The service here really stunned me and I found the staff were all so nice and did there jobs really well. I recommend to anyone looking for the perfect holiday.

Overbooked. Double more people than capacity in this hotel. During the dinner time we could not find place to seat. After 15 minutes of waiting for free place, we went in caffe bar next to restaurant. Manager throws as out on very rude way!? Unbelievable! We needed to go in Belek in order to have dinner. Hotels garden is very beautiful as well as swimming pools, but overcrowded with small children and pool toys. There is smaller 16 + swimming pool, sometimes you have children, sometimes you don't have… If you have small children, they will have a lot of company here. For our son, it was to much children crying on every corner. If you like to wait in long lines for drink or food… this is perfect hotel. Only thing that we respect and support regarding to this hotel is CATS HOUSE. This was the main reason why we book this hotel on the first place. We noticed that waiters love this animals and protect them from very small children who don't know to play with them nicely. This is really beautiful to see. Last year we stayed in Nirvana Lagoon Beach, also part of Crystal Hotels: Not crowded, Food was better, Rooms were better-bigger and new. Gym was new like on the pictures. In Crystal Tat Gym is old with broken machines. Overall impression: Sure NOT 5 STARS hotel, more like big kindergarten with rude manager.

We had a great time here! I didn't want to leave! This is a family-run hotel that is very close to the sea with a lounge setting in a classic discreet European style. Attentive staff cleaned rooms every day, even without co-payment, as is customary here! Cozy rooms with a beautiful loggia! Stunning cuisine from which I recovered on a kilogram 3, at least) ) ) ) Stay hungry and sober there almost leave no chance) ) ) A good evening program with live music, competitions and dances. A lot of foreigners and locals, which suggests that game like "Tagiyil… (quote from "Nasha-Rasha")! "You won't see it here! Not enough animation, but to be honest there was not up to her! For kids there is a playground, a separate pool for shallowness and aquaburns, a tennis court, a game room, a trampoline, and so delicious ice cream all overlap) ) ) )

The price is not bad. But the internet's is horrible, the coffee awful, the air-conditioning anywhere aside the rooms not good! And there is no real control beside the adult pool to prevent children coming there.

The hotel was built 20 years ago but is kept in good condition. The rooms are spacious, the area is well-groomed, many plantings, lawns and lawns are kept in very good condition, the staff is responsive, many Russian speakers. There is a children's club, a water park, a children's pool. In the evening music programs, competitions, live music.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean rooms. The area is large and very green. The beach is clean, sandy, the entrance to the sea is sloping. The food is good, a great buffet with a variety of dishes. Animation at altitude! Every day act, all of you are very cheerful and sociable. I recommend the hotel to both families and young people.

The hotel is certainly not new. Not very modern, but with all this is very cozy. There are many people. Variety in food, clean. The staff is friendly, friendly, always willing to help. The rooms are not too big, what was missing is the hooks in the tub. Cleaning every day. Overall, the hotel feels positive.

We enjoyed every moment here. It was just unforgettable. This hotel just amazing. Our room was nice. The entertaiment team is brilliant! They are very positive. We enjoyed different shows every evening, and all of them were nice! Thank you so much! We will come back!

So, our vacation is over and we will probably miss this amazing hotel.! It was really unforgettable! Everything was just perfect beginning with our food and ending with the staff! The territory is very green and clean. We had a really nice room. I wish in the restaurant were sea products, but all in all the food is good. And now about staff! They are very friendly! I’d like to say “thank you “ to the animation team. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to speak with all of them (because of the language) but I met a really nice girl! Her name is Anna. We met her by chance (She gived us the information about the show). She is very well-educated and useful! So if you are going to visit this hotel, you just have to find her. In the evening time we had a very interesting program! The only bad thing in this hotel is awfully slow internet connection! It doesn’t work in a proper way and not everywhere. So, I’d like to recommend you to visit this hotel!

Rested from April 28 to May 7, hike ebb for this time, Podfarilo) ) ) The hotel is great for a family holiday: slides, kids club, anise, pizza, ice cream) ) food excellent, every day meat (lile), shish kebab, grilled fish, a lot of greenery and cheese. Wifi is low signal in the room. Use 4g sim card for Internet. Note for it-visitors and business travelers: In this hotel used Aruba network wireless solution (Canada/USA development as I know) with bad channels concurrent (channels inused in 2.4 and 5GHz but settings wrong and speed always low). Vpn with mtu 1500 work bad in this hotel and on all territory. If you work on remote access please be careful — Aruba network solution have landing page that take mac of youre device for routing traffic — this give only near 4-5Kbyte/s speed — this is not bad for reading news and answer on email or messagers without photo and video, but it lag and freeze on remote access to office. Work over Wi-Fi in this hotel very sloooooowwwwly. This not only my opinion: many other travellers have this problem. Bad news for it — management of this hotel… try another wireless solution or set it more careful if crystal need business auditorium in this place.

Great hotel for family holiday. Beautiful groomed huge area 5 + lots of greenery. Excellent animators 5 +. Of the minuses I personally did not like alcohol, cocktails. Little fish and fish dishes.

So booked a three day break here after having been here last year. The hotel itself I would say is a 3 or 4 star and not a 5. The food is very average at best. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and quite large. There are plenty of activities to do during the day, but please be aware of the air rifle shooting. So myself my wife and daughter and another couple joined up with the rep. I have been using air rifles for 30 years so I am fully aware of the dangers and safety requirements. However the rep immediately gave the loaded air rifle to the lady from the other couple, no safety briefing at all. The gun failed to go off, so the rep went to try and help. However after gain it failed to go off as he walked back towards us he was waving the gun around so it ended up being point at myself my family and the other couple. He said it was no problem, but sorry it was. He started prodding the pellet with a pen, and then went to try and shoot again, but again it did not work. Again coming back the rep waved the gun past us at which point we forefully told him he was dangerous, again he seemed oblivious to his errors. I spoke to the entertainment manager however he did not seem to understand the seriousness of the incident. He said he had given the training and we could go out and shoot the following day. This is certainly not the reaction I would have expected considering an air rifle had been handled dangerously. I had asked to speak to the general manager but was refused.

You eat from crap little courtesy no organization in the kitchen and more. Never the worst experience…

This year we have unfortunately not managed to go there, but we remember last year the more beautiful! It was all perfect from start to finish, from breakfast to evening show.
The animation team is great and fun! An animator (Katya) had a particularly good time getting one to take part in every "crap" and has also regularly taken a moment to entertain one! All in one: perfect! Thanks for this holiday and hopefully see you soon.

Hotel is simply, somewhere not clean, rooms reconstruct, bathroom dirty. Wellness and fitness old, dirty. No heated indoor pool. Food good fresh. Near all stuff… beach, bar, kids playground, pools.

Big, clean, green, spacious. The insane beauty of the hotel opens from the terrace, you will never forget this view. The restaurant is delicious, always plenty of choice. The rooms are clean and well maintained.
The animation is insanely fun, all the guys are good!

We were guests at this hotel for the 4th time this season. The price-performance ratio is right. The friendly staff is the reason for our frequent visits. Unfortunately, this time we have been violently offended by an animation staff member (Türkay). Complaints management does not work. No reaction followed. What a pity!

A very nice hotel. The bedroom was a little dated however very clean. The place as a whole was very good staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

The hotel has worked just great for us! We are a very international family, so it was a great place for us to meet and enjoy family vocation! Food was excellent! Drinks and service up to a sutisfactory standard! Personal was very carering and ready to help at any time point! Thanks to every night shows, we didn't get a chance to be tired! Especially, my family and I would like to thank the Russian crew! They were amazing entertainers and very friendly in general! We stayed 7 people from 3 different countries and everybody has found something to do here! I believe it was to a great degree thanks to these friendly hotel employees! Especially, I would like to thank one lady named Daria (I apologize if I didn't spell it right). I would advise to try this hotel for a family vocation and we would try to come again next summer!

The entertainment staff were really enthusiastic and lovely, encouraging audience to participate which was really good. The food was fresh and always available. The hotel was well kept with light music in the background. Also, the hotel briefing was very inclusive and helpful with what we could do outside of the hotel.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were so friendly. They helped with anything you needed and we easy to approach and talk to. If you had any problems they were willing to help! The entertainment was good and every night there was something exciting to see. I had so much fun and would most definitely come back! Thankyou.

I liked the hotel mostly because of their staff, they're really polite. I enjoyed the work of entertainment team and their shows were really great and interesting. Also the after shows and parties were really good and I had a lot of fun.

My family and I decided to spend another 2 weeks in Turkey for a second time but at a different hotel. The animation team here is super friendly, the daytime activities such as darts, volley ball and more were such fun! The hotel itself has a games room, two pools (one for 16+), some ships for a souvenirs and more. The food was good and they had a good amount of it each night. They hotel would also have foam and pool party's for everyone to go to. Altogether the holiday was great.

Wonderful resort with charming staff who try to read every desire of the eyes and are always cheerful mood. One really gets the impression that they are pleased when their guests.
The area is barren, only golf courses so around. If you want shopping outside the hotel, you have to Kadriye or side.
A real highlight is the massage at the Spa. The offer while 'German' prices, but really effective massages. Once again thanks to Bekir which has improved my hip.

Toilet Restaurant stinks — some of the toilets in the Hotel were disgusting, others again good clean. Animation, bad Russian only Mostly Russian guests Hotel in the years to come. Design in the late 70s. Poolhandtücher shredded. No Beverages And if, then extremely diluted / Bsp. At the Bar, Nescafé, or Cola light. The Ruhepool / Adult have the idiotic architects directly next to the Rutschenanlage built. There acts a disturbed lifeguard with his Gejauchze and the damned Whistle in which he is always in the tube in the slide whistle. The echoes at the Ruhepool extremely. Was only 5 days there — on the 6th, I would have him … I have 3 more days to the Patisserie/ice cream to find Rooms are clean — staff up on Animation very friendly Pick up much too early Nearly 4h before departure Prices in the Hammam is much too expensive! The prices are in spite of to negotiate far above the Niveo from Germany. Applications in the Hammam were other people there and gafften all the time. What some of them didn't stop the Babies there to clean and the cups to rattle as if you were in the kitchen. The Hotel must urgently leave. Massage therapists in the Spa were great, however, try the seller (alleged doctors) to every pensioner there thick watery feet to convince you. Treatments of more than€ 800 are the rule. Pedicure at the hairdresser in the Hotel was sensational. Better does not go. Pool area was well maintained, nice and clean. Food was outstanding.

Great Hotel. Beautiful Beach. Super nice staff. Quiet room with balcony and view to the tennis court out. Good food and very good wine. Everywhere chilled water in PET bottles to take away. Nice trips with Tui made, eg. Fire of Anatolia and the secret of. If Turkey, then again in fact Beach.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The service is great and the waiters and cleaning staff are very attentive. A very good hotel to relax and feel good. For golf lovers a must. The food is very nice Mr. There are a lot of animation and even an OpenAirDisco and a night club. Really great. I can only recommend the hotel. :).

We have never experienced such a dirty dining room. Beverage vending machines, food containers, dishes etc. Dirty. As would never be cleaned! Toilet facilities also dirty.
