Good position in Izmir a nice view from the room of the sea and city. Very nice all the staff.

Amazing hospitality already, and I just arrived.

I just reached, very good staff at reception smoothly checkin.

Nice ambience and setup. Beautiful views. Though there are a renovation taking place, the staff was very humble and helpful. The best part is that the room rates were fantastic.

The beds were incredible. Lots of free toiletries. Would recommend this hotel. Towels were great. A fantastic view out the window of the city and close to many restaurants and the sea. Overall a nice hotel.

Beautiful city İzmir and a very good hotel in the heart of the city. Most important places could be reached without any wehicle by foot. Excellent service, polite staff. An excellent roof bar with top drinks and 360 degree view to city. The breakfast is at the ninth floor with a terrace is the highlight of the hotel, where you can watch the İzmir bay and the half of the city. I was here: 30 July — 02 August 2017 I was here again: 31 July — 03 August 2018

Pretty nice hotel. A bit old, but things are running smoothly. They have a breakfast buffet between 6:30 and 10:30 AM which is decent. There is the "windows on the bay" restaurant on the top which is also pretty good. Our room was comfy, they changed the towels daily and brought bottles of water, and checked a few times to make sure everything was alright. We had the city and the sew view and both are great, Izmir is a beautiful city (try the views from the restaurant on top). Did not try the gym and the pool as it looked a bit packed (the gym can be used by non hotel residents as well). Overall a pleasant stay!

Unfortunately, third time was not the charm for me. This is a great hotel that offers beautiful views. But it is tired and is in dire need of a renovation. Old furniture, terrible air conditioning, stains all over the carpets… but customer service has always been TOP CLASS. There is also a ton of work going on and unless you want a constant drilling noise in your ear through the day, go somewhere else. It's a great leisure/vacation hotel but unfortunately not best suited for work/business. There are just much more options available around close to the water.

We really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights here, great room with beautiful views over the city and bay. Service and food was excellent and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and will recommend the Hilton to anyone coming this way.

Enjoyed only breakfasts and the view from the window. If they weren't so dirty… Hotel for business trips, nearby there are hotels with more territory, a nice pool (speech about summer).

Parking in the house parking for cars up to 2m high, parking is not possible on the street, very low ceilings, very low bath … lower knee height, shelves dust, lamp duct broken, napkin box empty, very black windows, in double room only 1 pair of suckers, wc is not wc brush, no thread and needle, bathroom light bulb burned, general lighting very weak, etc.

We are staying with family. We are pure vegetarian from Mumbai. We requested Mr. Metin Keskin for preparing vegetarian dish in breakfast. He gave excellent vegetarian dish in breakfast. Very happy for such gesture. Thanks all staff for excellent service.

The location is great. Close to promenade, restaurants and shopping. The hotel is in a great location.

Fantastic hotel! From the moment you step into the lobby, you feel … special. The personnel is very eager to provide the best service. Very good englush language skills, being fully understood was never a problem. My room was located on the 28th (out of 31 in total) floor. Great panoramic view of the city! Everything was perfectly clean and in order. Big flat tv. The remote controller didn't have any batteries (the previous resident must have wanted them as a "souvenir"! ), so I called the service desk and asked for a couple. In exactly 2', someone showed up with a new, "fully operational" remote controller. The bed, double, extra soft. The breakfast on the 9th floor, delicious. Employees offering coffee, tea and … smiles to help you start your day in the best terms! The gym: very well equiped, good service but overcrowded (@17.00, when I "hit" it). However, the pool was out of service due to maintenance. So no swimming. Overall, the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Definetely would stay again in my next visit and would recommend to anyone who's planning to visit this beautiful city.

It was a very very horrible stay. We came to celebrate New Year in Izmir. I've never seen such a terrible old room. On staying the administrator for some reason my passport has turned out the Lyceum in the room I saw rubbish on a floor. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. Very heavy smell, everywhere the web, dust on the beds, Tarschher table was like in the old closet, yellow bath, toilet, Rakavina, and the swollen old door I was horrified at all. Cellophane curtain with mould. People! Is this Hilton? Is it the 21st century? So much money the room was worth) ) ) From this horror I have caught that new year. The breakfast was not in the front of the staff and the staff were very very. And I was amazed, every administrator can open the door at any time and go. People take care of everything and everyone in the journey. My love for Izmir was killed forever.

The Izmir Hilton has lost its superb. Fortunately the breakfast catches up to the average state of the rooms.

The staff in the Hilton Izmir make the difference. Professional, friendly and service towards guests is very good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is good and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The only thing in the bar is that it can be a bit chilly. When spending a longe period there you should bring warm clothes.

Very nice hotel, good services, good restaurant. It is very conveniently located and the shore side rooms have a great view of the Gulf of Izmir. On a less positive note, some of the internal walls, between the rooms, are too thin and you can hear very well your neighbors — very unpleasant.

In the middle of the city in an elegant neighborhood. The staff is qualified. Good fitness area with well organized pool. Surely the interiors need to be restructured.

Old-style room, I believe this is an old hotel but still beautiful and taken care of. Breakfast menu is limited but the ala carte diner is really delicious. A recommended if visiting Izmir.

The rooms are satisfactory but outdated. The restaurant service is absolutely terrible, the waiters think they are doing you a favour.

Nice hotel with great location.

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view. The food is excellent in all of its restaurants.

Very nice hotel. Location could not be better and the staff is very friendly. Only let during my stay was the concierge at night shift he was lazy and more busy with his phone than looking after guests needs not what you would expect from Hilton group.

The room is spacious and in which I was staying, it has sea views you can enjoy a sunset.
The bathroom is correct although a little small but largely upgraded as the shower curtains, it is something that in a hotel of this category should not be.
The bed is not at all comfortable, but if quite correct.
The gym is small but with enough machines, to be a very correct hotel.
Breakfast is correct but nothing of the. Another world, for me it lacks fruits and yogurt.

Very friendly reception. Very friendly, courteous, polite staff, large spacious rooms, clean. Nice swimming pool. Very rich breakfast, unusual, varied. Beautiful bar with fantastic view from the top 31st! Floor. Highly recommended.

Executive odada kaldik. Oldukça güzeldi. Ancak odadaki klimayı sıcağa ayarlamamiza rağmen oda serindi. Ortak sistem üzerinden geçiş olduğunu düşündük. Çalışanlar cok guler yüzlü. Bebek yatağını bozduk yanlışlıkla gelip yeniden kurdular. Restaurant kısmı görevlileri de çok ilgililerdi. Otel biraz eski ama yine de çok guzel. Harika bir manzarası var.

The rooms are very old but wide which is good, we had an extra bed. The renovated rooms are on the executive floors only. The location is good. About 5 minutes walk to the sahil. The breakfast was great.

I have been staying at this Hilton, for 5 weeks now! I must say staff is very friendly and professional! As a diamond member, I have stayed in many different locations in U. S and world wide! Food is delicious, rooms are very clean! They always ask, if I need anything! I highly recommend this hotel! Location is perfect, located in center of the city.

Really nice hotel in the heart of the city. Rooms are clean and big with comfortable furnishings. A great view from the 29th floor. The staff are welcoming and informative. The dinner on the 31st floor restaurant was well made and fresh. The desert was absolutely delicious and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was quite substantial but lacked coffee varieties.

Location is brilliant, on the coast with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. An amazing spot with the spirit and culture of Turkey right outside the doorstep. Service is perfect with the employees attending to nearly every need. Polite and respectful people brining a positivity in every situation. Rooms are a good size with an abundance of facilities including a gym, swimming pool, sauna and more.

They greet us whith a scrumptios cookie then they check you in and show you to your standard room whith a TV a mini bar shelfing and a fridge there are other faciletice such as a meeting room a deliciosly gourmet restourant and a buissnes center. Me my husband my two children took two rooms since my children are too young we split me and my dughter took a room and my husband and my son took anothere room there were some problems … my TV dident work the othere room is a non smoking room even though we requested one (my huband smokes) but then they changed it and we also requsted twin beds which we didnt get and they had no tour services. But a over all it is a good hotel.
