Just got back from here and sorry to leave. Gorgeous hotel and staff were fantastic. Clean beyond belief and the food if fabulous. Choice is unbelievable. Beach front pool and bar or big pool to rear away from the bustle with bar and snacks. Definitely be back.

U cant please every 1 but this hotel is awsome its 5 star for a reason, dont be put off by the negative comments hotel food is hotel food caterd for lots of people the staff are very helpful, they would not risk there jobs bein funny with guests! in fact ive got another 4 days booked in october, please book with confidence the hotel is absolutley imaculate top to bottom, has every thing you can wish for spa is 10/10 location is bang on, money very well spent.

8 days all inclusive and we ate dinner once, food was awful. Wifi is poor so expect no internet. Rooms were okay, maid service was less than average. 1 communal toilet for the whole hotel so if your sat at the pool youve got to go to your room for the loo. Lovely location but hotel was a major let down.

Just back from this hotel it was fabulous 5*staff ware lovely very helpful and the food was excellent can't say anything bad will definitely be back loved it only thing I'd say is mini bar should b include even if its just cans of pop.

We rested in late July — early August. It's not bad. But, as often happens, there are also flaws, which are worth paying attention to. Consider the plus and minus.
Pros:
1) Location (the hotel is in the city, which allows you to walk, shop, etc. Also, you can walk along the promenade with endless bars, clubs and other entertainment facilities) ;
2) Daily cleaning;
3) The presence of a pier;
4) Nutrition (not very diverse, but I think everyone will find something for themselves) ;
5) Good Vi-Fi signal level in the room;
6) There are billiards (but that's plus flowing in the minus.
Cons:
1) Water is not put in the fridge during cleaning.
2) You may face the lack of free sunbeds on the beach and pier. At 07.30 — 08.00, when there is almost no one, you can see 80% of sunbeds with sunbathing towels. The most interesting thing is that foreigners occupy the places in this way. Photos are attached.
3) There is no list of cocktails you can order in bars. Sometimes there are misunderstandings.
4) Dirty beach with a lot of cigarette butts, some of which are about a week or so.
5) In the sea you can swim past a plastic glass, a bottle, a cigarette butt or something else. There's some nasty algae growing at the bottom. Which is weird. If I wanted to swim among the algae and debris, I would go to a regular river in my country, instead of throwing money for flights and vacations in this hotel.

Room very small for a family of 4, they left far too much furniture in the room which we had to stack in balcony to move in the room. Food… Just go down the street, it was terrible. Food is cheap and high quality outside the hotel. Stock up on water bottles as they don't put any in the minibar. Kids club you have to request it everytime and it was pretty minimal just 4 hours per day and times it was on was too close together. Mini disco was very short. The piano man is excellent! Well worth hanging out there. 35€ for a Turkish bath! Go online and you can get one that does transfers from the hotel for €5. We had a good holiday but that was cause we enjoyed marmaris, the weather was fab. This hotel is 3 star in reality and that's due to the kids club and the Terrible food. Drinks were OK. Next time we will go to a hotel with a good kids club, pool and that does a good breakfast.

We rested at the end of June. The hotel itself is good, everything is clean, beautiful, cozy. The food is good, but the same type. Alcohol is bad (our men have tried little by little everything). Less normal are only beer and cocktails. The waiters are all good. The hotel has two pools: one with a bar and music, the other calm. For children, a small area with a slide and swings. And that's it. It is not clear why they come here with young children. The beach is also very small, the sunbeds are tight to each other, the sand is gray (something volcanic in it), the sea is bad: muddy and with grass. You sail 5 meters from the shore and you are tickled from the depths by grass. Terrible. Why can't they remove that weed? We went and went to other beaches. The location of the hotel is good in the sense that it is in the city and in the evening you can walk around numerous shops and shopping malls.

Only positive emotions about the hotel.
Every day cleaning, everything is clean, neat, bed-checked, checked room, there is air conditioning, room for two, from the balcony was visible the indoor pool (pools every evening and morning wash and clean) and the sea.
The kitchen is amazing, tasty, fresh. The dishes are clean. The staff are responsive, the Wi-Fi in the rooms is weak, in the evenings before dinner the musician plays the piano. The pool, which goes outside, takes place every evening with 22 hours of entertainment, first for children, then for adults : dancing, bartender show, musicians. During the holiday period, there were Turkish days, this performance in national costumes, Music and presentation of rites and traditions.

Don't even think about going to this place it's terrible service in every way communication awfull staff is rude they turned my holiday in to hell guys take what i'm saying seriously not worth your money at all.

The hotel is in the city, so you can walk to the nearest shops, pharmacies, etc. There is a beach with sunbeds, 25-30 meters long, so you can take a place here only at 7 a. M. Or even earlier. The entrance to the sea is not deep, the sea is not very clean. But from the shore offers a chic view of the mountains) ) The food is standard, as in any hotel, sometimes spicy, children's menu is not. There are two swimming pools on site.

The hotel is very nice. It is beautifull, modern, fresh and very clean. The rooms are nice and a lot of the room have a (partial) view over the bay. We loved the food at the buffet and it looks beautifull, for us there was plenty of choice and variety. The beach and the louncha area over the water is also nice with sunbeds and parasols. Everyone at the hotel is kind and friendly. We would love to come to Elegance hotel again.

It is a very bad hotel not a 5 star not even 1 star the hotel is damaged the ac was not working half of the lamp doesnt work so we asked for another room the man on the reception was very unpolit and told me that he doesnt have another room after a big argue he gave us a room with a twin bed this is the worst hotel “motel” ever not recomended.

Very strange bars work. Not much food at the time of writing there was no fruit at all. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good location. Groomed and nice grounds. Pierce is a good plus. The towels are changing normally. The Grand Bazaar is a 25-minute walk away.
For the fruit minus the star, otherwise everything is fine.

Good hotel, everything works, great pools, nice beach, minus one star for mediocre food, meager, little fruit, yes the quality of the proluts is average.

Hotel sublimissime! Amazing view of the sea. Good atmosphere, hygiene at the top! Buffet very good. Many of the dishes traditional, but also international service all in extra. The staff is helpful and smiling. Activities boating just in front of the hotel (jet ski paraselling pedalo etc etc) have a reduced for residents of the hotel. We spend 1 full week, and it is conquered.

The service in the hotel is very bad, they don't do the work well and fast, they argue with the costumers and make them feel bad.

Just super,, I love Marmaris centrum.

Excellent Staff, great atmosphere and loads of nooks and crannies tastefully furnished to allow you to get away from it all. Great selection of dishes, beautifully presented and tasted every morsel as good as it looked. Spacious room and the luxury of a bath.
Great grounds to explore. We were extremely fortunate to have excellent weather for our February stay. I hope to be able to return… soon.

A great experience at spa. Fabulous hammam and a perfect massage. I kindly recommend the spa and I regret that I didn't book at this hotel.

Отель неплохой, но на 5 звезд не тянет. 1. Уборка в номере посредственная, а в один день из 7 о нас и вовсе забыли. 2. В ванной не работала вытяжка и было сыро (правда, если честно, мы поленились жаловаться, так что, возможно, это было решаемо). 3. Пляж очень маленький, для такого количества отдыхающих. К тому же гости отеля занимают лежаки у моря часов в 6-7 утра и оставляют свои вещи до самого вечера. Часто пляж наполовину пуст, но лечь некуда. Администрация с этим никак не борется. В остальном все было хорошо. И еще маленькое примечание для тех, кто не владеет английским: на рецепшене никто не говорит по русски.

A bit up market but you can get some good deals.

Food is not deleciuos at all they repeat the dishes every day, when I stated there two years back the Wi-Fi doesn't working. The wost hotel I ever seen.

Clean hotel with lovely food and drink. Perfect location as right next to the beach. Enjoyed our stay as a family.

Nice hotel. Very good food buffet. Large varieties of apetizers in turkish style. Hotel is rated 5 stars in turkey standard but should be 4 star. Romm is clean and nice but small. TV has mostly turkish channels but jot a singlr Arabic channel. Pool and beach are small and crowded but this is the case with all nearby hotels. Mostly british and german guests. Overall nice experience but not more than 4/5.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to. Its cheap and has the cleanest rooms. Especially the people who work there are so much polite and honest and freindly. The good thing about this is that the rooms are way too beautiful and clean. My suggestion is if you are looking for a good hotel, I prefer to go to this one. thank you, have a nice day.
