The food and rooms were a disaster. In addition, the food was without any real variation, every day there was the same.
On the other hand, the hotel complex, which is very large and the staff there, was positive. These were very nice and helpful.
All in all, however, by far one of the worst hotels in the area around Alanya and Side.

Good location. Food is good, can always be found to your liking, but there are no drinks-alcohol local production is not very good quality. From the minuses of the noise from the road (even in the rooms with sea view), the beautiful and large pier thanks to which the choice was made in favor of this hotel is closed and disassembled. Wifi only catches in certain places.

I liked the hotel. The best thing is to ride the family. The food is delicious. Free Wi-Fi (really bad caught I have). The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and tidy. The playground is terrible, always dirty especially the slide and swing. The food in general is not bad, but in the lower on the level of Turkish hotels It was more and more tasty, but hungry will not stay, the menu for children is not present, dietary food though little is. A la carte is good. Alcohol on 3ku wine directly poilo, cocktails do as it is necessary sometimes well, sometimes it is impossible to drink. Outside the hotel there is almost nothing there is a track and trade trays. Animation is also on 3ku. On the ground floor there are terrible rooms dirty, the walls are all in greasy stains looking the same on the pillars of the trees. The service at the hotel is also lame. Good hotel for the money. Clean and comfortable. Pebble Beach and with stones: when waves without special slippers for swimming to go and leave difficult. Children and teenagers in strong waves of protection does not let in the sea even with parents. The animation is decent, kebab for dinner tasty, a lot of fruit, there is a massage (1 for free), a pool on site with water aerobics daily, souvenirs cheaper outside the hotel (shop across the street). Shopping in the nearest market is not worth a ride (15 minutes) — prices are overpriced for tourists despite the fact that the guides and staff say otherwise, if you go only to the city (hour and a half bus)

Booked were 6 days All Inclusive Plus.
Our room in which we were accommodated was firstly: a bee's nest on the balcony. Secondly, mould in the bath. Third: drain or inlet of the shower defective, so the area around the toilet was under water.
After a complaint at the reception, we got another room the day after.
In the new room everything was ok, except for the cleanliness. The toilet was sedated with a remark that it was being relocated, but there were still hairs from the guest in front of it. The cleaning lady has wiped our room every noon but many put overlooked and leave cleaning products left on the floor.
The facility itself was always kept clean, with cutlery as well as plates and glasses in all restaurants, bars and snack bars it was not so! Not only we noticed this, almost every guest has his cutlery etc. Always checked.
The food was fine, although at breakfast, desserts (lunch and dinner) and in the snack bar you noticed that not on quality but "the main thing it costs nothing".
Beverages were used as usual No Name products not only for alcohol, but also for soft drinks.
The bartenders have prepared me the same coktail that is on the menu (with ingredients list) each time differently. Even if it was the same bartender, the same coktail has changed every time.
The beach was great. Sand and stone mixture.
We didn't use the pools.

All inclusive, but the food quality is not very good, meat products are especially not recommended. They also make you pick up beach towels from spa, where they try to sell you services like massage. The staff is overall ok, but some of them are rude. Nice beach and sea is very nice around this hotel's area. If you have a sensitive stomach, you should bring some medications. Room cleaning is ok, but they failed to pick some dirty dishes in the room 2 times (2 days) and asked for tip. Snack bar food is low quality.

Really good service all inclusive breakfast lunch and dinner and food is pretty good too.

We were very excited for this family vacation. I went with my brother and his fiancee and my sister and her husband and kids. We had a very bad encounter upon checking in. My sister and her husband had received a room with 2 twin beds, instead of a queen bed and a twin bed, as they had paid and the voucher said. They went to the receptionist, Serif, who was not only useless, but he had an attitude and threatened to call security and throw my sister and her family out. She was so humiliated in front of other people and left the lobby crying. She avoided the lobby for the remainder of her vacation. My room had no shower door, so the bathroom was soaked every time I showered, but that was not the worse part. The sink leaked so much, that my feet were soaked in dirty water every time I used it. I didn't bother to call reception, because I didn't want to have my sister's fate with Mr. Serif, or worse, get blamed by him that I caused the damages (he was one of those people). Also the fridge in the room didn't close, leaked all over the room and I never had cold drinks at night. The food was amazing, and so was the waiting staff. Please tip the waiters if you can. They work about 20 hours per day, 6 days per week. The beach had adequate comfortable beds and enough shades. The water was crystal clear and so warm. There ware also some people that did water sports, which I love, and they were very convenient to have. My favorite was the entertainment crew.

Had an upgrade to our room which was very clean and also very nice. To the staff, I can only say that they were just extremely friendly, as well as outside of the hotel were all very nice.
The food was mostly to my liking and the buffet quite well stocked. What very well liked, that there was plenty of fruit for dessert. Also, the pool was very pleasant and the pool bar took care of the remaining soft. Evening entertainment is also regularly offered.
In the spa area will attempt to sell more expensive treatments by is alluded to so 'bad' health after an initial low-cost treatment. (I feed healthy with adequate sports)
The beach was not very pleasant without slippers.
The holiday was just perfect for the price and really friendly staff. The week was simply too fast.

Quite, simple for an all inclusive place.

I was a week spot to relax. And you can here very well.
The Raymar is a wonderful well maintained community in the time like a dream flies. Since this was my first all inclusive holiday. And only slightly more expenditure had, I decided to an extensive wellness programme in the Spa which was explained to me by the Manager of Nailia. After a successful first visit of the spa with Turkish bath, oil massage and face mask (duration 90) for just €35 so new guest at the hotel, we made appointments for the remaining days.
At that time, I visited the Spa of every morning after breakfast and was delighted me on my medical full body massage the Sarah has performed daily. With her I've dealt with very good me felt and one could clearly notice that she knew what she was doing!
With each passing day, I felt better and I noticed that most clearly in my back which made me otherwise likes many problems.
Also, I got still a face mask and a delicious Cup of tea to relax after each session.
The Spa is really nice and clean. A sauna could be somewhat larger but has definitely served its purpose and also the treatment rooms were always clean and pleasantly air-conditioned.
I recommend everyone to visit the Spa at the Raymar — not only to pick up his beach towel.
I look forward to my next visit.

Super nice and clean Hotel. There is not much to complain about except for the rather Spartan furnished, the fitness room and the stony sandy beach. Otherwise Top Hotel!

All was wonderful. Arrived at the hotel just for the sake of fishing from the shore and fishing in the river that flows nearby. In the second half of September. Caught in the river mullet I cook fried.

It was not bad, but on this all is well!

Bad security. Water Polo play guys play, where the number of children who can throw and kill. I was kicked out of the pool's animators were told that I little me 15 and played himself. The Administration is not outdated, we decided to go to the market we were told is worth $ 5, drove up to market the machine and we say 10 € Let's. Little meat, garnish current French fries or rice. The sea is not sand and pebbles is very painful feet. Elevator is small and with sidecar hard in elevator to hit, there's people also ride a buggy on a lift.

I did not like at all this hotel. Everything was mass, two elevators for 600 rooms not enough, always we had to wait for elevators. In restaurant the food was bad, chicken meet mainly, sometime fish, long rows waiting to get drings at only 1 bar, 1 liter water was closed by key. No space at pool for guests, if we were not weake at 5 in morning there was no space latter one. The environment was ugly, and during night a lot of mosqiutous bigting. I hope people will not make a mistake like we did. This os not 5 star hotel, maybe 3 is too much.

An excellent hotel. The whole family is thrilled.
