Our home from home. Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Nothing is to much trouble. Always immaculately clean and tidy. This hotel has everything you could possibly want, amazing views, fantastic choice of food and drinks. Plenty of pools and entertainment. would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Had thee best week at Grand Club Turban, as did all the family… Weather was fantastic, so that was a bonus … stunning hotel and beautiful surroundings, found the whole place totally relaxing!. Also the beach n jetty were superb too!. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout,. Loved all the amenieties tennis, darts, table tennis etc, the pool area was fab, n the kids loved the slides at aqua area… The shows were great, all of them different and entertaining, realy enjoyed them!. And the pool bars DJ, s were sound. Luved the tunes!. Food was gd, chinese, n italian especially. Breakfast was best, going to miss those fresh omelettes!. I could go on… but honestly could not find fault with anything!. We will defo be back to your amazing hotel. ❤

Honestly can't fault this hotel staff friendly can't do enough for you. Swimming pools, bars, restaurants, beach and hotel rooms are just perfect. Towel hut, security and reception staff so helpful. We are booking for 2021.

This place is everything you need in one place. Sea, sand, relaxation and serenity all in one. The staff are so friendly and would go above and beyond to be happy. I have been coming to Turkey for nearly 15 years now and have tried different hotels but this surely is the best thus far. Ticks every single box. I will definitely be back. I give the whole team a 10.

Just arrived home after an 11 night stay at this amazing hotel. The hotel was stunning the staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble everybody went above and beyond to make our stay special. The staff were amazing with my children my little boy kalem made friends with ozan a member of staff who was so lovely. We will be back next year see you all soon.

Was and has been amazing all the staff are very friendly and helpful. So much to do here and is very enjoyable for families, couples and others. One of the barman Serkan who works at the pine bar was fantastic and a very good worker. He is very friendly and goes above and beyond, but all in all me and my family highly recommend this places!

The Hotel itself is very beautiful. Sea + pine forest. The Staff is very polite. I lived in a bungalow. As For the cleanliness, well bungalows… Not ice, but not bad. View + balcony. Cleaning is done every day. I asked for a kettle + coffee + milk in the room. This service is not provided, but… For $10 Girl I brought everything you need + changed all the towels and brought with excess shampoos + cream.
Staff Work at the level. All Smiling And Milk-Thistle. I liked the Hotel. Hope to come back again. I can't say anything about The animation. It was 9:00 p. M. In principle, this Was the driving. Relax and sleep. Definitely recommend!

This is a wonderful hotel set in a beautiful backdrop of pine trees. The views over the bay are stunning. We spent a week here in early May and the sea is at a reasonable temperature to swim in. There are two outside pools and we were always able to find a sun lounger in either full sun, shade or dappled shade from the trees. The food is very good, always a lot to choose from with a wide selection of deserts on offer as well. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a pontoon pier and long beach section that is private to the hotel. We found this perfect to sit some evenings just listening to the sea. Evening entertainment was also very good. We don't normally enjoy this, but the presentation, variety and quality of the performances was incredible. The rooms are spacious — we stayed in the main building, not one of the adjoining sections so can't comment on them. Overall a very clean hotel and grounds. It took some time to find our way around as it has so many nooks and crannies where you can sit and have a drink. Water sports are available right near the pontoon, and you can hire jet skis windsurfers etc. I tried fly boarding… brilliant experience! There are also several shops in the hotel which offer sun cream, clothes, flip flops, and souvenirs. We bought our souvenirs here and the prices are very very good.

One of the best hotels in Içmeler. Has great nature and private beach. Food quality is also very nice. All meals are very tasty but don't have too much variety. Alcohols are not strong enough and most of the known drinks are not included.

Had an amazing holiday here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing get away in the sun. Staff are polite and work hard, and the hotel is amazing!

The kitchen is great. Location The rooms, however, are cleaned every three days, treat it philosophically. All fittings, communications, furniture are alive. For children a whole "town", which is noticed and actively only visitors from Europe. Every day at the beach in the bars Gelemme, Ayran, Pizza and the Sea of other goodies.

Hotel is wonderful, nature and see are excellent. Only take care about coast, there is concrete platform and not natural sand coast. That may be problem for childen. Food, beverages and services are perfect also for 2018.

The Place is just perfect. Romantic, quiet and beautiful. The Grounds are big and beautiful and for kids there is entertainment. The Food is lovely very tasty. We were the first time and fell in love to this place. Stayed in a bungalow in 662 room. The Room is simple, but the view from it is just a class. If we eat that only in this room. The Staff is lovely. On Reception Works Elena speaks Russian. In Short here is just paradise. They were from September 28 to October 6. The Weather is beautiful.

Dreamlike Location in the Bay of Marmaris. The View from the Sea View room is really beautiful. The Hotel itself is a bit old but still clean. Our Room has always been neatly cleaned. The Choice in the Restaurant was always very large and everyone finds something there. But it is recommended to go to Dinner relatively early to get a nice Table. Unfortunately, the Beach is not perfect. There is an Edge that goes straight into the Water. But You come to terms with that. The Proximity to Marmaris and Icmeler is a big Plus just in the Evening. A Trip with the Dolmus costs about €1. For 2 People.

Very good location. Beautiful Park. Wonderful cuisine. Not bad staff. There are comments on cleaning, but not significant. The Creepy state of some rooms in the buildings in the park. Some are better, but it's still not 5 star. 3 Stars-firmly. Maybe with Stretch 4.

The facilities and view are worth 5 stars, but the food was a little disappointing. That being said, there was so much variety I could always find a few things each meal that were really good. The spa services were excellent and the staff very helpful!

Too many trees blocking sun round pool. No nice fruit all vegetables over cooked. Room not cleaned every day? On the plus lovely 6mile round trip to town and back, great shops.

Great hotel complex, everything you need for a perfect family holiday. Amazing location, beautiful views. Food, entertainment and pools are to very high standard. Holiday bungalows a little dated and worn but does not effect holiday at all. Spa is a must and a real place of relaxation to get your "Metime, " All in all a great place to stay.

Good food lovely views and resort. Comfy rooms, good entertainment only thing is would benefit from more English speaking staff.

Very good, a lot of trees in the territory of the duck that Solna is where to hide, 2 pools, always clean cleaning every day, animation is not very bored at the show so amused themselves eating normal always have to choose from true choice meat too small, non conventional
The truth was the first time in Turkey and nothing to compare.

Great place overall, but the food was kinda the same everyday and after a week it wasnt a pleasure to eat there anymore.

We went for 11 nights at the end of April/beginning of May. Not a reflection on the hotel but to let people know the start of the week was cloudy at 20 degrees, and crept up to glorious sunshine and 28 degrees by the end of the holiday. Moving on to the hotel, it was much better than expected, and better than the reviews we read before our holiday. The hotel is set in lovely grounds right on the beach front on the path from Marmaris and Ichemer. If you are a shopper you'll be in for a small walk, but if you just want to relax and enjoy the sun it is perfect. It was kept immaculate clean throughout the hotel, with constant gardening and maintenance work being done (not a nuisance), and with a daily maid service on the room who was extremely thorough you cannot go wrong. The staff were all awesome, very friendly and welcoming. You'll not forget Speedy at the bar in a long time. Svetlana, Guzem and Sandro were all very good in the kids club too and made my (very) shy two feel very welcome, and helped them feel at ease very quickly. If you want a clean hotel with friendly staff and top notch food and drink then look no further. The only (very small) issue I could pick up is that there is very little proactive information on what is what and what is available. This could be easily fixed by having food labels on every item at the buffet, and having lists maybe at all of the bars/snack outlets to say what was available all inclusive.

We loved this place. Perfect for kids and so much to do in and outside the hotel. One of the most picturesque and oldest hotels in the area set in a pine forest which was perfect in the heat. Food was really good, lovely staff and very clean. None of my family had tummy troubles at all which I would have expected not long ago. The only thing I would say is that some of the rooms could possibly do with a bit of TLC but otherwise clean and comfy. Excellent value for money. We couldn't have done it cheaper by getting a room only.

Horrible kitchen zero, dirty dishes, food waste. Old hotel, rooms OK, General — 2 star? but not 5 star?

My wife and I were in may 2014, all is simple!
