Everyone if the staff were very friendly and helpful as we had a waiter look after us every night His name was Vidat lovely man, food was amazing, Aqua Fit was good and I could not stop laughing. Cleaners cleaned rooms every day and even left us towel art on my bed so I would definitely go back to this hotel. 9 out of 10

Brilliant hotel Food all good with many various food for all to choose. Hotel entertainment are absolutely brilliant and try there hardest to get every one involved. Plenty of different games throughout the day and evening entertainment is also good Gino and Alina and Libby and all other entertainers are brilliant and can’t do enough to help you. Kinds entertainment very good and professional.

Everything from start to finish fantastic, all staff were pleasant and helpful, waiters couldn’t do enough for you… one in particular foden halt… worked his socks off and really made us feel like royalty. Well done mate your work ethic was second to none. 👍

Had the best 2 weeks here friendly staff great food 👌 the security is brilliant 👏 Ugur the night time security is so friendly & goes above his duty to help, went out his way to help when we lost our bag amazing guy 👌 we got a tattoo when we were there & the guys are so friendly & welcoming & great artist & Tracy that works in the photo shop is a lovely girl takes the time to go around & talk to everyone such a great experience thanks to all off these guys highly recommended we will be back xx.

Great hospitality, amazing food. Staff is super friendly and caring for everyone, makes you feel special, and feels you almost make friends with them. Good size rooms, had a wonderful stay here last week with my family. I would definitely visit this place again! Nice spa facilities and opportunities to experience Turkish bath and massages for everyone. Entertainment activities for kids are fantastic especially Kids Club! Massive thank you Kids club team from my girls! 👸👸👸 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GND is my favourite hotel in Marmaris and I’ve been here 6 times. I stayed when they 1st opened when the site wasn’t fully finished and then the year after. Beautiful grounds, staff, rooms, pool, beach front. Excellent food plus waiter service. More like a 6* hotel. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, stayed two weeks in Sept had a fantastic time. A big shout out to Nevzat who is the most amazing helpful waiter he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Just returned from GN Diamond and can’t fault the hotel at all! Food was good and plenty choice, the waiter couldn’t do enough for you… always making sure you had all the help you needed and they were great with my 1 year old! hotel was clean and staff polite and friendly! Entertainment staff are brilliant! Especially Dean, Lilly and Gino! Nothing was to much they were so helpful such a laugh!
Good location to! Right on the beach with lots of shops, bars and restaurants right on the door step to! It was my daughter’s first holiday and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel, thank you to all the staff for making it the best :)

1st year at Diamond been at the other Green Nature, but this one is so much nicer. Booking to come next year. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the food is lovely, fresh and very tasty.

My first visit in Turkey was absolutely wonderful and amazing thanks to the very friendly people with hospitality at Green Nature Diamond Hotel! The hotel is very clean and fresh itself and im very satisfied with how our room was cleaned everyday. I totally loved the food as well at the hotel restaurant, very tasty and always different kinds of food to choose between. Pool-area and the beach were just perfect where you could lay down all day while enjoying a drink while sunbathing, can't complain over anything. The music at the pool-area is amazing also! I would absolutely recommend you the Spa at the hotel where the staff is very lovely and kind! I got really impressed by their kindness. You get relaxed after being given turkish bath, massage and beauty facemask. The massage therapists are well experienced and are doing a great work, I got very satisfied.

I dont think this hotel is a 5 Star hotel. The food they served was tasteless and I would rate the food to 2 stars. The food is a buffé and sadly they just pushed out the food so people could eat. And I understand this because its a big hotel and alot of people need food, but I still think if you are a 5 star hotel you have to keep that on every level. The room was fine, but the cleaning was only good when a certain person was cleaning. Once I left a tip for the cleaning lady, but when we came back to the room, the tip was gone, but the cleaning was not done, we got dirty towles and the floor was dirty. I would not go to this hotel again, but the people that worked there was very good with children, and I have to say that the food by the pool was good.

Ive visited hotels in different countries, never seen a hotel with a bad costumer service as this, rude receptionists and managers, they lie with their deals and policies, very unprofessional. We were a group of 7 and we ended up taking another hotel, cause we were kicked out by their humble selves!
I dont know the owner of this hotel, but I recommend he sees how his staff manages the hotel and treat tourists!

Beautiful hotel, amazing food catered well with allergies showing ingredients in each dish — very helpful! Amazing staff always going beyond to help. The room was very clean every day, we had an amazing time with you guys and will def be back next year! Only problem we had was late check out not being able to check out late and leaving hotel 12am for our 4am flight, very painful travel home but was well worth it. Big thanks to gokhan in the lobby bar for making our stay more enjoyable and being very helpful! He really made our holiday! The photo shoot at the hotel is good too we got some lovely photos! Thanks to ilhan for your help too! All in all we had a great time here in turkey! X.

I was going to start with, One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, but that wouldn't have been true, so here goes. The best hotel I've ever stayed at and stayed at lots, the staff are friendly and so helpful, the hotel is clean and the room are of such a high standard. The meals are of a buffet style, that being said the quality is very high and there is alway something to eat. All in all you can't fail to enjoy stay at this hotel.

There isn’t anything that this hotel hasn’t got. Unfortunately some of it’s amenities are not in use Which is quite poor. The dinning room is an experience in its self. The only way to describe it is a scrummage. Too many people with greedy eyes. This is definitely not five star dinning it’s a canteen at best. The food is very good as long you get into the dinning room bang on Seven o’clock otherwise your choices are limited.

This hotel has the best food service, rooms, facilities for children and families. The staff are all extremely polite I know this because I stayed in at least 7 hotels in Marmaris before finding this one. This hotel is truly 5-star when compared to the hotels that claim to be five star but aren't really two stars in Marmaris. All services are all inclusive and food is never an issue the buffet is always extremely diverse plentiful and the food is always tasty. You only need to stay here wants to truly understand what I mean about this place being 5 star in comparison to the other hotels.

Its a great resort with a beautiful beach, clean well furnished rooms with comfortable beds and everything else you would expect from a 5star holiday resort … unfortunately we were there first week of the season and it was at times a 'THE SHINING' scenario! … it was lights out at 8pm in the entire resort except one small corner of the ground floor bar, unbearable classical elevator/funeral music on full blast, restaurants closing at 8:30 for no reason and skipping late night soup and worst of all dirty dishes and rotting food that just left out side the rooms for days and simply ignored by the entire morning crew! It got better the second week though, so I guess as if you are there later in the season you'll have a blast :)

This hotel is highly recommended. Amazing service, nice hotel and clean rooms. Nice view if you get side sea or. Full sea view. Food is edible not too bad but its ok if your going to be out most of the time.

Loved the hotel, decent deco, staff nice and friendly, Wi-Fi not so good although free, mini fridge gets filled every day with soft drinks as well as free water, the safe is also free. Try to get sea or side view rooms as road side is noisy. Plenty of food choices, lots of space inside and outside to hang around. Disappointed that the hotel gives your name and room phone number to an activity rep, who then phones you first thing and pretends he works for the hotel then tries sell you activities at inflated prices, don't waste your time on him!

50/50. Could be so much better. Front of house staff incredibly rude whilst service staff generally very helpful. Food looks good but is nothing special. The hotel has nice grounds and plenty to do.

Nice big hotel. Almost empty at winter time. Now in January 2018 I have got a single room for only 120 TL. And this is now about 26 Euros. And here I feel really comfortable.

Good hotel for family vacation. But the hotel is very big that makes it very crowded. Food is ok. Pool is very big and the beach is good but small.

Nice hotel top location when you want to shop doesn't have to run much. Right by the sea the food is ok as any hotel Italian Ala kart restaurant was so far the best I have found in Turkey.

It's a great hotel. The area is well-groomed, the sea is close by. There are shops near the hotel. The centre is a 5-minute drive by local bus. We were resting with the children. For them there is a children's club where they had fun. The hotel has very good animation. Food for four.

We came back yesterday after spending 7 days at this hotel all I can say is this hotel is AMAZING. Can't understand why there is so many bad reviews for this hotel. The staff from reception down to cleaners are so friendly, our check in was quick and our bags got taken to our room. Our room was stunning it was clean and well decorated and not in any need to be updated as some reviews suggest. They had a mini fridge with soft drinks at no extra charge and little extras around the room and bathroom. It has Stunning grounds. The pool is big the water slides are good my kids loved it. It had free ice cream which wasn't cheap ice cream with loads of different flavours. There was lots of food to choose from, there was never a day we went hungry the waiters gave excellent service and brought our drinks to the table. As for the hotel photographer Ozzy can't speak highly enough of him, he did us some amazing photos which we will treasure forever. Would definitely recommend getting some photos done with him. Can't wait to go back next year.

Lovely rooms, clean and centrally located. Overall an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend. Just one small criticism, as it was the end of season a few of the staff looked a little disinterested. But that's no way a reflection of the rest of the staff.

The entertainment team were dreadful, and there was little interaction between them and guests. Only a few times they came round and asked if we wanted to play vollyball or waterpolo, but that was only once or twice during the week we stayed. However, every day without fail they made sure they went round and sold bingo tickets, so if your into that then that's great but it isn't exactly family entertainment. Apart from that the hotel is very nice, only had to move rooms once due to the noise from the main road that runs parallel to one of the sides of the hotel. Food was good but got slightly repetitive, although very tasty and made fresh. Cannot fault the staff at all; friendly and happy, just the entertainment team needs adjustments to cater for older children and teenagers. Would recommend this hotel, especially due to the short walk to the beech, less than 100 steps to the beech from the drinks bar!

Location is major plus point for this hotel, shops near the front entrance and back entrance right at the shores of beach. Rooms are quite big and comfortable with daily cleaning service and mini fridge topups. Food and drinks were unlimited and were of good quality, loved the cocktails. The spa was excellent and pool was clean.

Not for the first time in this hotel. Nice hotel, clean, fresh, modern, good food. The only negative is the beach, beds are not enough! Security doesn't keep track of who rest on the sun loungers! Because of this problem with sun beds! The animation hasn't aged.

Best thing about this hotel that it's a new building and its on the beach but nothing other than that, Customer service is very poor, for example they don't give an extra key for the room and if u insist because u have a wife or a child they let u pay extra money for it! I couldn't believe. Electristy goes and come specially in the hotel rooms which is not a normal thing at any hostel! Cleaning : the rooms always dirty unless u call them to come and to clean it for you, they don't change the covers of the beds on daily basis, They clean the room with the same wiper that they use for the toilet so u can imagine how the room smells after the cleaning! The shower at the hotel rooms is horrible, they tried to make it looks modern but every time u have shower all the water goes out of the shower room and then to the room it self so u will never see the room clean. The best thing of the room is the ashtray and the matchbox that they leave at the balcony! Regarding food : I can say it's eatable but compare to rest of turkey it's not good food at all, specially if u stay at the hotel more than 3 nights because u have the same food everyday, What known about this hotel they sell All inclusive, of course the local alcohol that they serve is horrible and u can't even smell it, the beer taste ok but of course there is no alcohol and no gas in it!

Been on holiday from the 7th to 14th of July in this hotel. Positive aspects: lovely food (any flavor: meat, fish, raw vegetables and grilled dishes, desserts, fruits — all in large quantities), decent alcohol — wine and beer. The first line, and free sun beds, umbrellas, towels. Negative : the Hotel is a young and rapidly tries to pay for itself, so jam-Packed. Because of this, staff does not have time to get out in time. We, three adults, first placed on the — 1 floor in a 2 bedroom room, after 2 hours, put a bed, a triple room is not designed. NEVER SETTLE on — 1 floor, damp, view of the road, the trash next to the staff. On the third day moved to another, better room. Not everywhere in the rooms enough kettles, Hairdryers don't work everywhere, Minibar poor, not regulated air conditioning (include +27 — cold, +28 hot), constantly running plumbing fixtures, sealed seams in the bathroom, apparently we have someone on the floor below waterlogged. Spirits (rum, tequila) does not correspond to its name. If you want all inclusive, not expensive, then this is a great option. Then many turn a blind eye. A pleasant journey! )
