Amazing! Hotel and staff!

Absolutely loved every minute of my holiday, got back in England last night at midnight, I can honestly say it's a fabulous hotel nothing was to much trouble all the staff are so attentive to your needs, thank you Rixos.

Everything was amazing in Rixos Downtown Antalya. The staff was very careful with us. The accommodation was amazing. Everything perfect! No comment! We will de definitely return here! 🇹🇷🇷🇴

Everything was amazing from the biggest to the smallest detail. All the waiters were present all the time. Even if you don't really want something they come and ask you, even bring you something from them. Serkan, from the A la Carte restaurant was very careful with us! Amaaaaazing! We will return for sure! 🇷🇴🇹🇷❤️

Awesome food and refreshing environment.

Beautiful hotel and facilities but not for lone travellers particularly if female. Predominantly Russian nationalities and was consistently overlooked when waiting for service either during the day or evening in Restaurant or bars. The rooms are fantastic as is the hotel and grounds.
I love Turkey as a holiday destination and the people are always lovely, however not sure that I would come back to this location again.

Very poor hotel. Service is appalling. We were woken up at 2:30am after taking over an hour to check in to be asked “if we were paying music in our room”!
Service is very slow and condescending and the facilities are very dated and understaffed.
We travelled via Jet2. Com who unfortunately have let themselves down with customer service here.
Funny how once they’ve got your money and you’re in the resort that they dint care about whether you enjoy the holiday or not.
A shame, at least Thomas Cook represented themselves well!

Many pools surrounded by great gardens and palms. Superb open buffet with infinity of delicious items. Near to beach and downtown. Free shuttles all over day to The legend park. Good for families and kids.

Great location 25 mins from the airport. Excellent facilities and sensational views. Could stay a week!

Perfect and amazing Hotel with sea view. All are very clean (swimming pools, rooms, restoring and even the kitchen which we were lucky enough to visit. Thanks to all the staff for their kindness and their availability. More particularly one thank you to the head waiter Sadik who made of our stay a dream thanks to its kindness and big generosity. We will come back from our next visit of Antalya…

Amazing experience the true 5 star experience. Great food selection and the full meal buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner). A super clean beach nearby and an outstanding concierge. A beautiful city warm and welcoming towards people. Extremely kind services highly recommend!

Stayed here because the Land of Legends were too too too expensive. Good hotel. Good room. Good staff. Good breakfast. Not that good dinner so if u r going there don't pay for half board; BB is perfect. The Land of legends is about 30-45 m away. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to go to the Land of legends at 10 am and back at 5 pm. The taxi is USD 50 from the hotel to the Land of legends (one way). There are also a free shuttle bus to the beach in certain times. It costs about 70 Turkish Lira from the hotel to the airport (one way). I would stay there again.

Rude receptionists. They kept us waiting for very long time (6 pm) to get in the room without good reasons! It was clear that they didn’t want to work there! Rooms are tired and need renovation. Breakfast buffet is Ok. Dinner buffet is below average. Good facilities and lobby. The only advantage is the free pass and free shuttle bus to Land of the legends. I would not come back to this hotel.

Well-groomed, rich, big city-type hotel. It has its own grounds, which includes a sports hall, spa, swimming pools, tennis court, volleyball field, restaurant and bar. The rooms are clean, have a balcony. The food is high-quality, varied. To the beach 15 minutes on foot down the serpentine. Along the beach is a modern promenade. On the beach, drinks and food are paid.

Amazing hotel with amazing balcony view. Staff were well educated and friendly, they know what they are doing. The hotel was very clean. Food was delicious. Only thing I didn't like were cats. There were a lot of cats in the garden but it was OK in the end.

Once upon a time RIXOS the hotel needs to be renovated.

Friendly staff (front desk and guest relations) and well decorated clean rooms. Great atmosphere and Huge outside area with 3 pools and kids play ground, football and tennis court. Delicious buffet, many options and a Turkish buffet every friday. Its seldom to see the waiters smiling there. I've been there for 7 nights. The bad thing was at my last night when I realised that some clothes and two cigarette cases are missing from my room! The guest relations promised me to solve this problem and find a solution next few days and will contact me.

I had a Wonderful stay, I had the the suit with a terrace which was a very nice choice after all, great pool, sea view, nice wide balcony, great room service, food was good and diverse, prices are reasonable.

The staff is helpful. Bathroom goes like this. Rooms are clean and big breakfast is very good great selection.

The hotel is a bit older but still nice, the location is good. Unfortunately the beach was completely closed, which was mentioned when booking Niergendswo. The way to the beach is quite long despite the "direct beach position".
A pool outside is heated. The buffet is very good, very large selection of Div. Dishes, the food schmekt also excellent.
The audience mostly came from Iran, so it was very noisy everywhere, men played ball every day in the pool without any consideration for children and women.
The music at the pool is very noisy, it would be nice if you would make it at least at lunchtime.
The staff were all nice and helpful.

Rixos is a name and a brand in itself! Luxury, quality and friendliness is top! The food at the downtown is delicious and the selection is mega. This year I visit Rixos Belek.

Close to the centre. Easy to reach by foot or by car.
The cleanliness and care of the rooms is improving.
In a 5 star hotel I expect clean dishes (teapot).
All in all it was OK but a second time I will not visit this hotel.

Nice relaxing place. Delecious food. Comfortable bedrooms. It has free shuttling and intrance to the land of legends. The only problem that there is alot of cats everywhere.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Beautiful picturesque and well-kept park, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, sunsets and sunrises. A plus to the location of the hotel can be attributed to any attraction: archaeological Museum, Aquarium, Old Town, zoo, Lunopark-no more than 25 minutes by transport or even walking.
But the hotel itself is a little disappointing, a lot of flaws in the form of a constantly broken safe, poor housekeeping, and, of horror, hair in the food in the restaurant during breakfast.
I am not sure if I would go back to this hotel and would recommend it to friends.

Centrally located 5 star hotel with quality services. Food is best. Rooms are clean & spacious.

Great location near Antalya stadium, super friendly staff. The hotel ground is well designed which includes a nice kids club as well as tennis courts. Our third day onto the stay and I can't fault the place. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location for relaxation and shopping! Tropical resort like garden. The beach is close but stoney. May be in need for some renovation but everything is working well. Yummy food!

This review will be brutally honest. The hotel itself is old and is in need of rapid renovation. The beach is over run by many people who don't go to the hotel and therent a private space for the hotel. There are many destroyed rocks and marked lettering on the beach section. There is no sand but synthetic rocks and an old grass carpet thing in the middle. It's a mess and it's not great. Eye pollution near the beach is very common. The hotel has a strong smell of old carpets and that happens in room hallways not the lobby and the rooms are very stifling. The staff for housekeeping are very friendly but other services are not as great. The sea view however is pretty nice. If you want to come here, it's better if you come to use hotel water park offers because that's great and use the tours. It's eh but there is better.

Tasteful Hotel which is not a tourist temple at the Akdeniz. The Service is very good. The Breakfast buffet is the stunner! Necessarily of the rooms in the upper floors with direct sea view in the wing in the direction of Kemer and book (quiet).

Superb hotel. Beautiful views over the Med and Taurus mountains, attentive and friendly staff and delicious food. Building is very high spec if a little dated. Awesome hammam. Rooms are very comfortable. Love this place.

Pro's: — Very luxurious hotel — Very friendly people who do their best to help you — Good food — Great pool — Near the see and beach. — Gym with free water, airco and personnal trainers Con's — Wi-Fi sucks. Although plenty of cisco routers are installed, connections are dropped a lot. Occasionally it is impossible to even get connected. So it's okay for facebook and stuff but forget about youtube streaming. — Most of the people in the bars and lounges barely speek English. This leads to the wrong food and drinks being served. — Keep an eye on the prices: we orderd 4 drinks one day and did the same the other day only to notice 60 Turkish Lira's difference in price!

I was visiting this hotel for a week during a training camp. At this hotel I felt very wclomed and appreciated. The building it self looked cleen and nice. The rooms were extremly good and very lit. Beds and pillows were perfect after my opinion. Finding the different activities was easy and it was good alternatives to relaxing and training. Food serving was really good. The food tasted extremely good, and the service was also very good. The only thing that I didn't like was that my room was facing towards the highway, meaning that it was a bit noisy and didn't get much sunlight. All in all a super nice hotel.

Rixos always the best. With hospitality and service you gonna feel like a king. If you lookin for a place to stay in go ahead and take your room in rixos downtown.
