What can I not say about this hotel? Cigarette burn holes in the comforter. In a non-smoking room. Nothing looks like it has been replaced in a decade. And then train that passes by every 15 to 20 mins in the middle of the night. How tiny the bathroom. The room being boiling and the a. C. Not really working at all.

The night person who checked me in to the room was great. The person at the desk in the morning was great. She gave me a late check out. 1245pm. At 1245pm. I was checking the room to make sure I did not leave anything, suitcases at the door. I hear a knock at the door. A lady said "What time are you leaving? we need to clean the room. " I said I got a late check until 1245pm. She showed me her watch with a disgusted look. The time was 1246pm.

This hotel is changing for the better day by day. Ive been coming here for a year in business. Clean rooms, with great amenities in hotel and appliances in room. Full Breakfast in the morning like clock work. Please know, this part of Birmingham is loaded with college kids because of campus. This area is very safe, active yes, but good activity meaning out of town folk visiting there college kid and just enjoying there out of town stay. Mr Dennis, and Mr Mark ensure safety with cameras every where, and they do monitor. Come here to stay if you want a real atmosphere to unwind and enjoy. The managers are fair with you enjoying your stay as long as it doesn't bother other guest. For those of u who write reviews to complain, If you want the wind to stand still, and the cars to coast in the hotel with there engines off because u don't like a little noise or movement, this hotel isn't for u. This is a great place to stay and enjoy and the people here will give u the utmost attention for your needs.

Where to begin? The first room I was given had such a strong smell of mold and mildew that I couldn't stay there. I requested another room (the one that came with my original reservation that the person at the front desk blithely glossed over) and it was equally as horrible. I was so frustrated, I called another hotel and told them I was coming immediately to check in. When I went to the front desk and demanded a refunded, a second guy who had recently started his shift said "Please give us one last chance. " The room he finally gave me had no horrible smell and I was able to get some rest. From start to finish, it took over 45 minutes from when I stepped into the the hotel and when I was finally given a room a human could sleep in. Part of those 45 minutes, I was propositioned in the elevator by a sketchy guy. The elevator smelled like urine and drugs. Breakfast is standard. If you are vegetarian or vegan, there are very few food options for you. I truly believe this hotel DOES NOT represent the standards of Wyndham hotel. The only positive experience I had was with Ravi (the guy who eventually gave me the final room), otherwise customer service was poor.

Dirty nasty no ac power in bathroom area pool wasn’t open yet, bed was worse than I’ve ever slept in.

Staff were polite and it is great value for price. Room were very clean. And they serve decent breakfast. Would recommend to anyone.

Over night stop on the way to mississipi. The hotel was in good location. Check in was easy and quick. Staff were pleasant. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Would stay again on this route.

Been a handicap person needed handicap accessible room and they gave me just want I needed. I can park my car right in front of my room. Very good and comfortable bed. Would give thumbs up for this property.

I stayed at this motel as this was nearest to southern Birmingham college. I enjoyed the time spend. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. It is a safe place to spend the night.

This motel was close to the Birmingham airport. I had a good time. The room was nicely done. Breakfast was also good. I Will visit again in this motel.

I loved the hotel. I was traveling alone so I had a room with king bed and it was right size for me. The location is very good as it is close to the interstate as well as downtown. The rooms are recently remodeled.

We had a non-smoking room that smelled so strongly of smoke you could basically taste it every time you inhaled. It got so bad we left at 3am since we could no longer breathe properly and we checked in at 8pm. When the staff was informed the only their response was that's weird. The bathroom door would not fully shut and scrapped the floor when you tried to shut it. Not to mention the bathroom was so small the door would hit your knees while you were sitting on the toilet since it wouldn't shut. The main door to the room also stuck, you had to hit it with your shoulder to get into the room and the door lock was broken. The hotel overall smelled of old mildew. While the bed was somewhat comfortable the bedding clearly needed replaced as it was stained and hole ridden. The pillows closely resembled packing peanuts stuffed in a pillow case. I would never stay here again and would recommend sleeping in your car over staying here. Seriously don't waste your money!

I had comfortable and nicer bed. Bathroom was newly done. Breakfast in lobby was very good. I had a quite good sleep. Would visit again.

This place is disgusting it looks like there is semen all over everything dirty laundry piled high in like 5 bins. I requested a different room but there were no other rooms available so I requested my money back but they denied to bc I used the bathroom after a 13 hour trip worst place ever contact the health depth and BBC. The front desk person was completely rude as well I have video.

I found this reasonable hotel near UAB hospital. They had big parking space and it looked clean and well maintained. The staff were very courteous. I feel safe and secure in this motel. Would come again.

Spacious parking for semis and truck. My room smelled good. Bathroom was newly done. It is safe place to stay.

Disgusting establishment! Do not stay here! Traveled from TN to Birmingham for a basketball tournament. My room was molded from top to bottom. The bed, refrigerator, walls and bathtub was all covered in mold. Was denied a refund after only being there 20 minutes with my newborn. The owner made up a 15 minute rule but there was nothing in writing. Save your money.

After driving for almost 8 hours, needed place to relax. Found this motel close to the interstate. Check in was fast and in no time I was in comfortable big bed. Good Place to spend the night. Thank you.

I stayed there for my business trip. Rooms were big and very accommodating. The Staff was very courteous and helpful. Great value for a peaceful sleep.

The location of the hotel is close to downtown. I spent the night there and was very impressed. The hotel staff very were helpful. The property was clean and in good shape. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are selling crack, heroin, or both then this is your spot! People who stay there pay in wads of drug money and you can smell pot outside at all hours. The rooms smell like musty old wet dirt and it’s in a horribly unsafe part of town. The carpeting in the room is sticky. The breakfast is a joke. I asked for water and the lady told me to get it from the bathroom sink. I would literally never stay here again out of personal safety. The people saying this is a great hotel and it was clean are obviously family members of the people who own it because no one with any sense would say those things with any honesty.

It was ok. At first look it seemed ok, but climbed into bed and noticed the mold on the celing, the shower nozzle dripped so much hardly anything came out of the sprayer, & the phone didn't work. The employees were very nice and helpful though.

I relocated to B-ham and am staying here for a few weeks until I find a house. Chris at the front desk was extremely courteous & helpful. The room is clean, with comfortable beds and accommodating with plenty of closet space & a nice desk area. They allow pets, have smoking rooms available & are close to the Interstate. This is a great hotel at an affordable price. I highly recommend it!

The customer service is great. The rooms could use some updating, but are worth the price. The rooms were nicely cleaned. I would recommend to anyone, that was looking for a inexpensive room near downtown Birmingham.

Everywhere smells like cigarette smoke even the lobby. If you’re staying one night that’s fine but I wouldn’t stay more than one night in this place. Not very clean.

I have stayed at a Days Inn in Fultondale it looks a whole lot better… I was very disappointed with my stay no microwave refrigerator looks like it was just put in there… Don't forget the roaches I saw I advised people to not stay here with your child I had my 1 yr old with me and I had to sanatize all his toys before we left…

Not a place I would want to stay in longer than 1 night because I just needed a placed to stay while traveling thru! there's a reason the room was about 85 a night for a 2 bedroom! even seen a drug deal happen in parking lot!

Bathroom really clean, housekeeping staff really nice, the blanket on the bed though had cigarette burns on it and no fan in the bathroom, saw a couple of roaches as well.

Nice hotel. Quiet and clean. Bathroom was a little on the small side, but the room itself was spacious. Continental breakfast needs work, but overall I was pleased. Would definitely return.

Rooms are spacious and neat. Many nice hotels doesn't offer smoking rooms so this is a plus. Staff are friendly and courteous with their guest.

Had a great stay here with my family. They had a good variety of breakfast and the room was cozy and updated and beds were comfy. The place was quiet and staff was nice. Overall I would defenitly come back here.

My sister stayed here for the Senior games in June. She spent 5 nights at this motel. Everyone was friendly. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Finding places to eat was not a problem. The motel breakfast was adequate. There was just not a big selection.

Cockroaches, ants, and dirty brown water. Also there are people who are living in the hotel and running drugs/prostitues. They are very very unfriendly and woke up in the night to a group of them screaming at another patron. Will never ever ever stau here again.

Do not stay here unless you are looking for drugs or prostitutes. We checked in on Saturday around 5, this place was jumping with activity. The front desk must be involved because they turned a blind eye. All night long we heard racket, pimps beating their hoes, glass breaking, cars peeling out. The breakfast laid out by the hotel consisted of breads, or cereal with out dated milk in a jug in a warm refrigerator. Leaving our room in the morning after the crazy locked in night, there is a busted whiskey bottle in the only walkway. We told the front desk and she said there would be maintenance here after 3pm and they would take care of it. Safety hazard for guests. I called Days Inn and Wyndham and neither would help me relocate to a better hotel. Both advised me to talk to the front desk and try to work it out for myself. I am leaving and probably loosing my money, but safety is paramount to me. The lady at the desk who was there all day and night as well as in the morning, what a work ethic, was cold and seemed only concerned about revenue and not guest concerns.

Comfortable people, easy to relax with the added convenience of truck/RV parking.

Online rate says 52 it is 82.59 with tax. Ive stayed here before they are okay rooms not almost 90 wortg. And yes a lot goes on in the area…

This hotel was convenient to downtown. The price was good. The room was for the most part clean and comfortable. But don't walk without shoes because the carpet needs to be cleaned. I did love the waffles!

Decent facility, room was clean, no microwave, did have mini fridge. Electric sockets loose, at least one lamp switch needed to be replaced. Did not take time to eat breakfast so no feedback for that. Does have Wi-Fi and requires a pass phrase to use, big plus for that. Tub area very cramped. About what was expected and serviceable.

The room had a gross smell. The heat barely worked and also gave off a disgusting smell. The shower was barley warm, the water that came from the sink was hotter then the shower. Would not suggest staying here. Will not stay here ever again.

This place is in fact a dump. The room are nasty, the camel jocky at the front desk didn't know how the process the CLC rate. Never heard of it even though their is a CLC sticker on the front door. The room looked like the just remake the beds without changing the sheets. The room door looks like it had been kicked in more then twice. And then last but not least. The breakfast was basically cold eggs and stail muffins. It was bullshit. I'll never go back.

I did not even stay at this hotel but, my soon to be in laws who drove in from Illinois tried to get a room here, they have no elevator and wanted to put them on the third floor when my mother in law has serious health issues and physically can not climb that, any stairs. To top it all off the front desk person was extremely rude to them asking if they were going to "stay or get out" and questioning my mother in laws health issues in an extremely negative way. They walked right out the door and thankfully found a much better hotel to stay in. I suggest you say the time and money and just find another hotel!
