Nice place. Super clean. Only issue was no staff on the desk at a late hour, so I was nearly locked out of the building. Pool is small. Breakfast adequate.

Very enjoyable stay from beginning to end. Staff was very pleasant and so nice. I needed a wheelchair for my husband because he hurt his back and the guy at the counter found one and brought it up to our room for me. Very clean as well. Couldn't be more happier. Thanks for making my stay wonderful.

I enjoyed my stay here. They cater to the guest also. Very large room I got and great hot breakfast in the morning also. Many food places in area.

Always love our stays here. There are vast difference in quality at Hampton Inn so, but this one is consistently top notch!

Rooms very clean! Breakfast normal. Parking lot completely full needs expanding. Well kept facility.

Nice, clean normal hotel but hampton inns usually are. They Could use some new pillows or use pilllow protectors. One of ours had tons of stains on it, gross! Nothing spectacular to give it 5 stars but over all nice.

Hotel was fine but I arose early to get coffee. Front desk clerk made me wait 1 1/2 hours for coffee. She said it would be done early. (4 am) She then just wasted time fiddling around making sure she did everything but make coffee! Thanks ☕️

Nice, quiet stay with a really nice bathroom. Free breakfast, pool, and computers available. Downside is the fitness center is of poor quality. Hotel is near several good restaurants and shops and off the highway.

Nice hotel. Came in town on a business trip. Nice and clean and good breakfast.

Rooms were clean and the staff was great. Didn't really interact with the anyone besides the front desk and I didn't eat breakfast. The hot coffee at any hour was something I appreciated.

Good location (although you will hear quite a bit of interstate traffic if your room faces that way). Nice rooms and free, hot breakfast.

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk at check in and out were prompt and courteous. Multiple restaurants and shopping opportunities in the immediate area. Little hard to get temp in room comfortable but to be expected when 16 degrees outside. Bed was very comfortable not overly soft. Left before breakfast started so do not know about offerings.

People were nice. Usual Hampton Inn experience. Nothing great, nothing horrible. We went in January and it was too cold to use the outside pool with the kids. Wish it was indoors even though it was at least heated.

Excellent experience in both accommodation and customer service. Property is well maintained, room is clean with everything functioning/operating properly and the staff knows how to combine customer service with genuine hospitality. If your visiting the Birmingham area the property is well located to downtown the airport and major interstates.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. The coffee maker in my room was missing the tray that the coffee pod goes in, so I coukd not make coffee. When my son and and I went down for breakfast there were no seats. At a hotel that I assume can accommodate over 300 people there was room for maybe 20-25 people in the breakfast area. I watched numerous guests leave frustrated. Overall a good hotel in a nice area.

Very clean and newly updated, comfy bed, good breakfast. Nice area of town and close to everything in Birmingham. All the staff were incredibly sweet. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends! Photos of the king bed room are accurate, our room looked exactly like the photo on their website.

Very poor. Not going to experience the lack of customer service from management. Would not allow late checkout. Breakfast servicer rude to belligerent would not keep breakfast area open for customer speaking at the desk. Comment. " I got another job I have to get too" really. However the desk attendants were pleasant and were just following management's instructions on late checkout. Will not be a hotel I will recommend in the future. We were Birmingham for a dancing event and we couldn't a late checkout for the next day. Ridiculous and we weren't the only guest. Sad. Just sad. Especially since the hotel was recommended stay for the dancing event. Where was the customer service. It appears it was about $$ and not repeat business. Again this hotel will not be on my recommendation list…

The location is easy to find and near many restaurants and a grocery store. The employees were very hospitable. The room was very clean and the TV was large.

Rooms were just ok. Mirrors and TV screens were smeared instead of being cleaned. Rooms were dusty and could have been cleaned better. Staff was wonderdul, though.

Terrible customer service, not sure who the person is running you complimentary reception, but as a Diamond member was just refused a second beverage which should be complimentary because it was assumed and stated out loud that I was not a good tipper. All the while, providing additional beverages to apparently good tipping patrons. Does complimentary reception mean complimentary or you must be a good tipper? My tipping procedure would be to give you a very nice tip at the end of my participation based on service rather than place a dollar in a tip jar every time I received a drink. I would have gladly placed a 5 dollar bill in your jar or more instead of a few singles… well you just lost your tip and you lost a Diamond customer as I will not return to your hotel.

Find a different hotel. We stayed and had our window broke out of the truck and the trailer lock was cut. Had about $20K worth of stuff stolen. The cops said it happens all the time actually said 3 times that same week in the same parking spot. The employees confirmed it happens a lot but the managers are too cheap to buy cameras. Sounds like it might be an inside deal. The owner doesn't care about your safety so please choose another location. Thanks.

The location was great… Conveniently close to a Walmart, Chick-fil-A, and many other restaurants and stores, and less than 15 min drive from downtown. We had some very good service, like at breakfast this morning. But also had some service we were not impressed with… When we left our room yesterday, we let a note for the maid requesting a change of sheets, and also let the front desk know about two maintenance issues in our room. When we came back, the maid had been to our room and made the bed, but had not changed the sheets, and so far neither of the maintenance requests have been resolved. Also, the pool is very small and not very private… Right out on the front side of the hotel surrounded by parking lot. The bed has been great though… very comfortable! And breakfast both mornings has been tasty :)

The stay was nice. The rooms were clean and plenty of linens provided. The hotel is located very near great restaurants and easily accessible to each location we traveled to as well as I65.

My husband and I found a toe nail in the made bed! When we brought it to the manager attention he talked very loud and aggressive to us… The front desk clerk joined in and talked smart as well while my husband tried talking to her. He offered to give the $ back and I told him it wasn't about the $ I work at a hotel currently and been there for 5 years it's about detail… We as housekeepers have to pay attention to detail… I was not treated as a guest and I was so hurt that people would talk to you and make you feel bothered by telling them their mistake… Praying nobody ever experience this…

Good location and several things to do close to the hotel. Service was great and rooms were clean but the breakfast was slacking.

Clean rooms. Hot shower. Cheaper than downtown!

Very nice hotel. Check in was a breeze with the online check in and the breakfast spread was nice. I had a waffle and a banana while the staff asked if I needed anything else. Very nice and I'll return next time I work in the area.

We came in late and got a room quickly with no prior reservation. Check in and out was easy. Price was fine. Breakfast was actually not bad. Would stay again.
