Love the Hotel, and service. Food is excellent! Pool is just to noisy with loud music and a guy screaming the whole day on the microphone. You on holiday, and need some peace. Cant even talk to each other because of the load music! The only downfall is the loud music — even if you close your hotel door/windows. Service is excellent and the chocolates is the best! 🥰🥰🥰

Pro: Good location. Sea beach only 1 min. Very delicious meal every day. Great night show programs But the sea is not clean. (Not for the snocholing) Con: not clean enough as a 5 star hotel. Really unfrendly staff in the cocktail bar and restaurant. Most of staff speak almost no english. Especially if you are an asian, not really recommended. Very often experienced unpleasant situation only because of it. Conclusion Good hotel and good meal and location for enjoying sea beach But as a asian not feel comfortable, thus for me never again.

23.07.18 to 5.08.18 in this hotel 2 times, the hotel is worse than 2 years ago. The monotonous food quickly gets bored. Of us, 9 out of 10 people were poisoned. The sea is clean in the morning. It's a nice beach. The moonpark for children is normal. Good service in the restaurant. Very good employees at the reception of Ekiterina, Eugenia, Carolina. Thank you to them in every way helped in different problems. Great pool with nice slides. With the first review, I got excited.

Good rest! During the stay at the hotel from July 20, 2018 liked everything! Check-in, accommodation, diverse kitchen, hotel infrastructure! There are little things that can spoil the rest! We were lucky in this hotel everything is provided! I recommend families with children! Married couples too! Everyone will find a breeding to taste!
P. S: we are in Turkey! There is something to compare! Good service!

The hotel is great and definitely worth the money worth the tour. The food is Fat 6 out of 5. Perhaps not only oysters and lobsters.

We are currently resting (from 21.05.18 – 27.05.18) Impressions are not very… So far, only the main entrance and the hall have been delighted. The rooms are… An extra bed for the baby gave well so tough… So one of the adults had to sleep on a hard mattress. Standard Rooms 3 + 1 convenience and comfort not even smell… Let's see what happens next…

Everything is very sad! Even wanting nothing all inclusive ranging from Peking duck and Dorado ending to Jack in any amount! One cant no crystal glasses.

Very good resort, the rooms are good but not excellent because its getting old. The food is outstanding and thry have everything you may think of. The activities in the amphitheatre are great and they have activities all around the clock but mostly at night.

Great hotel. 90 percent of tourists are Germans. The staff speaks three languages (English, German, Rus) varied and delicious food. Three pools for adults and two for children. Great vibe across the entire area, up to the pier at sea) large rooms. I recommend to everyone. Three shopping malls nearby and a supermarket.

It was a dream holiday and there are many hotels in the region with the standard… But EA is a stark dream in this place. I only spent one night here… The remaining days I was in another hotel…

I would go back tomorrow if I could. The most beautiful holiday of my life.

We had so much fun staying in Delphin palace. The service was great, the rooms were clean and well kept, there are inside and outside heated pools and lastly the food was excellent. The guest relations were very helpful in making sure we enjoyed our stay even more. I was in two other deluxe 5-star hotels during the same vacation, and they don't get even close in terms of quality and service.

Super equipped, friendly service, excellent cuisine, enchanting pool area partly heated and direct connection to the beach through the garden.

Staff wonderful very attentive from Ismail, Tamar and Zeynep Celik (so lovely) in the foyer bar to the chefs staff in the restaurant the people who hand out the towels and the funny and innovative Entertainment team, this hotel is fabulous.

We're going to 1998 to Turkey. So we have already met some hotel facilities. This hotel is by far the best.
The service and friendliness is outstanding. The whole ambiance is great. It's not the last time we're going to be here.

Great hotel Everything is very good the hotel your C is 5 stars I go back to May I always have a very good stay.

We went to this hotel on recommendation and were very disappointed over long distances. Starting at the check in the Say and write took 3 hours. As a comparison, the Rixos is accompanied in the room within 15 minutes. That's not 5 * level! The guest pays a lot of money and in some cases half a year before in our case even 1 year and must then stew in the hotel lobby. In the evenings hardly any conversations except a little in the amphitheatre. Meanwhile in the other (new dolphin hotels) parties until late at night with open air disco etc. Cleaning staff comes to the room while you shower and wakes up early in the morning during your holiday. That's a no go! Personal Tuschelt about customers in the national language and do not think about it, even German Turks among the guests. Rooms were clean, dinner was great and varied. Lunchtime snacks by the pool were 2 weeks of fries and pizza if you missed the breakfast time. I am very different from my last hotel. Very disappointing holiday.

Not worth the money; nothing to do after 10pm and shuts down at 12pm: you cannot even go to the beach as doors to the sea are closed. The lobby bar closes light at around 9pm… there is always a fight somewhere…

The hotel itself is quite good. Space is given, pool and sea clean.
There was a lack of hygiene in the restaurant. The staff is dedicated in my personal opinion to the Russian and German guests, as others even as Turks in Turkey I felt like a third-degree person.

Food and beach are really, really good. Had hotels worse in other 5 stars.
However, the service, room cleaning and Wi-Fi leave a lot to be desired. Wi-Fi should already work throughout the complex and especially in the room.
You have to pull a welcome out of the vast majority of employees. After you have paid a tip, you are not actually noticed by the service all evening. In general, it seems as if the waiters are avoiding you and you are trying to avoid eye contact, so that the colleague takes over the table. The experiences of regulars, who have been coming for years, also coincide with our feeling that the service and friendliness of the staff is very uncomfortable. When the reception has been kindly alerted that after the cleaning lady "cleaned" our room, a roof-sized tuft of hair and sand lies in the shower tray and the soap should perhaps be refilled after 3 days. We were fobbed off with a simple "ok. " In the bar you are hardly noticed and the guest is actually only served after you have been extensively clouded with your colleague. In addition, you have to wait for the drinks 15 — 30 minutes, with hardly any operation. But maybe it's also simply the mentality in the region, even though we've been to Turkey many times before.
Despite everything, it has to be said that the food is really very good and rich.

The worst experience for me in Antalya. After booking online, they rejected my booking and asked me to pay more for policy they follow. The rooms are horrible with bad smell and very old. The lobby is from 80s and chairs almost breaking. The staff is not friendly and by all means dont know how to serve guests, rather you fee in a governmental place. Simply not a couples place and not my best…

It's the worst hotel in my life. Room is too small, hotel is too dark. No internet in the 5 star hotel, they don't care or will not answer any requests from you by email. My daughter been beated by one black boy but they don't do anything, and another day I saw 2 customers fighting in the restaurant no security guard coming. Funfair closed all the time, electronic game play area not free you have to pay, they're even much more expensive than London. Anyway don't trust the pictures they displayed!

We stayed at around 10 hotels in Antalya and Delphin Palace was the worst. Our 6 years old did not like the pools. Hotel is very dark after 23:00 and personnel does not want you around after 24:00. No hotel manager around to stop personnel fighting each other or clients. Today, they starting collecting umbrellas and sunbeds at main pool at 15:00 because there is a gala at night. No children toilets (except mini club). Beach restaurant is too hot but they do not open main restaurant before 13:00. At cafe, it's easier to bring your own tea rather than waiting on a waiter. Main pool is too hot. Closed pool is too cold etc…

I really liked the hedgehog there every year and each time surprise the food is very varied halls where they eat a lot of good pools and there is a mini club there are very can I get a or even something to take a mini fridge EN Suite bathroom has a mini club and slides under the most important thing there is good room I would make all sorts of figures very nicely they do all chistinkie on the Cabinet everywhere a very diverse chips all gazirovki on the second floor there is a area where you can relax after the pool all the time.

We were repeatedly in the Delphin Palace and must find that this Hotel is not for us to beat. The friendliness, cleanliness, Service is simply the best. Great hotel. I have been with my family 8 times and we are going again this year.

Great system, but unfortunately the food was rather than class. Also observe that events are every evening by the pool. To find sleep before their end unfortunately is not possible if the volume. Possibly better book a room facing the country.
