Staff are lovely always nice food, snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Cleaners are probs the best part of the holiday and not many people realise it.

Amazing hotel, amazing super friendly staff, amazing food and plenty of it, several pools with plenty of loungers. Would definitely return.

This hotel is ok, a little tired and dated but clean, but don’t expect 5 star food. Buffet is good but the Steak a la carte was awful, they show fillet mignon on the menu but what you get served is definitely not fillet mignon! I would say this more like a 4 star, a little bit too “brits abroad” for my liking.

Had a wonderful time here. The kids club and it’s staff are fantastic. The cleanest and biggest kids area I’ve ever seen with bouncy castles a park and own pool.

Service is great but I feel we are in a nursery school kids screaming all the time but the staff and the food is all great x.

Arrived back in the UK yesterday after 9 nights there. Beachfront Hotel in the bay between Marmaris and Icmeler. Staff friendly and helpful especially on first night. Gardens well kept and beautiful surroundings. Special mention from me to the happy staff at Coffee Corner. Looking forward to going back soon 😃☀️

The hotel is very smart. Staff are very pleasant always smiling and ready to help. The hamam and massage arranged by request at reception are first class. Run very professionally with great caring staff. Definitely would recommend this on your visit. Overall experience for myself and the wife is very very good for a four star hotel as good as a five star for amenities and restaurants. Stunning gardens to walk about in and take in all the beautiful sights that surround this hotel.

Fabulous location and spread over a large area. The staff are friendly and welcoming from the arrival and throughout to make your stay fabulous.

We arrived here early hours of Sunday morning and was greeted by lovely staff. We had the option of a sandwich or soup and drinks from the 24hr bar which was lovely after a long journey. Our room was in the main building and was very spacious with a 2nd bedroom for our 17yr old daughter, which was a huge bonus. The grounds are immense and absolutely beautiful. Beach front bar with loads of seats. Sun loungers were also plentiful. There are at least 5 bars serving alcohol that we've come across and food is on offer all day, including ice-cream and cakes. The coffee corner is an absolute brilliant addition to this hotel and was very popular. I could go on and on about how amazing this hotel actually is. Dont think twice about coming because we feel very pampered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the yazici Turban. We had a lovely room overlooking the quiet pool. The grounds surrounding the hotel are beautiful the beach was gorgeous also. Recommend 100%

This hotel was quite breath taking. The complex is pretty big so a fair bit of walking if you are situated in the garden rooms or the marine suites. The scenery is stunning! On arrival we were the only guests to be checked in so we didn't have to wait at all. We were taken to our rooms in a golf buggy with our luggage. Had thee best week at Grand Club Turban, as did all the family… Weather was fantastic, so that was a bonus … stunning hotel and beautiful surroundings, found the whole place totally relaxing!. Also the beach n jetty were superb too!. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout,. Loved all the amenieties tennis, darts, table tennis etc, the pool area was fab, n the kids loved the slides at aqua area… The shows were great, all of them different and entertaining, realy enjoyed them!. And the pool bars DJ, s were sound. Luved the tunes!. Food was gd, chinese, n italian especially. Breakfast was best, going to miss those fresh omelettes!. I could go on… but honestly could not find fault with anything!. We will defo be back to your amazing hotel. ❤

Honestly can't fault this hotel staff friendly can't do enough for you. Swimming pools, bars, restaurants, beach and hotel rooms are just perfect. Towel hut, security and reception staff so helpful. We are booking for 2021.

Just arrived home after an 11 night stay at this amazing hotel. The hotel was stunning the staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble everybody went above and beyond to make our stay special. The staff were amazing with my children my little boy kalem made friends with ozan a member of staff who was so lovely. We will be back next year see you all soon.

Great welcome on a late arrival, the staff are so friendly and the entertainment team outstanding, the place is lovely and with everything going on cleaning 24/7. The beach part is spot on and the food was lovely with so much to choose from.

Loved everything about this holiday and would absolutely return. Honestly could not fault a thing. The staff are amazing and work so hard. The grounds and hotel are spotless. Absolutely everything you could want from a holiday. All staff are fantastic. Food is amazing not a chicken nugget in sight. Pool area is fun with lots to do. Bars are aplenty with attentive staff. Beach is beautiful with turtles to swim with. We will definitely come back.

It is very clean, food and alcohol quality is very good. Staff is so nice! Price-performance is very good.

Lovely hotel. Staff are really helpful and the food is good quality. At the other end of the sea front from the marina so it's quiet but near enough to any amenities you could need. Pools and slides for the kids, spa for grown up time. We'll be going back.

We had our wedding on June 30/2018 in this Hotel and they did excellent job for us, everything was perfect especially Sevil and Burcin who were in management of hotel helped us a lot and stayed late night after we finished our ceremony to make sure everything is fine. Also our guests got good memorable time during their stay in this great hotel. I thank everyone again for helping us.

Amazing hotel, great for families. Beach is clean, people around hotel are really helpful. Bars have everything, pools are nice. Only issue is that pool, beach and towel service work until 18.00

Everything is awesome except for the fact that guests are keeping beach beds without using them for unreasonably long time. The beach is private property of the resort and a bit small. So the guests are not allowed to rent sun beds for a day. The rules are if towels left on it for longer then 2 hours they are going to be removed. But that does not happen. Guests use extra towels to clime beds in the early hours of the morning and do not show up until late. That leaves no choice to peolple that are actually want to use them. Hotel staff does not monitor any of it and that turned vacation in sort of racing competition.

It's great.
The rooms are clean, new, but clean once a day. It is better to settle in cottages. The central enclosure has a smell from the kitchen.
Pool. There are always places, umbrellas from the sun. Nearby are a few bars. The staff works quickly and efficiently.
Beach. Sterile clean, there are always places, chic look.
Food. For all tastes and diets. Tables. Diverse and delicious. A lot is prepared for you.

I will say that I work in tourism and I know a lot of hotels in Turkey in different regions. This hotel is immediately available. From it comes comfort and comfort!. Loved the beach area with piers, lounger area, great bar. The slides aren't bad either. The food is at a very good level. Of course, already in Turkey rarely meet 5-7 types of meat and fish dishes, as before, but it is in my opinion and do not need!. Cafe with natural coffee, generally left an unforgettable experience!. The place is gorgeous. The air is clear, the water is clear, there are no strong waves. Lots of greenery, pine trees. There are no problems with sunbeds. Power on 4. But in the room of the bathroom — UNSYNO. On one square meter is a toilet bowl, a washstand and a shower.

One of the worst hotels we've ever been in! First impression was okay. But when we arrived at 21:15 we couldn't get any food until midnight. The reception send us into the town te get some food (nice surprise after traveling for abount 10 hours). After a 'good' night sleep (the beds were like a rock) we went downstairs to get some breakfast. That's where we noticed that the dining area is terrible. First of all you have to get your own drinks. No problem you would think, but only one bar is open with one or two staff members. Further more it took forever for tables to be cleared away and set with new cutlery. Other staff members work to hard (or don't care) and take away plates while you are still eating. The room we stayed in was okay, but cleaning is also terrible. In one week time they forget to put towels back in our room three times, so we called the reception for new towels. But when they didn't come after 45 minutes, I went downstairs to get them myself. Last thing I want to comment negatively is the Wi-Fi. If you can get a connection (which is rarely) you often still don't have any internet. Only at the pool bar the connection was fairly stable. There are two positive things which earns the two stars. The staff at the pool and beach bar where great, and the variety of drinks they can make (including cocktails) are plenty. In our vacation we spoke to a few people who went to this hotel several times.

The Hotel with nice big rooms, I lived in the main building, but there is also a bungalow for lovers of more secluded accommodation. The Food is good, the beach with a sloping sandy entrance to the sea, there are pontoons. In the Evening not bad show program, disco. A Great choice for a family holiday, there are water slides, slot machines and much more for children of different ages. The Proximity to the city makes it more attractive for young people, a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and grounds! so many different bars, pools, sun loungers and restaurants to choose from. We stayed in the Family Marine Villas overlooking the beach. Very comfy and spacious! Defiantly recommend a stay!

I spent a week there. What I have chosen is that the hotel itself is very beautiful and luxurious. It is not a simple building with several floors. It is a complex with lots of small houses spanking Office rooms. The all-in formula is the best to enjoy the buffet which is composed of fresh and varied foods. On the other hand the service is non-existent except for large groups of tourists. Indeed being Turkish I was addressing them in Turkish and I could never be served. So we always have to go and get drinks at the bars. These are always crowded during the buffets. For those with a small end at night, there is a supper from midnight to midnight. My room was the 1832. Double bed room and a single bed. I had a coffee terrace, tea with a kettle and a mini bar. Very simple bathroom with a bathtub. We were offered a bottle of red wine for the stay. Cleaning is done in the morning or in the evening so go out for breakfast to enjoy new linens. The only problem was that the room was high. It was difficult for me to make several go back to the room a day. Otherwise the pool is good, the hotel has its private beach which is very well laid out also. The bar-Mans are the nicest with those of the animation. The hotel is located a little far from the city center so you have to take a dolmus (3TL). Otherwise the infirmary is open 24/24 and for small sunburn care we have not paid anything. There is a jewellery store that is to be avoided because the prices are adapted to the euro.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Spent 2 weeks here. Staff are amazing, friendly & very helpful. Have booked again for next year. Can't give this hotel enough praise.

Resort itself is good! Room quality was a joke. We booked a superior suite which turned out to just be a standard room with an extra bed?!?! We questioned this at reception. Asking why the pictures are so different online. They advised they were the king suite pictures. Clearly hiding the fact that their standard room are horrible. Both my room and our friends who joined us on this trip complained of a damp smell in the room. Nothing was done about this. Although Food was included it wasn't great at all. We wont be going here again.

Very good hotel but worth in my opinion 3, 5 stars and not 5. The standards are clearly not the same as in Europe. The place is impressive and beautiful. The facilities are well thought out and pretty. Next to the suite, it's spacious and everything is there. However, the weather is due to poor quality materials: jacuzzi and sauna of the defective room, door of the fridge that remains in the hands… The bedding is very hard. The cleaning leaves really to be desired and is sloppy. On the food side, the all-in is worth it. Lots of choices and good quality food. Nothing to complain about except the service that is non-existent. The facilities at the beginning of the season (mid-April) slowly set in place so do not go there with children the first week of Easter. Everything opens when the Sun is there. The games are all paid for and extra, which was not advertised. The staff did not speak English except at the reception, and was not friendly. However, for the country and the region, the hotel is to advise. This is probably the best in the envy to be passed a lot during my stay.

We're close to perfection here. The place is beautiful and luxurious. The suites are superb and spacious, equipped with a Jacuzzi and sauna. The facilities are numerous, same thing for children. The food is of good quality and all without limit all day. Good location compared to Marmaris and sea activities. Rare that I put five stars at a hotel! Small downside for the quality of foreign tourists. Of the low class everywhere but it is unfortunately not possible to do anything about it.

Family type Hotel, lots of entertainment for adults and children, great evening programs.
There is a children's and vegetarian menu, catering ul. Oln. 24h/day, imported alcohol, the quality and taste of the dishes are simply divine.
The territory is closed, is under 24-hour security. At the opening/closing season Arrange gala parties with invited stars.

Marmaris is one of the best hotels. Located in a huge park. The rooms are in the main building and in the bungalows. We chose the second option. It's quiet in the evenings. Every evening an interesting show program, there is a children's club with animators, a spa center. Nice beach and several pools. The food is perfect both in the main restaurant and in the bars. There is a children's menu. There is a fish restaurant and Italian. They're paid. Lovely bar on the beach. There are virtuosos cocktails interfere. Coffee is also cooked decent. Not a car. Recommend.

Not a bad hotel. Private beach. The territory is the largest among all the hotels in Marmaris (within the city limits). The night is quite quiet. The menu is good. The staff is polite. There are better hotels in Kimere, but in Marmaris it is one of the best.

A kind of retro pictures-2007 Year! It was just super! Everything was great. Since then, my wife and I have had several trips abroad, including a beach holiday. But Marmaris is one of the brightest memories.
The hotel is very nice and clean. Good food and staff. Judging by the current reviews, everything remains.

Would definitely recommend it good food and spotless. The only drawback is the entertainment it's all bloody russian. The place is over run with Russians most of whom are very ignorant and sellfish they treat the staff like rubbish. In fact when we say thank you to the staff they look surprised and grateful. I'd give it five stars if it weren't for these people.

The hotel is nice. Very green. The food is acceptable, lots of drinks. Children's Kitchen. The beach is mine. The area is well maintained. There are some questions to the condition of the rooms (seen for a long time there was no reconstruction). And very weak Wi fi. And so solid 5-. We will return with my family again with pleasure)

This place is looking like piece of paradise. Nice place to rest, enjoy sea, take relax and find new people. Personnel is very kind, always do everything they can to help you. Additional attention I want give to work of animation team. It is a really well-working team, always pay much attention to guests, do their work on 200%. I really enjoy staying in this hotel.

The room was very nice. It is a horror… There were two weeks there, and the menu every day the same, no sea products, only shells from the mussels in which was! Figure! No mussels… and another Italian restaurant… This is a catastrophe… The food does not look good, and the smell and taste like sweaty socks…

We stayed here for a second time. The location is perfect, good sea, the rooms are clean, but the service abruptly passed. Very, very many people, they have managed to sell places significantly more than allows to serve the infrastructure of the hotel.
Disgusting service at Ala carte restaurants. The kitchen is not bad, but the order can be expected from 2-3 hours. We booked two and the evenings were completely spoiled. For this level of service you need to pay extra to the guests, not to sell such a service. Very weak animation in comparison with the year 2015.
Hopefully the guide will pay attention to these details.

Best for family holidays with kids. Perfect sea and nature. Food is not satisfying. Coffee is not satisfying. Rooms are very clean. Alcohol brands are not enough. Kids areas are enough. If you have kids and looking for sea, green and clean room. Then this for you.

Fantastic hotel, really enjoying our stay. Amazing food, lovely room and we love the coffee bar. The adult pool area is great, a relaxing and peaceful place to unwind and chill. The only two negative points in our stay are that the adult pool area is rarely cleaned and once a day is taken over by aqua aerobics for one or two guests to the sound of overly loud club music which unfortunately spoils the peace and drives us and other guests away from the area.

5 Stars is not enough! WOW. I have just returned on Saturday from the best two weeks holiday. Staff were lovely and attentive, hotel was amazing! Had lots of great facilities, beach was lovely and the food options were great! For those who are currently debating whether to go to Turkey with the current situations, PLEASE DO! This hotel is very secure, 24/7 security and you can tell (in a nice way). You won't be disappointed, and if you are, there is something wrong with you! Thank you Club Turban, will definitely be seeing us again shortly! Well Done x.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever request we made. Food was also great and plenty of choice, only let down was the kids buffet which tended to be the same food (nuggets, chips, pasta etc) every day. Room was nicely laid out and decor was smart. (Special mention for the house keeping, who were all utterly amazing) Only downside we found was the walls were very thin particularly on one side where there were a older couple who spent most of their time arguing in Russian! Grounds and pool were beautiful and really well kept. Pools were very cold, even the kiddies pool, so we had to keep taking our little ones out and warm them up. Another niggle was the poolside games and music. Although I understand the need for it, it was relentless and didn't give u anytime to relax. I noticed a few people getting thoroughly peed off by it. Maybe every other day would be better or just in the afternoons? Have to say overall, we had a holiday of a lifetime at this hotel. Even though there were niggles for us, the overall experience was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to go back!

It was amazing. There was lots to do even when I went when it was out of season the staff were really nice The food didn't have a huge variety and was the same most of the time. I loved playing the volleyball it helped me gain new friends The water park thing was good as well. But the pool was like stepping in to ice.

Super hotel, and the area is simply gorgeous. The climate is mild, there was always a breeze, the sea warm. And friendly people surrounded us. But fly better in the afternoon, then immediately occupy, and if not, then come right back in bathing suits, in slippers and the beach is not yet settled in the room! We flew from Kiev, in the hotel were 9.0000, and the room we were given in 12.0000, and this despite the fact that the settlement they have after 14.0000. Its very nice hotel with a remarkable place and view. I spend my first anniversary with my wife there and the place is awesome.

My advice: try another hotel. Food: — does not vary too much — only few kind of meals to choose from — dessert => totally/very disappointment (no traditional turkish baklava during my entire stay => this made me write this review) — a-la-carte restaurant can be booked for 10 eur / person. One free reservation can be made for Italian or Turkish a-la-carte restaurant. Drinks: — all kind of local drinks free of charge. — beer they server: Efes (good in my opinion) — they also have a short list of (5 or 6) cocktails (with and without alcohol) they serve free of charge Room: — not 5 star at all. I also found (at check-out) that the receptionist switched my room with somebody else. Therefore I think I stayed in a cheaper room than I paid for) — room minibar has only two bottles of water (free of charge) Facilities: — nice overall — you have to create a deposit for beach/pool towels (10 EUR each towel). — very nice beach bar with live music or disco shows. Shows: — hmm. I saw better shows Cannot be compared with 5 stars hotels in Antalya region. If you really want this region try to find another (better) resort/hotel. Else go to Antalya region.
