Great place. Well kept. Beds a little hard but nice. Breakfast was great.

There were knat's flying around our room. Our used towels were removed, but not replaced. There was no management present to help the sole employee working while the hotel was at full capacity. There was a dead mouse at the back door going out to the pool that was there our entire 2 night stay.

Room was really clean. Only problem was the TV wasn't really updated. Really bad looking SD channels. One faucet handle on the kitchenette sink didn't work. Not deal breakers but still shouldn't be present.

New renovations, very comfortable, very nice staff! Highly recommended!

Let's see… I called to book an extra night in advance. Call center didn't understand English, spelled my name 3x. Then I gave up, called front desk… I told them I wanted to buy another night. So after figuring out stuff, they were going to set that up so I didn't have to move between rooms… They then dropped/disconnected the call 3 times. "We are busy. " I guess too busy for customers. The lady booking me had an interesting passive attitude. Fridge in the room was warmer than the room. Room was hot on arrival. We set the air to 60f. Over the whole time that air conditioner only dropped temp to 70. Could barely sleep because how loud it was, and I saw nasty stuff in the ac unit… Next day, the Alabama Jubilee Hot Air balloon… Breakfast at Baymont is usually good. The biscuits were stale, crunchy. 87 health score too… Nobody took the trash oh in front of the hotel lobby. Wow. After the hot air balloon stuff I get a call asking why we have not removed our stuff for the room. Whaaaat. We prepaid both days, same room. So we went back, special trip due to my diabetes medicine, and due to them disregarding the do not disturb sign. I could have been naked eating donuts! Lol!. Had to get new keys. They acted like I was accusing them of stealing, but I didn't say that. I told them my meds have to be stored properly, just checking on them. When we arrived, the guy at front desk pretended to not know who I am, and yes, he was who called me. He fesses up.

We were met with a very helpful and friendly staff… the room was clean and fresh.

The hotel was good, but the single bed rooms have no refrigerator or microwave.

Great place to stay staff IS very friendly and when I asked to be moved to room with microwave and fridge they did it no question ask, and the dinner in the evening was a plus, Will definitely stay when I come back.

The service was rude, they gave us the wrong room and the beds were full sized not queen that we offered for.

I stayed here a lot while working at the Nucor Steel — Steel Mill up the road. I still go back there when in the area. One of the first place I stayed at that had the "Guest Night" with free drink and snacks, also milk and cookies at bed time. Haven't been here in a while I hope they are still doing it. Thought it was nice/cute gesture on their part.

Extremely polite staff, well-kept room and a great breakfast. The only drawback was the coffee that came with the room; it was NOT good. Other than that, I would recommend.

The hotel needs a bit of updating. For the price, fresher pant and non-damaged walls and appliances would be nice. Breakfast was good thoighvand the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Parking lot was cramped for parking and maneuvering. It somewhat difficult to find at night since it was surrounded by other businesses and it was my first time in the area. It is outdated on the inside (carpets, walls, lounging area, etc. ). The suite was nice, but there were too few outlets for the average amount of electronics one person carries, much less if a family were to have stayed.

Woke up in the middle of the night covered in bedbug bites. Do not stay here. I was here when you were getting new beds. I got a room that had a new bed. I have pictures of them on the bed, and my bites. Would you like to see them?

Clean, affordable rooms. Breakfast was great and customer service is tops. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible Hotel, Smelt Bad, Dirty, Stains on carpet, stained bedding, poorly kept up, staff nor management care about the quality of the hotel nor the first experience. Pool was horrid. Paint chipping off walls, torn wallpaper. I would rate this hotel a "0". Terrible weekend experience l.

I really like it here. Come to see family. Nice place to stay. A little bit expensive. But very clean very nice people. Free breakfasts in snacks so I guess it makes it for the extra money.

The staff are very nice and the rooms are clean. The sleeper sofa in rooms that have them only sleep one comfortably, and the hotel has a slightly old feel. Overall, it's a nice place to stay with modern amenities and fantastic water pressure in the shower. I would certainly stay here again.

The Baymont Inn & Suites offers great value. The hotel is adequately clean, has a friendly staff, and is close to shopping and restaurants — a great value! You get a room with plenty of space and a decent breakfast to kick off your day. What more do you want?

Somewhat lacking. Bathroom exhaust fan missing or inoperative. Light bulb in bathroom out. Flapper in commode seldom operates. Continental breakfast in all motels have taken a dive downward. Sorry to be so negative.

Front desk clerk Nick gave excellent customer service! Walking in at 3am exhausted, 3 boys and a dog, he offered to help with bags and to get us settled. Continental breakfast closed at 9 we arrived at 850 and Ms Shelly was very patient with the boys being 30 minutes past time to close. The rest of the staff were pleasant and friendly. The hotel room was clean and and nice and the exterior was designed to look like plantation nice southern charm!

The hotel staff was very nice. The room was clean. However, I did not have a fridge or microwave in my room. Good continental breakast but no fresh fruit. Location is convenient to food, and quiet even though it's bear Beltline road. Overall, it was very comfortable stay for the price.

AC unit didn't cool the room, room smelled, roaches were in the bathroom, toilet/bathroom was dirty. I have an extra $96.19 charge that has yet to be put back in my bank account. Zero star if I could, do not recommend. July 11, 2016

Large room, fair price. It was an older hotel, and it feels worn. But I would stay there again.

Good place. Altho need to check rooms because ours had a mold smell because the ac unit was leaking onto the carpet and it was soaked.

Rooms are clean, staff is great. Breakfast and happy hour also a good deal. Pool is gross! Water was clear but not sure what's floating in it. And is that grass growing out of the concrete, or is it really just cracking away. Not sure… yuk.

We stopped on the way to New Orleans. The hotel was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful, they offered a good breakfast and the price was great. There is plenty to do right around the corner (a mall, lots or restaurants, all the major chain stores). You can not do better for the money!

The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was fast enough to stream Netflix on.

The staff is so nice. I was so glad to know that there is a manager's reception on certain days. You get 2 tickets for drink of your choice and you can get meatballs, cheese, crackers, chips and dip. It was nice to be able to relax with a drink and snack. The room was so spacious and clean. The beakfast is good. I'm sure we will be returning to this location.

Employees are awesome and rooms are clean. The pool isn't clear and there is a faint odor of stale cigarettes in the halls and elevators from when this was a 100% smoking hotel. I would recommend as a safe, clean, and inexpensive hotel!

The person who checked me in was super friendly and the room is very nice.
