Control and service is a disaster, cleanliness and hygiene could be much better, shortage of staff. The food is sufficient and varied. Location is ok.

My husband and I are just back from our third visit to Baia Lara. This hotel just has everything we need from a holiday. The rooms are clean, the food is varied and tasty and the communal areas are relaxing and well maintained. Cannot fault it at all. Love the hotel.

Just returned from 11 fabulous nights Couldn’t fault the hotel at all It’s beautiful, staff were amazing…Muhammad the skater waiter was excellent Only fault we could find was main restaurant was a bit of a nightmare However NOT the hotels fault more the volume of the rude people that was in it Barging in front of you Don’t seem to understand what queue is! Would definitely return great time had by all 🌞

Food is absolutely terrible, always just walm if your lucky … ended up eating out most nights and we're not fussy eaters. Restaurant is is chaos unorganised tables never set for guests always have to ask to be cleaned and set. Never served drinks at meal times have to get up and get own really poor service and attention to detail for 5 star platinum hotel. Ice cream not available in day except from pool restaurant at lunch time again not standard for 5 star — air con in bedroom is non existent beds are rock hard and entertainment is dreadful not five star platinum TUI for sure don't waste time go elsewhere. Plus hotel is very clean. Most staff don't even acknowledge you are unfriendly and abrupt. Not welcoming at all not even a good morning… Wi-Fi does not work in rooms only in reception.

Just got back from a weeks stay with my husband and little boy. Beautiful hotel, staff are fabulous with children! We loved every second and feel very refreshed.

Our second visit to this lovely hotel which has lived up to our previous excellent experience 👍🏻 Hotel is so clean, staff are friendly and hospitable, food is delicious especially the outside lunch restaurant with fresh pizza made to order 😋 drinks are also lovely with a range of cocktails to choose from 🍹 Used the well equipped gym a few times, trying to counteract over indulging with the lovely food 🤦‍♀️ Overall would highly recommend, thank you Baia Lara for another fabulous stay in Antalya 🇹🇷

Well organised. Good service. Well kept areas inside and out. Very clean. Good security. Spacious. Relaxing atmosphere.

Bad service, incorrect room, unhelpful. Left us in reception for hours upon arrival. Promised to sort out our room in the morning but didn’t. Guest relation uninterested.

Staff friendly and helpful, the hotel is highly recommended.
I just wanted more information at the beginning. You come to the hotel and after filling out forms you will be assigned room number and will then be guided with the suitcases. Unfortunately, that was it. No tour as I was used to years before in other hotels. Of course, this is much different due to corona warning but acceptable.
I am very grateful to come here to be weather, enough food, daily room service water and the sea perfect. We will be back. 🇹🇷☀️🥂👍

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, lovely friendly staff, good choice of food & drinks. Plenty of sunbeds. Wide age range when we were there young couples, families, middle aged & more mature people, diasbled. Plenty of things to do. Local shops in walking distance. Cant wait to go again.

Absolutely loved our week here. They are doing everything so well so it's covid secure. Immaculately clean everywhere. My kids had a blast, special mention to Rambo for entertaining them!

Day 3. Fabulous. Turgay in the spa does a lovely massage. Food, staff, rooms all amazing. Covid measures all met. Having a fantastic time. Staff work hard and always smiling. Came 3 years ago. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

We visited last June 2019. Excellent food choices especially lunchtime. Lovely setup that caters for all ages. Good entertainment — especially the bands at 4pm in the beach bar. Staff very helpful, rooms clean and all areas of the hotel spotless. Enjoyed it and going back in May 2020

It's just an amazing hotel fantastic food an amazing choice of branded drinks. Very friendly staff the rooms are well fitted out and cleaned every day. The gardens around the hotel are kept to a extremely high standard as is the entertainment which is on in the afternoons and again in the evening. Hopefully we will be back again next year which will b our 7th time back. Hope to see you soon.

Just returned home from an amazing week at this stunning hotel! Credit to all the staff throughout the hotel who work incredibly hard to ensure that we had a perfect vacation! We were a family group holiday of 13 people and had a wonderful experience! The only small let down was the Ala’ Cart Meal but this was quickly rectified by guest relations, so thank you for sorting that. A massive thank you has to go to the whole Entertainment Team who made every effort to spend time with us (and other guests) throughout the day and evening, especially Mario, Rambo, T and Anna. They really do make you feel so welcome and are a great laugh! Until next time…

The most favorite places of rest in Lare.

We are still here and it is a beautiful place. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The only down side is, there aren't enough staff at meal times and we have had to complain about the long waiting times to be served drinks with meals. The tables are not cleared quickly either, which means if you come down later to eat, its difficult to find a table that is ready for use. Apart from that, it is really great. Very relaxed and plenty of room. There are loads of sun beds which means there isn't the 6am rush to reserve one. I would recommend this hotel for all ages. Just get more staff at meal times and it would be perfect.

All inclusive resort with plenty of food and non-stop alcoholic beverage services. Excellent service. Very spacious grounds with two very large pools and a Sandy Beach in the front. Didn't feel crowded even though the hotel was 90% full. No lines anywhere. Many staff trainees eager to serve you and fill up your glass right away. Several restaurants, one in the main building, another couple near the pools serving all kinds of food. The bar near the beach is open 24 hours and has practically any variety of drinks and cocktails. Everything is included in the room price. We paid $240 per day per room (double occupancy) which was a fantastic price given all that we got.

They must be very specific about being an all inclusive hotel. I attended a seminar there so my company made the reservation. I found out too late when lunch time was over and nothing to eat but cake. They don't have food or beverage service to the beach, you have to go, get the things by yourself and bring them to the beach. 5 starts to the Ottoman massage, it is awesome.

The hotel is beautiful, was there at the conference so everything could not be seen. From what I saw-service is good, all try to help, pure in corridors and a toilet. And also coffee machine-the most super, brands Schiller, coffee just funky, only for him is ready to give the Hotel + 10, even in Belek I have not met this quality) ) )

Great 5 star hotel with a beautiful size complex with border area and super beautiful pool landscapes and everything in pure white minimalist in design and style… with several beach bars with pleasant music like Cote de Asur… moderate… equally quiet pool areas. The beach of course at the hotel… which is common in Lara… The service super the food excellent and for all tastes in the sense of what… a big compliment to the management and the super staff… The rooms large and as said minimalist without much stone Schnack… if you love that.
It was a great week and of course the weather a dream on the beach to bathe or by the pool… Thanks again for the great time and see you soon in the Baia Lara… by the way only a short transfer from the airport to the hotel in 25 minutes.

I stayed in this hotel in April 2018 for a week. A great hotel with plenty of facilities. Very clean and orderly. Fine and delicious dishes with a great variety Professional staff with friendly and intimate behavior. Room cleaning is done carefully each day. The minibar is charged every day. Has a beautiful private beach Varied entertainment programs like Darts, Water Polo, Beach volleyball, Soccer, Tennis, Live music along the beach and … Children's club with many facilities, game room with computer games, billiards, bowling and … sport Club warm water pool Turkish bath Massage Water slides It is generally excellent and the five golden stars are very suitable for this hotel The only drawback of this hotel is that you can not easily forget it.

Five stars are not enough for the Baia Lara Hotel. We have already got to know some hotels in the place Lara like the Dolphin Diva or the Barut to name a few, but the Baia Lara beats them by lengths. The reception was very warm at two o'clock in the morning. And as a guest, at this time we even got the possibility to strengthen ourselves after the arrival. The rooms are all refurbished so we felt comfortable from the beginning. The first day of vacation we started with a princely breakfast where fresh bread and other dishes were freshly served. Lunch and dinner offer something for everyone as it is mostly fresh food you get. The service at the hotel guests in the Baia Lara is very much written. First of all, I call this the friendliness of the entire team in the House towards the guests. And should the guest express a small wish, then he will immediately (if possible) take care of it. We would like to say thank you to the whole team of Baia Lara for the beautiful days in the House and wish you a nice season 2018.

Recommend to everyone who want to have a high-quality vacation in Turkey with tasty food, polite staff, clean beach (and the hotel area). Rooms are made up every day. Food/bar available 24/7.40 minutes on the bus to get to the downtown of Antalya. Even though there are many people, the hotel doesn't feel like being overcrowded — you see some groups walking here and there, but you don't have an impression of being among any of them. Very good impression. The price is a bit higher than an average, but it's totally 200% worth it!
