The hotel is very old and in poor condition, if you request to cancel the reservation, because the photos do not correspond to reality, the hotel administration will not refund the money! Although the territory of the hotel is unsafe because it is full of exposed electrical wires, the rooms have old furniture, the smell is bad, the hotel is very bad. There is little food and the male manager is rude.

Upon arrival here, it was immediately reported that the hotel does not correspond to reality. Everything is old, the furniture is old. The food selection is small, I DO NOT RECOMMEND for young people, this is a hotel for older people and those who play golf. The room smells of mold. When paying that kind of money, the dining room with worn furniture looks like a canteen. This hotel just has its name, but you won't find any luxury here. Everything is old. It is impossible to lie by the pool, the water is icy, the beds are old. Please change the hotel because it doesn't correspond to reality, but they don't want to return the money because it's a small reason! In that sense? are you kidding? They say you can cancel a week in advance! so how do I know how it is there? upon arrival I say it is not suitable for me and cancellation is not possible. The hotel administration speaks badly about us and tells the lie that we shout and behave badly. Open electric wires, all the palm trees on the beach have dried up! It is literally inhumane!
