Outstanding hotel, this was our first trip here but what an experience. Child-friendly, the food, the sport, pool and the activities you have. The best service we have ever received from everyone and must mention a special person who was absolutely fantastic (Harun Küçükayaz) for a great man, for a waiter, for a nice and not least respectful person. Many thanks for everything Cornelia Diamond and Harun Küçükayaz who made our trip even better.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous staff a real 5 star ⭐️ experience in a very difficult situation. The hotel’s approach to covid was commendable, no effort had been spared to ensure guests had a great holiday.

1. Poorly prepared customer relations (The customer service lady ordered pasta with french fries for our child) 2. I ordered Gluten free menu 6 months before and they were still not prepared. 3. The gluten-free dessert is just pudding and maybe a cake. 4. Gluten free ice cream does not exist in the hotel. 5. The distance does not exist in the amphitheater of children's shows. 6. The playground is not finished and has no protection, which is why my child suffered a serious accident. 7. They have a contract with the most expensive hospital in the world Aspendos (an x-ray 450 euros and a plaster for a child in the forearm 5000 euros).

Amazing Hotel and Staff really can’t fault anything lovely beach bar which we also used in the evening after a walk after Dinner. Rooms were lovely beds amazingly comfortable, Food wherever we ate was delicious to suit everyone. Went to Illusion Entertainment absolutely Top Draw something you would expect to see in Vegas Spa Treatments although not cheap were exceptional and very professional amenities in Crassula Spa were numerous from steam rooms sauna Tropical Showers Haman and lots more. Well Done Cornelia Diamond.

My fifth time here. First time — 9 years ago. Now, for the first time I am a bit disappointed. Small details start showing the resort age and that should not occur. Same beautiful place with extraordinary pools and sweet staff. Nevertheless, I paid for a sea view, I was given a partial sea view. Not really welcoming after four stays. The wine is really not good. I appreciate the special attention for the kids, I like the entertainment options and the food. The rooms should be reviewed, technically speaking. A good point is marked by the clay tennis courts, even thou I m wondering why there is no umbrella on court. Wifi available everywhere, sometimes not good enough. Yet, the best of everything : the pools. Huge and not crowded at all.

At the Cornelia Diamond for a week and the staff are so helpful, it’s such a nice place to stay. You don’t need to leave the resort as there’s alway something on and events on every night. The events team are great, I’m coming back next year. ❤️

Rest in the family in June this year. Impressions are the best in all aspects! In awe of the abundance of offers in restaurants, very tasty, at a high level, PP table, seafood, cherries, strawberries! Beautiful territory, immersed in greenery and flowers! We had a room overlooking the sea, big, spacious! The staff are very friendly and attentive! The only inconvenience was the lack of ability to iron clothes on your own, you had to go to the laundry, but from the point of view of safety it is right! I would like to highlight the evening shows, it is not just amateur activities, but real professional performances: acrobats, michael Jackson dance show, huge delight and great mood! Since to were with children I can not fail to note the work of the mini-club and especially children's animators (Julia, Alina, Nastya, Nadia), the children were so interested in various day and evening activities that they could not be taken away from there, even helped the girls with younger children. They left with tears, got friends there! In general, the rest was a success!

It's a nice hotel. The staff is polite, the room service is lovely, the kitchen is diverse, everything you need to eat and is quite decent. Rest for the third week. I'm not tired of it.

It's a nice hotel. There are pros and cons. Of the disadvantages of the mini club for children is not active. There are no programs and especially children do not want to engage, do not get carried away.

Loving this resort, weather is super hot and every thing is very nice. Love our room especially the amazing view from the balcony. The hotel has a luxurious feel and the pools are huge. Over all a fabulous place, so glad I chose to come here for a week with my family.

WOW, just come back from one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Brilliant room, cleanest place ever, staff just can’t do enough, everyone very friendly and we met and made lifelong friends with other guests. So many good things, could go on and on. Bet you’ve guessed I love it there, just makes you go back.

Great hotel with an excellent reputation and service. We return here every year. There is a choice from different swimming pools. The general restaurant has great food, but there are also a la carte restaurants. The cocktails are good. The rooms are luxurious and spacious.

Had an amazing week staying at this stunning hotel! The rooms are lovely, the food and service is fantastic. The entertainment team who work by the poolside are also so hard working and are always on the go, organising fun activities for the guests during the day and dancing in the evenings! The hotel is also located very close to some incredible golf courses. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We are now in the hotel. Love everything. A bit lacking in spaciousness. The grounds are small. But such pools are not met anywhere. The huge and some are still heated. I am surprised to warm up in such large pools. There is a small saltwater pool which is especially warm. Near the kids ' club. The club has its own slides, a train and a sufficient number of animators. There is no wild, noisy animation program during the day. Music everywhere is quiet and pleasant. Full relaxation. Room we have suite type 2. Big, very comfortable. In the bars the waiters are all very polite and friendly. Nice hotel. Recommend.
I add the next day. On closer examination the territory appeared not so small. At the expense of two levels of territory it is possible to have a walk and to admire. The designers of the hotel and the surrounding space-geniuses! And by the way, on the map Google can not see the whole territory.

Staying at this resort now. What a lovely place this complex is. So happy we decided to book here. From the moment we arrived each and Every one of the staff have been so friendly and attentive. The hotel and grounds are spotlessly clean. The hotel room is spacious, clean with loads of complimentories In the bathroom, fresh towels every evening. So much so you could leave all your toiletries at home and pack a few extra swimsuits instead. You are offered a drink on arrival while booking into the hotel. Bags taken to your room by bell boy, bottle of wine and a plate of fruit waiting for you in your room. We arrived quite late in the evening along with others and found they were serving a good selection of food even at that time, not the usual soup and sandwich we have been offered at some of the hotels we have stayed in. If the rest of our holiday is as good as the last couple of days then we will be returning to the Cornelia hotel again. Lots of international drinks to suit everyone's taste. We love it. Definitely a 5*+

It's all good here. What is coming now is lawsuits at a high level. Food after a few days monotonous … Great buffet, but little variety. Room large, in dark brown with dark red designed with carpeted floors. I find bright spaces more beautiful and carpeted floor unsanitary …

Hotel worthy of its category 5 *. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and comfortable. The main restaurant in the form of a buffet is good and varied. The staff is always present and helpful. All the infrastructure is clean and complete. Many outdoor pools including one heated down season.

A truly five star hotel! A very comfortable, clean and amazing rooms with beautiful view. The waiters are so kind and polite. The beach and the pool is amazing! Attractive architecture! I will never forget the huge buffets which have lots of choices. They have got a mesmerizing DJ and a beautiful lobby. This hotel is among my favorites. I highly recommend this hotel and you will also be happy by their service. Thank you for your hospitality.

A good hotel for a solid five. The attitude of the staff is good, attentive to everyone. Room cleaning is thorough, the bar was updated regularly, the food is very diverse (to every taste and need), great performances (evening shows) the imagination of the animators pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a very bad place. Lately, I think it's been messed up. In the restaurants, the Alaskan wine is kavakleere and Fronterra.

I want to leave only good reviews! Staff, menus in restaurants and bars, service, parks and lawns — all at a high level. Everyone is friendly and speaks or understands Russian.

The ultimate in luxury plus attention to detail. Hair & nail salon staff are amazing. Gym superb. The ala carte restaurants are great plus staff so welcoming. Cannot wait to go back. Love it.

The area is green, everything is cleaned, cleaned constantly. The staff works like Swiss watches. All polite. The food is good but the shrimps disappear from October. So basically in all the neighboring luxury hotels. The pool was very nice. Went around the 5 luxury beach hotels in Cornelia I liked the most. Well designed awnings from the sun. Maybe Pierce is certainly not the most beautiful. Wi-Fi is just great. In my room the speed was 50 MB/s. The restaurant by the Sea specializes on the grill, order through the menu. The choice is great. Bring everything fast. Alcohol anyone is full around the clock. Not a bad animation every night. After 12 silence. To a louder, in Kalistu, there is a tourniquet somewhere to 0.30. Medicines if it is necessary to bring on order from Belek. Prices are incomprehensible. Hydrogen peroxide 3 bucks. Belek 5 euros or 7 bucks by taxi one way, go 3-4 minutes. 30 min walk. There is another tractor for 1 bucks. Children's mixes in Belek hip, Semilak, what that local, Humanu to look for. Diapers full, saw diapers and Gouna. All the shopping in Belek is mostly at LS Waikiki, the prices are good but the synthetics are full. Local trade Adidasom and other Najkami, all of them speak Russian. The hotel is attentive to the requests. Special thanks to Neli and Tatiana from the Department of work with guests and of course Catherine from the sales department.

Fabulous place, very good staff and plenty of them. Good variety of food in every eatery. Very clean, great entertainment every night. Went for our honeymoon, will be back for our first anniversary as didn't want to leave.

Annehmes hotel, food tasty and for the Golfer a top location.

We stayed at this resort beginning of October. The room was huge, everything you needed was in there, the sea view was slightly to the side with an ugly view of aqua slides in next door hotel grounds and we overlooked directly into the swim up pool rooms beneath us which meant not much privacy for either parties! The hotel is very dark and I found quite disorientating and oppressive to start with. The hotel held 3 conferences while we were there so every morning the breakfast times were chaos and not the nice quiet atmosphere one would expect at a 5 star spa and golf hotel! Meal times were very noisy and felt choice of food limited and lay out of food had no pattern, it wasn't easy to find things even by the end of our stay. We found the system of booking a la carte restaurants very messy and gave up in the end due to cancellations and days restaurants shut. The wine red, white, rose were all awful and we stuck to sparkly, the cocktails weren't much better either. Overall I feel this hotel is only 4star material, the positives were the staff were extremely helpful and happy to help, the hotel was very well maintained and cleanliness was excellent but would we return there probably not.

Temmuz 2015 sonu tatil yaptım. Aynı anda otelde 1800 kişi vardı. Ve tek restoran. Yemekler güzel ama oturacak yer yoktu. Tatil içinde biraz daha dinlenmek için tüm alacarte restoranlara gittim, Pavilyon kiraladım. O kadar paraya ek olarak 1100 lira daha ödedim. En küçük bir indirim en küçük bir yardım bile yoktu. Güleryüzlü personel çok görmedim. Restoranda masa ararken aileler için arkalarından " inşallah bizim masaya oturmaz bunlar" diye konuşan personel gördüm. Full dolu mevsimde asla gitmem bir daha.

May be may trace holidays. Price: Bought via booking. Much more expensive than through the Agency. Beach: the pier is not equipped. Build. Swimming pools: One warm. Small. In the Spa building pool. Very warm. Sports hall: comfortable. Services: Cosmetic services private. As on the street. Dirty. Spa: Fine. Language personnel: free Communication in any language. Conclusion: Boring. I will never go there.

Lived in Azure Villas with friends, the inhabitants of the villas has special advantages in the service (buggy, restaurant, etc. )! The hotel complex is ideal for family people, all the conditions for a joint holiday with the kids! Kitchen pleasing to the abundance of food and drinks. A very large part of the staff speaks in Russian. For children there is a lot of interesting activities in the evening for adults there is a disco, live music. Pleased with the water Park, the staff is very friendly. Certainly come back here! I recommend to visit this hotel if you have a family and you need a complete rest on the beach! The key to a successful holiday, gorgeous place! Recommend.
