Good hotel but does not live up to others in the area. Could be cleaner and staff could be more forthcoming, friendly, smiling. Food is fine but not extraordinary. A la carte restaurants are expensive to attend considering the price paid for staying at the hotel. Staff does not speak English, it's hard to get a point across. Advertised drink menus at bars are not available and baristas and bartenders don't all know all the cocktails. Sometimes you get weird drinks, especially when you combine this with their understanding of English. Mini Disco is often cut short for some weird shows. Also mini Disco has more songs in Russian and Turkish than English. On the bright side mini Disco ends with giveaways for the kids. Overall it's a very good stay for families with kids. Just beware the language barrier.
