Really good food, nice ambiance.

A gorgeous hotel in the heart of Izmir. Friendly staff upon arrival. It’s located in a great spot surrounded by amazing restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the shore. Has great facilities including a great gym and pool. Hotel is very clean. Locals in Izmir wear masks and the hotel follow strict covid rules.
A huge thank you to Tugçe. She was very friendly and professional. She made me a delicious Turkish coffee and it was beautifully presented.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Have stayed here a view times now and still enjoy the stay. Reception and security personnel are very helpful and efficient getting you in and out. Breakfast this time was a little down compared to their usual good standard for service, the food was good though.

Of the number of Renaissance that I've experienced in may countries, this is one of the best. The breakfast is amazing in it's selection. The roof top view is beautiful. The room, nice and cozy but modern and clean. Service is very good. It certainly adds to the pleasure of my stay in Izmir.

Really friendly “boutique” style Renaissance Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is fantastic with a great view of the bay from the 8th floor. Well located in the better end of town with plenty of cafes and restaurants around, plus good shopping district. An easy walk to the waterside and nearby Ataturk Museum. Highly recommended.

Very good location, close to the promenade. Why winter blankets in the summer in Turkey? Second-the staff smiles only in the restaurant (stimulant, probably only tip) the reception is frankly unpleasant. Especially the female staff. You can't smile. Breakfast is boring and poor. As for 5 stars. The bathroom is cold and without heating. Warm up with hot water… And more. Windows cannot be opened. I was very disappointed… Air flow only through the constantly working air conditioner…

Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Otel gayet temiz. Beklentilere en iyi şekilde cevap veriyorlar. Tek sıkıntı yaşadığım yer odanın ışıklandırması ve internet. Bu da zaten diğer otellerde de değişmeyen problem. Yine de İzmir'de iş oteli deyince aklıma ilk gelen yer.

Yes a pretty nice hotel, all very new so as you can imagine looking and functioning more than well! We did not get a city map, or have any assistance pretty much as far as doing tourism goes… I guess they are just use to the business tourism.

Best price for a Renaissance I've seen in all my years of travel. Clean rooms, good staff, and good location. I'm here for a conference, and the location is close to the venue. The breakfast buffet could use some oatmeal, but that's about the only thing to fix.

Very good, breakfast excellent. Rooms smell a bit like smoke.

We expirienced a lovely stay here. The hotel staff were friendly the rooms warm spacious and comfy beds and pillows so soft it was hard to get up in the mornings.
Breakfast was plentiful and staff were genuinly happy to help with your requests.
Our only area for improvment would be that the restraunt menu for evenings and room service didnt offer enough choice.
The hotel was located in the perfect position and very central for shops bars and cafes. With the ferry only a 2 min walk away to take you to the other side of Izmir.
This is one place we can honestly say was worth its 5 star rating. We will be visiting again!
