We were very excited for this family vacation. I went with my brother and his fiancee and my sister and her husband and kids. We had a very bad encounter upon checking in. My sister and her husband had received a room with 2 twin beds, instead of a queen bed and a twin bed, as they had paid and the voucher said. They went to the receptionist, Serif, who was not only useless, but he had an attitude and threatened to call security and throw my sister and her family out. She was so humiliated in front of other people and left the lobby crying. She avoided the lobby for the remainder of her vacation. My room had no shower door, so the bathroom was soaked every time I showered, but that was not the worse part. The sink leaked so much, that my feet were soaked in dirty water every time I used it. I didn't bother to call reception, because I didn't want to have my sister's fate with Mr. Serif, or worse, get blamed by him that I caused the damages (he was one of those people). Also the fridge in the room didn't close, leaked all over the room and I never had cold drinks at night. The food was amazing, and so was the waiting staff. Please tip the waiters if you can. They work about 20 hours per day, 6 days per week. The beach had adequate comfortable beds and enough shades. The water was crystal clear and so warm. There ware also some people that did water sports, which I love, and they were very convenient to have. My favorite was the entertainment crew. They were the best part of the hotel.
