This is by the far the most awful place I have ever stayed. Prostitutes openly working in the hotel, not acceptable for a “family friendly hotel”. Food is vile had to eat out most days! Very rude managers. It’s an absolute disgrace!

Avoid! wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me to! rooms are vile and nothing works properly and food is rank! air con leaked alot of water, had a plug and lamp under it, then in another room the shower flooded the bath room every time.

Only been here 2 days but the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. Foods been lovely every meal hotel is really lovely and clean I can't recommend it enough I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Full compliance with the reviews below which are made a year ago. Nothing has changed.
Pros: 1) Location 2) Price Cons: 1) The Contingent is a bydlo. Always crying, swearing, drinking a free bar until all drink, smoke during lunch, etc. 2) Soundproofing-the first night thought that got into the bardel. Okhi ahi through the wall. Just back from here paid all inclusive for the same meal to be served day after day no variety no taste staff did. Not interact with guests. Rowdy guests from Russia ruled the hotel barged past while u were being served ur meal no social etiquette or regard for other users will NOT stay here again or recommend to family or friends.

If you are not russian or turkish stay away from this you will be disappointed read all the reviews first.

Avoid this hotel. Food disgusting cold and horrible dirty hygienic staff very unhelpful and rude People leaving hotel due to how bad it is all inclusive bar closes 9pm.

Rooms abslouley rotten blood all over the beds sure hanging out in the rooms foods was left overs from breakfast.

Avoid Avoid Avoid… poor service, dated rooms, no entertainment unless you like watching Russians bringing in their own Drinks, getting wasted then jumping in the very small pool all night. Hot drink machine goes off at 10pm and staff will NOT let you get water or hot drinks at any cost, even if your on medication and need a drink. The only pool slide they have is always dirty. The sun lounger by the pool slide are covered by huge trees so no sunshine. Nothing for children to do.

We vacationed with my wife in October. The numbers were killed, we got with a broken refrigerator, a closet door and a key — the card did not work, opened the usual. On the floor of the palace with stains or blood or wine. Shampoos are given at the request, cleaning is to take out a package of garbage, towels were only 2 for two, then with the fight knocked out another. One star is for perfect location, the other one is for restaurant staff. Nothing more. Stayed here in August, 2017. We didn't expect anything special from this hotel so we didn't argue with the staff about things we didn't like. But some several times we came to reception to ask for sth we dealed with dishonest and really RUDE people. I work in tourism and hospitality industry and I know it's a difficult job but you know patience has its limit. While we were checking out, the receptionists didn't like the way we put our key on the desk (WAT?! ) and they said sth like "What does that mean?! Checking out? So go away from this hotel! " Just an example. Expect that, there are many other cons and before you choose this hotel please be aware that: 1) Wi-Fi almost doesn't work. I can say, doesn't work at all. We went to a neighbor restaurant (Tekin) for good internet. 2) You can only have one room key. 3) Every second day you might have a problem with the room door (you close the door but can't lock it — so you can't leave your room with all the stuff inside and try to catch a hotel worker for at least 30 minutes). 4) Housekeeping service is just about changing towels. 5) The food is poor. Though, the restaurant staff is friendly and helpful. 6) The SPA center is disgusting. Unless the hotel staff (not including restaurant) change their attitude to incoming people nothing will be okay. All the rest becomes not that important in this case.

This place is total below standard. Room are very poor. Bar staff very helpful food is dog food on a plate. Would never stay here again.

BE AWARE… please avoid if you want to enjoy your holiday… you dont get the rooms you have paid for… they will automatically put you in what they call a budget room which will have no windows, then charge you £120 per room when you upgrade to another room. We were there 10 nights and never had clean sheets or towels… food is inedible… and the stench from it is not pleasant. Rooms are basic or below… and in some cases air con leaks water into the rooms and carpets and walls smell of damp. British guests were all complaining about the rude arrogant and abusive russians that have over run the hotel, as this is a russian owned and run hotel. We paid for all inclusive and ended up using it as room only after developing sickness and diarrhoea… food poisoning. Please avoid this place, you will not enjoy this place… pay a little more and get a better place to stay.

Very dated rooms staff rude we went all inclusive, food was rubbish, had to eat out every night, if you are english please do not use this hotel.

Absolutely shocking. Should not be advertised for British people. Full and I mean full of rude drunk (most of the time) Russians. Caters for Russians, all the food except the cold fries is Russian I was looking forward to Turkish food yet there was none. It is three hotels joined together by, what only can be described as a bendy ply wood bridge. Rooms all stunk of old tobacco and drink with sticky carpets. Elevator (that your uncle Bob could make) broke on me on first night. Staff on front desk in day so so rude. Oh my goodness I could go on. Marmaris is just wonderful the hotel was in a fabulous location. I went because I was on my own and it was all inclusive, I sadly had to eat out. Just don't want anyone to go through what I went through. Never had to write a bad review before. Ever Charlotte Hartley.

Great stay, clean rooms, nice food.

The hotel is definitely low. The food is mildly weak, but you can always be satisfied. Alcohol included a very small selection. The contingent leaves much to be desired, but the main thing is to find a big company and sit in one place. It is a city of nightlife, so the hotel must be used only as the center of the home.

The food is terrible, the atmosphere is dreary.

Was in the September 2013 year, was not "Ice" of course, the food is terrible, the rooms at the 4-ku (lived in 3205), Hamam (with 5 huge plus) when the hotel is above all praise! came to the hotel room only to change clothes, take a shower, relax, sleep. Everything in the hotel we liked the room, and power, and attitude. Orthopedic mattresses, very comfortable. Air-conditioned there were no problems, remote control possible to set any kind of a mode of submission of the cooled air. The room has a TV with the program of the NTV, has a telephone.
