll definitely be staying here again!

The best hotel I found in this area. The full kitchens are the best as I'm into fitness and I don't want the junk from the fast food places. New carpet in rooms is nice. No elevator, but theres only 2 levels to this hotel. The maintenance guy is the Best. Driven, motivated, and had a nice smile. Best place for me.
