I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The service staff are very friendly, especially the girl at the reception, who was always welcoming and helpful.

Where can I start. This is a fantastic hotel. Located close to all of the areas. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Very modern, decorated beyond excellent and gives you a very nice premium feeling.

This is a hotel for travelers, NOT for tourists. If you don't know the difference, then you're a tourist. The Beyhan is a small, older hotel with no elevator.

Best hotel in İstanbul so far, very generous, outstanding hospitality, and clean. I highly recommend this hotel since it gave me a great wonderful experience.

I traveled to Istanbul with family back in September. After a disappointing experience at a previous hotel, we arrived at Saygin Hotel with some caution.

My stay was short, but extremely satisfied. The location is excellent, close to shops. The hotel is new and well maintained and the cleanliness is at a very high level.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and cozy. The breakfast is rich and varied. The service is at very high level. Especially Sukran and Ertan from reception desk are very kind and helpful.

Stayed 5 days. Overall, we were pleased with the stay. Room was clean and beds comfy. Top floor terrace is a mixed blessing.

We stayed here and it was amazing the staff were so friendly and so accommodating to any issues, concerns and questions we had. They gave us recommendations, booked our taxis for us if we needed them.

We had a very positive experience with Güneș from the housekeeping team at the hotel.
Güneș did an excellent job cleaning our room.

We stayed at the Han Residence for six nights and truly couldn’t recommend it more.

Good value, clean and comfortable room with good amenities. Shower head was a bit iffy and the window made noise in the wind, but other than that I found it very pleasant and will stay here again.

Wow! An amazing, beautiful, perfect location and superb service. From the reservation process, communication was incredible, promptly response and kindness all the time.

A wonderful stay in the most lovely boutique hotel.

If you are looking for a genuine Turkish experience then look no further than the Sultans hotel and what the area has to offer. The hotel is clean and practical. 6 min walk to train station.

I recommend this hotel to everyone because they checked all my boxes:
— Helpful employees.
— No steep hills (suitable for elderly)
— Got elevator.

Premium Location front of the Metro and all the facilities, We loved the location but the room size was small.
But We will back again.

I stayed at the Neorion Hotel in Istanbul in December 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, Mert welcomed my family and me with such warmth and kindness.

My parents and I stayed at the Neorion Hotel for nine days and had an amazing time for many reasons.

Our stay at Hotel Poem in Istanbul was very pleasant. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

One of if not the best hotel experience of my life. The video shows the breakfast that was served to the room (in this case the penthouse).

We chose this hotel for a layover stay — my 82-year-old mother needed a comfortable place to rest between flights for two nights, and it exceeded all expectations.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, with many historical attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, newly opened, and decorated with incredible taste and elegance.
