The hotel from the outside looks good but entering the property is quite old. In the room you realize the poor hygiene in short the hotel is absolutely not 4 stars. On the contrary the location of the hotel is very central. However I would not recommend it since there are other facilities in the surroundings much more interesting.

Good hotel, Friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms. Has parking, Wi-Fi connection, restaurant of its own. ports, national cultural park and other places to visit are in walkable distance.

It's good, there's bathtub in bathroom which is great, but I cant call it 4 stars hotel there is no kettle in room so no tea nor coffee or free water even!

Hotel well kept and very well placed in Izmir.

Very nice, comfortable place on a great spot, close to the Hisar mosque and the street market there, and not too far from the City Symbol — Sahat Kulesi (the clock tower).

Cok merkezi bir yerde. Altinda da guzel bir kafesi. Resepsiyondaki gorevliler de gayet nazik. Izmir'in en guzel yerlerinden birinde. Kalmadim ama genel olarak ici iyiydi. Gidilebilir. Fiyat konusunda bir fikrim yok.

Very poor and bad customer service! They are not friendly at all, they do not know how to speak to customers. There was no doors to bath tab and the shower pipe holder was broken so you had to hold it up when taking shower. We asked for another room the lady at the reception said it was full. A cleaning lady named Arzu, so kind and doing more than her job, she helped us to get another room. We were going to move out if it was not Arzu. The place itself it is not that bad, but the service is bad! I cannot come back to this hotel or recommend it to any one unless they have changed.

The employees were great. They tried their best to make it work. It becomes very obvious that the management is poor. Refrigerator wasn't working well. Air conditioning did not work properly. Ventilation system is very poor, another smoking room will reek up your room. I asked to change the room and they could not as the hotel was full. The air conditioning shut down after an hour of use, had to check fuse in middle of night when it shuts down and turn it back on as it gets very hot in the room. A few extra bucks for much better room and a good sleep will be worthwhile. They would not offer discount or cancel the room charge for the hassles.

Very central and transportation is easy to hotel. But building seems older than it is. Foods are delicious.

A decent hotel with a good central location. Clean sheets, medium comfort beds.

In our room, the hot water came out of the tap brown and with a weird smell. Location was very convenient, and the beds were ok. Restaurants in the hotel were forgettable. The door of our room had its lock guard plate ripped off — whether it was a result of an intrusion or not, that didn't inspire confidence. And to top it off, we were without water in the bathroom several times and had to call the front desk to get a plumber.
