I had very bad experince and sad memories there. I booked for 4 nights. First two nights were good but the other were horrible. My son ate french fries at the restaurants on the beach. Few hours later he started vomiting. He was vomiting all night until morning… They took us to the hospital and because we don’t have insurance they asked us to pay 1300 TL. In the hospital I met a family who’s there children got sick too. I knew them because I saw them at the restaurants on the beach. I hope they pay more attention to the food hygiene. People come to enjoy not to spend there vacation at hospitals. Absolutely I will not recommend this hotel for anyone.

We’ve stayed in a sun swim up room and it was just amazing. The staff were really friendly and everything was clean and well maintained. Special thanks to the kitchen chefs and to Emrah from the reception.

Loved it here. Only problem was they would serve men and ignore the women a lot. Kids no chance.

Overall a very bad experience. The hotel staff are very poorly trained and the management is quite inadequate. There are some serious issues regarding food safety, staff hygiene and customer service. I would say this hotel is far below Belek region standards. In terms of room comfort, in short, the building is very outdated. Although there are some partial renovations, there are some major problems like lack of lights in bedrooms (only bedside lampshades) or insufficient elevators. The fitness facility is full of worn down equipment and the gym staff is hardly there to supervise. The bar staff are rude and prioritize tippers which is upsetting as you shouldn't have to tip to get service in the first place in an all inclusive hotel. Kitchen staff definitely need to be better trained. The food quality is most definitely in need of improvement. If you come in the last 40 minutes of food service good luck. Staff including the chefs will ignore you and won't even help with service as they are getting ready to clean up. Unless you have no care for quality I would most definitely not recommend this hotel.

It is one of the best otel around Belek/Antalya. Beach, swimming pool very nice hotel with very good service. I advice everyone.

هتلی زیبا و بسیار آرام و دلپذیر. ما برای تعطیلات نوروز به این هتل اومدیم و متاسفانه بسیاری از قسمت‌های هتل همچون ادونچر پارک و کلاب نوجوانان و اتاق بازی غیر فعال بود. در مورد غذاها، مواد اولیه تازه و مرغوب استفاده میشد و ظاهر جذابی داشتند، اما در مورد ادویه و طعم غذاها، میشد بهتر عمل کرد و هیجان و لذت بیشتری رو در مخاطب ایجاد کرد. آژانس اصلی ارایه دهنده این هتل در ایران «آبی بال» و «هرمس» هست و بهتره اگر قصد اقامت در این هتل رو دارید، از طریق این دو آژانس اقدام کنید. چون هم ارزونتر میشه و هم هدایایی مثل «رفتینگ» رو روی تور دریافت میکنید. من از لاچین‌سیر پکیج تور رو گرفتم و نسبت به افرادی که مستقیم از آبی بال تور رو تهیه کرده بودند، نفری ۷۰۰ تومن گرونتر تموم شد. در کل هتل خوبی بود و از اقامت در اون لذت بردیم.

Nice family run hotel, has everything to stay with preschool children. Nice Mini Club, pools, children's corner in the restaurant with a choice of children's meals. The rooms are standard not large. Good service (especially in restaurant), nice buffet, beach is normal, entrance to the sea is small pebbles. The hotel left a good impression.
