Just arrived home after a lovely week at this hotel, the staff were lovely, beautiful clean complex, one of the best holidays we have had.

Great hotel with a few of negatives. Positives are — you dont need to leave the resort as you have everything there that you need. Hotel was very clean and was enough space to keep distance for the majority of the day. There is food on tap 24/7, including ice cream and a patisserie, there was a shopping mall, shops werent over priced as youd expect. Water park was very good on site.
Negatives were, reception staff werent helpful, well for the English anyway. There is no facilities to get cash out via ATM, food was plentiful but repetitive and. More aimed at Russians as was the hospitality during the stay. You do have to learn to be firm and push in otherwise you'd be waiting for ages to be served both in the restaurant and bars. Had to prep my son to be more vocal when here. Rep didn't bother turning up on the first morning and no other info at the hotel — didn't really matter as we've been on most excursions but dont invite and then not turn up. Dodnt let that spoil out week there and still had a nice relaxing holiday.

Great place, with a perfect service. Offers super clean rooms and very friendly staff, who reserves a friendly and very warm smile being fully at our service. Food is super delicious and everything available 24hrs. A small mini-shopping center inside the hotel, makes it more attractive.

Great hotel had the best holiday ever, staff are very friendly, hotel very clean, always a variety of food and waterslides are amazing for all ages. Looking to come back next year. Thankyou very much for an amazing holiday.

Overall had a nice time given the current situation, it isn’t all bad and of course has its positive points however I wouldn’t visit this hotel again. Food a bit repetitive, but this could be because they had a limited menu due to staff having to serve rather than self service. Family room sizes very small and hotel management not at all helpful when attempting to swap rooms. Italian restaurant available to book however there is nothing at all Italian about it so we got up and left. Also given the size of the hotel, I think it would be an absolute nightmare getting a space By the pool if the hotel was full. Hotel itself is very nice with a variety of pools and slides which is good fun and the majority of staff are generally very friendly. Room
Fridges restocked daily which is good, however it is always sugary drinks so you’d have to request if you want diet. Free Wi-Fi which is a bonus, though you need to be in certain areas of the hotel for it to work, which isn’t really an issue when your phone use is very limited when away anyway. Cleaners very nice people however other staff are not at all on the ball, when reporting broken glass by the poolside, I was told they would be there in a minute, after finding a further 2 people someone finally came a good 10 minutes later and we were left trying to guard the area so nobody cut their feet. There should not be glasses given throughout the day when the pool is open.

Your hotel this is perfect and your staff is exellent. Im veryy pleased.

The food is good. The staff always make sure you are accomadated. Everything is paid for even the minibar and Turkish baths so feel free to help yourself.

Staff work tirelessly, nothing is a problem — a “Thank You “ means so much. Hotel is immaculate.

This was a wonderful vacation for my husband and I. We had an amazing time, lots of fun and excitement. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Delicious food and various tasty drinks all day long.

It's a nice hotel. Of the cons-big, a lot of people, but you can always find a place to eat and sunbathe. There are very few Russians, mostly Germans, Turks and Italians. There is a lot of food, you won't stay hungry, which is about foreign drinks, but the locals are quite decent. The rooms are chic, everything is clean, cleaning daily. The main thing is the Sea is just a class, very salty, clean and warm! In general, who comes with what mood, he and rests. We all enjoyed it!

We stayed at this hotel between 24 and 29 August with the children. Comfortable rooms, great kitchen, pools, friendly staff. Only we had a problem, during the departure we forgot the child's favorite toy, a small white Olympic bear dedicated to the 2014 Olympics. It's a child's favorite toy. We stayed in room 4028, a big request to help find it, all the shipments we will pay if the bear is found let me know. Respectfully, your guests.

Nice hotel. Good rooms. All inclusive. Definitely not a 5*. Staff are great but meal time is a punch up.

Pool amazing, beach rubbish — not sandy and full of stones. Restaurant too small for over 3000 guests. Always overcrowded and long queues for food. Staff arehelpful and polite. You have to be at the restaurant at 7pm otherwise you will struggle to find seat. So many sunbeds we struggled to find any free ones. Well overcrowded hotel. I wouldn't come back.

This is a brilliant all inclusive resort, all food and drink are included in the price. This is the perfect place for families with young children they have water slides about 5 or 6 swimming pools you can let the kids play and relax. The buffet options are incredible people are in shock at the amount of fresh food available. I don't think this is five stars everywhere most is five but some is four and three. Most of the other guests are from northern and eastern Europe and a few brits. When you go to town pay in Turkish lira things work out 20% cheaper than using Euros The hotel has a private beach with a restaurant and free drinks The only real negative is that you really are in the middle of nowhere, they don't have english teabags so if you like a brew bring some.

On arrival we where made welcome we had a fast check in and where shown to our room room was lovely and clean basic but we didn’t expect much more as we only payed for economy. The next day we got to breakfast huge choice in food dinner and tea for the complete holiday was brilliant. The pool are lovey and clean choice of two outdoor and one Indoor entertainment team at night are brilliant and get you involved with things. Plenty of different shows although they are repeated every second week. Plenty of indoor outdoor bars. I think in my opinion this hotel is far better than customers give it credit for I would easy say 4.5 star excellent hotel Mr c Patchett.

Have been with the family since 29.05 by 7.07 The weather was wonderful and comfortable, the sea is warm, the entrance to the sea — stones, but there is a pier. There was an underground passage to the beach 1, 5 minutes and you're on the beach, sunbeds a lot, there's a canopy. Bar, cool drinks, diner on the beach. The food everywhere is delicious, fed for slaughter. Meat, fruits, vegetables… Just enough.
The room was family-friendly, two-story, very spacious overlooking the pool and sea. Clean linen, towels, cleaning was every day, cleaned very well. Mini — bar — fanta, cola, water with gas and without. Noise from the pool in the evening did not interfere with closed doors.
The territory. Big, Clean, staff all day that — that washes, rubs, cleans. It's well-groomed! Also on the territory you can use the paid services of a hairdresser, a tattoo temporary and present, hookah
The animation. Beach volleyball, zumba, aqua aerobics, darts, gymnastics, water polo — everything was! The guys are trying, it was always fun. Evening shows — programs are interesting, we liked it.
Also present children's animation with children engaged girls, all speak Russian, son 5 years, loved. There are also 2 pools for children, slides, both small and over.

It's a great hotel. Large and spacious, comfortable rooms, the kitchen is just chic. There are many games for children and adults (dart, water polo, volleyball, football, etc. ), the animators are just super, here you can really take a break from the bustle of the city and just enjoy the moment and the nature around you. The beach is lovely, the tan is just class. In general, the hotel is great, I advise everyone, do not regret. Here you can spend time cheering. In the evening there are gorgeous parties for both children and adults, the bar is great, the bartenders are super. We rest in Admiral for the second year. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel is clean and the grounds are inside. The food is delicious, fresh and tasty, varied. A small water park, 10 slides and for children and adults. Animation all day long. For small children, adults also do not miss. Loved almost everything except the room, if you have a family of 4, don't take the "standard"! The numbers the higher the better. The food is a lot and different, but every day almost the same, goodies for sweet tooth full, will be ice cream with 13:00-17:00 and many restaurants, including children's café, staff well done, really sorry a little, run clean. The room is the worst but the air conditioner works poorly, cleaned is excellent. The food is great as always at five. The animation is great, the guys are cheerful always new contests and shows.

The best person that I had such a great pleasure to meet was the Zumba Trainer Ömer. He gave us such a great feeling as in you were in real vacation, very enthusiastic and so full of energy.

Love this place, amazing for the price including free food, drinks entertainment, there's a lot of attractions nearby, really recommend this place thanks guys.

Nice hotel. The grounds are small, but there is everything to have a week of fun and not to go anywhere. Good quality food and drinks. The staff is polite and not intrusive. The animation is good, duplicated in Russian, German, English and Turkish.

We are here for 7 nights it is a fantastic hotel with great staff. Hotel is clean and the food is amazing definitely will be coming back õmer zumba best.

A very nice hotel, also great for families with children. 1 star deduction for the cold pools, even the whirlpool was freezing. Children's Pool I find too cold. All day eating even on the beach.

That's wonderfull place for holiday and delicious food.

We stayed 2 years ago with the family there it was all perfect. Today 2017 it's very very bad, we're very disappointed. Actually, this hotel doesn't deserve a star. Especially the food is not observed to the hygienic law it is very bad. It is a great pity to visit this Crystal hotels in Turkey. I will and advise our EU people to avoid travelling to such hotels in Turkey sad.
Just a feedback to the chambermaids and the cleaning team who have done their job very well better than the boss Bravo.

Very nice hotel for young people! For the price absolutely ok! Pool and outdoor area beautiful. Food is good, too.

Everything is good, everything is enough, (food, sunbeds, towels, etc. ) Some little things like no hair balm do not believe asked-brought. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. For children slides, Morozhki, evening shows. It's from what I've seen. The rooms are not new but very comfortable, clean, all with balconies. I liked how the cook himself was going through the hall, before the influx of people, selectively checking the food (for example, how thick chocolate in the dish). I can't appreciate the animation, we didn't go for it. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Air conditioning is activated as soon as you close the balcony door;)

The animator Emre is a person who is well known for the heart, with whom we went to the nightclub on two evenings. Simply address:-). The Summer Garden is recommended only. The hotel guests are mostly Russians. Every evening there is a very respectable show in the amphitheatre. However, some of the animators are very intrusive and don't understand a no, even the bartenders often have an annoyed face.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. 4, I live in room 3046, came a big family (7 people). If you come to eat does not matter when not before the schedule that riskunte to take a place very far from the restaurant, the Russians very little all from different countries with their zabanbonami. Smoke everywhere I would not stressful if I myself and my family did not smoke I have 3 children 1, 7, 4 years and 7 years. Wherever I sit on the street is always no. People are a cat. Poh. Children. The hotel has its own beach where it is bred all over. Took Poroshut, all OK gave $60, for two, for a photo of $8 per one, video cat. I shot myself (they gave me Melfi camera), Loaded $60, tried Torlgovatja, im Poh. They say remove in an hour if you do not pay. Had a rest in Turkey and many where such divorce and relationship has not seen. Probably if Poglvorju with friends they also rest in Turkey, if they have so much more and Turkey will not go. My conclusion to this hotel is not to go.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay here so much! Animators were amazing, kept us always busy with dart games,  zumba all sorts of pool games. Really nice spa centre totally worth it! Only minus we found was people waiting for food, ques were really large and cook's couldn't make food fast enuf to feed us ;)

Great relaxing holiday. Very big clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Plenty to do for all ages: from mini disco to live shows water polo and even bingo! Food is very good with themed nights and a huge selection keeping it interesting. Would highly reccomend it and come here again or try one one of the other crystal hotel. Only criticism would be that the staff are too tolerant of rude people and should address this problem. 5star.

Nice location and big hotel space. However packed with a lot of people the buffet restaurant is rammed packed with people. There are relaxing areas for having cocktails and beers, nice snack bar which serves freshly cooked food. However the ingredient is not the fresh as you can expect from hotel serving 2000+ guest at same time. Definitely go early to your included meals to avoid disappointment. The spa is so so, because they offered nice deal to couples but only the sales know English and the remaining staff don't speak. So it was hard to communicate and get the best out of them. However their traditional Turkish Haman bath is cool and it's free for use. Room decor is little outdated and in need of renewal. Room service was good and provides new drinks everyday in your mini bar (if you gone for all inclusive) General service is good, people was nice. However they don't speak much English and some looked they rather be elsewhere.

It's okay. The rest of the week. Once a week, apart from the buffet, choose from the Italian, Mexican, Turkish or grill restaurant. The beach is nice clean true pebbles. Clean on the beach regularly. In Cervo there are bars to choose from. You can eat and hang everywhere and always do not interfere with other residents of Otjelja. About the animation will not say anything TC did not visit. That's great.

Had a great stay at Crystal Admiral Resort Suites & Spa. Our Senior Family Suite was out of this world and enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the bedroom. Food and drink was reasonable but nothing special. Staff mostly friendly and helpful.

At once about Cons: animation very and very weak; Everywhere and everywhere queues; During the peak season the administration cannot cope with the influx. The guests from Albania and Kosovo, and local Turks, too, were particularly annoyed. Gadjat everywhere, a lot and fast. Diapers in the pool, broken glasses on the Lezhakah pool, everywhere puddles of poured IRA, 24 hours occupied sunbeds, pigsty in the restaurant. Children of these guests simply street. The hotel is great. Mostly the Turks. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Very good watch over the cleanliness of the territory. The food is average. Dinner is good. A wide choice of dishes and tasty. Lunch, like in a diner. Pasta, rice, pizza, hamburger. Oh and a bit of SW19. Breakfast good. And there is a choice to suit all tastes. Moody beach. Sunset in water is not comfortable. There is a pier. All in all, not bad.

If you are into Turkish way of having your holidays, than is a great place. Otherwise, is quantity not quality.

Already the outbound flight was a heart-tapping, insanely cramped, hungry "Experience" with Onur Air, there was no free lunch or a free drink. Nothing. All for an increased cash!
It is surely only a matter of time until this airline again receives Lnadeverbot in Germany. Soon, we hope. If we had any idea this pompous "dirty car"… it is just the beginning We have wait in the parking lot in Antalya completely exhausted again over an hour in the shuttle bus, also another plane with fellow passengers then went up. The bus driver was neither German nor English and has to us also not the reason and the duration of waiting. He forgot, but when the get off to show on his Trinkgeldbos. The next shock arrived at the hotel.
I have never seen such a misserables hotel and sloppy services!

Rooms small, schmuttlig, minibar a laugh (no alcohol). The hotel boy said to us we would have the "best" room. Uh-oh, we want to not even saw the others. We noticed only a day the riots at the reception that the other guests had similar expectations as we, and were just as disappointed as we! We often sat n of the lobby, because only there the Internet worked. At dinner, we had hope, but also this expectation could not be met. The air conditioning worked only occasionally.

The soup taste like water, fruit and vegetables were partially rotten taste also.

Food and Spa area was good. Rooms dirty with partially mildew in the bathroom and on the walls, open door frame, no alternative by the reception — this is normal.
Indoor pool — water cold and stench — not ideal for bathing.
When it rains, the water pushes everywhere and it dripped from the ceiling.

Like the entire family fly in this hotel. But as I read the reviews are not really wanted. Lacked even a virus hitch. And I have another little sister her 7mesâcev!

Had a rest in 2013 year with baby 2.5 years. The hotel is not bad, great area, eating normal, animation is excellent! the child could not disengage with the ship with slides very he liked! However, children's pool, cleaning it demanded were not clean, we rested in August, kids! My child is picked up there a virus! 4 days spent in room, 2 days with high temperatures and what the bubbles on the body went to the hospital, they said that we are not the first with this hotel got sick! The mood of course and the impression from this hotel it was wicked! I want to say about the location, around the desert! And the road! Go take a walk in the evening no where!

The day bed I could sleep in a 5 star hotel in Bur. I slept on the balcony. There was the time Air Conditioning. Room 42 degrees.

The hotel is terrible. What you have interest. What about air-conditioning. It's a shame.

The hotel was nice to visit here. Who has already matured a Pleasant stay.

If someone is going to the l'etoile, WELCOME! You will not regret. The hotel is great, the area is large space enough for us all. The food is delicious and varied. The service staff is great. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Only near the hotel there are no shops. But this is not so important. I want to thank the management and staff of this hotel. Everything is provided for guests.
