I'm in a hotel right now, and it's the worst 5 i've ever been to. It is even inferior to the Imperial, where we were last year.

Check. We were put in rooms for the disabled. So that the one who made them himself lived there all his life. In the bathroom slippery tiles, take a shower was only possible in rubber slippers, the door on the beam and a healthy person is difficult to open. And in general, why did we dare to settle in the number category paid for by us? The next day we were moved, but first to one room, and in the afternoon gave a second. Is this a good service?

The area is large, but for children made stupid. The mini-club is far away, from the children's pools to go on the sun, the trees that create the shade are gone. The mini-club is great.

Dirty. Dirty everywhere, though they try to create the appearance of cleaning. Butts on lawns, dirty sunbeds and tables near them, incredibly dirty beach. During the day, no one maintains cleanliness on the beach, on the sand bottles, corks, cigarette butts and other garbage.
The rooms clean up very mediocrely, the bed went tucked in, well if the trash to pick up is not forgotten. They complained about hestrelishen, one of the two rooms is removed, in the second nothing much has changed. Although the floor was never washed.

Very friendly staff, nice room, plenty of space. All inclusive, but the good kind. A la carte restaurant (I tried the Japanese one) good. Pools are large but seems not enough sunbeds for all guests. Entertainment was ok, true all-incl style. Breakfast had an extraordinary amount of items.

Great hotel with friendly staff. It is well suited for families as well as couples with entertainment and facilities for both. There are 4 or 5 swimming pools to choose from and 2 water parks one for children and one for adults. If you prefer the beach, it takes only a couple of minutes to get there. We will definitely go back next year.

Overall I really enjoyed it. Roller coasters for adults and children — a bomb. The moon park for the little bugs is just super. Pleasant staff, variety of dishes in the main restaurant. At night he was very pleased with the appearance of the gotel: it was beautifully poured from one color to another or made a mosaic). Of the cons: there was very cold water on children's water slides. The food in the restaurant was so-so. We flew at night, flew in and were already at 7 a. M. In the hotel. There were no guests except us — but for some reason we were able to settle only at 14 30 (and that number was still cleaned). We were with young children. We asked at 7 a. M. To at least give a temporary room for the children to sleep. They didn't say 10, then 11, then 12, 13.14.

This is 4 hotel from the Dolphins we visited. So far, the best. A great hotel with a beautiful infrastructure, chic territory, has its own football field, its chic water park and lunapark. On the beach is a playground for young children, under the awning and a children's trampoline.
Food in abundance.
The rooms are spacious.
Loved!

We live in the Imperial visited to see as a hotel.
Great big green area.
Water park is generally a space that is childish that adult.
There are a lot of pools.
Next year we'll go to the courts to rest.

Great Place, pleasant environment, and service. The Presence of a large number of people absolutely does not disturb. Children's animation-super. Pools, Evening shows! This is the place where you can really relax with children! I advise Everyone!

The hotel is great. After a few updates, almost no learn from the original look. But all the changes only improve and improve this magnificent building, territory and beach. The open space contrasts with the green greenery and synchronously complement each other.

We've been to Lara for the last 10 years, with a family of 5, staying in most of the top hotels in the area. They were all excellent. But we think this was one of the best. We really enjoyed the disco and evening activities. The grass football pitch and 50 meter swimming pool. Food was good throughout the day. Everywhere was very clean, especially the bedrooms and various toilets. Must also mention the staff friendly but not in your face. Great holiday. … thanks.

Very nice hotel, amazing facilities. Almost like a Mini Dubai. Food and drinks were great. But service is very poor at this hotel. Hardly anyone speaks english. Basic words like "spoon" and "luggage" they couldn't get the grasp of. I mean come on, its 2018 and you're running a 5 star hotel. We got there late at night about 1.00am. Taxi driver just dropped us outside with our luggage. No concierge or help from anyone, had to roll 2 suitcases, hand luggage and 2 bags, pram all by ourselves with a tired 11 month old. They didn't have a cot ready in our room for a 11 month old when we clearly booked a room for 2 adults and 1 infant. So we had to wait for that. Had to wait almost 30 mins for our luggage to arrive in our room also. Entertainment playing every night till about 12.30am. So if you have kids, forget about them going to sleep. The music is so loud its pretty ridiculous. Our baby was a bit poorly towards the end of the holiday so we went to see the doctor in the hotel. Shocking they wouldn't accept travel insurance from the UK. They wanted 110 EUR just to see you and then more money on top if you wanted treated. I asked what they would do if it was an emergency, she looked at me blank and said "what is emergency". Thats when we realised, this hotel has serious service problems. Its a shame really as the hotel itself is beautiful and the facilities are great. The water park was good and lots of things to do with kids.

Wow! Wonderful hotel, Wonderful staff, 7 restaurants, 8 swimming pools — they even offer fishing! Amazing — but don't tell anyone — because I want to go when ever I want!

Last year, Delphin Imperial, before that, Dolphin Diva, and now Dolphin BE Grand. Great Hotel facilities, very good food and friendly staff. Great beach and a holiday to feel good! We will come back for sure.

5 * international hotel. English is a bet or Turkish, a little German but no French.
Everything is done here so that the customer is satisfied and they understand how to go about it!
For some comments on the lack of courtesy of the staff, the formula "ALL INCLUSIVE" does not mean that it is the right to behave like pigs.

Great hotel. The beach and the sea is clean, the food is tasty but here is a minus that in a bar on a beach is not present except ice cream, other food. It's on the beach. Super Park, Carousel, near the dolphinarium,

This is how an all inclusive vacation should be. I traveled with my family (6 yrs and 2 yrs old) kids and it was fantastic. Great food all around the day, starting from the huge breakfast and endings at the delicious dinner, Pizzas, shawarma, burgers and much more at the pool. Great pool park for the children and the adults. Big rooms luxury 5 stars hotel all around.

Top class Hotel!
We were already in 3 dolphin hotels, but this was simply the best of all. Especially for families with children no matter what age, because of the huge pool area, the great miniclub and the Lunapark just to recommend. No wish is unfulfilled here. The staff are very friendly and eager to meet all your needs. Unfortunately, the staff is also my only point of criticism, it is simply too little staff. With these amounts of guests, there would simply have to be more here. Many waiters, gardeners etc. Were seen early in the morning, at noon and in the evening again. I was very sorry about that.
A big compliment to the kitchen, who finds nothing suitable here, is his own fault.
Conclusion: If you are looking for a great, clean and modern hotel, this is the right place. I absolutely can recommend this hotel without a bad conscience.

The staff is not organised.
There was chaos at the dinner.
The sun loungers will be reserved in the morning by bath towels. The pool facilities are great. There is something for small and big to splash around. The highlight is certainly the big water slides. Unfortunately, there are too few rubber rings in circulation.

Been in a Be Grande Sea View room. Very happy with the choice. True frontal sea view, large cozy with great fixtures. Amazing modern 5 stories high aquapark. Good bars.

The hotel is really very nice, clean, friendly, the food is delicious and the staff more than friendly. For children there are many great options, I can only recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great food and put drinks drine and outside at several, the spa is ok I tested with my wife for 190 just under two hours of Massage/Hamann/face mask was good but finally we were left alone which was not nice. You can also see that this is a big hotel.

One of the best … with small beauty defects but which do not necessarily disturb. All inclusive with cheap products … would have expected a little more class at these prices.

Service for drinks was cruel we sat outside on the second day and waited 25 minutes for a waiter who then took our order on but which never came to the rest but was very good.

Hello world! They were there 4 to August 11, 2017. The smell in the room was not clean and tidy. The service staff is just a super low bow to them! The kitchen's five out of five, every day changes, and at night a certain restaurant can be inscribed, but there may not be enough room. The territory is clean, very relaxed. There's a lot of swimming pools. Tile and pavers on the ground also clean every day. This is the place for family recreation! Next year, he'll give God a ride. Thank you very much!

It's very nice hotel. Nice beach. Nice food. Very nice hotel room. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel, good facilities, tasty food, F&B staff well-trained, especially Ismayil from the main restaurant always smiling. Some staff members have problem in understanding English but most of them speak German so communication is not a big problem. Sevda from Reception and the Shift Leader I think his name was Semih really kind and professional. Animations were super interesting, they had DJ playing twice during our stay which we liked a lot. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the city and back — very convinient.

Best pools and beach, best food and best rooms, excellent Wi-Fi functioning all over. A very friendly staff. Resort is new and modern. For me this is by far the best Delphin 5* Hotel out of 4 which I have visited.

Extremely equipped resort, amazing facilities, nice ambience atmosphere, full aqua park. But poor Administration & management esp at front desk total chaos — no lineup. Plus, they charge money for any child above 1 year.

I'm going to start off by listing the cons of my experience with this hotel. My friends and I all experienced theft from the cleaning ladies. 90 euros and articles of clothing were taken from us, and the guest relations people did nothing about it. They kept saying they would look into it and let us know, but they barely took a report and never got back with us. We didn't even receive any sort of compensation, or even a simple apology. Secondly, the service here is terrible. Waiters kept spilling drinks on my friends, and we would receive dirty looks as if it was out fault. Rude workers, dirty dishes and glasses at the buffet, and we had to on multiple occasions call for maintenance work to be done in our room because everything kept breaking (shower drain didn't drain, shower door broke off track, ac stopped working). Often we had to call multiple times because maintenance wouldn't show up. Also, my friends and I were harassed by certain staff members. We had a waiter who would not leave my friend alone because he wanted her number, even though we asked him to leave us alone many times. It wasn't until we yelled at him for spraying my friend with champagne on purpose that he started to keep a little distance. We also received multiple calls at all times of the night from men asking how old we were, and what we were doing. HOWEVER, all of this aside, due to the many amenities of this hotel, my friends and I mostly enjoyed our stay.
