5) Good Vi-Fi signal level in the room;
6) There are billiards (but that's plus flowing in the minus.
Cons:
1) Water is not put in the fridge during cleaning.
2) You may face the lack of free sunbeds on the beach and pier. At 07.30 — 08.00, when there is almost no one, you can see 80% of sunbeds with sunbathing towels. The most interesting thing is that foreigners occupy the places in this way. Photos are attached.
3) There is no list of cocktails you can order in bars. Sometimes there are misunderstandings.
4) Dirty beach with a lot of cigarette butts, some of which are about a week or so.
5) In the sea you can swim past a plastic glass, a bottle, a cigarette butt or something else. There's some nasty algae growing at the bottom. Which is weird. If I wanted to swim among the algae and debris, I would go to a regular river in my country, instead of throwing money for flights and vacations in this hotel. I think a lot of people would agree with me.
6) There are rooms with shared balconies that will not allow you to leave the doors on it open at night. At any moment may fall drunk body from a troubled company, which walks in a neighbor's room.
7) Billiards, it's something. There are two American tables. Both tables are crookedly set, balls of different sizes, cue can be rewinded with tape. No lighting. So you can't play tonight.
To sum up, most of the downsides could be solved. As they say, there would be a desire.
